"Located in The Shops at Wailea, under a half-mile away from most of South Maui’s beach resorts, Longhi’s is our number one brunch pick on the island. They bake all of their bread and pastries on-site and have an entire section of their menu dedicated to benedicts, which includes lobster, crab cake, and lox varieties - though we tend to order the off-menu bacon one so we don’t miss out on the thick-cut, maple-cured slices. They serve brunch every day of the week, but if you find yourself back here for dinner, the family-style lobster Longhi will have you wondering why there aren’t always two one-pound Kona lobsters on top of your seafood pasta." - Leah Ponichtera

We came here for dinner located at the Shops of Wailea. The service a really good. The server did an excellent job. unfortunately the food was not equal. The portions were really small. The crab cake and salad were tiny (Look at the pictures). The salad barely had anything in it. It was a pretty sad salad. The ribs were very under seasoned and bland. They were well cooked just had no flavour at all. The lobster cannelloni was probably the best dish out of everything. We had a party of 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids did enjoy their meals from the kids menu. They had the mac and cheese. Which is always a hit with my kids no matter what. Overall based off the price, portions, and taste we would not come back here. I would not recommend eating here. There are better restaurants in the area.

We went there for breakfast our first morning in Maui. We both ordered macadamia nut pancakes with bananas and coconut syrup. We shared the potatoes and a side of fresh pineapple. Everything was delicious and our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. The fresh pineapple wasn't as ripe as I expected, but still good. The restaurant is beautiful, clean and had a great peaceful atmosphere. We will try to eat there again.

First there were 2, then 3 more and finally 2 unexpected people at our table and the service staff was excellent, taking care of our orders expeditiously and precisely! Great food, we were there for happy hour and to listen to a local musician playing in the center of the shops. Ceviche, crab cake, chicken pizza, eggplant parmigiana and fish and chips along with wine and gin, perfect from beginning to end. The only problem was the parking, very full and long wait to leave after the concert, we should have been there at 4:30 instead of 5pm! If we didn’t get a validation from Longhi’s, the parking would have cost a pricey $12.

Google
bright lively spot. 5 star bar & bartender. Great homemade bread. Unbelievable desserts. Had shrimp & linguine. Shrimp was huge, fresh, and tasty. Pasta tasted homemade. Sauce was kinda okay. Better sauce and we go up a star.

Google
We had the best time there tonight. Our server was name was Sparkle, and she took really good care of us. We tried a few apps and had 2 different desserts. We love the artichoke, fish and chips, and the Mac nut pie. So very good. Excellent service.

Google
Love the ambience. Staff were attentive. Breakfast burrito needed more flavor, all I tasted was potato. Had to add hot sauce to get some taste. Eggs Benedict was already cold when served.

Google
10/10 recommend. Went with the crab cakes Benedict and had no regrets. Wife got the Hawaiian pancakes with coconut syrup and that was awesome too. Neither of us are concunut fans and still really liked it which says a lot. Staff were incredibly attentive and pleasant. Great atmosphere to cap it off and I wish I could give more stars.

Google
Our waiter was excellent. We ate dinner here but apparently their breakfasts are excellent. We walked over from the Wailea Beach Resorts so we didn't have to pay for parking. The calamari appetizer was nothing to write home about. The rigatoni Bolognese was great. Chicken Mediterranean was just okay. Skipped dessert and went to the ice cream place in the mall a few doors down

Yelp
Was so excited to dine here since it's been years since I stayed in the area! The food here is always delicious. The prices may be a bit high however the value, presentation and quality is sooo worth it!!!! This visit we ordered the following *World Famous Coconut Shrimp -Papaya-Mango Chutney, Island Slaw *Lump Blue Crab & Avocado Salad -Shredded Romaine, Feta, Red Onions, Vine-Ripe Tomatoes, Lime-Caper Vinaigrette *Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos - Tomato Relish, Chipotle Aïoli, Island Slaw, Lime Sour Cream, Chips & Salsa - Side of fries While we were waiting for our food, they served us fresh warm bread and butter which was delicious. My friends ordered some spirits on happy hour. Lol The coconut shrimp came out first and it was yummy!! We were able to get those on the happy hour menu including the blackened fish tacos. We ordered 2 orders each on those to share. The blackened fish tacos were also delicious! Last we all ordered the lump blue crab and avocado salad!! OMG!! That was delicious and an abundance of crab!!! Overall, everything we ordered was so worth it! Service was great and the food amazing!! I look forward to dining here again!!!

