Having unknowingly walked in only a few minutes before happy hour ended, staff immediately walked us through their menu and promptly placed an order! We enjoyed the chips and guac, tacos (2 for $6 on Tuesdays), and a quesadilla. My house margarita on the rocks was one of the best I've had in a long time. Every bite was packed full of elevated, non-traditional flavors. We will be coming back for more.

Got there at 547pm. Got a table. Took a few minutes to get drinks. Drinks being non alcoholic. Ordered chips and guacamole. Took a good 15 minute to get that. It was pretty bland. Put order in when the chips and guacamole came out. Took another 20 minutes or so for that to come. Burrito was HUGE. My husband said also very bland. I had the enchiladas. The rice was flavorless. The black beans were okay. The enchiladas themselves were pretty good. We finally got our ticket to pay at 7pm. This just really isn't a sit here for over an hour restaurant. Especially when no one came back to see if my husband wanted another drink. Nobody asked if our meals were good. I think the only reason they finally brought the bill was because I stood up. This was even after I had asked for a to go box. I stood up to leave about 10 minutes after that. This will go on our "no reason to come back" list. I also hate that the credit card machine is right on front of you and them when it comes time to pay. I did tip 20%. It was set at 25%. Personally I would have only tipped 15% for the reasons I states above. To me tipping is still based on service not on the fact that employers don't pay enough.

Google
Arrived around 5, Happy Hour but, immediately asked our (very nice server) if it was possible to order from the regular menu as well. She said, it was possible. Started with: Crispy Calamari (👍 - yum!) and our drinks of choice. So happy, (good, strong) coffee 👍was available, MY drink! Ready to order our next round of food, enchiladas, which my husband was looking forward to having and the burrito bowl for me, a different (male) staff informed us, they did not offer that in this location. So, we settled on: Steak Skewers Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato Soup (👍 - loved it!) Arroz con Leche Fritters (too sweet for my taste, so unless you are really into sugar, then, it'll be your choice). It was good, not great. The stars were the Calamari and the Grilled cheese and THE tomato soup! Disappointed with missing out on the other menu items. No wait and was seated immediately. Maybe, not so easy had we come in later. Parking WON'T be a problem. Overall rating, higher than a 3 but, slightly lower than a 4.

Google
The happy hour at this place is amazing! They were slammed but the service was still excellent. Walker took excellent care of me at the bar! The house marg is $5 and delicious. Salsa flight was good, the habanero was my fav and then the tomatillo. I had one of each happy hour taco and the shrimp was my fav followed by the pastor. Definitely recommend checking this spot out.

Google
Our waitress was really hospitable- great service! I loved the carne asada tacos. The meat is marinated in beer and is tender. My boyfriend had the enchilada plate, which was pretty okay. The rice and beans are slightly dry and bland, but we are used to a lot of flavor in our beans and rice being Mexican. I wasn’t a huge fan of the queso but my bf loved it and got upset that I thought he was done and put my napkin with it. So that should tell you his thoughts. There was literally maybe a finger scoop left. I would come back and have the tacos and drinks. Again, the staff were a highlight; very nice and accommodating.

Google
I liked this place mostly. They were not ready for a big group though. Waiting was great and food good but the music was loud. Made it difficult to hear. Restroom music was obnoxiously loud

Google
Friendly staff and affordable prices. We ordered the Ceviche, big shrimp with a mild spicy kick that didn't overwhelm the taste.

Yelp
Los chingones has some really good gluten free options with their corn chips and corn tortilla tacos. Their happy hour runs 4-5:30pm and everything on the HH menu is $5! I wish the queso had a little more flavor and that the cotija tacos were quite dry but overall it was a great deal on a cute patio setup!

Yelp
We came there late on Friday night for dinner. It's a nice looking restaurant with a bar and a lot of seating, both booths and tables. Our waitress Carroll was super friendly and gave us good recommendations. My friend is vegan, so she was very thoughtful and what she recommended. We got the brussels sprouts, some vegan tacos and margaritas. The brussels sprouts were my favorite. The margarita was good. I'm not vegan so I got a chicken burrito bowl and it was just ok. I also had a chicken taco, which was pretty good. My friend liked her vegan tacos but she also said they were just ok. Prices were ok. But considering there are a lot of other better Mexican places in the area I probably won't be back.

