This rating is for today and the overall service. I’m not sure how this business trains or leads its employees. I ordered a medium-cooked steak online, but it was well done and only warm—not hot. The baked potato was hot, which I appreciated. However, the portion for the loaded toppings came in a tiny cup—very slack. Do better. When I came in, no one greeted me. I saw three employees before I even received my food. This is supposed to be a place centered around customer service. Food comes out great when the right people are in place. As Black people, we often go above and beyond in customer service when dealing with other races, but don’t show that same respect to each other. That’s not a good look. Some employees are just there for a paycheck, and you can’t trust those types to do right by the customer. A business is represented by the people they hire. I didn’t have time to come back and have my order remade, so I left this review. Customers should receive what they paid for—not what an employee feels like handing out based on the attitude they’re carrying that day.

The grilled lamb chops were a highlight – tender and flavorful, with a satisfying char. The accompanying street corn on the cob was a delightful burst of sweet and spicy, a perfect counterpoint to the rich lamb. Creamy mashed potatoes completed the comforting plate. The chicken bites provided a sweet & spicy welcome kick. The garden salad was fresh and crisp, a standard but necessary counterpoint to the heavier dishes. The drink selection impressed. The long pour mango margarita was fruity, potent, and refreshing, while the Old Fashioned was expertly crafted, showcasing a smooth and balanced profile. Overall, LongHorn delivers a solid meal with a comfortable atmosphere, making it a dependable choice for a satisfying dinner.

We were seated at 8:30pm drink orders were taken and then 5 min later appetizers, 30 min later no appetizers yet...just got some bread and butter 15 min go by still no drinks but appetizers finally come out 5 min later after we asked about them....still no drinks (alcohol) smh. 30 min later we ordered another appetizer as we still don't have food. Finally he said food was being plated at 9:50 so we just told him we wanted it to go smh. Food didnt come out till 10:15 or 10:20 Nobody checked on us or apologized for our wait. ORDERS WERE WRONG, missing sides etc. They gave me a 6oz steak even though we paid for an 8oz, then he lied to my face...I think he was the Mgr that told me it was 8oz, but it was the same steak on the kids menu! Oh and they gave me RAW broccoli...not cooked at all wth. I'm still pissed and hungry as I hate cold food! I'm too sleepy and tired to eat now smh. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. My son is a big tipper and our waiter (he) would've gotten twice as much had the kitchen staff and mgr. done a better job...and my son still gave a big tip😉 that he really should not have gotten. I told them next time they see us they owe us for real....watered down drinks 2 came with tops to shake 3 didn't, just an overall bad experience and I'm still hungry pissed and irritated.

I had one of the juiciest steaks of all time here on Father’s Day night… we came in the last 10 mins and still was waited and serviced. Didn’t get a pic of mine but my son agrees with me. Great location Great management

Food was warm, customer service was horrible. Ordered alcoholic beverages not once was offered water as well. Server never came to check on our throughout our time dinning . She placed the check on the table and said “no rush” then comes back by saying I’ll get y’all some boxes again never asking us if we needed anything . Attitude sucked , very dismissive behavior would not recommend CECE E . as a server .

I love longhorn!!! The dine-in service is always excellent. However, the pick-up service isn't so great. Today, Friday, I ordered a takeout order and waited 30 minutes in the parking lot. The app told me it would be delivered soon, but it wasn't. I had to get out and keep waiting. And some of the lettuce in my salad was a bit off.

I usually come here often however, this experience for my birthday was not pleasant. I ordered from the bar a Parmesan crusted Salmon, and it was not on my order also on my brussels sprouts there was no honey apple butter, and on my potato there was no salt. I waited 45 minutes for a Togo bland order that has never been like this before from this location. Paid too much for my birthday meal to be totally messed up. Very disappointing.

My food is usually a 10 out of 10. But today something was just wrong. My steak was super fatty and bland. It tastes like they skipped the seasoning and the finishing sauce. My salad was trash and not fresh and the star of the show my Brussels sprouts were mushy and disgusting. My baked sweet potato was fire though. Imma chalk it up to the cook having a bad day. But I am so disappointed.

