"A wine bottle holder for bikes, cycling apparel, and coffee beans. Part bike shop and part café, Look Mum No Hands! have countless options for the people in your life that love cycling, coffee, or both. Whether you go big with a Tour de France cycling cap or keep it casual with some whole beans is up to you, but we’ve got our eye on the leather wine bottle holders, their bike frame stickers, and their branded keep-cups. In the best way possible, prepare to spend an hour or so on their website debating between art prints and socks. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

Food and drinks are always good, service always friendly. Comfortable place to hang out. Inside tables are snugly placed so not great for wheelchairs but there's seating outside. Cycle races often shown, cool cycling related prints & pics up to buy and lots of local and creative publications to pick up. Wifi is very good and the line up of laptops along the window seats is proof. Thoughtfully there are laptop free tables.

This might be first bike cafe in London. I really enjoy the laid-Baird staff as well as the atmosphere when they have big screens for games. Their coffee is more at the strong side while their food offering is usually a bit heavier, great for cyclists though. Including free mags for people to collect and always open doors really makes Look Mum No Hand! feels like a meeting point of communities, such bikers, coffee lovers or craft beer enthusiasts. The only thing is it sometimes gets really packed and difficult to move even there's still tables available.

A great place for two wheel lovers! Usually busy, great place for a breakfast or brunch, try the full english or the avocado toast, coffee is pretty good as well. The atmosphere is very cool, they have a nice little cyclist shop and workshop, they only negative will be perhaps the prices, but it is quite an different place so I guess you have to pay for that too. Nice little patio to enjoy during summer time too! Would recommend 100%! Felix

Google
A perfect cafe to take your laptop and work, or catch up with friends over a coffee. It’s got a great grunge-crossed-cycling theme, with wheels hanging from the ceiling and hipster decor. Good fast wifi. The coffee was good, although the almond milk was way too sweet (go for black instead). Good music, great vibes, altogether a fab cafe!

The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Just had their Vegan breakfast and it was out of this world! For those on a plant based/vegan diet, they have always had milk alternatives to suit your taste buds. You simply can't go wrong with choosing to grab your hot drink or a bite to eat at this vibrant coffee shop. It's respectable enough to bring a client or business partner or if you just want to hang out with a friend or loved one. Enjoy!!

Amazing food, super friendly staff, the eggs were perfectly poached and the English muffin was delicious. Ordered the green detox juice which is healthy and the place is really unique and cozy. I heard they have amazing burgers at night but sadly didn't have the chance and time to go but will do for sure next time. The decoration is nice with many bicycles and a workshop inside.

Have to go to this place if you are a self respecting cyclist. They have excellent coffee (I just tried a latte extra large but I figure any coffee will be nice). They have a great collection of cakes and lots of different breakfast and lunch choices. I would pass by if you are into this hipster-coffee-newwave kinda thing.

Old street is a very exciting and lively district in London with hipster coffee shop. Today I found a very interesting one for our laptoppers. The reason I like is not only their theme and style, but also the lovely staff and service, which means more. Sometimes you like a place because of the real people instead of what they offer, right? Definitely I enclosed the review here. London Coffee Shop for Digital Nomads-8 Look mum no hands! PS: The name originates from the words when every kid feels proud when they could master two wheels…haha…make sense. Category: Cycle Cafe Bar Workshop WIFI: Reliable, free to use (but you need to ask for the access code) Download: 11.6 Mbps Upload: 2.39Mbps PING: 10ms JITTER: 35ms Not too bad… Seating: A bar stool with glass window with 6-7 seats, 7-8 tables with 2 chairs each. A long sofa with 6-7 seats. Only 3 power points under the sofa. Toilet: one for unisex Ambiance: A special vibe with bicycle wheels hanging on the ceiling, like a kind of art. Very lovely atmosphere though a little small. The staff are so welcoming, especially the one named David, such a lovely gentleman and his passion could make your day! Cost: Coffee £2.4-£3.4, Tea £2.75-£3.25, Juice £3.55-£3.95 Avocado toast, porridge, English breakfast, different kinds of burger and sandwich, salad and bakery goods and so on £2.5-£10.5 Something special about the cafe: (1) On weekdays, they open until 10pm every night; (2) They provide bike fixing service. If you are freelancers who cycle, it is a place where you could meet up cycling fans and stay without worrying any bike problems; (3) They have a basement downstairs for hosting cycling related workshops and it is a good vibe to watch the latest Euro cycling race in live here. Problems: (1) Usually very busy, so not distraction-free, haha, but the music is not too loud; (2) They only have 3 power points under the sofa, so if you need to charge your laptop or phones, not convenient.

