The 17 Best Restaurants In Napa - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"This Mexican spot on the waterfront can feel more like Miami than California Wine Country, with a big mural, flowers dropping from the ceiling, and a buzzing scene that’ll leave you wanting to hang out drinking margaritas all night. Order the braised beef quesabirrias, served with a delicious consomme, the flavorful ceviche verde mixto, and the grilled octopus salad with a mango-guajillo puree. If you’re on the run or find yourself at the Napa Premium Outlets, stop by the food truck that started it all, in the shopping center’s parking lot." - Christina Julian

I am a happy we were able to enjoy our Anniversary dinner here. Ricky was very accommodating on a day if reservation for my party if 12 and two guests having food allergies. We were greeted and seated and Rodolfo was our server. He was excellent. A few things really were crowd pleasers. To begin the chips and salsa and guacamole. Definitely one of the best guacamoles around. Not to mention the smoky deep flavor to the homemade salsa with the adobo Chilis really shining through giving it at almost mole take on salsa. The octopus tostadas were incredible. The octopus was prepared on a tostada with fresh ingredients and topped with avocado. Two tostadas would have been sufficient for me for a meal alone but to share was even better. Our guests enjoyed their chile rellenos and the lamb. The reviews in the lamb was that it was flavored perfectly and they both finished it because it was so good. This Napa Mexican Restaurant is not your everyday Mexican restaurant the elevated menu makes it a special treat. Definitely try it out on your visit to Napa.

The is a brand new restaurant in Napa and related to La Cheves a stable in Napa. This places was amazing as well and the service was good based on how packed it was. Food - 10/10 - the make the tortillas fresh in house and everything was full of flavor. Atmosphere was nice, semi dark setting a nice date vibe Service was good, Ivan was our waiter and did a job recommending food and making sure we were well taking care of.

Google
Everything I have was good. I got the Birria enchiladas with rice and beans. Everything seems fresh and on point. The beans are really amazing. I do recommend getting some of their habanero salsa to go on top of it. The food really didn’t have any type of fire kick the portions were of medium size. They still have energy to go out shopping, but I would definitely come back.

Google
Absolutely a top end Mexican restaurant with gourmet food on Main Street in downtown Napa. Although it's a busy place, the wait staff was efficient and professional. A full bar with seating options inside and outside. A bit noisy, but very satisfying overall and someplace worth returning to.

Google
We were encouraged to go there for good traditional Mexican food, but were a little disappointed. We made a reservation to be outside and the hostess seemed surprised by it; we were lucky there was a table ready. I ordered the braised lamb; they were out. We both got enchiladas (mole & verde) that were good, but nothing impressive to come back for, nor flavorful. In every Mexican restaurant we’ve been, they offer little tortillas chips and salsa to start; here they are $6. Tortillas with your meal, like every Mexican place? No, you have to pay for them. No salsa or sauce on the table to add flavor. Meals are not cheap either. Staff was polite, but we were treated like numbers. We were thinking to take Mezcal at the end, but rather decided to leave. We know better Mexican places than here, sorry. We won’t be back.

My family & I had an exceptional experience here from start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. And the food? Absolutely beyond delicious—each dish was expertly crafted and full of flavor. We fell in love with the guacamole and each dish truly brightened our day. This place is truly a Napa Valley staple, especially if you are a lover of tequila, Mexican cuisine and a good time (duh). It’s easy to see why. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area - ask for Edgar!

Google
The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. The service was quick, with minimal waiting time, and the food was absolutely delicious—paired perfectly with their tasty margaritas! The vibrant and cheerful atmosphere added to the overall charm of the place.

Yelp
Man oh man this place was delicious! Great atmosphere and comfortable chairs. Great service. I got the tacos dorado which is taquitos. They were suuuper good. Juicy and flavorful. The drinks were good. I got the la rusa which was spicy. I loved it. Partner got the wet burrito. I wasn't a fan of the green sauce but the red was great! He ate the whole thing. I don't know how because the burrito is massive. Friend got the tacos. He enjoyed them. Would definitely come back.