Yelp
I had dinner here recently and it was very good. I had a nice table on the outside patio. They had a musician out there too but luckily he was down a ways so he was not too loud. I had a nice waitress who was attentive and helpful. I started with the BUNGALOW salad: Baby Greens, Roasted Almonds, Macadamia Nuts, Feta, Mango Salsa, Dried Blueberries, Crispy Pepitas, Vine-Ripe Tomatoes, Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette. This was a large portion for a salad and it was very tasty. Loved all the toppings and feta. Flavorful dressing. A nice start to my meal. For my entree, I had the THAI SHRIMP & SCALLOPS: Lemongrass, Coconut Curry Reduction, Grilled Asparagus, Roasted Carrots, Almond Rice. I have had this before and its always a favorite. Very flavorful. A good sized portion with lots of shrimp and scallops. Yummy!

Prarthna A.

Yelp
Food and ambience were both good. A real steakhouse menu after eating Hawaiian bar food for several days was a treat :) The service was slow but they may have been too busy at the time.

Yelp
Was shopping at the mall and we needed a snack before our dinner. We have tried this place in Vegas so we picked it . There were a lot of people inside eating but they seated us right away. Got an iced tea. We got the poke and the stemmed clams. I knew we should of asked if the poke had cilantro in it. The wife hates it . Of course it did, so I ate most of it. It was really fresh and yummy. It came with taro chips so a little different. The clams were amazing with little pieces of sausage it was so flavorful. We enjoyed them. Our waitress was a little unattentive since my iced tea was empty. Luckily the manager came by to see how our food was and he filled it. Still good food here and perfect place to eat.

Yelp
Tommy Bahamas is a must do when passing through the islands. This was my first foray into their establishment on Maui and it did not disappoint. My advice? Swing by during island hour (2-5pm) and save some money with $5 off starter apps & specialty cocktails, or order like I did and go for surf & turf (slider, blackened mahi mahi taco) served with a local beer. Perfect pairings! Service is professional and social with just the right blend of decor, lively local & tourist patrons as well as this stunning HI weather. Big, big fan and I'm always looking forward to next time.

Fenny C.

Yelp
Can't pick a place for dinner, we might as well try Tommy Bahamas restaurant. It is located in Wailea Shopping Village, 2nd floor Plenty of free parking. Apparently the restaurant connected to the store. It's funny. We didn't make any reservation, so we Check in with the host, give our phone number and probably wait for a good 20min. You can wait inside, there's a seating area inside or you can sit outside or walk around till you get a text that's your table is ready. Friendly server. The restaurant has a bit of outdoor patio and plenty of indoor seating. We ordered: A half baby back ribs with fries Crab bisque Hamburger with fries (lunch menu) - you can ask, they will make it for you. Goat cheese dip. The crab bisque is very nice, creamy and light at the same time. The ribs fall of the bones. They split the plate automatically since we told them we planned to share. The rest of the room was very salty. Overall ok.

Pascal L.

Yelp
Strong 3, would have gone 4 if the dishes were a bit more seasoned. We felt like all the dishes were on the bland side. Our server was great, the restaurant is really clean and fit to the Maui/Wailea vibe. Menu is interesting with a few dishes that make you feel "I gotta try that", and that is probably why we were slightly underwhelmed by the meal overall. The pineapple creme brulee was the highlight of the meal.

Samantha C.

Yelp
The food and drinks here are unmatched. My taste buds are SO HAPPY. As a 27 year old female who dislikes Tommy Bahamas clothing, I LOVE the restaurant. Happy hour- recommend. 2-5p. I've never had anything here I didn't love which is impressive. But especially like the goat cheese app and the filet mignon tacos. I'm a big - sit at the bar- person and really loved the bartenders. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and feels very hawaii but nice

Maria K.