Yelp
This place is the BEST for an awesome cup of coffee and quaint atmosphere. The people are so kind and their outdoor seating is great!

Yelp
Idiotic policy, you can't even put your laptop onto a table. A table which you have bought food/drinks to they shout at you for putting a laptop there. I can go to literally any restaurant or coffee shop in London and I'd get better service. If this were another coffee shop I wouldn't care, but given that this place calls itself a work place you would expect that they put productivity at the forefront. Clearly this "work space" is for those whose "work" consists of updating tumblr or instagram pages and ruining Wikipedia entries. If you have anything meaningful you hope to accomplish here look elsewhere. If you don't believe me about this barbaric policy of no laptops on tables, I have included a photo to prove this lunacy.

Yelp
Concept Cafe for Cyclists As a cyclist I was recommended this place by a friend and decided to visit on a Sunday morning. It is a vibrant cafe which has a good selection of breakfast. A comfortable seating area just for diners and a space by the window for the laptop brigade. The latter can happily type away sitting on their stools looking out at the hustle of the street. It also provides a workshop that fixes your bike while you have your meal. The first thing you notice is the cycling related items including the ancient bicycles that are arranged at the front of the cafe. Next the funky music hits you. If you like funk, like me, you will be chilled for the rest of the stay. The staff, and their were lots of them on a Sunday morning, were polite and quick to get the order down. I had the Toast with avocado, salad and poached egg. Healthy and well made. I also ordered a latte which was a bit too milky for my taste. I sat down, enjoyed my breakfast, and planned where to hit next on this free Sunday morning. This is an excellent spot to chill and I cannot recommend it more to the cycling loners out there.

Yelp
This place was fantastic. I was looking for a cool, unique local place that wasn't super touristy where is could sit and get some serious coursework done for a few hours. This was a great fit, they have a wall full of outlets set up bar style and in the back is a single seating area that's cozier than just a desk style. Thy had a great atmosphere which was a little loud but nothing that headphones couldn't fix. They played stellar music too and had good coffee drinks. They also had a whole eating area for people seated at tables which made it a great lunch place, although I didn't get to try the food. Overall great experience and I recommend it to study by oneself or grab lunch or dinner with a group.

Rachel E.

Yelp
Loved this place! It's so trendy and cute! It's a pretty large space inside and also has outdoor seating. It's also part bike shop which is where it gets its name! I went with my roommate and the food was pretty good although it's a little on the pricier side. I got the passion fruit smoothie and it was DELICIOUS! My favorite part of the cafe and I can't stop thinking about going back for another one! The decor is also really cute and it has a great atmosphere and vibe. It definitely has an instagrammable wall and whatnot, too! They had a pretty cool staff and good customer service, as well. I would definitely recommend this cafe!

Yelp
3.5 stars. Sadly didnt get the chance to try any of the food, but the flat white was just okay. What I really loved about his place is the atmosphere and plenty of couch seating with a lot of outlets. Laptops arent allowed on the tables (to avoid freeriders) and they claim that they can turn the wifi off during extremely busy lunch hours, but they didn't on the day I was there. Would still drop by if I am in the area.

Katherine R.

