I called in my order for two chicken sandwiches. Mine #1chicken & broc rabe was so bland and had the flattest piece of fried chicken not worth 17$. I couldn’t eat it. No flavor. The second sandwich #3 was 6” 11$ had an overcooked piece of black chicken on it and salami which was supposed to be prosciutto?? It was terrible and I can’t believe a restaurant would serve burned food to go. I called and asked for a refund for the burned sandwich- she said it was processed, it’s been 5 days and I have never received a credit to my credit card. This place probably won’t stay open long. I would never go back. I don’t have any idea where they get their extremely high pricing from, especially for terrible food. The pictures they show on online is not what you get.

I met a friend for breakfast and we wanted to try something in Bristol Boro. We ate at Lorretta’s on a Saturday around 10:30am and there were only a few others who dined in and others who came & went with their to go orders. We both ordered the prosciutto, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. Lesson learned - we could have shared one because it was so large. The prosciutto was thicker but not chewy and it was delicious! The seeded roll was fresh and I could have just made a meal out of the roll itself😋 The service was great and I had a nice conversation with the owner’s aunt who was filling in that day. They are offering some dinner options but only a night or two during the week and they are trying new things to foster new fans.

The best sandwiches in the area! We got the cheese steak, Italian hoagie, meatball Parm and chicken cutlet with prosciutto and fig jam. All were delicious! Can't wait to eat there again. Got back for a second time, we had the chicken cutlet with vodkas sauce and mozzarella cheese, and the sausage and peppers sandwich. Both were fantastic!

Firstly, many of the reviews here predate this establishment and anything a year ago were for the old bakery Angelina's. I was excited to try the cheesesteak here as I saw a few mentions on Instagram. I stopped by here early on a Sunday to try it and my wife got a pork roll egg and cheese. First, let's talk about the roll, the rolls are delivered daily, from New York which give the sandwiches here a great base. It's crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with roasted seseme seeds. Delicious. That said, it's what inside that matters, and it wasn't amazing, it wasn't bad either. The cheesesteak here was middle of the pack, the bread paired well, but it was just missing something to push it over the edge. The same could be said with the pork roll egg and cheese, it was okay, just nothing extraordinary and at $14, $16 for a breakfast or lunch sandwich you would expect more. Sides are absent from the menu and chips are extra, which makes the sandwiches not the best value. I know the cheesesteak itself was very overvalued with places like Cafe Carmela not too far away. The menu itself contains a good heart of sandwiches, but sells you on none, no inspiring spreads, aolis, combinations then any typical Italian deli sandwich, which put toe to toe with others still has some work to do, but the bones of a great sandwich shop are here.

Fantastic find on Mill Street in Bristol, Pa. Great great seeded roll with a ton of combinations for sandwiches. Cheesesteak is really solid along with Italian sandwiches. Try some deserts while here.

I’ve been here a few times. Food is outstanding. Cheesesteak is top tier and those rolls make those sandwiches on another level. I have two gripes: customer service isn’t the most friendly and they don’t give you back change (coins). Every time I go they just hand my dollars with no coins. Example: Bill is $42.30 and I hand the cashier $45, I’ll receive $2 back instead of $2.70.

Needless to say this will be my last time i dine here. Was first there for breakfast about 2 weeks ago. My girlfriend, her son and i ordered 3 1/2 breakfast sandwiches. Whoever was working the register charged us for the full sandwich. I even thought as i was paying “wow, that is a lot for 3 half sandwiches” Never the less, i noticed their lunch menu and considered coming back. Fast forward… i purchase a full ribeye cheesesteak. I really did enjoy the seeded roll when i got the breakfast the last time, so i was really looking forward to that combination. I get home, unwrap the sandwich, and immediately to my surprise noticed how unbelievably burned the roll was. I attempted to still eat it, but i just couldn’t get past the burned flavor with the roll. Wound up just eating the meat and cheese. I clearly have no luck with this establishment. Oh well

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. #3 on the menu.. Cutlet, Prosciutto, Calabrian Chilies, Fig Spread, Fresh Mozz, Balsamic Glaze on a fresh baked roll. Can’t beat it!!!

