Like the business name states Los Chuzos y algo mas,,,best chuzos, very delicious food specially the arepa de choclo, extract fruit and vegetables juice, salpicon, kumis, desserts. I definitely recommend it!!!!

This spot has been here for decades it is small and a bit noisy since it is right under the train 7 line . Parking is a bit difficult, but I will always buy their fruit salad!! Colombian style, I love it!! ❤️ they top it with a nice light cream, coconut, and granola. I love to pair sweet with salty and usually buy shishkabob or cheese rings. This always satisfies my cravings.

Every time I visit my family in Queens, this is my go-to place. I obviously love the pinchos here. Great customer service.

Excellent food here. Loved the chorizo and empanadas. Only thing—some prices on the menu are old and they don't tell you until you pay. Better to ask first. Wasn't sure if I was being given the tourist price (I live here, just don't speak Spanish) or if it was legit.

New owners changed the fruit salad with a different taste, fast food meats stays out of fridge for 2 long in plain view, prices are really good for the fast food, and the food is cooked on the spot, definitely better than food trucks

Delicious and incredibly cheap..these chuzos are some of the best I have ever tried and although I moved to Manhattan I always come back to enjoy them.

I make the drive from Long Island just to get chuzos and arepa de chocolo con quesito here (chicken skewer and yellow corn cake with cheese) . Plus theres an array of natural fruit juices to choose from that are fresh and never disappoint. *when busy could be slightly annoying due to tight space; cash only, atm next door at deli

Ate here today by myself after work for lunch and dinner that I had brought and ate the hot dog, cheese arepa, chicken and pork skewers with arepas that it tasted really good and delicious. The service there was also attentive and pleasant that I spoke a bit of understandable Spanish of what I really wanted to order and eat. I couldn't agree more. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :)

Great spot for late night munchies after a night of drinks. We got the chicken and chorizo pinchos. Each came with its own tasty, warm arepita. This is a no fuss place with tasty meats. Cash only!

Decided to give this place a try after the so many good reviews and I was disappointed. At first I didn't think much of the raw piece at the bottom, but after biting into another raw piece I had to stop & throw it out. I get that their busy but they should pay more attention to how well their meat is cooked.

There are the beggars and there are the Chuzos. If you're poor, you might still be able to afford some amazing late night snacks from this Jackson Heights hidden gem Colombian food heaven. If you're less poor, one of the "Chuzos" rather than the beggars, then you can really spoil yourself at LCYAM. It's probably one of the most underrated food and drink spots in all of New York City. It's that good. What to get: Chorizo is the star of the show, but the Guava drink (in juice, not milk) and other drinks are authentic and great, and the Chuzos, basically kebabs, are excellent too. What else: If you have a big Chuzo, call me. Jackson Heights is one of the wildest places in North America. There are drugs being dealt openly, restaurants from every corner of the world block after block, one of the biggest concentrations of Indians and Pakistanis and Colombians and Latinos in general anywhere in USA, hookers lining the streets (most of them have boy parts, don't ask me how I know), and plenty of violence, fist fights, stabbings and shootings. It's also my favourite neighbourhood in the USA. Go figure. All along Roosevelt Avenue you will see this craziness after the sun goes down, most nights of the week but especially Fri and Sat, continuing until 3 or 4am, if not longer. Los Chuzos feeds all of the heathens and insomniacs, party animals and drag queens, drug dealers and taxi drivers, and mostly, the Colombians and wannabe Colombians (like me). Colombian food is heaven, and nothing moreso than the juicy, enormous, incredible sausage sold here as "Chorizo", and the yummy steak kebabs called "Chuzos." You must really try one of each and discover what heaven is. To wash them down, get the authentic Colombian juice drinks (Jugos), any tropical fruit flavour you can imagine, although my fave is the Guava. Lovely service from both the guy and the girl. Inside it's very claustrophobic and full of drunk people and Latino people (not that the two are mutually exclusive). You won't be able to breathe, but you'll be sustained by the smell of those Chuzos and Chorizos grilling, and then as it drips all over your skimpy clothes (if you dress like me) you'll wish that you had been born and raised in Medellin or Bogota or Barranquilla or Cali... and I'm not talking about California. James Rodriguez himself would fall in love with this place. So would Shakira and Carlos Valderrama. So should you. Undiscovered heaven. Get over to Jackson Heights and feast. Remember, Colombian food didn't Chuzos... we chose Colombian food.

I love los chuzos!!! Sometimes when it's late night and you get that I can eat something but not a full meal this is the place! It's a take out place since there's no place to sit. They have yummy pork and chicken chuzos with pink sauce and mini arepitas! Their arepa de chocolo with tons of cheese also hold a special place dear to my heart. The chorizos are also really good but.... heartburn so I play it safe w the kebabs. If you can live that dangerous life then also recommend the chorizo. There's no sodas but batidos of natural fruits that are good. My ONLY reason for the 4 stars is that I always have to ration what I'm ordering because they are cash only.