Yelp
Food is good at this 2in1, bike and cafe shop. Low star rating after recent visit, for ridiculous prices/portions. Paid £3.50 for a meagre portion of the vegan pumpkin cake. I complained, and was told it was a thick slice. You decide, picture of fork hiding slice of cake.

Yelp
This is probably the ideal coffee shop to take my husband. While it's a nice (comfy, quiet, trendy) coffee shop to fulfill my needs, it also doubles as a bicycle repair shop to fulfill his needs. We rarely agree on coffee shops, but I think this might be the one place where we do. This place is located around the corner from my office. Every time that I have walked by there are always people working on laptops or informal business meetings occurring. Therefore, I came with the expectation that I may be able to get some work done. However, I think that I came at the wrong time (5pm) as this is when the coffee shop transforms into a pub. They serve beer & wine & coffee, which is great and all but the atmosphere was a bit more pubish in the evenings. This is my only complaint. On the other hand, the staff are very friendly. They have great customer service, which is not often found in London. The coffee is well coffee. All coffee tastes the same to me--maybe I'm a coffee moron. Overall, I'd come back, but I'd be aware of what time I came regarding work and noise level. It's great for a beer and conversation in the evening, but not so much work. I imagine that during the day it's the very opposite! :-)

Yelp
This bicycle store/cafe/workshop is really amazing! The brownie I tasted was delicious. And you can sitt inside for several hours with just exploring the whole interior. In every corner they have something interesting. Even the toilet is worth a visit because of the interior. A lot of people worked there with their mac books (without free wifi from the store), while others just met friends, had a chat, food or coffee. Outside there were some people working with their bicycles and others came just in for buing equipment for their bicycles. Very relaxed atmosphere, but quiet busy.

Aurélie V.

Yelp
Nice place for cyclism lovers! Good salads : green lentils, mozzarella, rucola, cherry tomatoes,... (generous portions!) and desserts (cakes, pastel de nata, etc.) Screen to watch races Service a bit chaotic, friendly staff though

Shoshana B.

Yelp
To begin with.. I love the name! First thought it's a bike repair shop only, but entering it .. you'll be like WoW this is a super cozy café, too! Delicious sandwiches, quiches and hot drinks are waiting for you. Prices are very london style, but I got over that shock already.. Nice atmosphere in a very special place!

Yelp
A very very very cool bicycle and coffee/food/hangout cafe bar in the very very very cool district of Clerkenwell. I popped here a couple of times for coffees while staying and working close by and the beans were right on the money, served up by very friendly staff. The general vibe is rough, ready, relaxing - just a great place overall. Great music too. I did pop in on the last day of my visit to grab a very tasty organic sausage and avocado roll - lovely sausage and bread, just be careful if you're in a rush and want it to go as it probably took about 15 mins to come out. Not their fault - just a heads up if you're in a rush as everything is cooked fresh. I'm not massively into bikes so I'll let some other reviewers tell you about that side of the business ;-)

Yelp
"Look mum, no hands". I still remember shouting that to my mum when I was 11 and her shrieked reply of "Bethany, watch what you're doing!" - the look of horror on her face. Today however, no horror, no screaming but instead a unusual yet intriguing bike shop/cafe which has become infamous throughout Europe. We walked in and grabbed a table. We were here for a brainstorming session so we were looking for a relaxed work/lunch space and this place definitely fitted the bill! As you enter you can't help but stare at the different bikes on the roof and the quirky but simple interior. The food menu is varied and quite particular (in regards to salads - no fruit on my salad please) but the spread is vast and presented well on top of the counter and in the fridge. The woman behind the counter was slightly grumpy if I'm honest and not very warming but I ordered my food and grabbed a seat! I opted for the avocado/guacamole and wild mushroom on toast and the mushroom frittata topped with chorizo. I was hungry. The avocado and wild mushrooms on toast was truly delicious! There was a hint of lime running through the avocado and it complimented the mushrooms perfectly! As for the frittata, I liked it, I didn't love it - it became very samey very quickly and I found it slightly dull in flavour. Overall though I had a truly pleasant experience at Look mum, no hands and really enjoyed our session there. OH and don't forget they have a bike shop for all you cycling enthusiasts out there!