Yelp
I was craving guac so we ended up at Los Agaves. There was seating outside so we decided on that. Though cute, the chairs were a little uncomfortable as they didn't offer a lot of support and the bottom of the chair cut off on my thigh in a weird spot. Our server was quick to greet us and take order. I got a margarita and it was a good balance of tequila and add-ins and not too sweet. We started with guac. It was super fresh and the chips were great. They did refill our chips, which was nice. We also got the esquites to share, which were a little different than expected but not bad. The aioli on it was almost peppery, which isn't my favorite take on street corn. I got the quessabirria tacos for my main. They were a little wet still but overall nice chewy cheese and filled with a good enough of meat. Overall, we enjoyed your dinner and would consider returning when we're back in town. Maybe just an inside spot this time!

Yelp
I had 2 cravings and one of them was Mole enchiladas and Los Agaves was the only place in Napa that had it on their current menu and they allow dogs at the restaurant too, but only on the patio, but since it started to rain we were given an exception to sit inside close to the patio door. Perfect, but I'll get to the dogs allowed in one area and not the other in a moment. I ordered the Mole with chicken enchiladas, it came with 2 which was stuffed with plenty of savory chicken and the sauce to die for. The rice was simple and I liked that the beans were whole and not refried. The plate isn't that large so the portion of rice and beans is not much. The star of the meal is the enchiladas. One disturbing thing I noticed was the menu priced the dish at $28 but I was charged $31. I didn't order any chips or salsa, thinking it would come with the beer I ordered but everything is extra. I noticed the bowl of chips is rather small and tortillas are separate too. I'm glad I didn't get those extras so I could indulge in the enchiladas and devoured them completely that's how good they were. On to the dessert, 3 choices and there is no menu just what the waiter offers oh and no price either, it was revealed on the receipt. I decided on the Flan topped with coffee Baileys. It was delicious, the baileys really added to the flan and the flan wasn't too cold nor tasted like they just took it out of the fridge with that refrigerator taste. It was a winner as well, it was so rich and could have been shared but I had no one to share it with. Oh well, poor me, all to myself. Now the dog. As I was sitting at the table I looked to the hostess station and saw a waiter and hostess caressing a giant and I mean giant Pitbull, as gorgeous as it was, and I raised 2 pitbulls why would they allow this dog inside the restaurant, it wasn't a patrons dog. I'm glad I saw this because before I left I told the waiter to make sure the dog was chained up as to not have it lunge at my dog. What a liability that would be for the owner of this restaurant.

Yelp
We came here for Margaritas and we were not disappointed. There were 4 of us and everything that we ordered was so tasty and delicious. Very well seasoned. Our server was fantastic with explaining the specials and was very prompt with our drinks and orders. The ambiance and mood was very chill and laid back, not over the top with loud music playing. I loved it!

Yelp
Los Agaves Mexican Cuisine, located at 660 Main Street in Napa's waterfront area, has become a favorite spot for locals and visitors craving authentic Mexican flavors. During our last visit to Napa, we decided to have lunch there for the first time. Known for its fresh ingredients and traditional recipes, Los Agaves offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Since its opening, it has developed a loyal following by serving classic dishes like tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas, along with house specialties based on family recipes. We started with guacamole, and I enjoyed their special hibiscus margarita, which was fantastic! If you like margaritas, I highly recommend it. For the main course, we ordered asada/steak tacos and a carnitas plate--all were delicious. For dessert, we tried their tres leches and flan, and we enjoyed both. The young lady and other servers who attended to our table were very kind and attentive. She carefully answered our questions and explained everything. Los Agaves' location near the Napa River adds to its charm, making it a top dining destination in downtown Napa. Napa.