Yelp
Great dinner tonight. We sat at the bar and service was wonderful. I had the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. The red sauce was outstanding. My husband had the Mexican pizza with asada. That was amazing as well. We started off with queso. Make sure to add the rattlesnake chorizo. Yummm! Margaritas were tasty and we loved the vibe of the restaurant. Great place for dinner.

Yelp
Good food, good ambience, good service. This place stays busy and I see why. We'll visit again. The bang bang shrimp taco was the best thing on the table but overall the food was good.

Yelp
The other places I went for dinner were closed so landed here desperate to eat. It was ok. Nothing special but not bad. Service was decent.

Yelp
I ordered online with some instructions such as no cilantro or no beans in the burrito. They didn't pay any attention to any of these requests. I'm not talking about cilantro that was already included in some sauces. They literally put extra cilantro on the meat in tacos. Also, they just made a burrito including everything. The tacos were cold, too. Paying $6.25 for a single taco with all these issues is too much! We realized all these things things after opening the packages at home to eat and was too late to go back. Also we ended up eating each other's food because the person who wanted burrito couldn't eat it anymore, etc.

Yelp
One of our favorite casual, quick places to go with the kids! Byron is great and the margaritas and food are always delicious.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, service, and food. I got the three tacos special. I should have gotten 3 of the Birria taco because it was that delicious.

Yelp
LOVED the food and vibes here! Our waitress was fast and great and her recommendations hit the spot. We ended up getting a margarita flight which was perfect for 2 people, queso and the ceviche and it all was so good! Can't wait to come back!!

Yelp
Such a cute location! We sat outside and there was plenty of shade so it was enjoyable. The food was delicious and came out so fast but was still fresh! The servers were very nice, helpful and checked on us often. The skinny margarita was very sweet but still drinkable! I will definitely be back for their awesome happy hour and cute outside seating.

Yelp
10/10, best tacos in denver. Price was reasonable for the meal. The habanero salsa got a very strong kick and flavorful! They look like they have some very yummy cocktails as well. Will definitely try next time!

Yelp
Los Chingones is an old favorite of ours. It's perfect for family and friends. We love the fun, sports bar-like atmosphere and the decorative theme of the restaurant. They have a great menu and one of the best Happy Hours in town! Their chips and house salsa are outstanding. (But I'd love to see a few gluten free vegan options on the HH menu.) The staff are usually so cool here too. Get here early though, because this place packs out quickly!

Yelp
The Bad An interesting Monday night at Los Chingones. Arrived to be the 1 of 3 dining parties in the restaurant. The sound system was cranked. After sitting down, we realized we were nearly yelling at each other to have a conversation. Asked the server if the volume could be turned down a bit (given it wasn't competing with crowd noise). Said no problem. I watched her go behind the bar and turn it down, only to be overridden by the bartender/hostess, Haley. After ordering, and finding the situation untenable, I walked over to the bar to ask about the sound level. She quickly and defiantly responded that she was maintaining "the vibe" the owner wanted. Now, I've met Troy at several private events at Central Park homes. Hospitality is in his DNA. I believe he would adjust the "vibe" to the situation: a cold, mellow Monday night, with a handful of tables. Obviously not equivalent to a Friday or Saturday night in energy and dining room noise. Read the room. It's crazy how one employee can wreck a night out and taint the brand. We ended up deciding to leave. The Good Our server was terrific from the start. When our voices couldn't take it any longer and asked to pay what we owed to that point, she was quick to offer to package our order for take-out. We rewarded her for her part in our experience. The food was terrific! The queso app, the enchilada, and adobo chicken and bang bang shrimp tacos were all really flavorful. All "traveled" well as take-out (good to know, for Mondays).