Jessie W.

Yelp
This place is in Alex's list of great spots to have coffee and today, I had the chance to taste it myself. They have free wi-fi here, and I'm writing this on my laptop while taking little sips of sweetness. My mocca is very warm and creamy, but I can't wait for it to cool down until I drink. The place has a lovely interior that makes you feel comfy and relaxed. It is quiet and almost empty at such an early hour, but this way I can focus on work and enjoy my morning. I also tried their freshly baked croissant with butter and jam which gave me even more strength to start the week. Having this place in my area, I already know I'll be back soon.

Yelp
In my quest to find creative spaces to work, behold...Look Mum No Hands! This quirky little cafe-slash-bicycle supply shop gives new meaning to the term biker bar. With bicycles adorning its main window facing Old Street, to bike racks and benches out front, to the bicycle repair and supplies shop inside, it's hipster to the 10th power But I'm from San Francisco so we pretty much invented hipsters. Aside from your usual coffee-latte-chai selection, you can grub on salad, quiches and light snacks. I had a goat cheese quiche with salad that was light and tasty - with cherry tomatoes and sweet potatoes drizzled in vinaigrette. Order at the counter and they bring your order to you. When you're a freelancer like me, you'll appreciate what I believe to the BEST part: Outlets can be found along the couches, which is also the best place to prop open your laptop. Give me couch, a power outlet and some food and good luck trying to get rid of me! Side note: No wifi from 11-4 Saturday and Sunday and from 11-2 Monday to Friday.

Alison A.

Yelp
Super chill place with great personality. A bike shop and a cafe, who knew? There are many tables inside but in the summer months, opting to sit out on the patio or even street side is a great choice. Service is friendly and accommodating. What I love about this place is their green tea latte, or should I say, matcha latte. They serve it unsweetened (which is difficult to come by these days). Their steamed whole milk with thick matcha powder make for an exceptionally strong and hearty green tea latte. May just become addicted to these! They offer a variety of sweet treats at the counter as well, your standard croissants, pastries, and cake slices. Check out the rainbow layered pride cake photo. A work of art, and amazing cream cheese frosting.

Yelp
We came here twice on our holiday. This is a compliment as we set out to not visit any one place more than once. My partner's aunt who lives in the area had mentioned the place as they are dog friendly! This month(January 2018) they're trying an all vegetarian menu out and we were excited. As we are both vegetarians with inclinations towards trying to eat more vegan. My BF ordered a cauliflower soup and it was delicious! It came with some flat bread on the side. And I don't even usually like cauliflower. When we came again it was the weekend and I was craving that soup! But they don't do soup on the weekends :( So BF had the mezze breakfast and I the toast. The vibe is chill and comfortable. They make a mean cappuccino, and the service is friendly and fast. I had ordered some toast which was cold on arrival and even though I had already eaten half of it they replaced the order for me with some warm hot bread. It's such a fun and nice place to sit in and hang out. Would go even for just the coffee and atmosphere. But as we're also excited about the vegetarian menu and they're looking for suggestions, make that cauliflower soup a regular, it's awesome! We would probably be here quite often if we lived nearby.

Yelp
This bicycle-repair-cum-coffee-shop has clearly filled a gaping hole in the lives of Londoners. I've been here on several Saturdays to find the place packed with cyclists. Cyclists in special cycling shoes Cyclists drinking booze Cyclists watching the Tour de France race Cyclists all over the place The wifi doesn't work very well at the outside tables so if you need some internets work inside. Expect equal amounts of skinny jeans and lycra short pants. Warning: Hanging out here could induce serious velo-envy.

Colleen C.