Yelp
My daughter made reservations here because she saw that they had a special Mother's Day brunch menu. Unfortunately there really wasn't any brunch menu items that sounded good to us. I was the only person that ordered a Lobster Quiche from the brunch menu everyone else ordered from the regular lunch menu. I was so disappointed when I first saw the Lobster Quiche ($30). It was the flattest quiche I have ever seen! When I took a bite it was cold! When I told our server that the quiche was cold he told me that it is supposed to be served at room temperature. I'm sorry I have never had a quiche served this way before and I did NOT like it at all. I gave a 3 star review because zero for my item but the regular lunch menu items were fine.

Darren O.

Yelp
So we frequent other T.B. restaurants, and they are always top-notch. This one feels very similar to the one on the Big Island, both are very nice. We had to wait a few minutes for our reservation to be ready. The hostess apologized for the wait. Our server was nice and friendly. Got our drinks and appetizer quickly. We ordered the Goat Cheese dip- as always it was fantastic! We both ordered the mac nut Mahi Mahi with almond rice and asparagus. I've had this lots of times. The rice and asparagus were perfect, the Mahi Mahi was under seasoned and needed salt. This normally is not a problem- but for some reason post covid restaurants are afraid to leave them on the table. Once we got salt the problem was fixed. Anyway - great place and really good food!

Yelp
Came in for happy hour while on our trip. We were shopping in the area and saw that they had a Tommy Bahama restaurant and we had to come in! The restaurant is beautiful, very tropical, laid back, relaxed, great music playing, fantastic service, amazing cocktails and food. We sat at the bar and ordered a couple drinks to start. They were both delightful! Food- we shared the sliders, they were huge. Honestly the best sliders I've ever had. The fries were crispy and not oily, if we didn't have a dinner right after we would have ordered more! Great spot to come in for a date, drink, with friends, a group etc!

Tony S.

Yelp
Awesome place, awesome, food, awesome staff. See the pattern? This place is great. Nice location next to Wailea, large dining room can accommodate groups, parties or just a small gathering. Open area allowed the breezes to flow, made a great experience. Staff was quick, attentive and knowledgable. The Coconut Shrimp ranks as some of the best I've ever had. Do you like tacos? Well here's the place. Amazing steak tacos, perfectly marinated, fork tender and delicious. Fancy a burger? Well they have that too, and it's equally as good. Stop by, enjoy the staff, have a great meal, walk it off in the shopping area. You'll be glad you did.

Yelp
Service, food and ambience was impeccable last Wednesday. My friend treated me to lunch for my birthday. We enjoyed the chicken mango / blueberry salad and ahi poke! So good and our server Greg was the best! The fresh, hot bread was too good too but we had to reserve our appetites for our meal. The crisp glass of Pinot Gris was a true compliment to the meal and Greg topped the glass with an orchid! You will always have great meal and service at this restaurant. They offered Key lime pie for my birthday but we were too full to enjoy it. One of my favorite places in Wailea to eat, enjoy a celebration and of course, Happy Hour from 4-5pm.

Tanner K.

Yelp
Great spot for the sunset and good upscale island living vibes. Food was solid, also. Hit the spot after a long day at the beach.

Yelp
Just a normal night in Maui and my boyfriend and I wanted to try something new. I came in not expecting much but my expectations were blown away. At first we were a little taken back because the host said she was full for the night even though open table said reservations were still available & we saw many open tables. Thankfully we got a seat at bar & received excellent and fast service from the bartender Kelly! Aside from recommending a yummy pineapple beer she even recommended some waterfalls for us to hike to as well. As far as the food goes, we chose the award winning coconut shrimp as an appetizer & the macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi. My boyfriend and I shared the mahi mahi entree and they were so nice to split our entree for us onto two separate plates without us asking. We were pleasantly impressed with the kind gesture & how perfect the dish was cooked. For the fried coconut shrimp it was crispy, coconutty & delicious. I thought the coslaw salad would been bitter but it was actually very refreshing. I wasn't a big fan of the ginger apple sauce but a staff member Jason brought me out an aioli (used for the crab cakes) and it definitely paired well together. Wish we had room for desserts but nonetheless we were very happy with our dining experience

Nate G.

