Google
Yippy Kai aye cow folk, this here's a mighty tasty spot to grab some beef and other vitals. Steak was cooked well, artichoke dip and Brussels sprouts were especially delicious additions to a hearty meal. Warmly lit, western decor, plenty of table space for large parties, kid friendly, reasonably priced. 5 stars

First time here! The steaks had a good flavor but were overpowered by the incredible amount of salt and black pepper they added. At least the margaritas had a good mixture of sweetness and alcohol.

First time visiting! Food and drink were outstanding! The steak literally melts in your mouth. Our server, Destiny B provided exceptional service which made our visit memorable. I highly recommend asking to be served by her, she is there every Fri, Sat, and Sun. We were a party of 7 and told the wait was 20-25 minutes, but were seated down within 10 minutes of waiting. I also recommend coming early if you have a big party so everything goes well. Will definitely be coming back for the VERY delicious food/drinks and great service.

When LongHorn Steakhouse first opened, we tried it and it’s been one of our go-to spots ever since! Such a great addition to the neighborhood. We’ve dined here many times and the food is always consistently good—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety on the menu to keep things exciting. Our family loves it! We’ve also ordered takeout a few times and it’s always been great—fast service and super friendly staff. Recently we dined in with our baby and they were so accommodating, which made the experience even better. The steaks, shrimp, salads, sides, and appetizers are all delicious. You can tell management is doing a great job because everything runs so smoothly every time we visit. Highly recommend!

Google
The LongHorn Steakhouse felt warm and inviting as we entered the restaurant. This used to be the old Macaroni Grill, but now does not look anything like it did. If you like stuffed mushrooms, you will enjoy their Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Mushroom appetizer. They were generously filled and had a light garlic crust. I can also recommend the Chop Steak. It's a classic comfort food that was tender and flavorful, as it was smothered with mushrooms, gravy, and caramelized onions. Our server, Jessi, was helpful as this was our first time here. She checked in on us regularly and made our dining experience exceptional. Overall, we recommend Longhorn Steakhouse for anyone seeking a memorable night out, filled with delicious food and five-star service!

I came with friends during our hangout! I ordered the steak and lobster and it tasted amazing! We also split the dessert and it was so yummy! Definitely taking my wife next time:)

Excellent 12oz. ribeye! It comes with two sides. I picked loaded baked potato and buttered asparagus. It hit the spot! The strawberry pecan salad was very good too. Friendly and attentive staff. There are actual power outlets and USB ports on the table to plug in your devices. Very convenient! Easy free parking lot too. Good for small groups or big groups.

Party of 4, 2 kids and 2 adults, about an hour before they closed. They seated us and were friendly. We figured out what we wanted fairly quickly but it did take a while for someone to come. I got the salmon and it was a tad overcooked. Steaks seemed to be cooked pretty close to how they were ordered (Medium for an adult and medium well for a kid). With closing, I guess they were busy with their night duties but it did take some time for service. All in all, decent experience. We will be back, earlier.

Yelp
Ishmael our Waiter couldn't be more helpful or attentive. The Food, Ambience and Price were good too! There is ample parking, and they take Credit Cards as well as have Great Food, Service Staff and Drinks all excellent!! My Husband had the Hamburger lunch special, and I had my Strawberry Lunch Salad and Out of this World Shrimp and Lobster Soup!

Yelp
The classic burger was not season well and the chicken was to dry over all the food was okay

Yelp
M sister and friends love to go for lunch to the Longhorn and me too! The.wait staff is very attentive and kind. The thing that needs a lot of work are the cooks "Consistency." Sometimes burgers and steaks are over seasoned. And a long wait for food. Work on the consistency!

Yelp
I have a bit of a thing for fun American eateries like this, so I admittedly came in with elevated hopes. When our Yard House plan fell through, we walked over the lot to LongHorn - formerly Macaroni Grill. It was a Friday and we had just struck out with Yard House, CPK and Wood Ranch - surprisingly, LongHorn had empty tables and could seat us right away. We were a little suspicious, but grateful. Service was efficient and present. The interior is sizable, and they play sports on the TVs. The booths are comfy enough. We received our order relatively quickly, a short while after we received bread. The bread was not a flavor that I particularly liked, but I can definitely appreciate a restaurant that offers complimentary bread. I had the Steak and Shrimp Skewers with a Baked Potato and side of Broccoli. Everything was decent... Not something I'd come back for, but an okay meal, all the same. Maybe a tad bit high for the price, but also noticeably more cost-effective than some other places nearby.