New to the area and decided to call and try their cheesesteak... needless to say, it was the best cheesesteak I think I've ever had. Better than Angelo's, or any other place diving into the cooper sharp & ribeye cheesesteak combo. Amazing service as well, made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in this new environment. I recommend the house made cakes as well. Truly a 10/10.

Really great portions and fast service. I wish there was little more flavor; with Italian themed sandwiches I am always aiming for that. My boyfriend ordered the meatball parm sub. He liked it, but the meat is ground, so it didn't have that genuine meatball sub taste. I ordered the VODKA chicken cutlet, but I am 99% sure I was given the PARM chicken cutlet. It's an easy mess up, but I was really looking forward to the vodka sauce. I also think it could have been cooked just 3-4 minutes longer. I like my sandwiches more crunchy. The inside is nice, it's more of a coffee shop. It was nice that day so we sat out front. Not sure if I would come back for lunch, but I would like to try one of their breakfast sandwiches.

We ordered online during their posted business hours and there was nothing to indicate that they would be closed. When we arrived to pick up our order, the store was closed, though the sign on the door said it should be open. After a week of not hearing anything or receiving a refund, we had to open a chargeback dispute through our credit card company.

Fast friendly service and this sandwich looks and smells A-MAZING! It's the Loretta's cheesesteak with ribeye, copper sharp cheese, and grilled onions. Time to eat!!!

The chicken Caesar cutlets were great when they first opened. They were a little expensive at almost $18 but they were good sized sandwiches. However since then they've changed the dressing recipe they use as well as the cheese and lettuce they top it with which in my opinion has taken from a great sandwich to a mediocre one. Which they also then raised the price by almost $5 so now it's almost $23 for a lesser quality sandwich. I hope they go back to the original recipe which was 5 stars! Cheesesteaks are really good though but could also use a better quality meat, as there are alot of large chewy/hard chunks. Hopefully the owner makes some adjustments. Bread they use is great and the shop and service is also great

The bread has just enough chew matched with a nice crust. The eggs were fluffy and melted with the pork roll and cheese. The chicken "social club" sandwich had nice thick bacon. Perfect balance of spice. The sizes are plenty. Have to try the pastries. They are all amazing. Perfect little shop by the river and so far everything I've had here is great.

After seeing a few posts about Loretta's in Bristol I was finally able to make it over to try it out. First initial impression I was flabbergasted by the most stupendous roll. Crisp and well balanced chew. Meat was not to my requested finely chopped but most of it was tender with little tough chew, so that was good. A few pieces of gristle but not a biggie. Great onion saute and meat seasoned excellently. More meat than it seemed before unwrapping and large enough for me and the wife to split. I was a bit surprised by the $17 price tag compared to many top steaks but I didn't feel like I got bent over and dry banged. Happy to have finally tried it and was not let down.

I so want to like it here but we've had two sub par experiences. The first time we ordered they had just opened so I gave it a pass - but this last time I can't understand. The meatballs were so dry it was hard to eat and it lacked sauce to help. My coworkers said the cheesesteak was good but I can't speak on that unfortunately.

Awesome The Chicken Cutlet Vodka sauce on a fresh semolina seeded roll with fresh homemade cutlets and fresh mozzarella was outstanding. It was fresh hot and truly delicious. I can't wait to go back and try another sandwich.

