"Snag a seat on Lord Fletcher’s expansive Lake Minnetonka deck for a sunset. This spot is really more of a complex than a restaurant, offering a rustic-but-still-formal dining room, a sports bar, and even private options — but the best way to spend a relaxing evening on the water is on the massive lakeside deck. Go for calamari curly fries, a walleye sandwich, or a black bean burger, and save room for the fudgy mud pie." - Justine Jones, Eater Staff

"Few things are lovelier than a summer wedding on the lake. The stately Lake Room at Lord Fletcher’s is ideal for an intimate gathering of up to 60 guests, while Pike’s Place and the Paddle Club combined are more fitting for a cocktail reception for up to 200 guests. Menu-wise, Fletcher’s has been serving its walleye and divine mud pie on Lake Minnetonka for over 50 years." - Justine Jones, Alex Lodner

"Located right on the shore of Lake Minnetonka (there are over 100 boat slips for guest arriving by water), Lord Fletcher’s has both casual and upscale dining options.  The Oar House is an indoor sports bar, while the Wharf has outdoor dining and live music. Both serve a casual menu of appetizers, salads, burgers, and sandwiches—the Wally-Wally sandwich, with walleye, lettuce, almonds, and tartar sauce, is a house specialty.  For fine dining, there’s the Main Dining Room, which offers steak, pasta, and seafood." - Stacy Brooks

The food was amazing, and I mean that to the core. What a wonderful place for higher end food! To get Chilean Sea bass that is crispy and packed with flavor is a feat. They delivered, trust me. Potatoes were wonderful as well.

Google
The ambiance is absolutely excellent, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. I always prefer to sit outside, especially when the weather is just right, as it adds to the enjoyment and allows you to fully appreciate the surroundings. The food, however, is a bit on the mediocre side. While it’s not unpleasant, it doesn’t quite live up to the high standard set by the ambiance. It’s a place I’d return to for the atmosphere, but not necessarily for an exceptional culinary experience.

Google
A Lake Minnetonka staple. Best people watching around, friendly service, and the food was actually really good! (I hadn't visited since Covid and the food has REALLY improved!) Come by boat, bike, or car for fun in the sun. Check out their live music schedule too!

Google
Fun vibe in a huge venue. Blackened walleye burger was excellent, as was the side salad. Friendly service. Would definitely return.

Google
A cool place to stop for a mid-day beverage while cruising the Minnetonka lake and the many Bays. The boat attendant was great, friendly and helpful when docking. Bartender service was excellent and the atmosphere was very chill on a Tuesday lunchtime stopover.

Kirk Clermont

Google
Great lake and boat views with decent food. They are close to leveling up with consistency in cook and flavor.

Google
Im obsessed with this place and upset I just found it! I love the $7 burgers on Mondays and $5 tall boys but the best is the view and amazing atmosphere! I can tell it can be busy but so far we have only been there on Mondays for lunch but they have tons of parking so I assume from how amazing the vibes are that it is a busy popular place!! My partner ordered the $7 cheeseburger and I ordered the Parmesan fries(amazing!!!), cheese curds to share and the Vegetarian Burger with a side salad (Caesar) Oh the side salad is like a meal of its own and very packed and delicious…anyways, GREAT customer service! Highly recommend!!!!! See yall soon!

Google
Do I think the food is the best? No. But is their beer cold while giving me the opportunity to people watch? Absolutely. If you want to bike or boat up and watch all walks of life, this place is for you. ***I've only ever eaten in the bar outside or down in the basement so my review on the food could be narrow in scope compared to the upstairs restaurant.

Karalyn W.

Yelp
Came out to the lake to eat on the dock. Had the walleye wrap. The walleye was ok but the wrap lacked flavor. Service was great given how busy they were. People watching was epic.