Yelp
Went here for lunch and the waitress, Janet J was horrible! She was very flustered and tried to rush us through the menu...Placed my order, and was not happy with what she brought... the worst part is that when I was explaining to her that the order was wrong she wanted to argue with me and tell me that she didn't appreciate the way I was talking to her, so I proceeded to ask her who the hell she thought she was talking to... I asked for her manager..the manager took care of everything with A-1 service! I couldn't wait for the check to come so I can write ZERO in the tip area... she could never serve me again!! The 1 star is strictly for Janet's service... the restaurant always gets a 5!

Yelp
This place usually gets busy on weekends, so a reservation is recommended. Seasoned Steakhouse Wings - These wings were quite good. Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip - This was better than expected. Very creamy! Outlaw Ribeye - The price is good for a 20oz bone-in ribeye. My only complaint was that it was under seasoned. Not a big deal though due to the value. I got mine with a baked potato which was well dressed and quite tasty. Chocolate Stampede - Talk about chocolate overflow....

Yelp
I was treated to Longhorn last weekend and was impressed how good everything was, especially for a large non-upscale restaurant. Great food and nice family-friendly vibe. This was once Macaroni Grill restaurant, and now Longhorn Steakhouse, located on the restaurant side of Westfield Mall across the parking lot from Yard House and Red Robin. Plentiful parking on hand. We made reservations online and got seated 5 minutes after checking-in. The bar area near the entrance is the perfect spot for watching the game and enjoying a cold. The interior offers modern rustic ranch atmosphere which is warm and cozy. Although the meat selections aren't extensive, their ribeye and porterhouse are solid choices. We ordered the Outlaw (rib-eye) and Longhorn (porterhouse), both were cooked perfectly medium and well-seasoned. I preferred the porterhouse more than the ribeye, which I thought was more succulent and flavorful. Also, it's two cuts of meat in one - fillet mignon and New York strip. Mac N Cheese, grill corn and steam broccoli sides that we ordered paired nicely with the steaks. As well as the bottle of Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon. For dessert, we had strawberry shortcake, which was delicious. Steaks were priced low $40's, great value and huge. Excellent service too, our server was friendly and prompt. All in all, we were stuffed and satisfied. Can't wait to come back.

Yelp
Food was really good nice proportion size really flavorful. Was kinda loud inside but they had a few birthday parties at the time I was there. The servers was all nice and really fast.

Yelp
Well, I came here when they first opened, and it was not good. So I didn't give them a review at all. So I thought I would give them a second chance upon entering. We did have to wait, because maybe their short-staffed. I don't know. We decided to sit in the bar area. The service was great. It was Thursday, night football was on. So it was fairly empty at 6 / 7. It was jam-packed. The wings were not what I expected. The shrimp was raped by the way, we had appetizers. Long island ice tea and margarita. Once the food was served, I noticed the wings are not crispy.Crunchy like wings, are they're more like baked in the oven or something? So I sent them back and asked that it be removed from my bill.Chris wanted the managers came over chris with the weird last name, cousin said, there were more than one chris.Anyway, he was fabulous.Customer service oriented service with a smile. He asked me what was wrong with my food?I told him do not order hot wings. They should be fried.Crispy tastes good whole nine yards. He was great. He explained everything with a smile and offered his sincere.Apologies, hope we come back. And I will be back.I gotta give him a third chance, but you could check out the food yourself

Yelp
Parking: This location has a semi-private parking lot, felt safe. Seemed easy to find parking. Several big diesel trucks like mine parked here easily. 4 stars. Host stand: Employees seemed competent and helped me place my name on the wait list for a table. I arrived at 7:15 and was seated at 7:30pm. Host then took me to my table. No attempt conversation from host. 2.5 stars. Server: I was seated by host at 7:30 and server came to greet me and take my order at 7:36 which seemed a little long. Server did well with placing my order and making sure my drink was refilled. Only negative was, at the end of my meal, I asked for the desert menu and he brought my check instead... so I paid and left. 2 stars. Food: Do not waste your calories on the free bread, it's disgusting. The entree though, wow it surprised me, I loved it. SOO Good. Ribeye, fries, and Brussel sprouts. The Brussels are amazing. 4.5 stars. Bathrooms: Not clean. Toilet paper in the ground and water all over ground. Dirty, but everything worked. 2 stars. Ambiance: kinda loud inside noise. Have to speak up to hear each other. Two tv's in the bar area, but none in dining area. Might've been music playing, but didn't notice it over the noise of people talking. Also it was cold temperature inside. 2 stars. Overall: This food was soooo good, but almost everything else needs improvement. This restaurant is okay for family meals or friends. BUT, I would recommend other restaurants for a date or special friends that you Love. (4+2.5+2+4.5+2+2)/6 = 2.833 stars