1) Tell employees to pay attention to their customers and not to their phones. 2) Have employees not to take their day out on NEW paying customers. 3) Be more attentive when bring out customers food & drink, also in a timely manner. *** Now to what happened on 7/28/25 around 9pm I wish I would have taken the employees names *** My son & I stopped in for dinner when we walked in an employee walked up to us, and said "How are you doing?" as if he was going seat us . Just as I was going to answer he yelled " Im off " and walked out laughing. When the hostess walked up she was on her phone FaceTiming someone, and had an attitude with the person on the call. She finished her call as we waited, then she turned to us and said " How many?". With a disgruntled tone. I answered 2, and she picked up 2 menus then darted off. We followed her to our table she put the menus on the table, and walked off without saying anything. We sat down, and opened the menus

I have now ordered a "to go" meal 3 times from this restaurant. Every single one was perfectly cooked and outstanding!!! The lettuce on the Caesar salad was so fresh and crunchy. The croutons literally melt in your mouth and the dressing was divine. The steaks had brilliant flavor and were spot on medium rare. The loaded potato had all the great toppings in one container, and I love the salt on the skin. Huge bonus. I sometimes feel like take out customers draw the short straw, but not here!

We decided to stop by for lunch because I was craving a steak. My son decided to get a steak as well. Our server was named Josh. He was friendly and professional with us at all times. Josh was very attentive while we ate our lunch. We both ordered ribeye steaks. Leo really loved the Mexican corn on the cob! I had a double order of Brussels Sprouts. I had $6.95 Texas Margarita. It was very good with a sugar rimmed glass! Steaks were well seasoned and medium rare, the way we liked them! Place was busy but ran smoothly. Clean bathrooms. I will definitely be back !

Yelp Fam! What's going on? Today, I'm sharing an oldie but goodie! Whenever I can't decide what to eat, I always stick with my tried-and-true favorite--Longhorn. I love mixing and matching meals to last me a few days, and today was no exception. I surprised myself by ordering a salad (a rare occasion for me!). Since they were out of the Caesar salad, I opted for the Greenhouse Salad, and it was delicious. I also ordered the chicken tender meal with fries, the spicy chicken bites appetizer, and a loaded baked potato. As always, the food and service did not disappoint. This location is consistently on point, and I can always count on them for a great experience.

I ordered to go and the to go servers messed up with multiple items on my order. My family and I were highly upset but I will say the manager Darnell went above and beyond to fix all the issues and even gave a small incentive to return. That professionalism is much appreciated and will be back.

I'm not sure why the ratings are so bad lol I had such a good time at the bar last night. I sat at the bar for convenience. The bartender was overwhelmed but I think she handled it well. I got a tall beer on draft in a chilled glass (that's always a plus for a beer drinker). I ordered Flo's filet, the 9oz. I also added a loaded baked potato and a few shrimp. It was sooooo good! I didn't know the shrimp came with rice so that was a nice side that was added. Almost forgot I had a Caesar salad as well. It was really amazing for the price. Set up like most Longhorn's with dim lighting and a western type of feel. I'll be back for sure.

Alisha Monet might want to consider taking her name off the front of the restaurant in those big gold letters because it looks very embarrassing

I see why the rating is bad.. the phone ringer is on the lowest with 5 ppl waiting and 8 ppl eating... but i opted for curbside but yet im inside picking up my order. There are 12 open available workers... conyers and tucker location could never!!! Definitely copying and pasting to google reviews

So this establishment wouldn't have even gotten the 1 star. Complete disappointment in customer service. I with a party of five and out assigned waiter was Isaiah. He was horrible. No attentiveness at all. It was to the point that we had to ask any working personnel we saw walking around for assistance. The food was your basic Longhorn food so pretty decent. We tried the lamb it was okay but it was cold so who's to say. One of my sides was completely forgotten and it was a salad. Like I said this entire visit was a mess. Hopefully your visit is better than mine.

Visited longhorns by the battery At Cumberland today (6/27/24) after passing it sooo many times and ordered a quick dinner (Resrock shrimp with Caesar salad, baked potato and broccoli)to go from Nicole and the service for just Togo y'all was crazy phenomenal she went above and beyond she was so sweet as she was super busy but I didn't feel it one bit and the manager Elliot even came out and greeted me as well and was very friendly as he assisted me in making the perfect decision for my order. I really love this please and the food is top tieeeerrr and I am verrry picky plus I cook myself usually... everything was super delicious #myNewfavoritePlace

This place has really gone downhill. First I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, then I was placed next to the bathroom. there was barely anyone in the restaurant! There was the typical lackluster ambiance to the restaurant that seems to hover over a restaurant in decline. The waitress dropped off some bread then came back after another 10 minutes. She didn't ask me how I was or attempted any small talk. I ordered the 1/2lb steak burger and French onion soup. When they arrived, it came with a pack containing a plastic spoon. Not even a real spoon! The soup was acceptable, but the hamburger was lukewarm and mealy. When I looked around for the waitress because I wanted a refill of my drink, she was nowhere to be found. She finally showed up after I finished my disappointing burger. I passed up two Burger Kings to come here, and I shouldn't have. Don't bother coming here.

