"The Belltown/downtown cousin of the Chinatown-International District’s well-loved Tamarind Tree, Long does a spread of North and South Vietnamese dishes in a slick, upscale, museum-like setting. Tamarind Tree rolls, along with a few other fan favorites, can be spied on the menu, but Long does its own unique thing quite well. Go with a group, pick out one of the interesting salads — say, cognac scallop pomelo salad or soft-shell crab banana blossom salad — and then aim for the family-style stuff, like the curry duck, the squid stuffed with ground pork, or any of the noodle dishes." - Meg van Huygen

Food was delicious. Service was friendly, but slow and inefficient. We told the server we were planning a family style dinner. However, the server kept bringing our food without any serving spoons. He always had to go back and get us a spoon. We were left staring at our food minutes at a time while waiting for a serving spoon. Despite that, we did enjoy our dinner. We would come back.

A really great Vietnamese place with delicious albeit prices dishes. It can get crowded around lunch rush. The server was really friendly and attentive. The food is a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. The egg rolls tasted absolutely amazing and the summer rolls were very fresh. Entree options are plentiful and delicious as well. I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good Vietnamese place and don't mind spending.

Food was decent. Nice to have drinks as well. We were looking for a place close to the Moore theater. The vermicelli bowl was alright but the pork belly was grilled so long it tasted like typical grilled pork loin. All fat was rendered off. The bone marrow is prepared in kind of a soup base, interesting way with a lot of fat but still decent. But if you're not a fan of oily stuff it really sitting in a soup of oil

From the outside, if you can find it, it might look like a hole in the wall place, but you'll be pleasantly surprised when you walk through the door. I had a small fried tofu pho which was way too much for me, but I sure gave it a good try! I was a little surprised with the noodles, not a bad thing, but I would prefer the traditional noodles. Still, that wasn't enough for me to rate them lower. Nice, fast pace but upscale place. Not a place I would bring kids. Great place!

Delicious, authentic food. I wish the menu had better descriptions, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I also wish there was a happy hour so I would come here more often!

Very mediocre Vietnamese restaurant. It is kinda hard to find given the inconspicuous sign at late night and it is kinda hard to give a better rating. We had the combination vermicelli bowl and seafood combo fried rice. The rice was too wet for the dish; and the seafood didn't taste fresh nor make you feel you were eating a seafood dish. The other fair warning about the dish was the fish sauce. People usually don't serve fish sauce for fried rice, soy sauce is the way to go. Vermicelli bowl was a tad better. It came with grilled chicken, grilled pork, grilled shrimp paste on sugar cane, grilled shrimp, and egg roll. The egg roll tasted the best. The rest was just ok. I wouldn't go back here for Vietnamese. I'm sure Seattle has other better Vietnamese food options.

This place was seriously good, and our waiter could not have been nicer! Have anyone with allergies in your family or friend group? This place seamlessly handles vegetarian, gluten-free, shellfish allergies and more! Plus, not to mention how absolutely delicious all our food was! The eggplant appetizer was fantastic (both veggie & GF 🎉) and the chicken bowl was a definite win as well - excited to return when I’m back in town, thank you for your commitment to helping customers find menu items they can eat and for your high-quality dishes! ✨