Yelp
I went to Lord Fletchers this evening with friends. I chose the unbreaded walleye. It came with the AuGratin Potatoes and a side of broccoli. The whole meal was over cooked. The broccoli was basically mush it was so over cooked. The potatoes had been over cooked with no cheese still present. It was as tho it had been cooked yesterday and served today. Very dry. The Walleye was also extremely overcooked and dry. My margarita glass was cracked. Once upon a time Lord Fletchers was a very fine restaurant to go to for a nice meal. Most of tonight's customers were all over 65 and while the service was good the whole place had a "Past it's prime vibe". This is still the place to go to in the summer for the outdoor bar food and grill. For the prices that are charged I expect more. I think this is the last time I will visit here.

Scott F.

Yelp
Private room gathering with every one of the appetizers in abundance with great craft drinks throughout the evening. Crab cakes Spinach artichoke dip Chicken skewers Shrimp Cheese Tray Empanadas It was all amazing, what a night what a gathering with amazing families and what a cool private room to the right as you enter

Yelp
Who doesn't love fletchers? I always have! I grew up in MN and looked forward to every summer coming out to the lake and spending awesome days at this amazing establishment!! I seriously love this place. I had a horrifying experience this summer and this should have NEVER happened. I was harassed and bullied by some awful manager named Alex w/a vendetta to kick me out b/c I had a 10lbs service animal (dog) w/me. I'd give this place 10 out of 5 stars if I could, until I was singled out and so deeply discriminated against. Who picks on another human being for having a disability? Insane. I was kicked out of fletchers old lake lodge in Spring Park, MN 8/25/23 just 30 min after arriving, I explained that she is a service animal, not a dog. To which the manager Alex said, "that's just silly!" He asked what service does she provide? To which i said, "she is medically trained to assist me with my needs for medical purposes to better my life" To which he stated, "you need to leave now! In fact, I'm getting a cop to throw you out!" I said, "The cops? Really? A tad excessive, don't you think, Alex? You sound crazy. What is your problem? I told you she's a service animal, now leave me alone. You even have a damn sign outside stating they are allowed." The cop came over and was nice to me. I told him i don't know what more he's looking for me to say, as i already told 2 managers now that she's a service animal trained to assist me for my medical purposes, then showed him on the minnesota state government ADA website the legal requirements. ADA FEDERAL LAW & MN STATE LAW You cannot ask what medical condition I have You are not required to have documentation The animal does NOT need to wear a vest Verbal explanation is all that is required The cop went back over to the manager and tried to deescalate the situation. Then the manger again asked me AGAIN the same bs questions. What service does she provide? I said I already told you! She is trained to assist me with my disability for medical purposes. What more do you want? You cannot ask me any further questions and this is harassment! You're forcing me to tell you and announce to everyone in this establishment that I have ********(medical condition) and she alerts me when it's medically necessary? This is so messed! Alex said, well, you didn't say that before. I said, "yeah, because I don't have to. I don't have to tell you about the traumatic auto accident I was in, leaving me with permanent hearing loss. I don't have to tell you about how traumatized i was from it, or all the other horrible medical complications and other disabilities I've had to suffer through because of this terrible accident! I was nearly killed!! Now you've violated my civil rights, and I have to deal with this abusive treatment? This is bull! All I wanted was to attend my friends birthday party and you are acting like such a jerk! I could call my lawyer right now and sue! You can't ask these personal questions! You don't know the law! You are a total bully! No owner would ever treat a patron like this. I grew up loving this place! What is the matter with you? Never have had a single issue here, ever, in the 25+ years I've been coming here. Until you Alex, up on some high horse on some "manager" power trip vendetta, how can you think it's okay to treat a human being like this?" To which the manager Alex looks at the cop and said, "kick her out! You were welcome, but now you and your dog have to leave!" The cop just said to me, "now I have to ask you to leave. This is private property and they don't need a reason to ask you to go. I know you're upset, but that law, I do know. They can ask you to leave for any reason. I'm sorry I don't know specifics on service animals or the ADA." I just started crying. This whole situation was so terrible and traumatizing. I said, "Even if it's infringing on my rights with the ADA? We will just see about that!" I said. "call the owner, I highly doubt they want to go down this road. I spent 2 hours getting ready, I drove all the way out here (30 minutes 1 way) to celebrate my friends birthday and I just walked in, I've had 1 drink, minding my own business and you're kicking me out for no reason? For having a disability?! On what grounds?! This is lunacy!" Manager Alex shouts, "You and your dog are not welcome. Leave!" None of this is okay. So with that, I was forced to leave. They refused to call the owners. I'm still horrified and disgusted by the way I was treated last night. Seriously, what did they gain from this? Alex causing such drama in the middle of the patio. And for what? Whitney was in my purse, not making a sound. I just had ordered a second drink, which I had to leave on the bar. I spend money here year after year. So many memories. I am sure the owners are as horrified reading this, as I was experiencing this traumatizing nightmare, first hand. Devastating as this was my favorite place, too.