Yelp
Stopped by for dinner the day on a week night. At first I was hesitant because they only had one person working the front of house, but we still placed our orders and received our food pretty quickly. We both opted for the 3 taco dinner which includes rice and beans for $15. We also tried the rattlesnake chorizo queso. We really enjoyed everything and this is probably the best Mexican food we've had around Central Park. We sat outside in the patio, but would love to come again when the rooftop is open. I ordered a Diet Coke and expected a fountain soda with refills since it was over $3, but instead got a can that had already been 1/2 poured into a glass with ice and quickly watering down (a pet peeve of mine), but that was my only complaint - so I stick with margaritas or water on my next visit.

Yelp
I'm not angry but I am disappointed. We don't eat out often and when we do, it's a treat. You all are usually great but tonight really missed the mark. I placed an online order for a taco plate, a burrito and ceviche that came out to $50 with tip. I immediately received a call letting me know you were out of one of the tacos I ordered. Not a big deal, in fact I really appreciated the call. Please keep up that level of communication. When I walked in, there was no one at the door. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I understand being busy, but a simple "Hi, we'll be with you in a minute" would go along way. I honestly would've left if I hadn't already paid. It seemed like everyone was actively avoiding eye contact. When I did get the food, the chips we're missing. Again, not a big deal. I was able to ask the waitress before she disappeared. But when I got home, it turned out the taco plate did not have the rice or beans with it. I called to make sure it was supposed to. They apologized and said they would have it ready when I came to pick it up. When I went back they were not ready and I had to wait another 10 minutes. I don't know if it was a mistake or someone thought it was "just rice and beans" but I did want it. That's why I ordered the plate. Individually, it's not a big deal but collectively it's worth mentioning. Please double check to go orders, the extra trip resulted in cold food. And please acknowledge guests when they walk in. Feeling like a burden is the worst.

Yelp
Lovely food and a deck! Can't get enough of the Chipotle Pineapple Sala! I love it all!!! The Bang Bang crispy shrimp is excellent

Yelp
Well, unfortunately, I am leaving this review. I was looking forward to eating here, given the reviews. The staff here is absolutely friendly. Very awesome. The quality of the food is very lacking. The margaritas tasted like salt. The green one tasted like liquid jalapeno juice. I was in a party of 4. We ordered from the Happy Hour and regular menu. The orders came out at different times. One of us, the order was completely wrong -- like, a completely different item. This is FAR from "authentic" Mexican food. Coming from LA and Mexico the week prior, it is obvious. To be honest, I like Taco Bell better. I have nowhere to really compare this to, but id say the food is like your typical run of the mill brewery/lounge food. The sign outside says, to some effect, that this is home to Denver's best margarita. No....it is not. The chips, queso and guac that they first serve is awesome. They set the bar high there, and it sort of just crumbled after that. The food has flavor, dont get me wrong. I enjoyed the rattlesnake taco. The pork belly is a little too sweet for my liking, but was alright. The birria taco is literally soaked in oil. We ordered a burrito and never got it. We ordered 1 chicken and 1 steak quesadilla, and when we received them. Its was 3 chicken/1 steak piece and 3 steak /1 chicken piece per order. Which implies that they crossed at some point. Not a huge deal, but I guess that could be for someone that doesnt eat red meat. The drinks, well, they were bad. Point blank. We bought 2 margarita trees. The green one is not for the faint of heart. It is spicy. VERY spicy. The mango was most enjoyable, but it almost seemed that there was a pile of salt dumped into every one of them. We were charged for the incorrectly served taco that we never ordered. The server identified that my coworker ordered a burrito and never got it, and rather than making it and bringing it, she asked if we still wanted it and "I can have it made and I wont charge you for the taco." Like -- we never ordered it in the first place, soooooo just because you folks dropped it off doesnt mean were going to adopt the price tag on it. We found this a little off putting and frankly, this upset my coworker. In short, would I return? -- no. Do I think the food is good? -- not really Is the service good? -- they are friendly Is the place clean -- yes