Yelp
First time coming here. Such a beautiful establishment. We arrived around 7 Pm as a walk in. It was a 40 minute wait. Which wasn't too long. Our server, Daniela, was absolutely amazing. Food and refreshments came out super quick service was fast. The steaks tasted absolutely delicious. Corn on cob was super delicious. I would definitely come back.

Yelp
Been here a couple of times or more, One of the best steakhouse place in the valley with a cheaper price tag compared to the posh ones wherein you'll pay about $50-$100 per streak. I even celebrated my wife's bday in this place and brought friends from sacramento. Their food is amazing. From the appetizer, to the main course, and dessert. Staff are very very nice. They really look after you making sure you have a good dining experience! This place looks really nice and cozy We'll definitely come back to this place

Yelp
The salmon was perfect. The staff were perfect. The drinks were perfect. Giuliana the server is a great staff & deserves to be rewarded. The attention & efficiency she had during this visit was impressive & I hope I get her next time. The food came out quick & freshly made. The mashed potatoes were tasty & the butter was still melting when it was brought out which means it was not siting there for a while.

Yelp
Stopped by for my friends birthday dinner, thankfully we were able to make a reservation due to the party size that we had. Overall, the outside of this place seemed very nice looking and it correlated to the inside. It definitely gave the vibe of western interior, which I liked the theme of it. The service, was average and I understand because we came in about 2 hours before closing and I am sure that the workers had a long day. However, which I did not appreciate was when I asked if a certain food had nuts in it (I have a severe allergy to nuts) he basically laughed and said no it shouldn't and didn't even write it down to notify the kitchen. I thought that was very unprofessional of them. Lastly, the food was probably average for the price that we paid for it and the presentation was poor. The Mac n cheese was very good however, I'll give credit to that. Overall from my experience, I probably would not come back here.

Yelp
My SO and I came here for an early dinner. It wasn't busy yet so we were seated right away. Our server is pleasant throughout the time and kept on checking on us as well refilling our water glasses. The food is tasty, and the steaks are cooked just how we wanted it. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. My server warned me about the size of the steak that I ordered. But I was dismayed. I was expecting a ginormous 20 oz Outlaw Ribeye Steak for my entree but it wasn't. The size is almost the same size as the 12oz Boneless Ribeye. I know better next time. We will come back here but not for a while. Parking is not a problem as it is located outside a mall.

Yelp
Came here finally for a family dinner, waited forever for it to open, but had not visited since they did. We had a nice time, I was surprised it is much smaller inside than I expected. They do not take reservations, and they are always busy, so I expected a long wait, but we were seated within 10 minutes, nice surprise. This location has a full bar as well as their dinning area, they do have an app, but it seems mainly for ordering to go, could not see any area to log a dine in. I did sign up for their club and emails, we were treated to a free appetizer. Which actually had expired the day prior, but they honored it, great service. The promo was confusing on how it was worded though. Our appetizer was very good, we opted for the spinach parmesan artichoke dip with some crispy pita style chips, wish we had a few more of the chips, but otherwise excellent. All the meals start with their homemade bread and and butter, the bread has a sweet flavor to it, soft inside and firm outside. We are 3 or 4 loaves. Yum! I ordered their Ribeye (not the tomahawk) garden salad with blue cheese and a baked sweet potato. Everything was excellent, salad had a good amount of toppings, blue cheese was on point, the sweet potato was soft soft, melted in my mouth. The ribeye was excellent, I ordered it medium rare, cooked perfectly. The cut itself, although was a ribeye, was a bit more like a filet, but tender like a ribeye, seemed odd, but the seasoning in it and flavor was amazing. Did not need anything else, just cut and enjoy. Will be coming back again, nice to have a new steak place near us. Full bar to enjoy drinks if there is a wait, great service and great food. Enjoy!
google avatar

Jeannie G.