Yelp
Los Agaves: More Than Just a Meal -- It's a Community Experience At Los Agaves, food is only the beginning. While many places claim to be about more than just the menu, Los Agaves truly delivers on that promise--with incredible homestyle dishes and a chef who brings soul to every plate, all wrapped in a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The staff exude warmth, making you feel like you're part of their extended family from the moment you walk in. This place is about community building in the most authentic way. Every time I've pulled up a seat at the bar, I've left with something more--whether it's a new business contact, a genuine friendship, or a memorable conversation with someone who generously shared a piece of their life. And the margaritas? Next level. Each one is a custom creation by bartenders who are more like life cheerleaders. They mix more than drinks--they connect people. Watching them blend fresh fruits and veggie-based purées into cocktails right in front of you just adds to the magic. As for the food--don't miss the nachos and tacos. What truly elevates them are the vibrant, house-made salsas and expertly roasted meats--always tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can even catch the staff hand-crafting salsas on the spot, infusing each dish with care and authenticity. Los Agaves isn't just a restaurant--it's a space that brings people together, where local meets global, and strangers become friends. That's Napa style.

Yelp
Came to Los Agaves to celebrate a birthday/ National Margarita Day! Restaurant is nice with Instagram picture worthy. Previous to coming in we had reservations. When entering the restaurant, we got seated promptly and was given the menu, waters, and chips and salsa. Chips were homemade and warm soo good. What we ordered: drinks - margarita flight: it comes with 3 flavors. I believe it came with a strawberry one, regular, and last flavor can't recall. 2/5 - Guava margarita: I love guava, and this margarita was really good. 4/5 appetizer -Queso Fundido: it normally comes with chorizo and mushrooms. However, we aren't big fans of mushroom. So, we asked if they could remove it. This dish comes with a side of tortillas. 5/5 - Quesabirrias: comes with consume and 3 quesabirrias. Consume was really good, lots of flavor and perfect when it's cold outside. 4/5 entree: Asada plate: steak, mole enchiladas, rice, and pinto beans. Meat was good, but not a big fan of the sides. 3/5 dessert: Flan: it was really good and it came with a candle since we were celebrating a birthday. The waitress sang for the birthday girl. Was really nice. 5/5 Overall, it was a nice experience with great customer service.

Yelp
The restaurant was beautiful. I enjoyed the aesthetic.. The service was exceptional. The staff treated us very nice and took very good care of us. The bartender was very kind and our server Edgar was awesome.. They have a wonderful tequila section and I love their burrito 10 out of 10.

Yelp
This admittedly, was our second choice for brunch. The first spot had a line around the block. The host sat us and said they offered chilaquiles and huevos ranchers so we were happy. But our server was not as well informed, I think he was new. He said there was only chilaquiles and when my friend ordered a bloody Mary, he said he'd have to check if they had orange juice. He was very handsome. Once the food came out it was delicious. Hubs and I shared the arrachera which was very tender and flavorful. It went very well with the fresh homemade tortillas that accompanied it. I would have liked some salsa to go with it but didn't want to pay the added charge, I scooped up some off my friend's chilaquiles plate. The dish was served with a moleada which was delicious. We ordered a flight of margaritas to share but they brought two. $30 is a bit steep for 3 10-oz pours but once they were in front of us, I wasn't sending it back. All 6 flavors, watermelon, mango, pineapple, tamarindo, guava and prickly pear, tasted fresh and delicious. Sadly, the fruit that accompanied the drinks, while it looked pretty, was caked in decorative salt that made them inedible. Good Mexican food at Main Street Napa prices.

Yelp
I made a dinner reservation here to celebrate my birthday with my daughter and sister-cousins after a fun day at the Lip Lab that was nearby. I had never been here, but searched it out on Google. All the reviews were pretty good so I thought we would give it a try. Booking reservations was pretty easy. We finished a little early and the front of the house staff was amazing in accommodating our early arrival. Our server was very attentive and sweet telling us all the specials of the day. The food was really good. I ordered the seafood green enchiladas. SO YUMMY!!! I had the top shelf margaritas and it was just right to kick off my birthday dinner! The mural on the wall was very eye-catching and made you want to take pictures of it just because it was beautiful! I can't say enough about the staff. They made me feel so special on my 55th birthday. Thanks to the incredible staff. I hope to come back and visit again soon!!!