Yelp
After hearing so many great things about this place, we finally gave it a try for dinner on a weekday. It wasn't very busy when we arrived, so we were seated quickly by our very friendly server. For dinner I ordered tacos (2 birria, 1 bang bang shrimp, and 1 pork belly), while others in our party ordered a chicken quesadilla and a burrito. They were very accommodating when someone in my party requested for no cilantro in the burrito and for the sauce to be served on the side rather than on top. The food came out quickly and hot and fresh. My tacos were absolutely delicious. The pork belly was good, but the birria and bang bang shrimp tacos were excellent and something I would order again in a heartbeat. The birria tacos were so crunchy on the outside, melty and soft on the inside. The bang bang shrimp wasn't quite as spicy as I was expecting, but the shrimp was so crispy and the flavors were on point. Everyone else at the table seemed to really enjoy their meals as well, and everyone was left well fed and happy at the end of the day. I'll definitely be back- for dinner and happy hour!
google avatar

Lianna B.

Yelp
I went here for their happy hour and they have really great deals-5$ each for margaritas, chips and guac, chips and salsa, street corn or 2 tacos of choice. I tried their 5$ tostada pizza and it was huge! I struggled to finish it. I wasn't a huge fan of the pickled veggies on the pizza and probably would have preferred regular roasted veggies but I can't complain too much for the price. Their chips, salsa and guachamole are all very tasty! Service is quick and friendly
google avatar

Mai L.

Yelp
Got some takeout. My fiancé ordered for me and surprised me with a soft taco with steak and caramelized onion in it. And also got a cheese quesadilla with a side of guacamole. The quesadilla comes with sour cream and some salsa. It was delicious with some Additional baked cheese on top. I really enjoyed it. The taco was okay. The shell was dry but the steak was cooked nicely and the onions made it very great. Plus there is a ton of meat in it. Guacamole isn't flavored to heavily but I enjoyed it with their chips that are lightly salted. The food is pretty plain but I enjoy that when it comes to Mexican food.
google avatar

Devon D.

Yelp
The food was okay. It was very bland I had the queso and Pork tacos on happy hour. Very good price buddy bland. The margs are good. But the service was horrible it took 15 min just to get one drink, and then they were out of dish ware? So the second marg took about 20 min to get after ordering. Our waitress wasn't the most kind with all the mistakes happening. There was also a bunch of random charges on the bill, so I will not be returning

Yelp
Came here for happy hour and we were pleasantly surprise by the prices on the happy hour menu. Compared to other places in the Denver area, this place is up there for what happy hour should be price wise. We ordered a few food items and drinks. The food was pretty good. wished the quesadilla have more flavor but it was suitable for price. The carnitas taco awesome but i recommend eating the tacos first before the tortilla breaks. The guac was ok, felt like something was missing from it. The elote was surprising for myself as i typically don't like corn but this one was awesome and highly recommend. The shot and can of beer for 5 dollars was what i was expecting. Dorado tequila is not something i would order but for 5 dollars--why not. I do wish they had paired it with a Mexican beer instead Montucky. The Sangria was not great and wouldn't recommend ordering this unless you have a craving for it. It left my girlfriend with a headache that lasted the rest of the night. This place overall is solid for happy hour especially with a large group. Everything on the happy hour menu is 5 dollars which is awesome to see. I would be back again at some point.

Yelp
We have been frequenting this location for years, and unfortunately it has taken a turn for the worse. They have limited the menu options, and the takeout service has likewise gone downhill. Most recently, our takeout order was completely wrong. Upon return, it took an unexplained long amount of time to prepare our correct order, other than they wanted to make sure it was hot (ironically, when home it was lukewarm at best.) When the correct order was provided, I did not ask for a refund on any of our food, the tip, or any other freebies to make up for their mistake - I get it that things happen sometimes and it's fine. But I did mention an apology would go a long way, since none had been offered by any of the three staff members I interacted with. What could have been a simple apology turned into protestations that one had been given over the phone (confusion on how it could have happened and an eventual "we'll re-prepare your order" is not an apology), and then seemingly more confusion of why I could have suggested such a thing. It's too bad... I also noticed another person walking back in with a takeout bag so I suspect I wasn't the only one. It's too bad, used to be one of our go-to spots. Not anymore.
google avatar

Heather V.