Yelp
Food was decent. They said our reservation was cancelled because we were five minutes late? Waitress was good. Ambiance was decent.

Jeff H.

Yelp
Great service, seated right away late on a Tuesday night. Live music was very good, we had one speaker near us that was a little too loud but waitress had it turned down for us :) I had the blue lump crab cakes, awesome flavor, and I am a crab cake fanatic! The Pina Colada cake is a touch of heaven I highly advise you give it a try. The restaurant is conveniently located in The Shops next to the Grand Wailea where we stayed making it a short walk for a great dinner.

Amy J.

Yelp
Great location in the upper corner of the shopping center. Loved the ambiance; it felt very tranquil and I felt like we could have sat there and ate and drank all afternoon! The service was excellent. Our drinks were constantly refilled and our food was delivered timely and hot. The food was really tasty too. The goat cheese dip was insane and I still think about how delicious it was!

Tina K.

Yelp
Came here on NYE and it was a great experience! Shoutout to Madison, our server. She was AWESOME! I love Tommy Bahama's restaurants and this was our first time at the Wailea location. Service was excellent and the food was great, as always. They have amazing mai tais, espresso martinis, craft cocktails, and beer/wine. Food - do not, I repeat, DO NOT skip the coconut shrimp. Other things I love is their flatbread, Mahi Mahi, tacos, and crab salad. 4 stars because this location was super loud! Maybe it was a NYE thing, but just seemed more bar-like than the other locations I've visited.

Jean H.

Yelp
I have eaten at the Tommy Bahama restaurants in Newport Beach, CA and Jupiter, FL and had excellent food at both. I almost cancelled my reservations based on some of the very low ratings on Yelp for this location. Thank goodness we didn't, because Greg our waiter was welcoming, entertaining, and knowledgable about the food and drinks he was serving. He brought us a complimentary appetizer with a beautiful presentation on sliced cucumbers with whipped local goat cheese and tomatoes, superb! And I don't normally like goat cheese. My teen daughters ordered the chicken sandwich which came with a spicy ailoli, and a side of fries. Our waiter was kind enough to have it split for them. They said it was cooked perfectly and they liked the sauce that came with it. I ordered two Happy Hours items: Mahi Mahi Tacos and the Grapefruit Basil Martini which Greg recommended. The Mahi Mahi Tacos were some of the best I have ever had, and I think it's because they are charred there. Used the lime to add a little lime on top, and they were perfect! Grapefruit Basil Martini was refreshing and packed a punch, think i needed to eat a little more food with that cocktail. :) Overall, I would come back in a heartbeat, we were seated outside on a patio lanai overlooking beautiful trees at the top floor of the Shops at Wailea. Thanks Greg for the outstanding service!

Tara M.

Yelp
Great ambiance with live music. The food was fresh and full of flavor. Loved our server Ethan!

Iana K.

Yelp
Very delicious and best service . I don't think I need to add anything else here , enjoyed every bite

Matt M.

Yelp
Today my wife and some great friends at a delicious lunch. All the drinks and food were delivered in a timely manner with Greg providing excellent service. The restaurant is in a great location with ample parking and consistent service by all the staff. If you're in Kihei, HI make sure to visit the restaurant!

Brittany B.

Yelp
The food is really good and it's consistent. Great service, good music, nice ambiance.

Ray G.

Yelp
An AMAZING Appetizer is their large WORLD FAMOUS COCONUT SHRIMP! OMG!! So ultra delicious! I could have had another large plate of these. The appetizer to AVOID in my opinion is their Guacamole & Fire Roasted Salsa. They missed the mark because the Chips were stale. Informed our server and he said it's due to the humidity. Got us some "newer" ones (better but still a lil stale). We LOVED the following ENTREEs: 1) Thai Shrimp & Scallops has a very unique flavor that is quite delicious! 2) Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos is my personal FAVORITE!! So addicting!! 3) All-American Burger is cooked Perfectly the way you want it. They will give any burger place a run for #1 in flavor.

Danielle W.

Yelp
we had a wonderful experience here on our trip to Maui. I am always a bit hesitant on chains, but they proved me 110% wrong. the service, ambiance, and food was top notch. highly recommend! also the coconut shrimp was truly the best we've had.