Yelp
Second time here, first time was not memorable and it Was a quick bite. I felt I love the Mexican Restaurant Vibe. We Came on a weekend with reservations. Service was slow but the dining area did not start off busy at all for that to be the case. After our Meal we ended up getting the wrong bill And we had to wait an unreasonable time for it to be corrected. The food was just ok but Nothing memorable. I won't be returning because they allowed two large dogs inside, by the entrance and front of the bar by the which was very busy with lots of Traffic. There was loud barking and a commotion involving the dogs. I love animals So I don't mind but not when there is an obvious issue with them. My opinion is it's not the dogs fault that their owners put them in that position by exposing them to those conditions. The owners were finally asked to leave. So this was a disappointing Experience.

Yelp
My order: La Reina margarita, chicken nachos (secret menu ;)), birria taco, steak taco Value: worth every penny Service: Everyone is super cool, even got winery recommendations from the bartender. The Review: If you like Mexican food, put Los Agaves on your list of Napa cuisine. I was recently a vegetarian but this place has converted me to become a meat-eater. Los Agaves has plenty of gluten-free options for both plant-based and animal-based dishes. They serve incredible Cali-Mex food, top quality and top flavor. They even make the majority of their syrups for drinks in-house! Highly recommend a stop at Los Agaves if you're in Napa!

Yelp

Yelp
Servicio, comida, ambiente, de 5 estrellas. Yasmeen hizo que mi familia pasara una noche especial, la mejor cómplice para nuestra celebración sorpresa.... muchas gracias a todos.! Fue un cumpleaños que disfrutamos.

Yelp
From what we know, every single entity has to have the consideration of serving non-spicy food for people that cannot handle spicy food. After informing that the specific food that was served was very spicy, there was numerous of dishes still continuing to take orders and serving without acknowledging that those will be spicy as well. Ended up paying over $400 which was already overpriced for food that we did not even eat.

Yelp
We stopped in here after our Napa Gondola ride. We grabbed snacks to share. We had the queso dip, guacamole, chips, salsa and ceviche. I only got a photo of the ceviche because we dug in too fast. The chips were of perfect crunch and seemed house made. The queso dip was soooo delicious. I could've eaten the whole thing but I didn't want to put my cholesterol medication in to overdrive. The dip had the perfect amount of ingredients that kept me digging in for more. The salsa had the perfect amount of smoke and heat, blended with other vibrant flavors. The guacamole had the additional ingredients on top of the avocado, so just mix and eat. The ingredients were fresh. The ceviche was in a liquid sauce that had a green hue to it. Not sure what it was but it was good. This was my third visit here, not so impressed with the first two visits but this time it was a winner. I will return to try other items and of course, for the queso.

Yelp
Is on Main Street in Downtown. Went on a Wednesday evening without reservations and were seated immediately. There's a large indoor section and a number of tables in an outdoor section. Being breezy we chose to dine indoors. There's a very colorful south-of-the-border decor. Our waiter came to the table almost immediately and took our drink order (pitcher of margaritas!). We ordered the queso fundido on the advice of our host at a wine tasting. Served with perfect warm tortillas and was delicious. Also ordered the tacos al birria on advice from the same wine host. Also expertly prepared and delicious. Perhaps one of the best Mexican meals I've ever eaten north of the border. Even the rice and beans were next level delicious. Service was attentive and professional. Highly recommended!