Yelp
Emailed with Josh, who mentioned there must have been a misunderstanding, which I explained there clearly wasn't because the bartender remembered our interaction which meant we could clearly hear each other. Josh also asked me if there was anything he could do to bring us back for a better experience. I told him we weren't the type of people to ask for a free meal but we would be open to any of his suggestions. He never responded.

Yelp
Oh okay if you're looking for a happy hour place where the food and rinks are bomb this is the place !!! Everything is $5 which is great and the food is so good too! My boyfriend and I got the corn and the two tacos which were $5. The tacos were loaded and I loved the carnitas and bang bang shrimp ! I also ordered the tropical Pamelo cocktail and it was so goood ! I highly recommend aiming here for happy hour !
google avatar

Yelp
There's nothing better than finding a good Mexican restaurant close to home. We're new to the area and so happy we stumbled upon this little gem. My husband is always looking for enchiladas that are better than 'just ok'. It's all about the red sauce for him and Los Chingones didn't disappointment. I ordered a bang bang shrimp taco and a birria taco, both of which were delicious! The shrimp taco was stuffed so full of crispy shrimp my first few bites were tostada style... no complaints here! Our meals were tasty but let's talk about the variety of salsas. You can order one salsa, or try three, or try five. We went for the three that sounded best. I would like to take home a jar of each please! I need to find out if they sell their salsas! And if they don't, they should! Their house salsa was delicious! But the chipotle pineapple is something I'd use for chicken wings and everything I could put it on. Oh. My. God. The third was the habanero and the heat level was well... habanero. Sometimes habanero just has heat and little flavor but the flavor was on point. Not sure if they have a happy hour? We did enjoy their spicy margs which were better than their house margs. They don't open until 4pm daily because they share a space with #Hashtag restaurant next door. Also delicious but that's another review.

Yelp
I came here about a year ago and thought it was merely fine, but my most recent trip was delicious. Despite having an Impressive bar the margarita options were pretty limited. We opted for the coin margarita, spicy, and it was so so good. Tangy and very spicy without being overly sweet. The queso was lightly seasoned and powerfully cheesy, and the guac was very green onion forward. Standing on the shoulders of you Yelp giants I ordered the Birria and Shrimp tacos and they were both really good. I also want to give some love to the kids meals, which are a heck of a value at $5. Minus one star for the rice, which was reminiscent of the microwave-in-bag variety. Totally fine for a kids meal, but if I'd ordered a side I would have been disappointed. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the service, which was very good. Especially the runner guy (you know, the one who brings water and delivers your food and stuff) -he was great. The margarita and Birria were standouts - next time I'm ordering nothing but those.

Ari P.

Yelp
Slow service, overly salted and way to expensive. The ambiance is nice, but they inherited the space and didn't change it a bit. Really disappointed with the lack of creativity and quality in the food as well.
google avatar

Nic W.

Yelp
Okay, TLDR: GO HERE. I have to be honest, I don't usually give out 5 star reviews because most places don't usually earn a 5 star review from me (lol?). Our waitress was great, the food came out quite fast (although I will say, skip the queso and chips), and the food was hot and fresh. I had the fish taco, shrimp taco, and beans/rice, and it was all so good. I also ended up getting another shrimp taco afterwards. Even my hubby said his brisket tacos were delicious (for real food critic). I would recommend, however, the downside is the place could use a little cleaning - the booth we sat in was pretty gross and dusty/dirty/sticky. Overall, if you're wondering if you should try it... You should.

Frantsy R.

Yelp
Visited on feb 13th afraid I wouldn't be able to get anywhere to eat and they were pretty empty just 3 tables of couples. Started with the queso and then got the flautas and enchiladas. Both were good. I'd say everything was just a-ok drinks ok, food ok. Not amazing or feel like I want to try again....