It was a busy work day and I was not wanting to cook, but wanted to grab something hot and fast. Placed an order over the phone and within 15 min. it was ready. I ordered the wings and a sweet potato. The wings were pretty tasty they had nice seasoning. I would have like a little bit bigger sweet potato. It kinda looked wilted and burnt on the skin. The sugar and butter gave it a nice flavor though. I like that they still gave me a bread roll, but I think it has changed sizes unless it's the togo portion. I remember way way back it looked more like a loaf. Overall, nice quick meal.

I enjoyed my pre-birthday meal tonight. The ambiance was perfect. The drinks were made exactly as I like. The food was great. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken and half slab combo. It was amazing. I had the broccoli and rice pilaf as the sides. It couldn't have been any better.

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon with a party of four. The restaurant was pretty empty and we were sat immediately. Once sat, our order did not come out with the right side dishes and the waiter was MIA most of the time. The food itself was decent but the service was definitely disappointing. This is my first time at this location. I'd recommend trying one of the many other restaurants in the area before trying this particular Longhorns.

This was not my favorite longhorn steakhouse visit ever. First off, the host forgot about us. Second, the French onion soup was so thick and syrupy, I think they forgot to add the water to the mix they must get, it was inedible. Third, the soup was still on the bill when we were presented with it. And it all took forever. Probably the first time I've eaten at one of these that I've left without the chik plate cake, but we were worn out by the end of the meal. Sigh.

Don't eat here. There is a server by the name of Latoya who is rude and nasty. I previously worked at this longhorn & I saw her stick her hand in a customers cup to scoop out the ice & she still gave it to the customer to drink. She was willing to give two elderly women caffeinated coffee, when they specifically asked for decaf, ignoring. Their health concerns. She was also willing to give them whole milk when they asked for half and half, they could have had an allergy. She did the same thing with another man's tea. She doesn't introduce herself to the customers because "I get to many bad reviews" she trained me that one day and I quit the next. Come to the longhorn on sandy springs rd!

I have been coming to Longhorn for years... not once have I ever complained about anything, asked to speak to a manager, etc. In fact, I NEVER make negative comments on food or service ANYWHERE that I go. However, last night, I ordered a steak for takeout. When I got home, I noticed it was COVERED in white hair. I drove back to the restaurant to show them, and although the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the manager was very rude. He clearly didn't care about my situation, given that he blamed me, treating me like I was a child - saying things such as "looks like you dropped it on the ground," "you must have a cat," etc. No, I don't have any pets and no I didn't drop it, but it sure does look like y'all dropped it on the ground. He looked at me suspiciously during our entire encounter as if I made all this up, and never apologized or offered a refund. And, not once did I raise my voice, cause a scene, or act angry with him or any of the staff. After waiting in silence for 15-20 minutes (I had no updates as to what was going on), he brought out a newly cooked steak with my original sides. Although I am appreciative of a new meal, the last thing I wanted to do was eat.... my appetite was gone. Maybe I just happened to catch the manager on a bad day... but the way I was treated was not right.

This location is okay. It was not a busy night so what could go wrong? I ordered the 6 oz. Sirloin and Redrock Grilled Shrimp with 2 sides. For my sides I ordered asparagus, and a salad and an extra order of sautéed mushrooms. I never got my mushrooms, and somehow also got a baked potato with my order. Most people would say, "great, you got an extra side for no extra cost." Well, I don't like baked potato so it was a wash for me. I asked about my mushrooms, but I could tell she forgot, so I said never mind the mushrooms. For some reason, I like the location in Austell much better.

