Longueville Manor Hotel and Restaurant

We have been visiting Longueville every year since our engagement there in 1998 when we were so impressed by the food, accommodation and level of service that we returned for our honeymoon in 1999. |As we gear up to return for our 25th wedding anniversary in December, I'm a little embarassed that I have never thought to give this beautiful hotel and its wonderful staff, the 5* star rating it so thoroughly deserves.|In all the 25 years we have stayed at Longueville (sometimes flying out to Jersey 3 or 4 times a year) the food and serrvice has been unwaveringly out of this world. |Definitely our go to destination for special occasions or just to 'relax and regroup'. More often than not, we visit as a couple but when we have brought the children with us, they have been so welcomed. It's such a rarity to find such a relaxed family atmosphere in such a high end hotel but, as with everything, Lingueville staff go that extra mile no matter how young their guests |From housekeeping to kitchen to each individually designed bedroom and bathroom, the attention to detail and customer comfort is phenomenal but not at the cost of the environment. Longueville's commitment to eco friendly practices is ever evolving and highly commendable. |The staff are impeccably trained. They are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being intrusive. Nothing is ever too much trouble -or if it is, they are far too professional to let the guest know! |For us, returning to Longueville each year feels more like coming to see friends than a hotel stay. Yet when we listen to how first time guests are greeted , we know that the warm welcome we get is not just reserved for long standing, repeat customers - everyone is treated like a returning friend no matter how short their stay.|In 26 years we have never had one bad stay or reason to complain. To constantly maintain such a high level of service over such a long period of time is exceptional yet Longueville have accomplished it with ease.|Just superb 👌

What a wonderful few days we experienced at this outstanding Hotel. We were greeted by the smiling face of Benson who walked over to our car and carried our cases to our exquisite room. Benson then gave us a Tour of the venue. Benson was always there to help us and gave outstanding service, always smiling and professional. The other staff, restaurant, bar and reception were extremely efficient and helpful. We have nothing but praise for this establishment and will return

Beautiful hotel with old world charm and stunning grounds. |Our room was spacious and comfortable with views over the gardens.|The restaurant food is excellent at both breakfast and dinner. We loved that much of the menu consists of locally sourced ingredients and vegetables grown on site.|Longueville Manor is celebrating it's 75th anniversary and the superb bar staff have created a cocktail to mark the occasion, definitely worth a try.|All of the staff are wonderful and are totally invested in you having a great experience during your stay. We had exceptional service from the reception staff and butler, Benson. We will definitely return.

Another wonderful short break stay at Longueville. The food and service were a fantastic experience as always. We were very well looked after by the exception staff throughout our visit and really enjoyed ourselves. thank you everyone and look forward to seeing you again before to long.

If you are looking to step back in time Longeuville Manor is the Hotel for you.|We were greeted by Benson, who made is feel very welcome and at home.|We had intended to go around the Island sightseeing, but after a day of total pampering and decadence around the pool area, we couldn't drag ourselves away.|In the evenings we went into the pretty lounge bar and were served amazing cocktails by Diego, simply superb. We expected Hercule Poirot to walk in any minute and solve the mystery. The bedrooms and bathroom were sumptuous and the bed so comfy. All and every bite of food we ate was served pleasantly and efficiently and tasted as good as it looked. We would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a taste of the good life.

What a wonderful relaxing hotel with impeccable service with a smile. The good bits:|- service from start to finish was awesome|- breakfasts and dinners were of excellent quality with great attention to detail |- beautiful location and grounds. It is on the outskirts of the city but a simple 20-25 min walk in |- amenities, turn down service and attention to detail in the room were all spot on |Why I gave it 4 not 5 |- room was a little noisy which I suspect is due to the age of the building so limited soundproofing |- no aircon - which was ok for us as wasn’t hot - but would not be ideal in summer|- no smart TV - we are not there to watch TV but I would expect a smart TV with the usual hotel functionality |Overall I would definitely stay again, just needs a few tweaks to make it 5*

This hotel is stunning in every way from our room to the staff to the food and the facilities. Everything ran like clockwork and nothing was too much trouble and always accompanied with a smile. We could not fault it and would always stay there when in Jersey.

A first class hotel in every way, service 10/10, friendliest staff 10/10, immaculately clean and well kept, wine cellar to dream of..amazing food in the evening and superb breakfast. Our third visit and will be back.|It was their 75th anniversary as well!