Yelp
"When bikes and coffee collide..." The cute name aside, this place is legit. I don't have a bike that needs fixing (or throbbing over) -- I'm too worried that I'll 1. get hit by a taxi, 2. get hit by a bus or 3. get stolen. But I do love coffee and I do love sweet potato soup! A gal pal and I stopped in for a late Sunday lunch and enjoyed cold salad plates (this is a thing in London that I love -- salad plates, mixed all together and wonderful) -- green beans, noodles, all sorts of things. The sweet potato soup with corinader and coconut though? Out of this world -- hands needed, hands needed! Dig in. Counter service, a pretty laid back cafe. The din is minimal as folks hum over their laptops (free wifi abound). I actually do prefer the mellower vibe of Timberyard a few doors down, but "Look Mum No Hands!" is a pretty darn close second.

Kevin L.

Yelp
Is it a café? Is it a bike shop? No, it's both! You're just as likely to see someone sipping on an organic peppermint tea as an employee rolling around on someone's just-repaired bicycle. A tire pump sits outside while eager diners crowd the sunlit interior. Be sure to take a peep at the various crafty goods. I was quite tempted by the nifty reflective buttons. After all, one can never glitter too much on a dark and twisted street at night... NB: Ask the barista for the temporary wi-fi password. Reportedly, it changes on a regular basis.

Jeff A.

Yelp
A fun place but very casual. Eclectic mix of bicycle meets hipster crowd, doing coffee and desserts. A good place to go just to relax and have a drink to chat. Quiet and easy.

Uli B.

Yelp
How come they weren't around when I needed them most...like when I was writing my dissertation last year! Those who know me, know that I'm a sucker for good coffee shops and I basically treat them as my cubicle-on-the-go. I don't know, I was never a person who could work well in a quiet place...like for example a library. Here's the thing with libraries: when I'm in a library, I expect people to be quiet...and I get very irritated when people do otherwise. In fact, it totally wrecks my concentration when people whisper around me, because all I can concentrate on is whether I want to tell them to shut up or not and punch their face! On the other hand, I expect a coffee shop to be lively and so I don't mind people chit-chatting around me...quite the opposite; it has an invigorating effect on me! Anyway, what's that got to do with "Look Mum No Hands"? - Everything...this place would have been among my favourite study places if I were still a student: lot's of tables, plenty of outlets, free wifi, lots of day-light, friendly staff...a real cubicle-on-the-go! On top of that, I love the idea of combining a bike shop with a coffee shop; in fact, I believe that bikers are the Bohemians of the 21st century and so it only makes sense for them to hang out here. Plus, the coffee was really tasty, which is always a plus for a coffee shop, right?

Karen N.

Yelp
Go for brekky or lunch, and order the salmon, avocado, scrambled eggs and toast. So so good! The matcha latte is perfection too. If you go for brunch, get there between 12-1pm to get a seat without waiting in line. There's plenty of seats inside and outside too but it does get quite busy after 1! You can also come here to get your wheels fixed or to stock up on quality cycle gear. This place is rad!

Manali B.

Yelp
Great coffee, certainly stronger than I'm used to in the U.S. I got a mocha and the flavor was smooth and delicious. The atmosphere is interesting with bikers constantly coming and going. It's definitely a place for hipsters to be. The outdoor area is very focused on the biking aspect while the inside provides ample seating and a warm spot to grab some breakfast. The menu is pretty standard for coffee shops, equivalent to that of Starbucks or Costa. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an off-beat cafe.

Scott B.