Yelp
I enjoyed the dinner alone as my colleague got sick and couldn't join me. The local famous Walleye fish dish was just fine. The cocktail and my beer were also tasty and the service was very good. The seating was traditional and comfortable and the setting, although it was dark and hard to see outside, seemed like a very nice place to be in daylight and during summer. So I will probably head back here again in the future.

James V.

Yelp
An institution on Lake Minnetonka, Lord Fletchers offers an amazing patio and strong drinks. Prices are high and while service is friendly, food items on the patio are decidedly subpar. Catering to its Boomer and Trust Fund crowd, the people watching makes up for the less then average food.

Jess S.

Yelp
Ambiance is the best thing about this place. It's really cool to sit and look out at the lake with the docks and the boats and the absolute CROWD of people downstairs in the summer. People watching was pretty great. Lord Fletchers is split into two levels - the ground floor where the docks are and there's more fun food and beers, like cheaper good fun. Then there's the restaurant and patio upstairs that's way fancier and more expensive. Two of us got the chicken and wild rice soup and idk they must have been made in two batches cause my dad's was SUPER salty but mine tasted fine. The walleye dish I had was excellent. But so pricey! Our servers were pretty friendly and minnesota nice :) but they were a little on the slow side. It was fun, and def a nice place to visit as out of towners but I feel like for the price you're paying for more of the ambiance than the food. The bread was good at least. But I definitely had some food envy looking down at the people eating at the docks and their fries lol.

Shalina S.

Yelp
The view is amazing and I loved their outdoor patio. However the food wasn't all that, their wings are okay. The drinks are amazing, opt in for the cups, it's only a few dollars difference and they're great souvenirs. Service could have been better though, our waitress wasn't very attentive.

Andrea K.

Yelp
Fletchers is always a party, so if you're looking for a good time, this is the place to go! The service is pretty fast, they have separate food runners and waitresses, and will bust their own tables, so they appreciate when you help out!

Gail A.

Yelp
Beautiful indoor dining for a 30th BD celebration last week (10/26/24). Server was great. I'm always on the search for good walleye and theirs was the best I've had anywhere! Major problem - we waited 1.5 hours for our food!! Made an early reservation specifically to avoid eating a late meal.

Paul B.

Yelp
Very expansive menu. Wonderful walleye. Great service! Friendly service! Options are plentiful.

PJ C.

Yelp
Never ate here but have boated in for some drinks with relatives usually on the July 4th weekend when it is at the peak zoo level. I would never attempt to eat here during this time because I can only guess the quality of the food and service. This place is best for having a drink and watching the fiberglass and silicone scene unwind before your eyes. It is a great place to people watch - plan and simple.

Elijah W.

Yelp
Love the setup they have! We went for some live music on a nice summer night and it was packed. They have plenty of parking and boat parking. They also have outdoor games like volleyball. Overall a great place to hang and have some drinks and snacks.

Mikhala F.

Yelp
A Lake Minnetonka staple! Here's the breakdown: Location: 5/5 Can you beat boating all day, and then stopping by Fletcher's for food and drinks on their massive waterside patio? I don't think so! It can be tricky to snag a spot here on busy days, but when you do, it's worth it. Food & drink: 3.5/5 Expect typical bar food and elevated prices - it does the trick! I was pretty bummed out about the Buffalo shrimp I got last time - just 5 shrimp for almost $20. But others at our table loved their French fries and sandwiches/wraps. They also make some great drinks - again, at a steep price - but refreshing and summer-y! Service: 3.5/5 This can be a bit hit or miss here: it always feels a bit rushed and understaffed. The place is packed most of the time, so be prepared to wait a bit!

