They were really good with my allergies, even though they said they can't share the menu/ingredients list. (I think in CA, at least, they legally have to, but idk about TX). The manager on duty was very pleasant and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She also warned me about cross contamination. We arrived at 4pm and they'd stopped serving coffee. The DFW website mentions there are a lot of coffee options, but the menu only lists café, plain coffee. There was also readily available accessible seating and outlets. Food sounds good, I'll update the review when I eat it. They make it all from scratch, apparently.