Jeff J.

Yelp
Really bummed, was looking forward to the salsa but the 2Tbs of Rooster salsa didn't make it through 4 chips - it was good/spicy enough. Maybe just an off night but the orange dreamsicle tasting marg didn't cut it either. Lack of trained, qualified staff hurts restaurants, especially corporate restaurants. Finding and keeping hood staff is hard. I love black beans and tonight they hit the spot with my three street tacos of which the grilled baja fish was very good. Overall, ok

Yelp
We came here with friends our first night in Denver and were happy with the food. We were seated outside, away from other guests, which was appreciated during COVID-19. The service was efficient, though our server was not overtly friendly. It felt like he was just there to get the job done, which he did well. I split the Pig Nachos with others and enjoyed it very much. They were not the best nachos I have had but got the job done well. The pig was not shredded too well, making it hard to scoop up without grabbing a huge chunk. There was also big chunks of fat in it that were somewhat unappetizing. The queso style cheese was delicious and though the toppings left a little something to be desired, my tummy still left happy. This is a solid eatery in the area, though not one I would go out of my way to come back to.

Yelp
Amazing Happy hour prices for delicious tacos and drinks. Definitely check website depending on location on what tacos they offer. Every location is different. This one in Central Park have amazing flavors and variety as well. 2 tacos for $5 bucks, and $5 dollar drinks. Which are totally worth it.

Yelp
Delicious nachos and tacos! First time at Los Chingones with a group of friends and oh man, so happy we finally tried their delicious Mexican food! We ordered their chicken nachos for an appetizer which had the perfect amount of toppings and a generous spread of queso. You know how sometimes when you get to the bottom of your nachos and there just isn't much left to coat your chips with? Well that's definitely not a problem here - no chip left dry! Now onto the entrees... I ordered the Mexican Ramen with pork which is a new addition to their menu and it was quite enjoyable. I had heard about Los Chingones before, but seeing their new ramen creation was a big pull to check them out. The ramen was not too spicy, but being a big fan of spicy foods, I definitely wouldn't have minded an even further kick. Overall, I did enjoy their unique Mexican-Asian fusion! My husband and one of our friends ordered various tacos. My husband's favorite was the chicken taco. Another friend ordered their chimichanga which was surprisingly HUGE! All in all, great food! Our server was friendly as well. Definitely will make our way back to try out more of their menu.

Yelp
Got 2 Birria tacos and overpaid. Cheese was an Americanized Mexican blend? Not great. It's like a tiny Americanized quesadilla with shredded beef. Consume not flavorful and barely got any. Will not be coming back here for food.

Nancy H.

Yelp
Bring back the smothered burritos. Disappointed to see the burrito was completely dry.

Yelp
Great food and drinks, great service, nice interior and patio, some of the better fancy tacos I've had in Denver. Maybe the best fish tacos I've had here. Also had the shrimp tacos which were great. House salsa is phenomenal, nice and smoky and rich, but very spicy so beware. For me it was just right, but I wouldn't want it any spicier. Stew our server was on point, helped us out when the mosquitoes on the patio started devouring us and brought us inside. Bonus: wasn't too loud to have a conversion. Only downside to experience was we were hoping to get a roof patio spot but it was closed. Next time maybe.

Larry I.

Yelp
Disappointed. Ordered guacamole and chips, chicken enchiladas and churros. The churros were really good.