Jade R.

Yelp
I wanted to love this place- as it came highly recommended from locals. To say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. From the hostess having a mouth full of food and just gesturing for us to follow her, to the waiter forgetting items of food, with no apology or initiative to correct their mistakes. Considering the money spent at this location- it'd take a lot to have me return. The food tasted alright, but was unfortunately undercut by unprofessionalism.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
We had an incredibly obnoxious experience where we simply asked the very new waiter in a sensitive way to not interrupt our conversations. We said please say 'may I interrupt' before invading our experience. The manager came in hot and hostile and accused us of poor behavior. He had no interest in understanding the customer experience. We have gone there for years living on the lake and local. We will never go back again. They don't care about customers because they have a good location.

P D.

Yelp
Best place on the lake when the sun is out and the boats are in the docks. Decent food - a little pricey - but cannot beat the ambience.

Lonny K.

Yelp
Food: mediocre Service: Tammy - ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Ambiance: about the only thing the place has going for it. Don't be sucked in by the history - it isn't great!

Kayla M.

Yelp
Atmosphere was fun. Love the outdoor vibes right out by the lake. The food was pretty good, loved the calamari which came with the most amazing sauce. Service was ok.

Brad W.

Yelp
Usually stop At Fletchers or Maynard's when out on the boat so about 20 times a summer. Today, we had bad service and food for 2nd time in 3 outings. They messed up 3 of our orders and had 7 people in our party with 3 other orders being appetizers or wraps. Service was slow and only had a chance for 2 drinks with being there for an hour. Just won't waste our time there next time and head over to excelsior for now on.

Kimberly T.

Yelp
I recently celebrated my birthday at Lord Fletcher's with some friends and my experience had some pros and cons. They have plenty of room on their big patio, so even with it being first come first serve, you shouldn't have an issue finding a table. I called the day before to give them a heads up that I would be having a group of about 10 people and they were able to accommodate. Located right next to Lake Minnetonka, many boat folk find themselves visiting Fletcher's at one point or another. I rarely go boating, but love being on the lake, and thought it would be a great location to celebrate my birthday. The views of the water are beautiful, and the Wharf certainly gives you prime summer feels. Where Fletcher's falls short is their Wharf menu. I haven't had their indoor dining menu, but my friends all commented on how expensive it is for subpar food. The highlight of the food we got was the basket of fries with seasoned sour cream ($8.50). If the fries are the best menu item they had out of every dish our table ordered, that says a lot. The fries were salted well and their in-house seasoned sour cream is addicting. Past that, there wasn't much to be desired. I got the chicken tenders with a side of ranch instead of BBQ sauce ($14) and I could not believe how spendy it is for JUST chicken tendies that were very obviously frozen tenders. Not worth it at all. Most of their entrees were $18 or more, and nothing really stood out. It wouldn't hurt them to include some more variety here. The beers and drinks were fine, but again, expect to be paying more than you would at other establishments. Our waitress was sweet and the service was relatively fast, but I don't know if I will be back here anytime soon. They have free parking both right next to the restaurant and across the road in a dirt lot too.

Kay M.

Yelp
Overpriced and just trash service. Food is mediocre at best. Only saving grace is being in the lake and entertainment from watching people try to park their boats. Food takes forever n comes out cold even though they claim "they are far behind". Good luck spending your paycheck here boys.

Miatsu K.

Yelp
This place was absolutely amazing. A friend of ours from Minnesota recommended this place on our visit from Denver. The drive up to is is beautiful and leads to an ever more beautiful location. This restaurant sits right on the water line of Lake Minatonka. My girlfriend and I sat outside, near the piers. The weather was perfect and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Our waitress, Ellen, was as good as a waitress gets. Friendly, funny, helpful and prompt. She made an already great lunch even better. The food was tasty, unique and came out fast. The Walleye was wonderful as well as the salmon. If we lived in Minneapolis, this would be our new weekend spot. It really has to be experienced to be understood.