Yelp
The steaks need improvement so though to cut Side salad was like they just threw everything in the bowl and served it lopsided.

Yelp
Food was great! I love their apps, white cheddar stuffed mushrooms is a must try. Overall it's a steakhouse and I got baby back ribs lol Service could've been a little better, but I guess they were kinda busy since we went on a Sunday night. They were out of crayons which I thought was a little funny because they were offering the kids activity sheet, so if you come with kids byocrayons in case they run out again.

Yelp
A great slice of Americana. The service here was excellent. I forgot to catch our waitress's name (she was black, if it helps)-- she was on point with our order, helpful, and friendly, checking in on us a few times. I hope we get her again! Our kid got antsy and found it entertaining to walk the patio. She once accidentally got in the way of another waitress (blonde) who was patient with her and again so friendly. The dining room was packed on Friday night and super busy. So to have staff that can still make you feel welcome is a bonus. These days, great service and just being plain neighborly to each other goes a long way. Longhorn should be proud of its team. Also even other guests were friendly. Struck up a conversation with a parent who was also entertaining his kid outside the restaurant. I could definitely say this place is family friendly. Boisterous and lively. Flo's Filet steak was my favorite. Mashed potatoes go great with it. Yum. And we realized how great miller lite beer still is!

Yelp
One of those places you wish they had in every town. Fortunately, a short walk from our hotel. What more could you hope for in a steakhouse: Great ambience, super friendly hostess, fast table service, reasonable prices, preparation perfecto, generous portions. Did i miss anything? Oh yah meal tasted wonderful and dessert wasn't too shabby either. We miss this place already.

Yelp
The Longhorn Steakhouse opened a branch in Northridge last year. I have debated going there because of an abundance of negative reviews. However, while I take many of these write ups with more than a grain of salt, I do engage in homework, about especially, new restaurants. In this case, I also could not get rid of the strong pull to visit, because I kept passing this location on my numerous errands in the area. So I finally succumbed and made the short drive, on a Saturday night. Walking in, I was greeted warmly by the host and immediately felt not only welcome, but also decompressed. The optimum lighting. The not too loud country music (with excellent selections). The very tasteful and attractive, western cowboy decor. The other magnet to this place on a weekend, is that it is open till 11 pm. This timing was important because I got there a little after 9 pm in the evening, when my appetite was beginning to slowly fire up. I was given a booth in 15 minutes, with a lovely view of the surroundings. See my pictures. It is not often that I have three courses when dining. But this evening, I had a decent appetite and started with their shrimp and lobster chowder. I have to say I was very impressed by its temperature, viscosity, optics and its content of a generous distribution of the advertised seafood. For the main, I was shuttling between Flo's Filet and the New York Strip. I settled for the latter, medium rare, of course. The entrée included a salad, and I chose the Mixed Greens, instead of the Caesar. My only complaint about this accompaniment was that the tomatoes and cucumber were all buried right at the bottom with lettuce on the top. It should've been the reverse. Not only would it have been more attractive, but would have provided more pleasure and crunch in the opening eating process. There was also complementary bread with butter, but no bread or butter knives to go with it. Let's talk about the steak. It was thick, a generous potion, cooked perfectly, nice and juicy with satisfying char taste. The New York was sitting on its own juices bursting with flavor to highlight this expertly grilled piece of meat. This restaurant provides probably the best steak knives I've ever encountered. They were heavy, sharp and cut through this protein in an efficient manner. For the side, I had mashed potatoes, which came with a small chunk of butter on top.....which is how it should always be. Other restaurants please take note. By the time I went through these three courses, it was 11 PM and a little after. I was one of those that closed up the restaurant. I have to say the manager, my server and the service overall was high class. Thank you Longhorn, for a delightful dining experience. I definitely will be back.

Yelp
If you like flavorful food, don't come here lol Everything is very bland Server also forgot one of our sides and we didn't get it until our food was finished Ambiance is very country lol Personally would not go again :(

Yelp
We ordered 2 Outlaw Ribeye. One Medium and One WELL DONE (No Pink)... The Medium was ok HOWEVER for the well done, we have to ask the server twice to get it how my wife wanted her steak, NO PINK! And WOW, on the second try, you could literally see the butter floating, too much better! AND the server, well just have to make it short and simple. SO BAD service, SO BAD Well-Done Outlaw Ribeye...Oh well, lesson learned for us.