Yelp
After frequenting the other Los Chingones locations I was thrilled to hear about one opening up in Stapleton (much closer to me). So I made my way there for a little taco indulgence! VIBES: Much like the other Los Chingones locations - it's super trendy and modern. Love how they mix a modern industrial feel with the more traditional Mexicana accents. There's a great mural on the wall near the stairs heading up to the roof-top patio. The booths have a great woven fabric on the seat and a slotted back. Dim lighting and fantastic light fixtures throughout make the space feel very intimate. Tres chic! SIPS: Wanting to switch it up from my usual Sangria Rojo (which is fabulous, BTW), I browsed the menu and got some additional input from my server, Zach. I finally chose the Smoked Pina-Rita. Def did not disappoint! House infused pepper tequila, Montelobos mezcal, pineapple-limeade, strawberry Fanta, chili-lime rim. It was the perfect mix of sweet and spicy! BITES: While I always come to Los Chingones for the tacos; during this visit the taquitos caught my eye. So naturally I ordered both taquitos and a pork belly taco. Yum! The taquitos were fried up perfectly. My pork belly taco featured grilled pineapple. Sooo good! SERVICE: Zach was terrific! He gave me ample time to browse the menu and make my drink/meal options. He offer fantastic recommendations on drinks. At no given point did I feel rushed or unattended. Thanks. Zach! Since tacos are BAE and I heart Los Chingones - I know I'll be back!

Yelp
I went here with my friend for a very LATE SUNDAY Lunch @ 15:00hrs. YES the Chips are complimentary free flowing, but it DOES NOT comes with SALSA... Hence for $1.50 each SALSA tiny bowl, you can choose what they offer. My friend opt for the House Salsa, which tasted too weird, yet too watery for our liking. We received our order of Ceviche at about 15:20hrs ish. We opt to share the Yellowtail Ceviche ($12), which once again is way watery. Hence this Ceviche is more like "MEH". From the conversations we had with our Main Server, she explains, that different preparation of Ceviche, different people makes it differently. In terms of presentation, the Yellowtail Ceviche is placed in a bowl. Outside the bowl, they put crushed ice. One of the staffs, sent my order of Oysters. Before I can ask which is which, he already left the table. I opt to have the 3 options of Oysters, 2 from the East Coast and 1 from the West Coast. The Oysters were $3.00 each. Hence the total cost for the Oysters was ($9). They (aka the kitchen staffs) do not shuck the Oysters properly, coz there are some pieces of Oyster shell when I try to eat those Oysters. The oysters, comes with 2 kinds of sauces. Stated in their Menu, the sauce were Guajillo Ponzu and Verdita. The red sauce tasted some kind vinegary and the other one is a green sauce which tasted like cilantro and lime. I just ate those Oysters raw without the sauce. The RAW Oysters are plated on top of crushed ice too. I received this RAW Oysters order at about 15:37hrs ish. My friend received her order of Enchiladas at about 15:43hrs ish. My friend opt to order the Enchiladas with Chicken ($12). She also opt for a side of Rice ($1.50) and Beans ($1.50) with her order. She likes her Late Lunch. Soon after my friend received her order, my tacos order was sent to our table at about 15:45hrs ish. I opt to have the Lamb Neck Taco ($3.50) and Steak Tacos ($4). It comes only on a SINGLE tortilla. THANK GOD for those TACOS. At least its WAY BETTER than that Taco eatery in town which located 5 minutes away. Overall experience was like between 2.75 to 3 stars at best. I don't mind returning. May return when needed especially for their TACOS and order some other items in their Menu, though I cannot deny, their Menu seems a little limited for my liking. If I am NOT mistaken our server her name is Monica. 31/1 Los Chingones STAPLETON is opened during the following hours : * Monday - Thursday : (3pm - 10:15pm) * Friday - Saturday : (12pm - 10:15pm) * Sunday : (12pm - 9:15pm) Do call them in advance in case they change their operating hours. Left Los Chingones STAPLETON at about 16:21hrs ish. Los Chingones STAPLETON 10155 N 29th Dr Unit 110 Denver, CO 80238 Tel : (303)-975-6166

Yelp
I had some yummy steak tacos and a shot from here. So many options of tequila it was truly hard to choose which one. My tacos were cooked thoroughly which I love.

Yelp
This was my favorite meal while visiting Denver. The vegan queso was magnficent! The alligator tacos, shrimp tacos, and streak burrito bowl were perfectly seasoned and delectable! Our waiter was amazing. Very attentive, knew the menu very well and event suggested things for us to do in the area. I will definitely find this place the next time I am in the area.