Robin K.

Yelp
First of all the service is excellent!! Everyone is very friendly. On top of that the food is excellent. 10 out of 10!

Cisco C.

Yelp
I've been here 2 times food is really great. Service is great!!! I love hot weather so outside sitting is awesome. so as always I Ordered my food & enjoyed the Live band music. If you're an outdoors type of person like me then you will not be disappointed.

Rafael S.

Yelp
What an amazing experience at the STORE. Floor associate brought me to the sandals I was looking for. From there Ms. Grace (Eun Mi) took over and found us exactly what we wanted plus more. Great store; very well organized with good selections and friendly staff. What an awesome professional & friendly shopping experience. Thanks so much Grace!

Lilly R.

Yelp
We just heard so much fuzz about this Restaurant that we came to dinner for the first time, we are coming from California. Lovely location, and the idea of having the Tommy boutique inside the Restaurant was fantastic, so many temptations and pretty little things to buy. About our dinner, attention to detail, and customer service were Superb! We felt so welcoming at all times. But the star of the review wasn't the food, drinks were beautifully presented, but too sweet... our dishes were ok but we just were expecting an amazing flavor and unfortunately weren't there. We will come back on another trip and hopefully, I can update my review.

Brianna T.

Yelp
Really nice restaurant next to the Tommy Bahama store. Our server was very attentive and we were pleasantly surprised by the food. Started with the guacamole and fire roasted salsa and coconut shrimp. Shrimp was tender and crispy, and I really liked the papaya-mango chutney. The mac nut crusted Mahi Mahi came with almond rice and asparagus and was really good. Fish was perfectly crusted, yet buttery and flakey. Although the rice lacked a bit of flavor, the dish came together really well. For dessert we ordered the pina colada cake and key lime pie. The cake was moist but the key lime pie was very tart and I wasn't a huge fan. I would definitely come back again.

Yelp
Ambiance: This is such a beautiful restaurant and in such a great location in my opinion. It is on the second story of the Wailea Shopping Mall and you are faced behind with beautiful palm trees. We got lucky to sit outside with the nice fresh air. The setting and the decorations are very beachy! We also had great live music playing, Overall great place for a date night dinner. Service: Our server Ethan was so polite and sweet. He gave my boyfriend a great recommendation of food as well. He even gave us hot towels to wipe our hands after. He had such a bubbly and happy personality that made us all in such a great mood. This guy really just wrapped the whole night up with the great luxury experience with a smile :) Food: I had the Lobster Mac and Cheese as their special for the night. It was delicious and creamy, cooked perfectly and the lobster had so much flavor. The touch of the bell peppers threw me off a little tho. But the actual meal itself was to die for. I could not stop eating. My boyfriend had the Guaza Glazed BBQ Ribs which were his "new favorite ribs of all time". The ribs were super tender, and had a great crust. The meat is super lean as well, with incredible flavor. The glaze over the ribs just threw it all together. The slaw and the mashed potatoes fit together, and was incredibly delicious. Price: This place is DEFINITELY on the pricey side, so if you are looking for a spot on a budget this is NOT the spot for you. But, if you are looking for a great luxury dining experience, definitely head to Tommy Bahamas.

Sunny H.

Yelp
Not bad. I don't care much for the clothing or brand so I didn't expect much. Hubs wanted to check out the place. We ordered: Ahi poke with taro chips to start/share - loved! Sea bass - delicious wow Guava rubbed beef ribs - daughters enjoyed Ahi special - pretty good. All in all, service was great and friendly. Food was tasty. Vibes was very appropriate for Maui vacay so I'm recommending.

Don K.

Yelp
Wasn't up for shopping the Shops of Wailea. And it was happy hour at the bar. Large pour vodka martinis ($12), coconut shrimp (3/$12) and a duo of dips (salsa and guac $12). All were delicious. We added an after happy hour entree of Parmesan crusted Sanibel chicken with broccolini and cauliflower and potatoes, mashed ($36). The chicken was moist and very flavorful. Great choice. The bartenders were friendly and the second floor restaurant, accessible by elevator, has that upscale vibe given its location in Wailea. Certainly a perfect place for a special island dinner or happy hour.