It was like a typical late night in Medellin, Colombia, where outside clubs and bars, street vendors sell all kind of "chuzos" (literally "skewers") or what others will call "kebab". Only it is in Queens, New York and at one in the morning, the place is packed with a lot of people, not necessarily club-goers. As the scent of grilled meat wafted in the air, we ordered the chuzos de pollo and chuzos de salchicha, which are served with arepas (cornmeal patty). The chuzos de pollo (skewered chicken or chicken kebab) were tender and one can tell that it made good time in the marinade and that the marinade had some cumin in it. :) The chuzos de salchicha (sausage) had a bit of a hot and spicy taste that was perfect for that late night food craving. The cheesy, salty and sweet arepas con queso proved to be my favorite. :) Its combination of sweetness, saltiness and creaminess is irresistible. Los Chuzos de Algo Mas (literally skewers and more) also offers fresh fruit juices and smoothies as well as some dessert items. I made a mental note of that but there is a bigger probability that next time, we'll try the chuzos de res (beef kebab).

This was one of the stops on a yelper's UYE Taco Crawl. We had already stopped at all the taco trucks near the 74th St station and we were wandering aimlessly down the street when we spotted this place. A true gem. They serve arepas, but not what you think. They serve chuzos, which are basically kebabs that come with a toasted arepa. I shared a chuzo with a friend and although I normally don't like meat, this place made a mean kebab. The meat was tasty, moist and grilled perfectly. You order from a window and eat it the kebab right by the window. A great culinary and cultural experience One of my favorite stops on the taco crawl.

Very tiny cramped spot on busy Roosevelt ave. Open late night which is a plus,but also attracts drunks which is a minus lol. Chuzos are solid. So are the arepas. I like the regular arepa and the choclo arepa. Great fruit juices. Been coming here for years.

It's hard to beat a quick chorizo skewer with a few pads of arepa for $3.50. If you've only had mexican chorizo, this stuff is milder and you can more easily eat an entire sausage of it. If you had two skewers, it'd probably suffice as dinner.

$4 for a small cheese arepa. $3 for iced coffee. Seriously?

This is basically a juice bar / snack shack. I didn't taste the snacks but I saw Arepas, sausage, chicharron. It all smelled great. I went for the fresh squeezed juice. They didn't have anything that tickled my fancy. So I ask for a Dominican drink in a Colombian establishment lol...MORIR SONANDO! Well. Fresh squeeze orange juice with some pulp...grains of sugar that aren't completely melted...condensed milk...=DOPETATIOUS!!!! Holy smoke. Just knowing that the juice was fresh made my day. Why three stars? Place is tiny. Like. Really tiny. Like two stools and a bench. I saw a moldy orange. My drink was small for three bucks. But it was still worth it. Awesome.

I've been eating from here for years and they never disappoint. The chuzos are always good and so is their strawberry banana orange juice. My favorite is the pork chuzo. The place is really small but it's fine if you're getting takeout. The only downside is that they only take cash.

This place is a must to go when in jackson Hts the food is always fresh so don't be afraid and try a bit of everything the chuzos are to die for, and the arepas are a dream

I went to order a many chuzo and it's smelled horrible it literally went bad and then I went to get a refund and they were upset.

I love the vegetable juices!!! Super fresh and super delicious. You have the option of having them with orange juice or not- I prefer straight veggies Definitely recommend

A sign advertising arepas and chorizo caught our eyes, and we went into this tiny eatery. We shared one cheese arepa and a fresh fruit juice with strawberry, pear, and orange. Both cost only $3, an especially good price for fresh juice, and were devoured in seconds. There is a window for ordering from the street.

I love shish kabobs! I can eat them all day! (I really can though) they are $3.00 for one. It's a little pricy but that's life! They are so good. You can order them through the window, and be on your way with meat on a stick. I usually go to Astoria for souvlaki but the Colombian version of a shish kabob works! Instead of a slice of Italian bread you get an arepa. Pretty good my friends!

If you are looking for a Colombian cultural experience - come to this place.. I had a beef chuzo (shish kebab - $3) from the window which was pretty good, then walked inside to check it out - yeah - its small but its a tight spot where everyone is truely a local (jackson heights latino) - i ordered a strawberry fruit juice - $3 - cheaper than getting one in Flushing, and they actually use real fruit.

It can be slow on a busy 2am, the chicken was good and so is the papaya with milk. Price is good, for $6, you get a full meal
