The 38 Best Restaurants in Dublin, Ireland

"Open for: Lunch until late every day Price range: $$ You’re unlikely to find a better cheese toastie anywhere in the world. But you’ll need to grab a daytime stool, since the toasties come off the menu once the clock strikes 5:30 p.m. After that you can have some charcuterie and cheese plates, along with one of the iconic bottles from small producers that line the shelves at Dublin’s original natural wine bar. If you don’t feel like paying the corkage fee, try a few different glasses from Brian O’Caoimh and Kevin Powell’s regularly changing by-the-glass list.  Know before you go: Walk-ins only." - Corinna Hardgrave

The Best Bars and Restaurants in the World: The 2021 Gold List

"When I was in Dublin last, I went back four days in a row—half the time for the wine, the other half for the grilled cheese sandwiches. It’s not much of a bar, per se, in that there are only about 6 stools and people are constantly coming in and out to buy cheese to take home with them, but the folks who work there are top notch, know their stuff, and are friendly to boot. -Meredith Carey" - CNT Editors

Perfect spot for people-watching and having a good chat! My friend and I had a lovely time here, we totally lucked out with the weather so we got to enjoy our drinks and cheese outside on the little tables and chairs. There’s also indoor seating in case it’s raining or you’re just in the mood to be cozy inside. I actually love that it’s a small space, it makes the whole experience feel warm and intimate. There’s just something really nice about it. And the cheese omg its so good🤌🏼🤌🏼

Do you want local Irish cheeses recommended by knowledgeable and friendly service staff? This is your place. Very small and intimate, there are 6 seats inside and 6 seats outside. But they have a lovely wine selection and the cheese was phenomenal. Perfect activity for a rainy day!

Really cute and trendy spot in the center of Dublin, next to George st. There are lots of wine and cheese options here and really cute outdoor seating. However, it is really difficult to find a spot and even if you order you may not have anywhere to sit.

So good! Loved to have some great wine in Dublin city center, some cheese too! Nice place to meet people as well, the sidewalk and the street was completely full of people afternoon even more at night..

A really fun concept that is executed well. Great food and nice wine! The place is very small, so not good for groups of 4 or more. There is outside seating though. Toasties are great, the one with chorizo is spicy so be careful!

What a great surprise to find not only natural wines, but the best of Irish cheeses presented in a cool, chic little bar setting. The staff were very knowledgeable and discussed freely about the origins and nature of each cheese, a real delight! fully recommended for their cheese and meat platter, as well as the blue cheese platter.

Cannot recommend this shop more highly. The wine was delicious and affordable, food was nourishing and flavorful. But more importantly the people working were incredibly kind. Within 5 minutes of leaving the shop, I dropped my newly purchased bottle of wine. They noticed, came to recycle the bottle, cleaned the spill, and gifted us a new one. They said it was good karma. If hard to find gems like these so please support them!

We shared a very tasty charcuterie board! Bread, meats and cheese were all paired so well and full of flavour. I asked for a rose and red wine they would recommend and both were perfection! Highly recommend but they are very busy, long queues and very little seating so you will more than likely standing on the street.