Yelp
Service was great we went to celebrate our last dinner for 2024 Was not busy at all (good thing ) I went with the baby back ribs my brother had ordered them on our previous visit and they were so juicy and tender falling off the bone. Well.... This time from a 10+ they went down to 7.5 the ends were crispy and dry and ribs were not so juicy and falling off the bone. Still good but 1st time I had them they were spot on! I didn't try to rice since it was for my 4 year old. But she ate it must of been good lol My brother order steak with Brussel sprouts We love their brussel sprouts Now he always requests his steak medium every where we go His steak was brought out almost done hardly any pink was in the steak. The waitress then said at Longhorn you have to ask for medium rare if he wanted pink inside. That's a first one I suggest if they do their steak temperature/cooking different they should place a chart And when a steak is medium it shouldn't be on the done side. Waitress was nice and replaced my brother's steak second time it was perfect. Just that little hiccup with the steak made the experience a little less joyful Having to wait on another steak while the sides were eaten 1st. Location is always clean I love that about Longhorn Will still give it another try again. Our last meal of 2024 on Dec 31st was just ok.

Yelp
The food at Longhorn Steakhouse is juicy, fresh, and expertly prepared, with excellent presentation. It did not disappoint and gave off serious "mmm mmm mmm" vibes. We visited the Northridge, California location near the Northridge Mall for a date night and had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, I noticed how comfortable and well-arranged the booths and tables were--a big plus for me because I like to feel relaxed when dining out. The menu offered plenty of options for a steakhouse, which made it hard to decide, so I went with the 8-ounce ribeye, broccoli as my side, and a Caesar salad (my go-to at any restaurant). Before the meal arrived, we were served a hot, fresh loaf of bread with butter. Believe me when I say I left this place feeling full and completely satisfied. This experience exceeded my expectations. I enjoy trying new restaurants, and I'm glad I gave Longhorn Steakhouse a chance. The service was outstanding, with friendly servers who were attentive and quick to fulfill any request. The ambiance was perfect for a date night--dimly lit with a romantic vibe, no harsh or bright lights. Overall, my experience at Longhorn Steakhouse was amazing. I'll definitely be returning in the future to try more of their juicy steaks and delicious sides.

Yelp
Why anyone would pick this mediocre streak house is beyond me. My husband had the chowder and it was so thin and had very little flavor. I ordered the steak and shrimp and I asked for medium rare, it came out like a hockey puck. I needed A1 to kind of enjoy it. Our server seemed overwhelmed and took plates of salads away that were still being eaten. The girl who brought the food out to us, when we Asked her for something she replied frankly, you've got ask your server. Ok. This dark establishment with cowboy decor and country music playing wasn't good at all. Go to wood ranch, it's way better.

Yelp
I met an old friend at Longhorn for a catch-up dinner. He was a fan of this place, despite the fact that it's a chain. I was more than a little dubious, but I deferred too his knowledge of the area. When we arrived I took in the venue. It had a clean, casual vibe and was no more than a quarter full. We were seated without a wait; our server introduced herself as she gave us menus and took our drink orders. I was very hungry so I went with the Outlaw Ribeye with two sides (seasoned fries and a loaded baked potato). Our dinners came out quickly and I was actually surprised by how good it was. My Ribeye was tender, juicy, and cooked exactly as I had requested (meduim-rare). My only complaint was that they kitchen had used more than a bit too much salt when grilling my steak. Hunger is a great sauce, so I found myself eating most of the meat despite the high sodium. Parking wasn't difficult, and the prices were reasonable given the quality and quantity of the food (the portion sizes were quite generous).