Theresa S.

Yelp
A fantastic surprise. First of all I had no idea that Tommy Bahama had a restaurant so we went into this blind. We honestly had a such a great time and great food. The restaurant itself is really pretty, offering lots of seating both inside and out. We got a table pretty quickly with no reservation and could hear the live music that was playing outside. We started off with a round of drinks, the Mai Thai was really good and so was the classic mojito. The blood orange margarita was fine but not my favorite. For an appetizer we did the Goat Cheese Dip which went CRAZY, the bread was perfection and my family fought over who could have the last piece. Our one regret was not getting the coconut shrimp because they looked massive and so good every time we saw them being brought to another table. Dinner itself was delicious. I haven't had ribs in forever so I went for the Guava glazed baby back pork ribs.... So yummy and the mashed potatoes were some of the best restaurant mashed potatoes I've had. The Thai shrimp and scallops were also very good and the concept of almond rice blew my mind. Lastly the Duroc Pork Katsu (seasonal summer 2024 menu item) was perfectly crispy. Shoutout Kailee for taking great care of us!

Lyne M.

Yelp
The food here is always on point. They have a filet salad that's fantastic. Their drinks are delicious. One of our favorite spots at the shops in Wailea. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Love the atmosphere and the shopping after. We usually walk down to the beach after for a nice walk.

Aash S.

Yelp
Great family atmosphere. Nice place to eat when shopping at Wailea shops. Quick friendly service we pretty good food. Here's what we had: Chips and Guac: Eh, could skip. Chicken tortilla soup: creamy delicious. Definitely get this is you like tortilla soup. Coconut shrimp: very tasty and very sweet. Recommend pairing with their Siracha Aioli. Burger sliders: yummy classic sliders Steak tacos: delicious. They say it's the best on Maui ‍

Navid D.

Yelp
Our server, Greg was absolutely phenomenal! We have never dined at Tommy Bahama, and had no idea what an awesome restaurant with such a great menu and service we were missing out on. We had the fried asparagus, which was absolutely a knock out. The bread along with the flavored garlic butter was a nice touch too. Fast friendly service. I booked our reservation for 6 PM on OpenTable. We were running late so I called them and I let them know and they didn't have any issues with it even though I was running 15 to 20 minutes late. I ordered the Ahi tuna, my wife got the steak salad, my daughter got the chicken strips, and her friend got the pasta, and everything was outstanding! This had to be one of the best meals we've had in a long time dining out. I don't drink any alcohol beverages, so I told Greg I was in the mood for something fruity, and he came up with some kind of a concoction that was pretty delicious with blueberries in it so, hats off to him for pulling that off as well. He also hooked us up with this Crème brûlée in a pineapple, which was out of this world. I would highly recommend that if you're in the mood for dessert. I think the best part was at the end where the girls got to write postcards back home, which is provided by the restaurant. That's such a neat touch. Both of them did a fingerprint in the crème brûlée on the postcards and said "smell here pineapple crème brûlée" lol. Definitely looking forward to making this a routine visit on our future trips to Maui!!

DiAnn A.

Yelp
Service is always great from Katy, Luke, John...great cocktails Fast. Friendly atmosphere and lovey but not noisy. Recently had their ahi poke appetizer as a starter, not crazy about the new recipe- too many flavors with mashed avocado and nicely spiced ahi- they put seaweed salad in the middle. Not a fan, go back to the old recipe please. But the recent addition of the mushroom burger is awesome. As are the happy hour sliders. Mahalo for being out kitchen away from home.

Lucille H.

Yelp
The complimentary bread piping hot with cinnamon flavoured butter really took us by surprise. The coconut shrimp and Mahi Mahi tacos were outstanding. Best I've had in each category. Based on the bread, shrimp, and fish tacos I'm giving this place 5 stars. I did not try any of the dinner entrees. I'm not a fan of their desserts though as they were too sweet for me.

Amber W.