I just wanted to share with you my experience with Elliott Cheely last night. My co-worker and I from came in for dinner. Of his own accord, Elliott came by and visited with us. He is delightful, charming and an asset to your company. I mentioned that we need catering frequently. He provided a gratis dessert at my request and spent time speaking with us. Ambience was awesome, seated instantly and served right away! Loved the spinach dip and shrimp. The steak had the most amazing seasoning. Thank you for hiring such an amazing Manager. He should go far with your company and I will be a regular there with my friends and family and company.

There was a short wait when we arrived. The manager asked if we would be interested in sitting in the bar area where tables did not have a wait. I was a little Skeptical because I wasn't sure how the service would be with them tending bar customers as well. Well, I was pleasantly surprised as Cheyenne waited on us quickly and tended to whatever we needed. One of the best servers I've had in quite some time. Cheyenne was very friendly and attentive. To top it off, the food was OUTSTANDING!

I've heard so much about Longhorn and I finally got to try it with a few friends. My party of 13 did have an hour wait, so I expected it to be amazing. After getting seated, our waiter J brought us the bread and I'm a fan of it now. My salad was great and those Wild West shrimp were even better. There was a great dipping sauce, and the spicy chicken app wasn't really spicy to me. I had the filet and grilled shrimp. The sweet potato was the best thing on the plate to me. The shrimp had good seasoning but it was hot. The rice had great flavor as well and my steak was cooked as requested, but it wasn't the best one I've ever had. I think it was a busy night so I hope to try another day, but the bathroom and setting was great for a family outing. Our party was celebrating a birthday and they were nice enough to give us a candle for our cake.

I love Longhorn. I go to different ones different states I am at this location. I tried it two times in a row. I do not know how they can cook a steak the way they want to cook it because I pacifically tell them no pink burn both sides over the fire chart wall black They do not know what none of that means overcooked mushroom caps dried up like a fish out of water very ignorant rude when you tell him there's a problem they avoid. You don't wanna stop and ask you if you need anything I'll order your food. Bring it in. That's it. I went to other locations they come over and ask how things are. The managers would do the same happy doing the job seems to me but these folks here, ignorant rude end the little pretty fella at the bar with the red hair he would not do shit for you. You ask him to get something walk right by you. I know it ain't his job but he could have the courtesy set. I'll get a few but they ain't get no tip for me. The tip for me is getting new help at this location. Some people don't know what they're eaten. They think it's the way it's supposed to be when they give it to them, let me let you in on something you're not in prison.

Longhorn is a great American steakhouse. They're consistent from location to location and deliver a good value. My wife and I had the sirloin and shrimp and were both happy. Our steaks came out a perfect medium rare. If you're looking for a delicious steak dinner, this is always a great option.

The food was really delicious. We tried the new cheesecake that had caramel and pecans on it . definitely a must try just add extra caramel and extra pecans. The waitress was a little bit slow but once her boss came around asking how everything was and I mention she does not come back around and check on you and she was moving slow pace once. I informed him when she came back out it was much better we had to inform people of what they doing wrong and right so they can improve . The manager is very nice and very friendly and I like the idea that he came around and ask how was your experience at his establishment . I definitely will return to this location .

Very surprised to hear this location doesn't do reservations. Honestly if they did my party may have had a much better experience. We joined the wait list around 230 and we were told a wait time of 35ish minutes. We didn't end up being seated until nearly 2 hours later. The manager did offer some graham crackers to the kids and to bring us some drinks over an hour into our wait, but we didn't see him again for quite some time. The wait staff was not attentive and the request to not hold food to send out together had to be made multiple times and still not followed. I and another guest in my party had to send our food back because it was served lukewarm. Others just didn't want to be bothered with having their order refired. Refills were hard to come by and getting the bill was a task too. Absolutely livid how long it took to finally be able to leave. Really hope others don't experience the type of service we received tonight.

This place is very good. If you are hungry and want to eat at a restaurant I will recommend long horn. The waiters were very nice and patient. I couldn't eat anything better than long horn. Very good and nice.

The service was terrible. They told me that in order to get on the waitlist you have to check in with the desk to confirm that I had made a reservation. Luckily I got a table pretty quick. I waited 20 mins to even get my water. My server did not come back to check on me or get me a drink refill until it was time for me to pay for my check. The food was good though. I preferred my steak more medium rare but it came out medium. I can't really complain too bad though because the food was hot.

There is No integrity with this restaurant. I ordered a Salmon today and it is clearly overcooked. The worst part seems as if the cook scraped some of the burnt part off and served it. Obviously I can't return because I got it during lunch... so I am out of money and nothing to eat for lunch.