Yelp
Longhorn is a casual steakhouse chain known for grilled beef & other American dishes in a ranch-style space. They offer Steaks, Chicken & Seafood for Lunch & Dinner. Portions are huge & "Heavily Seasoned". Plenty of parking here. They are located behind Northridge Mall. This was our first visit on a Sunday afternoon, & checked in with the hostess. She said it was a fifteen minute wait. They took our name & we hung out by the bar area. The bar area looked clean & inviting with both, Booth & Bar seating. Can seem like a busy area... Dining room has booth seating & table seating with Ranch feels. There's also patio dining. After 20 mins of watching sports & sitting in the waiting area. We were seated & promptly ordered the following: Appetizer Texas Tonion - Idk why, but this was addicting! I appreciate they come in onion petals rather than a huge onion bunch stuck together. Yummy on its own & Perfect for sharing... (Pro tip: The dip it comes with enhances the flavor. If you're a BBQ sauce person, try these with BBQ sauce too) Entrees Longhorn Salmon - This was Good & a Good size for me. Perfectly cooked & seasoned on a bed of rice. I would definitely get this again. Parmesan Crusted Chicken - Good, Just a tad too salty for me. Prolly due to the Parmesan topping. Baby Back Ribs - Fall off the bone Good! I'm definitely getting this next time. You get a side & a salad with any entree. I went with the Baked Potato & upgraded the salad to a Chowder Soup. I liked both. Was able to have leftovers for the next day. LaToyya was an awesome server. Since it was our 1st time at a Longhorn, she answered my questions & gave some great recommendations. Thank You LaToyya for being on top of things & checking on us. Keep it up!!

Yelp
I've visited 3 times. The bartenders are dry no personality! I had to ask for service at the bar..: I rather be at yardhouse. Monty's is a better steakhouse

Yelp
Taste: 3.5 Creativity/Authenticity: 3.5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: 5 Bang for your buck: 4 I didn't feel like cooking steak so I decided to give this long awaited place a try. After reading the reviews I was very hesitant to try this place but I was hungry!! Lets begin got then outlaw ribeye medium rare only way to eat steak and loaded bake potato and well, I should have just cooked my own steak! It's wasn't bad, but it wasn't good, I had read some reviews saying the steak had a weird texture and I can confirm it was very mushy and although edible it's def not the quality you expect from a steakhouse. This is probably from it previously being frozen and or thawed improperly. The loaded potatoe was decent but kinda small and comparing it to wood ranch down the street. The service here was interesting, when I came in it was empty many open tables and there were maybe 13 people in there including myself and another guy waiting and the hostess told me 10 min wait? I counted the amount of servers and I'll just say this it's not a lack of staff. However my server was great, he was very attentive and took care of me and my order so that's one of the reasons my rating is not 1 star. Overall I'll give this place another try, hopefully my next experience will be better.

Yelp
Intro: I usually shy away from mainstream chain steakhouses due to too many bad experiences. I decided to give LongHorn a try after GugaFoods, a vlogger and steak lover on YouTube, rated them better than Ruth's Chris! Location 5: On the Northern edge of the Northridge Fashion Center in Northridge, CA, off of Plummer Street (between Tampa and Corbin). Plenty of parking around the restaurant. No Valet. The few EV charging stations at the mall are a few minutes of walk and always occupied. The restaurant is a standalone building, it is not located inside the mall. Venue 4: Built and opened in 2024. The entrance leads you first to the reception area. To your left are the wait area and a good-sized full bar that also offers a few tables in open seating arrangement where you could order food and drinks without waiting for dining room seating. To the right is a medium sized dining room. I am actually surprised they did not make it larger as they were building from scratch, and the crowd size would certainly accommodate a larger venue. It is nicely appointed in a modern Texas steakhouse motif. Indoor and Outdoor seating. They offer a waitlist on their website which does not seem to work correctly (or honored by the reception staff). We joined the waitlist from the car which said 0-15 minutes wait but when we got there about 15 minutes later, we were told that there are 9 groups ahead of us and ended up waiting for another half hour. Service 5: Polite, friendly, energetic and attentive. Our server Jessi was wonderful. We have only been there once so I cannot tell for sure if service is server-dependent or just great across the board. Food 4: We had the 12 oz. Ribeye, the 9 oz (Flo's) Filet Mignon, the Full Rack Baby Back Ribs and the Grilled Shrimp. All meals come with a chopped salad (garden or Ceasar) and your choice of a side. All main courses were excellent and a must try. The steaks were correctly cooked to the right temperature and tasted great. The Baby Back ribs were exceptional; so much meat on each bone and a tasty sauce (ask for extra sauce). The shrimp came with a side of tasty "Smokey Tomato Butter" sauce. Drinks 3: Full Bar: Nice assortment of specialty cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and soft drinks. The cocktails looked great, featured creative ingredients and tasted wonderful. Some drinks are delivered to your table in a shaker where your server shakes and pours it for you, which is a nice touch. Drink prices were reasonable and on par with similar establishments. The last word 4: Guga was right! Certainly, an excellent choice for reasonably priced, everyday steak and barbecue. I would definitely visit again.