Yelp
This spot was a great find! Exceptional level of service and the food was filled with amazing flavors...I ordered a Baja taco it was a huge piece of fish it practically hung off the side of the tortilla, the second taco was a adobo roasted pork shoulder taco, filled with a pineapple salsa and slaw.. each uniquely flavored taco was worth every BITE!!

Yelp
Pig nachos were good had decent amount of ingredients. It took a while for the server to come over to take the order. I order the chicken bowel. It had more lettuce than rice and chicken combined. Fish tacos were dry with no flavor. The price for the dishes it crazy for the actually amount of food. It took a long time for the food to come out!

Yelp
Wanted to try out the tacos here on a Friday night and was immediately impressed by the accommodation of the hostess. She arranged for us to have an outside table of six even with a big wait and checked up on us periodically. We ordered a pitcher of white wine peach ancho sangria which has 5 servings, which is the price of 4 individual drinks, so you get one free essentially. It was incredibly refreshing and great to share.... or enjoy by yourself after a long day! The tacos here are expensive. Are they worth the money? I don't think so. They're unfortunately very small and could probably be purchased somewhere else for a dollar or two. However, they are very delicious and every bite is packed with flavor. The carne asada is absolutely killer. The steak is juicy and the toppings are crunchy. The fish taco has an amazing spicy aioli, and it's so creamy and rich. They do not have a dessert menu. I would still check them out if you're in the area.

Yelp
I was pretty unimpressed with our meal at Los Chingones. We each got two tacos. At ~$4 each, it was a rough showing. The tortilla itself was maybe 4in across--tiny! It was piled high, making the act of eating it even messier than a standard taco. The taste was fine. I had pork belly and chicken tacos. They both had decent flavor but it didn't pack a very strong punch. Overall, didn't feel super authentic and didn't really wow us.

Yelp
This is our go-to taco place in Stapleton! The best tacos I've had in a while. They're simple, but have great accoutrements on them to accent the flavor of whatever protein you get. Their chicken, fish, and jalapeno popper tacos are by far my favorites! They recently updated their menu, which had some disappointing and some welcome changes. Disappointing changes- I pretty sure their taco prices increased. Maybe by only 50 cents, but I was surprised to see $5 single tacos. The Pig Nachos were SO good! They're still good and they toss the chips in the cheese so every bite has some, but that makes them a little soggy and you now have to pay extra for other meats. I was excited to try the new brisket tacos, but they were a little soggy and bland. The pork tacos were okay, but the corn crisps on them were a bit overpowering. Welcome changes- They have more options! They used to have just tacos, an enchilada platter I think, and some appetizers. Now the menu has tacos, enchiladas (which you can get fried into a chimichanga), burritos and burrito salad bowls, fajitas, and even burgers for those kiddos that don't quite like tacos...yet. Still giving this place 5 stars despite having some disappointing food changes because we love it here no matter what! The ambiance is always fantastic (we're always dancing and singing along to the music playing every.single.time.), the service is great, and the extended food options are overall good. Can't wait to come back! (probably in a couple days if I'm being honest...)

Yelp
Fun place. Awesome atmosphere. Kids not allowed upstairs I hear and that is perfection. I come here to escape from my children and really would like to avoid other kids so that makes it extra good. Food is pretty decent, but not amazing. But it's the atmosphere I go for. The special one night was ceviche (tuna) and it was delish. I love the drink with the blood orange, forgot the name but it can really get your motor going after a couple.

Yelp
Met up with our Nephew and Niece for some dinner and tried out this spot. We walked in the door, gave our name and were told there would be a 30 - 40 minute wait. So we started waiting and then a couple came down the stairs and told us there was another room and a another bar upstairs. We bolted upstairs and sat right down. Micki was our bartender/server and she did an amazing job. The kids had Tocos and Sara had a Bowl. I had a Burrito. The Tacos were lame but the bowl and my dinner were great. When ya get to this place, head upstairs and enjoy.