Yelp
Have to say this place was a huge disappointment. The place looked busy but what place doesn't that offers free Wi Fi? Switch it off and people melt away. Its hugely important to remember that the prices that LMNH are charging reflect more what they can get away with rather than the quality of what's being served. Too many coffee shops see the amount of froth they give on a latte as a good way of enhancing their profit margins. Considering the small size of the cup LMNH uses the amount of froth served means that the actual amount of coffee you get is pitifully small for just shy of £3. I was also surprised to note that the coffee wasn't anywhere close to being 'hot'. Given the choice I'd have a Starbucks 'Clover' over this any day. My mate a non-coffee drinker (I know I know) had a hot (supposedly) Chocolate. lets just say you wouldn't want to be serving this to the kids as they'd bouncing off the walls for days judging by the sweetness. Again it would be perfectly possible to sell a quality hot chocolate for the price and size LMNH serve but nowhere near as profitable. Didn't have time to get any food but the prices looked off putting. In fairness the salad did look a good size. If I had to sum up LMNH it would be "All mouth and no trousers" or "Look! The Emporer has no clothes on!" Others might look the other way when it comes to quality because it's 'trendy' but I don't and won't!!!!

Lizzie S.

Yelp
Now reviewing this as an actual bike owner, I came in here when Tinker (my bike) was feeling a little under the weather. Her back tire was in serious need of air and it was slowing me down on the street of London. As I can in, the very helpful lady have a quick look and then pointed me in the direction of the pump. After explaining that I didn't have a clue what I was doing, she kindly showed me, without making me like I'm an idiot who shouldn't own a bike and then let me do it myself. I left in 10 minutes with a happy bike and it didn't cost me a penny. Thank Mum You're Great!

Emily C.

Yelp
Loved this place! - Whopper food (red velvet cake. Sweet mother) - Chocolate tea (not hot chocolate!) - Hotter staff - Quirky interior - Free wifi (except on lunchtimes) What else could ya want or need?!

Robert Y.

Yelp
This just about edges out Workshop Coffee to be the best in the area. Bright space and Internet clinches it - plus the quality of their phenomenal flat white never varies. Breakfast is excellent, although the one time I did eat in the evening it was actually awful... Not sure if that was a one off. The bicycle thing is legit, even though it might feel uber hipster. Just roll with it. On a final note, they also stock fantastic beer! The Kernel IPA is one of my favourites.

Or B.

Yelp
Had a bacon and egg muffin for take away. First of all it wasn't cheap at almost 5 quid (if I remember correctly). Also the bacon is American style - burnt to a crisp. I'm an English bacon guy. Also the muffin wasn't all that great in its own right. Soaked with yolk it was better but still no wow factor. In short this looks more like a gimmick than an honestly good cafe.

Rachel M.

Yelp
Is meh. I want to like this place but the baked goods all taste super sugary and bland and the coffee is weak. Bike hipster attitude which I usually don't mind TOO MUCH and can deal with but only if the food and coffee is legit. Open lateish which is nice, but their laptop policy makes it so that I can't have my coffee and work at the late hours so this is mostly irrelevant to me. Sweet potato fries were really good tho.

Manav M.

Yelp
Pretty much as described really - part bike shop, part coffee shop. It has a nice bustling bikey feel. There was a projector showing some sort of biking event on it, and loads of cool bike themed artwork (a cat delivering pizza on a bike, a bike wheel with some other stuff around it) A reasonable amount of outdoor seating but the weather outside was pretty grim. Good amount of indoor seating too. Tiny bit cramped but it beats not getting a seat I guess. Order at the counter and they deliver to your table. Really enjoyed my coffee, but wouldn't go back in a hurry somehow. It's really cool but like a few others, I prefer Timberyard which is right next door.

Caroline P.

Yelp
Pretty place perfect for a quick and healthy lunch: fresh salads and so on. A bit crowded at lunch time. Will have to go back to taste their hot drinks and desserts !

Lucia C.

Yelp
Atmosphere : 5 food: 3 Total: 4 LMNH is a a quirky little hipster cafe/bicycle supply ship to go to. Walking by it it stood out as a great place to grab a late breakfast. The atmosphere is seriously amazing. Very chill. I sat outside on a wooden table looking out towards the road but in their beautiful looking courtyard. I caught great vibes from the place. The food on the other hand wasn't that great. I'm not a butter person, and most of my food just tasted like butter and the sourdough bread was soaked in butter.