Sarthak K.

Yelp
We were looking forward to our time here, unfortunately, the manager with glasses was extremely rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. We were appalled by his behavior and derogatory tone, clearly conflicting with the basic professionalism that comes with a customer facing role in a customer-service industry. He ensured that we will not be returning.

Julie R.

Yelp
Go for the ambiance not the food. Fletchers is such a fun summer spot and you really can't beat the vibe on a summer day. They had live music going on a sunny Saturday afternoon when we stopped by. It's usually pretty packed during the summer especially when the weather is nice so be prepared for that. It's a seat yourself and come as you are type of place. And oh boy, there is some fun people watching! Lots of different bars and areas to hangout. We actually had pretty good service this time around. The menu is basic and overpriced but the food is fine. We ordered the bruschetta which was tasty, but it came served in a bowl. I'm not sure who's idea that was but it was really hard to eat and share with my friends. Chicken strips are $15 and you have to upcharge if you want to add fries. Kinda ridiculous, but these are tough times I guess.

John Z.

Yelp
We just had dinner and drinks outside last night. It strikes me as a place you mainly go for the people, boat, and lake watching - which are all fabulous. It's such a nice spot right in Lake Minnetonka. BUT, the bacon cheeseburger I had was phenomenal!! I'm really picky about hamburgers. This was old school: not too thick, cooked medium well (I usually order them a little more in the rare side), and lots a super tasty, smokey char. Just wonderful - not fancy, but perfect in every way. I haven't had a hamburger this good for months! Thank you Lord Fletcher's!

Mayko V.

Yelp
This place is racist .... Do they have any minority workers at all???? we went there and they accused us of stealing the table lamp???. They called us back after 30 mins to return a table lamp???? A question their waiters or surrounding table guest who else was called???? After we paid for the dinner and gratitude of over $500. We were there for a total of 1.5 hours... we left discriminated.. never will I go back for that treatment... make your moneys worth lord fletchers will treat you right!

Kelly U.

Yelp
Whether you arrive via car or boat, this is a great casual place for a leisurely meal sans cold beverage. We happened to hit "burger Monday" and enjoyed burgers and cheeseburgers right off the grill! 16oz beers were the special of the day at $4.50, we jumped out of the boat, right to a table, had quick food, great service, and were ready to hit the lake again

Celeste L.

Yelp
Years ago, many years ago, was the place to go. Now it's just shabby. Went downstairs to the Oar House, horrible acoustics, super loud and super expensive. The calamari is very thick, thinly breaded, flavorless. Everything else is just ok but not for the prices. I understand this primarily a summer place where the boats pull up and not some sort of gourmand experience. Just very very shocked at the super high prices of booze and food. They tell you prices have risen all over, it's true...but not this much!

Jesse M.

Yelp
Food was average. Older gentleman server was pompous and didn't want to get my party of 3 a drink while we waited on our 4th person. Very short and rude. Then, split the overpriced dinner in half with my coworker. Total was $228.76/ea. I tipped him $47 because I'm nice. He went ahead and added $30 more to the total. Which now I have to answer to on my expense report. Pathetic customer service, dishonest server, average food. Go elsewhere.

Patrick H.

Yelp
First time visiting Lord Fletchers in close to 30 years. Lunch with the family on the patio, beautiful afternoon weather so it was a pretty busy restaurant. Service was very good, we were greeted by our server within minutes. We had a nice, relaxing lunch, but I'm sad to say the food was on par with most airline meals. The club sandwich is not a club sandwich. It's a baguette thats really not a baguette but rather a cheap grocery store French roll. The bread was dry and should've been toasted. The sliced barbecue chicken sandwich was OK, but all of our sandwiches came with battered seasoned fries that were quite old and not hot and limp. My daughter had the walleye sandwich and she said it was pretty good. Again on the cheap grocery store bread though. I don't think quality of food is a priority with the lake setting that they offer. About $90 with gratuity for three sandwiches, two Pepsi's, and an ice tea. Like I said, very busy restaurant. So no need to worry about quality I guess.