Had the most wonderful food and service yesterday at this place. Naomi was a pleasure to have as a server. She was attentive, made suggestions, and seemed happily to be there. I say that because all to often I've grown accustomed to lousy service, wish has stopped me from eating out. She did an amazing job, and prop to management for hiring her. Way to go Longhorn. Food was delicious and I loved the ambiance.

I was served well and the food was well the first couple times I went during training. The 3rd visit, everyone else around me was served who arrived 20 minutes behind me. Then I was served raw beef. I showed the servers and they told me that they would cook my glass of wine that was watered down. I will not be going here again.

First time visiting a longhorn location. Everything was very good. Our server, Alyna was lovely. She was friendly and made great first time recommendations. Overall the food was seasoned well and very tasty. We ordered the lobster and shrimp chowder to start. Although it tasted pretty good, it wasn't as thick as I imagine a chowder to be. I ordered the surf and turf. My filet was beautiful cooked and the sweet potato was soooo yummy. It's topped with butter and cinnamon sugar. I also ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts. Those were to die for. The only reason I am giving this location 4 stars is because the booth they sat us at was not clean and the bathroom needed a lot of attention. In my opinion ratings are for overall experience and a dirty bathroom and table definitely effects that.

I have picked up takeout at my local Woodstock LongHorn several times this summer and had fantastic experiences. However, I'm sorry to say that this Akers Mill location did not impress. The order was placed as curbside, but when we pulled into the parking lot, there were a grand total of two curbside spaces, both of which were already occupied. I ran into the restaurant to pick up my food and approached the host stand. I was momentarily ignored and then treated rudely when I did not know that takeout orders would be at the bar. Service was quick, and I immediately pitied the two cars in the curbside spots since I noticed that -- despite three staff members congregated at the host stand -- no one had gone outside to assist them. My frustration continued when our bag spilled over in our trunk and the lids to our salads had not been properly fastened, spilling a portion of the contents inside the bag and onto the trunk. It just felt like the cherry on top of an overall negative experience.

The food was good no doubt about it shout out to the cooks. That was the ONLY good thing about it. Our servers name was Jana she only filled our drinks once. She brought my salad after I finished my meal. She wasn't friendly at all or good at her job!!! If you go there and she is your server ask for someone else

On this day when I went to Longhorn, my mother and I decided to sit at the bar. When we were there the bar tender finished up the guest next to us. After that the bar was clear except my mother and I. Then a gentleman came and sat down and the shortly after a bar table behind us sat. Long story short... the bar tender did not give us bread, she served the people around us first, and when my mom asked for a Sangria she said they did have the mix to make it which was fine but she had nothing else to say after that, no suggestions, no wine suggestions; nothing. When other guest joined the bar they could tell our visit wasn't going great. We did make a big deal, we just gave the bar tender a 10% tip. But the food was good

Came for lunch with my boyfriend and we got TERRIBLE SERVICE from the bartender Cheyenne C. She barely came to check on us I had to ask the hostess for water. I understand getting busy as a worker of the industry but I wasn't taken care of at all and that alone will make me not come back to this location. I will continue to recommend other Longhorns !!

Update: The social team from LongHorn Steakhouse reached out with an apology and credit to try their restaurant again. I went to their location in Buckhead. The service at the bar was excellent. I appreciated the response to my concerns and am raising my overall review to three Stars to average out my experiences. Complete chaos at the check out area. Dirty bar. Employees that are not trained to wait on customers but talk amongst themselves. Overpriced for what you have to go through to get food. Bar was dirty. Food, plates, glasses everywhere. Asked if someone was sitting there? Ten minutes later it was cleaned. Manager? I honestly questioned going here because it is so awful to get your food. Manager's answer? 10% off and "Have a nice holiday." Whatever. NOT going back. PS? They were not busy.

Half the resteraunt had empty seating, yet they had a wait list 15 deep. I sat there for almost an hour when I was told 15-20 minutes. They are understaffed. Beyond that, the service and food was great.

Mike the mgr adjusted the charge in order which was incorrect. I had come back because I was given a gift card due to poor service. I got a flow fillet with sweet potato and asparagus. Very tasty. Would order it again. Not sure how soon I would come back here but I would not rule it out when I crave a steak