Yelp
My family was visiting from Virginia, and this place looked good so we stopped in. The food was amazing!! I got the Carnitas, my Mom got a burrito, and my Dad got a quesadilla. Everything was so tasty, and our server Edgar was not only attentive and kind, but SO funny! We were cracking up every time he came to the table. We asked to sit outside and at one point the sun was starting to blaze down, and Edgar even moved part of this other umbrella over our table so we weren't burning up. I highly recommend coming here, and if you don't get the pleasure of meeting Edgar, everyone else seemed just as awesome! :)

Yelp
I came here on a solo date after work. The food was really good and of course I always have to have my lemon drop. It's cute for a date night. I parked in the garage across the street.

Yelp
It's restaurant week, so we were on our way! The restaurant was bright and colorful, open and airy. It was lunch, so daylight streamed in. We were seated in a comfortable booth complete with pillows! And served immediately. They brought chips and salsa which were obviously made from scratch. The salsa had just enough heat and a delicious flavor. Crunchy chips. The special was $29 for soup and 2 tacos, with a classic margarita. The soup was one of the best ever: creamy 3 corn soup, floated with shreds of poblano peppers. It's not on their regular menu- but it SHOULD BE! I had 2 chicken tacos with rice and beans. Light pinto beans, rice with what seemed flavored with chicken broth, tasty. The chicken had onions and cilantro and a lightly spicy, smoky sauce- maybe molé? I was so full from the soup and chips I couldn't finish the 2nd taco... taking that home was the best decision bc leftovers!! I asked for a strawberry margarita; it was rimmed with salt. I asked for sugar instead and was quickly replaced. The server didn't know much about the ingredients or how dishes were made, but he was very kind and polite. The regular prices were in line with downtown Napa but probably slightly more than what I'd be comfortable paying for a casual meal~ but it was REALLY good!

Yelp
We went on a Friday early evening without reservations and were seated right away. Everything we ordered was delicious! There was someone nearby making fresh tortillas. Great experience!

Yelp
The food went wayyyy beyond my expectations. I usually don't have high standards Mexican restaurant food due to growing up with the cuisine but omg!! This place was amazing!!! The mole (dulce) enchiladas are some of the best I have everrrr had in my life. I highly recommend you order these. My piña cocktail was amazing as well. I ordered it with mezcal and it was just the right amount of spicy and smokiness that i was looking forward to. So refreshing. Everyone at my table loved their food and it's safe to say that the service was nothing less of extraordinary. They gifted my friend and I free shots because it was our birthday celebration. :) I would come back here again and again and again. Love it! --------------- I added a burrito pic for reference because we noticed that it was hard to gauge the size of it based off other pictures on Yelp.

Ann N.

Yelp
The variety and flavors are amazing! We love everyone here - kindness, service, and personal touch! Enrique and Daniel are fabulous! We love the food - the fish tacos were delicious, the salsa had a unique flavor. The environment is a combination of authentic and classic.

Yelp
What a great atmosphere to get some amazing Mexican food. I went here twice for dinner when I was in Napa. Great service, reasonable price and incredible food. Highly recommend getting their street tacos which also come with rice and beans.

Yelp
We came for happy hour - nachos and margaritas. The chips there are off the hook, so good. Thick, perfectly crunchy. The nachos were really good. I'm sure we will be back.

Yelp
Located in downtown Napa is this Mexican restaurant and bar. We came here on a Friday night for someone's going away party but our group sat at the bar. We wanted shots of Hennessy but they ran out earlier that day. We instead we got shots of Don Julio Reposado for about $22 a shot, so it's pretty pricy. We also heard that their guava margaritas are popular and you can get them pitcher sized so we did that. It was later at night upon closing so we asked for chips and salsa if they still had some and luckily they did. Their chips and salsa are good and perfect while drinking. They have TVs if you want to watch sports. There's street parking and parking garages not too far from the restaurant. I'd def try their guava Margarita and chips and salsa!

Yelp
Made reservations, got sat down quickly, server explained to us the menu we had questions about and told us about their specials. Food was great we ordered some Quesabirrias, mole enchiladas and some tacos which were all delicious. Drinks were also on point and they had a nice bar. Almost forgot the chips and salsa told me everything I had to know about the food at the restaurant they were really good had to order more.