Areeta A.

Yelp
Great place to do work and chill! Amazing customer service but the food could be better. It can also get a bit loud because of the amount of people in there, but if you bring headphones it's usually fine. I love their chai lattes!

David C.

Yelp
I've seen this is various cycling mags,it certainly didn't disappoint. The food and coffee was excellent, service with a smile. The place has a great atmosphere and overloads the senses with all sorts of wacky and interesting stuff and cycling paraphernalia. Apparently they opened another one somewhere. Worth a visit !

Kristina S.

Yelp
If you're looking to check out a cool new coffee shop, this is the perfect one to go to. It has a catchy name, doubles as a bike shop with cool hipster-y decorations, and has wi-fi (During peak hours, wi-fi is turned off - from 11-4 Saturday and Sunday and from 11-2 Monday to Friday). Wi-fi password is written on the till. The chai latte was one of the best that I've managed to get in London and that made me like this place right away. It had laid back vibe and I got work done easily in this atmosphere. I also tried their avocado toast with steak and it was really good. There's outlets along the walls where theres counters to work at and theres a couple of tables as well. They do host events sometimes; they started putting out "reserved" fliers and letting customers sitting at certain tables know that they would have to vacate those seats. They did this an hour in advance to the event, giving time to finish up or to move seats.

Yelp
I love this coffee place, even though I don't own a bike. The place is awash with lovely energy, great coffee and is the perfect place to people watch and perv on bikes. (Or in my case the people with the bikes)

Angel C.

Yelp
I live around the corner and this spot never disappoints. Fresh and full plates of eggs or avo toast or a punchy juice, I can always count on a seat at the counter or in the mosh pit. The scene is vibrant w the bike shop adj, I can't wait to enjoy a seat at the picnic tables come spring. I was a cyclist in my former life (Pre mummy) and the energy here is infectious. Love.

Yelp
I popped in here for a breakfast meeting last week and was pleasantly surprised. I'd been told that as breakfast go, there are better choices locally, but the food here was good enough. I liked the idea of the black pudding-centric option, but decided instead on a smoked salmon and cream cheese, sesame seed bagel, and it was tasty! My pot of red bush tea was nice although the person behind the counter tried looked blankly at me until I called it by it's 'official' title, Rooibos - and then she tried to correct my pronunciation... I'm half South African, I know how to say Rooibos! Whilst we are talking about the staff, I found their lack of uniforms confusing. When I arrived there were a few staff members, or managers perhaps spread around the cafe on laptops, but I wasn't sure if they were patrons so asking to share a table (there weren't many free tables) was a bit shaky. I didn't realise they worked there until they kept wandering behind the counter. Overall not a bad breakfast, but I guess not owning a fixie, I didn't feel cool enough to sit in there.

Yelp
Try the Macchiato and Flat white, both are amazing but I prefer the first one for mornings. Add a raspberry tarta

Yelp
Absolutely great coffee shop/ cafe. Their new vegetarian menu is wonderful. I came here for brunch and will definitely be back. The tables are very close together but even when it's full it didn't feel too crowded. The noise level did get a little loud but not crazy. There were groups, kids, students working on laptops, everything you would expect from a cafe. A trendy place that lives up to its rating.

Yelp
This is an all-around fabulous coffee/bike shop with yummy eats, cool vibe, and impressive space (for London, that is!). After several visits, I've found that the flat whites can be hit-or-miss depending on the barista, but in general, it's decent. I haven't gone for the bike service because I don't own a bike, but it seems like a neat place for cyclists to not only get their bikes serviced but also to congregate for regular cycle rides through the city. NOW. Onto the really important thing: the GUINNESS CHOCOLATE CAKE. I've had quite a few versions of a guinness chocolate cake and LMNH has, hands down, THE best one. I don't know what they put in it, but the flavour fills your senses with the divine mix of guinness and chocolate. The texture is moist, and there's always the right amount of cream. Just writing about it makes my mouth water and my craving shoot of the wazoo. OK, calming down now. The other cakes are actually very good as well, so even if they didn't have the guinness chocolate cake there, you'll have other great options. I am intending to try the food some time, especially since their selection of drinks is pretty attractive. Fab place to relax, work, or meet up with friends - definitely recommend! (especially a certain cake of theirs...)