Yelp
One regret...we came here on our last day. HUGE miss on our part because yes, it was a 5 star experience! Next time we will be here several times during our stay. World famous coconut shrimp for reals! Ordered 6 and added 2 upon the recommendation of our server, Greg. Super idea! Big shrimp sitting in sauce wish a fantastic slaw! My husband got the seafood pasta. One word...spectacular! I ordered the Thai shrimp and scallops. Scallops were perfect! Only complaint, not enough sauce. Which Greg got for me upon request. One of the best crème brûlée EVER!!! The chocolate dessert was decadent. Drinks on point. The rye drink is like an old fashioned. Mai Tai second only to the other famous Mai Tai on the island. IYKYK Excellent location with the right amount of nature. Clean and friendly. Did I mention GREG? Ask for him you won't be disappointed!

Rod V.

Yelp
Located right next to Ruth's Chris, which intended to go for lunch, only to learn they were only open for dinner. Anyhoo, after buying the most awesome Hawaiian shirt on the store side, we thought we'd give the restaurant a whirl. It did not disappoint! Hubs and I started with the calamari appetizer, which wasn't what we expected, but in a good way! Rather than rings and tentacles, it was fried but cut into strips like a steak - delish! We then had his and his tacos, hubs had the fish and I had the beef. It was a pricey lunch, but whenever we're in Maui, this place will definitely be in the rotation!

Jen K.

Yelp
Came here for a dinner, I had the filet mignon salad and pineapple crème brûlée. They were both tasty, and our waiter was great - we were curious about the chicken tortilla soup and he offered to bring a sample so we could decide (ended up being tasty as well). The front desk service could use some improvement - not friendly, didn't seem well put together. We had called 2 minutes prior to confirm there was no wait for a party of five and upon arrival they weren't sure if they could seat us due to "staffing changes." The rest of the experience was great.

Shannon V.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this better. Everything was just kind of weird from the get go. The hostess asked for some personal information before she would seat us we kindly declined but it got weird. We were here on the early side for lunch so the restaurant was not too full yet. We sat outside which was nice because they had good shades. Our server was friendly but seemed to be MIA a lot. We split a burger and the quesadilla. The quesadilla was pretty decent. The chicken was nice addition and the portion was nice. The burger however looked (and tasted like) it came from a preformed frozen patty. It was dry and under seasoned. The fries were the best part of the burger. In the end the experience was disappointing and we were kicking ourselves for not seeking other options.

Yelp
We visited the location in Maui to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a great experience. The food was wonderful and the service was quick We had to make a reservation because they were so busy but while we were there the service was on point I got the coconut shrimp as an appetizer and MACADAMIA-NUT-CRUSTED FRESH CATCH as a main course. We sat near a window overlooking the shops. The wind was blowing but it was perfect. We loved it alot and I'd recommend it!

Yelp
The crab bisque was an excellent opener but the Chilean Bass was the best I have ever had; by a mile. 8.5. There have been only a few 9's in my 74 years. Cali our server was elite. Environment perfect. Absolutely go try enjoy and well worth whatever the cost. This is rare today in the world of poorly prepared dishes and overpriced restaurants. Maui

Yelp
Updated with pictures!! Took 8+ months, but I was finally able to download my pics from the "cloud". 6/1/22 *See SF Japantown Yelp - pictures to be uploaded if I can recover. Quality/Quantity - The complimentary bread is so so good; I believe they make it in house. Got the following, all of which were good in both flavor and quantity. See pictures. Salmon Bowl - This is like a salmon salad Kona Coffee-crusted Ribeye - medium rare, I think it could have been rarer but it was still good. It could have also had more coffee flavors. The fries were great. I gave my daughter my salad, lol. Tamarind Pineapple Glazed Mahi Mahi - When in HI. This was interesting, see picture. Almost as if it was in a soup? See picture. It was still good, but... interesting textures. Atmosphere - They are located in the back of the mall. Fairly large space. Indoor and outdoor seating. Regular or bar seating. Service - Server seemed new. Did okay but we had to ask and repeat ourselves a few times. Price - $114 + generous tip; we were feeling generous. Owner Comment - Congrats on your 29+ years of success since 1993.

Yelp
Loved the coconut shrimp, Parmesan crusted chicken and warm bread. Delicious food and excellent service from our friendly server, Brittany. There's a reason that all of the chains have great reviews. The quality is apparent. The hostess was so kind in getting us in more than a half hour before our reservation time.