Jesse E.

Yelp
Another day of eating with coworkers. This time we picked Lord Fletchers. Looking at a nice meal on a patio with some beers and laughs. Did this place deliver? Was the food good? Was it delivered hot and fresh with a smile? Well...the servers did deliver our food hot and fresh. The food was absolutely delicious. The waitress a sweetheart as expected. Here you pay top top dollar for amazing......small portions of food? Yes, $30 for some tators, a small Buffalo chicken wrap and a diet soda. Don't forget the tip! $35. I did enjoy myself with my coworkers, and the food was delicious. But not worth $35.

Wes B.

Yelp
I would say this spot is a 3.5 stars but I bumped up to 4 for the great service we had from Gabby. We were on the boat all day and needed something quick to eat. That is the sole purpose of Fletchers along with the volleyball courts. Quick service with a basic menu and lots of domestic's on draft. Good for people watching with people living their best lives. I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which was solid along with French fries. Lettuce, tomato, and onion are available as free add ons, but cheese and other toppings are extra FYI. Buffalo sauce at Fletchers is very good as we also got wings for the table which were awesome. Price points are a bit high but that is expected given the location, and if you are on a boat all day drinking for cheap its a small price to pay. Fletcher's isn't a place I would seek out, but if on a boat or in need of a quick bite in the area I would check it out.

David W.

Yelp
The outside dinner service and burger were fine. The people-watching was on another level. Drunk 50-year-olds that still think they are in High School makeup half the crowd. I see how this place could hold fond memories for those that have a long history with the place. Since I have only been once I will probably keep it that way.

Erin A.

Yelp
Party of 25 for work - this location was like walking back in time. Service was amazing - drinks potent - and food delicious. I must recommend ordering the mud pie - you will be pleasantly surprised!!!! I'm not going to ruin it for you - just order it.

John S.

Yelp
Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Food is awful. Scene is gross. Better options. ....

Brian M.

Yelp
Great spot to people watch and to get a bite to eat. So many billy ball games going on. Drinks are great and food is also just as good. Enjoy many meals here as long as the weather lasts.

Andrew J.

Yelp
Warf food needs to improve, otherwise this place is perfect. Will be mainly at Maynard's until the food improves.

Emilee J.

Yelp
my favorite lake spot in Minnesota (at least in the suburbs) been coming here since before I can remember and it's consistently the best people watching, service, and time when looking for a quick bite or drink on Lake Minnetonka. Most people will tell you Maynards is the best, I respectfully disagree. From sweet potato fries to burgers, every meal here is better for the price. I honestly love the majority of the menu and if you're looking for the really good stuff, consider going inside! It's actually a really nice and underrated dining spot. Lots of live music in the summer and boats pulling up at all times. The best part, the people. Maynards can sometimes feel like the "posh" lake crowd and bring in the summer (profane word for) mean people. I've never experienced this here and that's probably the part I love most!

Heather H.

Yelp
Love this lakeside location! Excellent friendly service. Different menus inside and outside...both are great. Inside is a fine dining experience. Outside is casual and fun with live music a few nights a week during summer. A must stop on Lake Minnetonka!

Brandon J.

Yelp
These shrimp... HOW THE SHELL do they make money on 'em! There were SO many! Old Bay Peel-and-Eat Shrimp, Teriyaki Chicken Wings, and the Walleye Wrap was our order. Holy buckets, and You Betcha I am talking quantity. For $18, we couldn't find the bottom of the shrimp basket for a long while. So savory, easy to peel, and definitely worth it. The wings weren't bad either. Sweet like classic teriyaki, they had a little more meat than most. Wouldn't get 'em again, but wouldn't protest if a pal placed a similar order. But the Walleye Wrap... hate to say this one didn't impress. The fish was freshly battered, but the filet was sadly too small for the $19 sticker price. Shredded lettuce went well with the tarter sauce though, and credit to them for the nice nuttiness of the added almonds. Overall, not a bad first visit to this famous location. Ya do pay for it, but you can get your money's worth if you work the menu a bit.

