Feb 2026 update.
Decided to give them another chance and I wish I didn't. The service was even worse including a waitress that started arguing and assumed we knew of the recent menu changes. Explaining things to a customer is hard I guess and the attitude was not needed as this person takes "lack of customer service" to a whole new level. Because of this I'm never going back again which is sad as I really enjoyed this place.
Fried crispy pork it seems was entirely dropped from the menu per their management.
Jan 10, 2026 Update.
What started as a superb hotpot is now not the same. The fried crispy pork no longer uses the same cornstarch slurry coating like it should be and more of a flour based coating like Taiwanese chicken nugget consistency coating. (Picture attached) This is a change that completely changes the texture and no longer the same taste sadly. Same with the fried rice as welll. What was super fragrant fried rice is now a meager shell of it's former self
Certain items have had a similar downgrade. The shrimp paste today was not fresh and a not fresh smell/taste like borderline starting to rot and the waitress/kitchen staff said that was normal. Tell me how that is normal for seafood and telling me that with a straight face.
Will not be coming back as it seems the quality has gone down a lot, food has changed, and the former chef/kitchen staff has changed for the worse.

First visit during soft opening.
The previous hot pot restaurant at this location, Nice to Meet You, really set the Sichuan hot pot standard for Atlanta. Long Time No See continues that tradition in its own way.
During the soft opening, they were able to accommodate us without a reservation. Our server was fantastic—thoroughly explaining the ordering process and everything included in the AYCE $29.99 price.
Now for the highlights: the hot pot bases are some of the best in Atlanta. The tomato base tasted like it had been stewed for hours, bringing out a rich tomato flavor. If you know, you know—good tomato broth is hard to come by. But the real star of the show was the Beef Tallow Hot Pot Soup Base (牛油锅底). It was both flavorful and perfectly spiced at the medium level, just right for our high spice tolerance.
The meat/veggie selection was excellent, and the quality stood out. The tripe and aorta were incredibly fresh, and all of the side dishes were made to order. The Crispy Pork (小酥肉) was spot on—fried twice, as it should be. Drinks were also included, and the best part was the sugar-free options. They had sugar-free jasmine tea, white peach, and even an orange drink, which was unexpected at this price point.
Service was top-notch, even with some new staff members still learning the ropes. Everyone was attentive and made sure customers had what they needed. I really hope this place keeps up its standards and sticks around for a long time.