Yelp
Checked on their website and it stated zero wait for party of 2..so we went there and the host advised us it was a 10 to 15 min wait. Cool that's fine we will wait. 15 mins later we walk in to check on our table the same host advised us there were 5 parties still ahead of us. So 10 to 15 min wait is now a 40 to 50 min wait..not fun with your tires and hungry. Please fix your staffing and please learn how to estimate wait times accordingly.

Yelp
I originally wanted to give this a 4 star but the service kept declining throughout the entire night. The delicious food is really what's keeping this a higher rating for me. This used to be Macaroni Grill so we were excited to try this new franchise since there aren't any out here. We parked in the "front" which now faces Plummer street and walked in on a Thursday night around 5:30pm. We were celebrating my dad's birthday and got there before my mom and dad so we walked up to get seats in case it got busy (it didn't). The two waitresses (one was a more blonde and the other had darker black hair). The blonde one was much nicer while the other one didn't look like she wanted to be there. They had us sit down till the rest of our party came and I asked about the birthday dessert which she happily told me that they do a sundae and to just let our waiter know. I told them in case they had a chance to tell our waiter so it doesn't spoil the surprise if I ask at the table, you know? Anyway, I think he's the manager and possibly Filipino but he looked over to us and asked about our party and told us he can seat us immediately which was great, super nice guy! We sat in 31, only knew that because of what happens later.. a nice young man took our drink order, didn't get his name but he had a great humor and I already felt like it was going to be a much better experience. But I was wrong! Shortly after he took our drink order, I had to run after him because I just found out via text that we needed a bigger table for 7 people. He said it was fine, he'll transfer over our order to the new table/waitress and let our host know. The blonde host walked over to ask if everything was okay and I let her know the situation which she said was totally fine. She walked us from 31 to table 59 or something in the back corner, much bigger booth. Shortly after, the host with the darker hair came to drop off more menus and gave us the biggest attitude! She said, "next time, let us know ahead of time if you need a bigger table". First of all, it wasn't busy so I don't see the big deal in switching tables also I didn't find out till literally a minute ago so idk why she was so upset about it! Not a great customer service experience at all. We waited for our party to trickle in, Danielle, one of the waitresses took our drink order and we told her that we didn't want to double up in case they already transferred it to our new table so she went to check on it for us. Then ANOTHER waitress, Andrea, came to take our drink order lol idk what was happening. But she ended up being our final waitress and ordered our apps and drinks for us and brought us bread. We ordered the salmon, ribs, T-bone steak, grilled jumbo shrimp, and the Texas tonion (basically a much better version of the bloomin onion from Outback Steakhouse). The food was incredible and I loved my mango margarita! They poured it for me at the table and left the shaker for extra pouring later. Delicious, all of it! Andrea came to check on us a few times which was great. We got boxes for leftovers and reiterated the birthday sundae which she kept blurting out in front of him but whatever, I'm sure he already knew it was coming lol. Not even joking, we waited another 30 minutes for them to bring out the sundae. It was absolutely absurd and shouldn't have taken that long when it wasn't really busy. She apologized but it was really frustrating. Food was amazing but service is really lacking. IG: @ammysalamii

Yelp
Came by a few weeks ago for a birthday dinner. Luckily not too busy on a Tuesday night and quickly sat. Started off with some drinks- a Moscow mule and cranberry vodka. Some mishaps with the vodka cran as a double shot but in a small glass but worked out eventually. Moscow mule was great. For an appetizer we shared the cheddar stuffed mushrooms - delicious! - then ordered the filet with lobster tail and baked potato. Dinner was good, food served quickly, served checked in frequently, and brought a birthday sundae for us. Overall a great meal, glad we finally got to check it out!

Yelp
Came here at 5 for dinner, the restaurant mostly empty but they couldn't seat you because a lack of staff unless you like high top bar seating, interesting ?! The food was actually quite good and well prepared, I was surprised! Will be coming back.

Yelp
I came to Texas LongHorn Steakhouse and the food was flavorful and appropriate. Our party ordered several dishes that contained the 6oz & 8oz sirloin steak with lobster and another with shrimp, walnuts & strawberry salad and more. The server "Lina" was friendly and perceptive. The ambiance was lively, engaging and the Texas interior was catchy.