Yelp
The food was very bland, just not as spicy as I would like. Service was great, cocktails were very good and service was great. The look and feel is also very nice- so I guess just better food would make this 4-5 stars.

Yelp
Very tasty food. They don't do "breakfast" but had heuvos rancheros. We got that, a buttito($22) and a kids quesadilla ($10). I got a margarita. We also got guac for $14. my cheap husband was balking at the Price is but he enjoyed everything! It was all very delicious. The sauces were yummy and the used and herb that looked like watercress but was actually cantro sprouts I guess. I will come here again!

Yelp
Everything from this restaurant hit so good . The salsa for the chips had great flavor to it with just the right amount of spicy kick . The tacos we ordered were juicy and flavorful and the drinks tasted good but still had enough kick to them to let you know there's alcohol in them . Because nobody wants to pay for a watered down alcoholic beverage . The servers were great and the decor inside was nice but it was such a nice day we had to sit outside.

Yelp
I used to be somwhat of a fan of this restaurant I even celebrated my 29th birthday here last year and it was nice . It's a go to for all of my family too,. I showed up a few weeks ago to grab a quick bite a little after 8 but not quite 8,:30 yet and when me and my friend stood.by the front in front of the sign that said ,,,"please wait to be seated",#so i waited and.waited and nobody came . Finally a worker middle aged man comes up to me while my freind went to use the little. girls room , he looked visibly upset and not welcoming at all so I decided to sit outside because I didn't wanna se his stank face through out the night while I was there. Me and my friend had been wine tasting so we wanted some food to get our minds right and we were starving. While I waited for my friend to come out I reviewed the menu and then the server or host or whatever who sat me comes to me and tells me the kitchen is closed. I was so irritated I could see waiters coming in and out of the kitchen with plates of food and serving it to everybody else and honestly I felt disrespected. Did I not look worthy enough to sit there with my homegirl and enjoy a nice over priced quesabirria? What ever sukkka I just laughed when he told me this soooooo I got up and walked out. So honestly if I could give this over priced crap restaurant a 0 star I would . But whatever. It's dope in their but the arrogant staff who clearly forget where they came from and think they all that because they working in "el Norte " and getting their money up got me fu**** up hahaha yeah right . Yo tambien soy Mexicano cabron pero Naci aqui. Nunca olvides de donde vienes #MexicanoPorVida drinks are fire though #SorryNotSorry

Yelp
I visited this restaurant for the first time this past weekend after the Bottlerock festival. Let me tell you, the ambiance was good and the food was delicious--despite not receiving the full menu and everything being way overpriced to take advantage of the situation (a burrito for $25!). We were charged a 20% late-night fee, which is absurd! If your restaurant is open until 10 PM, why add a late-night charge? This should be mentioned before seating customers, not sprung as a surprise with the bill. Overall, the service was poor. We had to repeatedly ask for napkins and utensils. My friend ordered a drink, and it was served without ice in a plastic cup--very half-hearted service. I feel like I was robbed!!

Yelp
The ambiance was nice and seemed to be a popular place so we decided to try. We expected the food to be authentic. We were overall disappointed with the food. Everything was bland and just okay. Not worth spending the $100+ dollars we paid. I can make better guacamole, tacos, margaritas, and enchiladas at home frankly.

Yelp
Had pretty decent fish tacos. Nothing to dream about, but not bad. Staff was great: attentive and food came quickly.

Yelp
This restaurant seems to always be busy and for a good reason. Filled with great music and an extensive menu it has something for everyone. We started off with chips and salsa, and for those who dont like spicy food, avoid the salsa. We ordered a pitcher of margaritas which hit the spot after a long day in Napa. We also ordered the queso fundido which was supposed to come with mushrooms and chorizo but I didnt taste the chorizo. I ordered the enchiladas suizas, one chicken and one birria. Both were delicious and filled with all the right seasoning. To my surprise I actually enjoyed the birria enchilada the most.