Michele H.

Yelp
Sat outside on the deck. Nice, large, open deck with an energetic atmosphere (even for lunch on a weekday) but the food was just ok. We all got walleye sandwiches. Kind of a limp, soggy walleye filet on a plain bun with colorless shredded lettuce. Forgot the tarter sauce on all of them and it took awhile to flag the waitress down. I'd go back to sit outside on the lake but not for the food. Maybe inside is better. Parking was ample but, again, this was lunch time on a weekday.

Kurt M.

Yelp
A few months ago (I know this review is not exactly timely) three of us enjoyed lunch on LF's spacious outdoor deck. I struggled with my assignment of stars. I found myself vacillating between three and four. I finally settled as is apparent on three. If interested, please proceed to my further discussion. Watching boats of various sizes glide by on a beautiful afternoon is nearly priceless. The view alone can easily merit five stars. Wait time in line to be seated I found reasonable under current circumstances. For what it's worth I saw no cutting in and in fact the queue seemed quite orderly. The three of us all ordered Walleye sandwiches and iced tea. The speed at which our personable server brought us our food seemed a bit suspect. Perhaps sandwiches are pre-made and kept cool until heated in a microwave. Regardless, it was tasty enough fare especially when accompanied by a gentle breeze. We all took in the sights and sounds while dining. It was bustling this particular day. Prices seemed high for the offerings. Add that to the fact that we all found our sandwiches perfectly adequate but not extraordinary and I ultimately settled on my assessment. Service was prompt and professional. Parking in the sprawling lot was not an issue. Again, the deck is admittedly a stellar place to catch some rays and enjoy the atmosphere.

Yelp
We have been going to Lord Fletcher's for many years, but have been disappointed in our more recent couple of visits. Most recently, we were disappointed in two entrees. The walleye was rather wet, not light and flaky as it has been in the past. Lord Fletcher's has set the standard for walleye in the past, but other restaurants have now surpassed. The dual chicken breast entrée was more salty than needed, dominating the taste of both the chicken and the accompanying grain salad. A well-prepared entrée should rely on the food items themselves and a mix of enhancers, not taste mostly like salt. We had a nice view from our table, but for more than 10 minutes, the roving magician was at the head of the table across from us. She talked so loud we needed to cease conversation at our table during most of her performance. The magician could be a nice touch, but not when it disrupts others. Our server was very good, knowledgeable and friendly.

Yelp
We adore this gem. Impeccable service. Food is so delicious. Drinks are spot on. Try the Old Fashioned or the pomegranate mule. Aaron & staff will treat you like royalty! Lover his place.

Yelp
Oh Lord Fletchers' a complete shit show in a wonderful kind of way. On this part of Lake Minnetonka it's the only show in town and they can do what they want and they do it well. Service is friendly and the food average, but the people watching and great drinks are truly top notch. A must stop on Lake Minnetonka. Pull up and take a seat at the bar to watch kick ass boats after kick ass boats roll by....

Yelp
Moved to Wisconsin, so haven't been there in 10 years. So great to go back to a beautiful setting, upstairs dining room as nice as ever. Needed to go back for the Walleye. Dinner & Drinks were as fabulous as I remembered. Young waiter was very personable. Had a nice time with Ryan. Fletchers was our special occasion dinner for the past 50 years. Will return for the Walleye dinner & Martini when I'm back in Minnetonka.

Yelp
This place is pretty well known in the area and a big tourist trap in the summer. Their food is decent but nothing to really get excited about. It's basic bar food. Lots of outdoor seating with a somewhat lake view.

Yelp
We've enjoyed their Sunday Brunch for years. The atmosphere is wonderful! Yesterday, however, we were disappointed by the service and the price. We were finished with our first round from the buffet before we even received our beverages. We were told our server was having an issue? She should've asked for help instead of making us wait. Also, there was no carving station or omelet station. The adult price was $33! That's probably the same they used to charge with both of those stations included. I realize that it's hard these days, getting wait staff, etc, but to still charge full price is a bit much. We may find another nice Brunch place.