Cosy Loretta's. Is just a stones throw down Mill Street in the Borough of Bristol. Walking in you will step back in time to a quiet and welcoming Italian bistro. Exposed bricks, vintage photos and friendly faces behind the counter. If you're looking for more than just a basic sandwich. Loretta's will satisfy. A simple menu with breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Canned sodas and bottles of water are available for purchase. A sandwich will cost you 16 bucks and doesn't come with fries/rings or house made chips (nor do they make or sell sides of the sort) but you're getting your moneys worth. Extra long seeded crusty rolls straight from Staten Island (or so we were told) and one sandwich is way more than enough for two to share or lunch and a take home dinner. A variety of deserts are available and displayed encased by the register begging to be taken home to enjoy. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays -but be sure to check out their Facebook page before you head over because sometimes hours may change. All in all we enjoyed Loretta's and look forward to returning to try different sandwiches and see if the menu has expanded. A solid 4 stars and a welcome addition to our lunch rotation.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich on a perfect spring morning before a walk by the river. We love Bristol. Great spot to grab a bite and walk/sit by the river. I found Loretta's on TikTok. The restaurant is super cute inside. The vibe is perfect and nice and relaxed with good music and art work on the walls. I loved being in there. The counter girl who took our order was nice and the guy who brought us our food was very friendly. My husband ordered the bacon egg and cheese and I got the porkroll egg and cheese. The sandwiches were huge, but the meat wasn't cooked as much as we expected. We like our bacon and porkroll crispy - so if you order just specify you want it a little more well done, which is what we'll do next time. All in all - great spot to grab a bite in a cute town!

Just left this place and had their cheesesteak. Ribeye, fried onions, cooper sharp, all on a seeded roll. The bread was crispy, with a soft inside and the cheesesteak to bread ratio was great. This is a great out of Philly cheesesteak that could hold its own against some Philly heavy hitters. The two women in the front are super polite and even made me an espresso while I waited. Keep up the good work.

Was expecting to hate this place. They don't answer their phone. Got there and asked for a buttered / toasted roll and they didn't understand what I meant. Had a pork roll egg and cheese on a long roll (7", not 14"). Sandwich was huge, everything was great. Good roll, cooked well. High praise for this place, give it a go.

First time there. Menu at counter had no descriptions or prices. Ordered a pork roll egg and cheese for my lunch. Just a reminder to have staff inform customers that the sandwich is served on 10 inch hoagie rolls not the traditional Keiser roll. I had to throw more than half away. It was an unfortunate waste. I may return but not soon.

Stoped in for a coffee it was amazing made it just the way I ordered it had cake so delicious people were so friendly and the place was so clean and metro loved the vibe can't wait to go back for sandwiches

Beware of on line ordering from Loretta's. They close a lot before 5pm without notice. They don't notify online customer of closing early and you won't get your order or a refund. Called but went to voice mail that said to call during normal business hours and don't leave message. You will have to get your bank or card to dispute to get refund. Great little shop and food but poor customer service-on line ordering. Recommend only buying in person. They need to honor store hours, check online orders before closing, stay open until last order provided and update call messaging to allow voice messages. Word got around that the food is great but also word getting around that they aren't always open as posted and poor customer care. Hope they improve.

Cheesesteak was delicious. Ordered the larger size, so it was enough to split between two people. Cheesesteak doesn't come with any fries or chips, although I wish it did.

Had Loretta's cater a rehearsal dinner for us. The food was out of this world! Pasta, meatballs, and chicken parm still has the people talking! Tremendously delicious dinner options for our guests. We also were given an array of delightful authentic Italian pastries for dessert. Holy cannoli. Not to mention the storefront in Bristol has my favorite cheesesteak in the city on the menu!! 11 out of 10! Can't wait to be back.

Being Italian from Brooklyn we were very excited to go here for lunch. We were greeted warmly. The menu was good and the atmosphere inside was inviting. However when our sandwich came we were disappointed.by the amount or lack of food that was in our sandwich. We like this place and we will give it another try in the future.

We just had a rehearsal dinner catered by Lou and the wonderful people at Loretta's and it was delicious! All 60 people at the event were raving about how good the meatballs and pasta were! Cannot recommend Loretta's enough. Their food is the best around. Everything was amazing