Yelp
Went for drinks: hibiscus, prickly pear, and guava was my fav! Not too sweet which I prefer. Sat outside by the riverfront but inside was super cute with colorful decor. Service was quick and attentive. Would come back for more drinks !

Yelp
We had a very nice experience at this restaurant! We had a party of six who were students of the culinary institute of America. We all got a variety of items with very different drinks and the server did well assisting us. I got the pineapple Caliente margarita with Mezcal and a tajin rim. I liked it so much. I Ordered the the stuffed flat top pepper with mango & seafood. Amazing! We had a fabulous experience.

Yelp
This restaurant is a true gem, and my recent visit was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was immediately striking--warm, chic lighting, comfortable seating, and a lovely low buzz of happy conversation. It's the perfect setting for a date night or a relaxed celebratory dinner, striking that rare balance between upscale and welcoming. The food was truly divine. We started with tostadas de Tinga which I highly recommend and moved on to Quesa Birrias (best dish so far) and Camarones ala Diabla. Every single dish was presented beautifully, a clear indication of the care taken in the kitchen. The flavor profiles were complex, using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and everything tasted perfectly seasoned. Whatever you order, you're guaranteed to be impressed. However, the highlight of the entire experience was, without a doubt, the outstanding service provided by our server, Yasmeen. She was the definition of attentive and professional. Yasmeen timed every course perfectly, anticipated our needs before we even asked (like refilling water or offering fresh pepper), and was knowledgeable about the entire menu, offering great recommendations. She managed to be available without ever feeling intrusive. Because of the seamless operation and the personal, genuinely warm service from Yasmeen, this isn't just a restaurant; it's a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Los Agaves Napa and suggest you request Yasmeen if you want truly exemplary service! We will absolutely be back soon.

Yelp
Edgar!!!. Such a great waiter, but this review is mostly about the food! So impressed with the ambience and the quality of the dishes! I got the chicken Molay enchiladas that were absolutely delicious and my husband got some steak with bacon onion mixture for tortillas! We were both just so blown away how good this food is! Such a high class, Mexican restaurant... Not cheap, but when the food is this good, we don't mind paying a little extra! You also get incredible chips and salsa, which most restaurants make you pay for now! But we also brought some food home, so there is lunch for tomorrow! Thank you so much! Everyone that works there was so friendly and they are open from noon to 9 PM so as old people we like to eat early and we got a parking place right in front...go figure! Just a win-win all the way around!

Yelp
In my book, Los Agaves is a winner. They do many things great that I find myself coming back to this place (been here 2 times now). The ambiance is casual cool. There is a brightly colored cultural mural on the back wall that draws your attention that tells you this place is fun. Lots of seating both in the dining room and at the bar with multiple TVs. They had formula one on at the time so I was right at home. The food is so good here. I've tried a lot of things and all were great. My benchamark for a quality Mexican place is their chips and salsa. Highly addicting. I actually had the special this time which was the Carnitas Plate. So BOMB! Lot of crispy ends mixed with soft flavorful chunks of pork. I also snuck a few bites of the Battered Fish Tacos...winner! Large pieces of nicely fried white fish with creamy sauce. I might have to have that one next time. They have a full service bar with their specialty being a large variety of tequilas. They have a lot of top shelf versions displayed. I've had a few margaritas here and their version the of the Cadillac is my favorite. Service is excellent as well. The waiters are for friendly and are quick to make good suggestions. They keep the water filled and checked on is to make sure our experience was great. If you are looking for a more upscale casual Mexican dining experience Los Agaves is your place!

Yelp
We've been here a couple times and every time is delicious! Fresh salsa & house made chips are to die for and the unique menu with bold flavors that does not leave you feeling overly heavy! Beautiful restaurant and patio!
