I visited this one-star Michelin Chinese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. The food quality was decent, but given the high prices, it’s unlikely to attract many local Vietnamese diners. We ordered most of the Michelin-recommended dishes, and the standout was the crab claw with caviar—mainly due to the luxurious touch of caviar. The crab cake stuffed with crab meat and cheese was quite good. The three pieces of char siu were pricey but well-executed, with the right tenderness and depth of flavor. The fried taro appetizer, presented in a pagoda-like shape, was unique but on the sweeter side. It was complimentary, making it a good pairing with a glass of beer. The poached chicken and Sichuan-style spicy fried chicken were decent, though I would have preferred a stronger kick of Sichuan spice. The poached chicken was cooked to perfect tenderness, but the scallion and ginger sauce could have been more generously served to enhance the flavor. The crispy fried noodles were average—the sauce was insufficient, leaving the noodles too dry, almost like eating a biscuit. The wine selection was decent, and the service was attentive, though the restaurant was nearly empty except for five other diners. Overall, it was a good Chinese dining experience for my first time in Ho Chi Minh City.

Best place to have authentic Cantonese cuisine in Saigon. Location is convenient located, high class setting. Food was well presented, decorated, tasty and pipping hot! Service was attentive, engaging, never failed to keep my tea empty! Was refiling when it is low. As a Cantonese like myself, I highly recommend not to miss this place for a Chinese cusine experiences! I will be back to try other dishes soon! Truely a well deserved Michelin Star restaurants in town!

I love dimsum, and have experienced almost all the famous restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City, some in Hong Kong, some in Thailand and China. I can confirm to you that this is the restaurant that I highly appreciate and is my favorite place whenever I think of Dimsum and why ? First, let's not talk about the quality of the food, I give 10 points because of the location, located right in the center of Ho Chi Minh, 6-star hotel The Reverie Saigon. The space of the restaurant is really impressive with many beautiful decorative details, giving you a completely luxurious feeling when experiencing it. The second , The staff here are well trained, professional and make me feel friendly, they always smile happily and work gently, but very thoughtfully. Third , I have not commented on the taste of all the dishes, I have experienced almost 80%-90% of the menu here, I am sure that, I have never felt failed with the fresh quality of the dishes, everything is perfect, not to mention some dishes are really suitable for me and my family. I can only say that if you love Asian culture and cuisine, especially dimsum, don't miss this place. where you will feel the price is worth it

What a wonderful experience, the staff was friendly and accommodating, I truly appreciated the consideration and care to accommodate my shellfish allergy. This food was incredible. If you love spicy try the Sichuan chicken and do not skip the morel mushroom dumplings or suckling pig.

Google
1 star michelin! had the dim sum which didn't break the bank the standout was the truffle crab dumplings, albeit the only item we ordered that was not listed as a chef recommendation. it had a very clean taste elevated by the truffle the rest of the dim sum were also very decent - steamed red rice rolls, stuffed meat cake and abalone siew mai the bbq pork puffs were mid tho - citrusy taste didn't go well w the pork which lacked char and pastry tasted a bit stale

Google
The only reason I even gave this place 2 stars is because the atmosphere was great, clean, spacious and nice restaurant setting, and the service by the staff was top notch, but even top notch service and atmosphere could not make up for the flavorless dim sum here. While the ingredients for dim sum here is luxurious with expensive price tag, it was rather tasteless for the most part. I had no idea why this place got a Michelin star but I would not rely on Michelins guide to find tasty food in Vietnam anyhow. Being born in Vietnam, spend the first 14 years of my life in Ho Chi Minh before moving to Oahu and often come back here almost annually on trip I know many local, secret and good spots to get good foods. Both my girlfriend at the time and I were rather disappointed once the meal comes as we were looking forward to eating here before the meal started, she barely eat anything after trying the plates and I tried to order a few more different dishes on the dim sum menu hopping to find at least a few stand out dishes and salvage the dinner to no avail, compared to regular dim sum in Ho Chi Minh or Oahu that I had many times, this one has the least taste. We had dinner about 6 o’clock, and when we finished, for a restaurant with over 50 tables, only 5 tables had people eating. Beautiful hotel and location though.

Food was good, not much of atmosphere, but we had a good time with the menu we chose and the wine pairing
