"Love Long Beach Market & Deli, a family-owned casual eatery that welcomes pets, kids, and everybody in between. There’s patio dining, where a range of Korean, Chinese, Cajun, Vietnamese, vegetarian, and American dishes are served. Whether nibbling on Korean barbecue or a banh mi, it’s worth noting that chef Lucia van Norden is not only a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, she was raised in South Korea, so that bulgogi is the real deal. Huge selection of ice-cold beer." - Beth D'Addono

Long Beach Market would be a nice addition to your list of good restaurants on the coast. Not on the beach so no view - and little off the beaten trail but worth the drive. A mix of coastal cuisine and dishes with a Korean influence. Items include summer rolls, tacos, and other Asian inspired dishes as well as Poboys. The front end of the store also sells a very good selection of local craft beer and they also have a nice selection of beers on tap. Seating is available outside under a large covered patio as well as seating inside.

1st time going here. A friend wnated me to try it. I was expecting something different menu wise but was pleasantly surprised. My friend ordered pork tacos, which looked very good presentation wise. I actually ordered their general taso chicken, with chicken fried rice, typically comes with crab rangoon or egg roll. I mentioned my allergy, they took extra precaution before preparing ny food even though they were busy. They cleaned the things thoroughly before doing my order which is appreciated. Now the food I ordered was very fresh, it tasted different then what you get in a asian reaturaunt, the flavors were full and robust very pleasant. Their version is a bit spicier than what you typically get which I loved, I assume they are using traditional red peppers for the spice versus the norm. I didnt care for the rice only becaise it tasted very organic to me and or the egg qhich i dont care for was the culprit. I will go back and 10/10 would recommend

Such a small unassuming “deli” on the outside, but packed with a ton of amazing options you wouldn’t expect from poboys to Vietnamese style spring rolls and Korean rice bowls… in addition to a very impressive selection of beer ranging from local to other kickass options like Wiseacre in Memphis and Good People Brewing in Birmingham. The Korean chicken bowl is my favorite, love the crab wonton and onion rings with small side of greens. General tso’s chicken was also good but more on the heavy, fried side. They have a really nice outdoor patio and seating with a big TV, plus some events during the week. Don’t skip the desserts, the Ube cheesecake was so good! I’m obsessed with Ube and not easily impressed but theirs has a nice flavor. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Long Beach. Would bring guests and friends visiting here as well.

Ordered, VERY descriptively, NO spicy mayo and of course, they delivered. Gotta’ love a sense of humor almost as much as I love this restaurant. Thank y’all 😩

Oh my gosh, this little gem in Long Beach was great! I had the veggie Summer Roll it was so fresh and delicious 😋 I have had these at numerous restaurants and this one by far has been the best. I also had waffle fries and fried okra. They were fresh and tasted awesome! I do recommend eating here. I do plan to go back soon. Also, customer service was fantastic.

Love this place! Just tried it out for the first time today - it’s the perfect quick and easy lunch spot! Eat in and enjoy the covered outdoor area or do a quick and easy lunch pickup. Parking was easy and the food was great! They even had grab and go cheesecake (highly recommend) and a huge selection of to go beer, including build your own six pack. Whether you’re stopping with friends, taking a mid day break from the beach or just passing through - don’t miss Long Beach Market & Deli. I will definitely be back! 🥰

Fresh food great taste hanging baskets and beautiful flower pots of rosemary all around. There’s a large outdoor area but it was hot that day. Multiple selections of beers.