Yelp
Ah what can I say. Mostly, they took care of my bike and got it back to me in great condition. Labour was less than I thought it would be as well! I wouldn't hesitate to bring my bike back there anytime. The food and coffee is decent, but somewhat expensive.

Yelp
Friendly coffee place where hipsters gather. Also happens to be in my neighborhood. Serving square mile coffee and good eats by day and some nice craft beers by night it is a solid (if a little pricy) place to be. High quality ingredients are used though. Also received a £20 gift voucher to be used online, but when the item I wanted (square mile coffee beans) were sold out online, one o the owners just told me to come in to the store and get it. Also it to try some different roasts. That's service. I am not giving it five stars only because there are not many comfortable places to sit. That is what this place lacks-! Also I have never used their bike service or gone to any of their events. Overall highly recommended for coffee and hangout.

Yelp
Come find me, I'm on 29th and Hawthorne. No, I'm on 47th and Stark. Er, wait, maybe I'm on Belmont near 33rd. 38th and Gladstone. 35th and Powell. Ok... I'm definitely in Portland. Somewhere on the East side. Of... Er... London? Yes. I'm in London. You'll relate and relish in my locational confusion when I explain that Look Mum No Hands! is a bike workshop and café bar for London's (no, not Portland's) cyclists, cycle sport fans, and nature loving, caffeine addicted, dog walking, organic health nuts of the world. Ok, so I added that last part, but with luxury homemade muesli, local beers, daily homemade pastries, freshly made salads, a deadly pull of espresso and super fast free wifi, it goes without saying. Oh and it's dog friendly. ...Cause, well, of course it is. As I'm sitting and sipping and browsing, I'm listening to Jackson. "We got married in a fever!" Seriously. Am I reeeeally in London? If so, please please please never leave me. I'll be a permanent fixture here if you'll have me.

Yelp
Out of all the London coffee shops I've visited, LMNH is by far my favorite. LMNH is a coffee shop/bike co-op that offers delicious meals, snacks, and other goodies. As soon as you walk in, you are surrounded by a range of bicycle accessories and supplies they sell; if I were a cyclist, I would definitely make this part of my daily route. During my visit, I ordered an Earle Gray tea and a raspberry tart. The tea came with it's own pot and a side of milk. I really enjoyed the tea, however they make it a tad stronger than what I am used to. I asked the gentleman behind the counter what pastry he would recommend and he asked me a series of questions which resulted in me ordering the raspberry tart. I would definitely recommend it! I love the amble seating, natural lighting, and friendly service. I saw many people enjoying breakfast entrees, so the next time I'm in town, I am definitely making this my breakfast spot! I brought a book with me during my last visit, but I can see myself doing work or meeting a friend up for coffee/tea.

Yelp
It is very hard not to love LMNH. The cafe is light, seats are plentiful, WiFi is free and the welcome is warm. For me, it is generally a breakfast destination and, after a morning cycling, LMNH's muesli which is packed full of fruit and nuts never fails to disappoint. I like to think that it is healthy but I don't really care when it tastes this good. The coffee is not quite up to the standards of London's best but is perfectly serviceable. During le Tour, LMNH shows the stages live on a drop down TV. It must be the only place in London to do so. Grabbing a beer watching cycling's legends power up alpine slopes makes me feel slightly guilty. However, save for being road side, I can't think of a better place to watch the action unfold.

Yelp
Great place! Quirky and chilled out. Good reasonably priced food - had a nice smashed avo on toast there, and a decent coffee. The place is open late so you can stop by for a cheeky drink later in the evening.