Yelp
Another really nice dinner with my budding bride and a longtime friend. Longhorn Steakhouse provided a nice atmosphere and great food. Exceptional service by Mike really made the experience memorable. He knew exactly how to make sure we had all that we needed. The general trend for service can be described as quick to the point of being accelerated. Mike gave us some consideration on that and let us visit and relax. The steaks were cooked exactly as requested. The ribs were reported to be good too.

Yelp
The seasonings on their steaks over powers the taste. I would advise to have the seasoning on the side so you can add it yourself. Outside of that, the food is good. The service is not so great, I get better service at CPK, Wood Ranch & Black Angus than I did here & that's unfortunate. The table we got sat next to the bar was dirty and we had to ask the server to clean it for us which that should not have happen because they were not that busy the night we went. The ambiance is nice though.

Yelp
We came on a Friday night and we were 11th on the waitlist. It was expected that it will be ful and there will be a wait time but in fairness, their projected 45-minute wait turned out to be shorter. our son ordered the ribeye and the hubz and I got the Longhorn steak. We wanted to try to brussels sprouts from the great reviews but they ran out of it (minus 1 ) The server was busy, almost forgot to bring our utensil set, ketchup but it was ok, her friendliness made up for the delay. so here's my verdict. The that they serve for free is not so tasty. it was hard and already cold. the spinach and artichoke dip was the mashed potato was okay. The ribeye steak was really I just didn't get to take a photo and even the Longhorn was We will come back for the brussels sprouts and would like to get the ribeye next time! Lastly, the amount that we paid was not bad considering it was a steakhouse!

Yelp
My girls and I went here for a MNO and we had a pleasant experience. The restaurant is brand new, and it's made to look like an upscale "ranch style" restaurant. I kept it simple with chicken strips. I know, chicken strips at a steakhouse?!? Well I don't eat beef and the chicken options were limited. So for me that was the best choice. The portion was solid for the price (I got the 9 piece) and the chicken was freshly battered, tender, and juicy. The only thing is they were salty. It was almost like they added extra salt on top of the cooked strips. I also got a baked potato and it was just what was expected from a baked potato. The meal also came with a salad which was nice. Our server seemed new. But she was very bubbly and kind. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'll go back to try something new.

Yelp
I went here on December 21. I ordered a mixed greens salad and steamed broccoli for my sides. I ordered New York strip for the entree. I requested medium rare but it was medium well or well done. My brother ordered a different steak but medium rare. It came out medium well or well done. My dad's steak was perfect. The cook needs more practice or something. Service was good. The server checked in multiple times to see if we were enjoying our food and if we needed anything. Ambiance was alright. We had to wait at least an hour for a table to be available so it's popular here.

Yelp
Extremely disappointed, 3 bad experiences in a row. First, our takeout order was incomplete, missing basic items for my kids like bread and fries. Then, when we dined in, my food was brought out before the kids' meals, and a few other server errors. To make it worse, the server started yelling at the kitchen staff in front of us. The final straw was yesterday: my husband and I waited over 10 minutes to be seated while multiple staff members walked by and looked at us without saying a word. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing, so we left. At this point, it's clear there's either a serious lack of training or management just doesn't care about basic hospitality. Disappointing and unacceptable.

Yelp
Food was good, the wait for 1 person I was told would be 35 minutes. It took me almost 45 minutes to be seated. Another rather long wait to get a glass of water, and I had to ask 3 different servers to get ketchup.

Yelp
Great service and pipping hot food. Not too loud in term of music and noise level wise. Western style decor with booth seatings and chairs. Not a lot of beer selection but they do have more choices on their cocktails. Our sweet sever gave my brother a little treat to celebrate his bday.

Yelp
We heard the wait can get a little crazy so we made sure to arrive before 12p to beat the crowd on a Saturday and we were right. I ordered the ribeye with a side of sweet potato. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Tender, juicy, all the adjectives for a delicious steak. I asked for the sweet potato plain with the butter and cinnamon on the side. Simple side but very good and they give you a huge sweet potato. For a party of 5, the total including tip came out to about $160 which is a good deal for what you get in my opinion.

Yelp
A complete waste of money!!! We had LongHorns earlier this year while on vacation in Orlando, and the food and service was surprisingly very good. Thought we would give this LongHorns a try, and I regret it. Steaks were not cooked to the right temperature, sides were all cold. Service was spotty at best, and sadly the best part of the meal was the coke. Don't waste your time or money, just go to Wood Ranch instead. You've been warned!!
