I went to the Michelin star restaurant last year and it was excellent. Thighs year, not so good..
The amuse Bouche were great, some flavors were good in particular the tamarind sauce on beef. The entree (‘perfect egg’)was extremely salty and the table next to me heard me tell the waiter, then approached me to discuss restaurants because they agreed it was unusual salty not good. The dessert was sharp, well presented but flavors not balanced.
The beef was delicious after i sent it back to be cooked more.
The bread from the local bakery was also excellent and when I asked for butter, they brought me some butter .. there’s no sommelier and the available glasses of wine left one surprised there was no Reisling Or Gewurtztraminer at a Thai French fusion restaurant in Alsace , which is shocking and sad. I went to this restaurant at the other location last year and it was a completely different experience which I would give 10 stars but after the experience today, I would not go back there again because I can cook better Thai food at home. Two of the servers could not speak French.
