Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. If you are afraid that the combination plates will be small, well no worries they are plenty large. Server was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Today, we tried a new restaurant. At 3:30 we were the only people in there. The waiter was friendly, fast & attentive. The chips & salsa were okay. We ordered the chicken fajitas for 1 at $26.99. It was plenty for the 2 of us to share. The fajitas were similar to stir fry fajitas ( I'm not a fan of those). For that price, there are better options.

Google
Best Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas! They even have a little salsa bar with fresh made salsas and Pico for your chips. Service is always amazing, and the margaritas are HUGE! They make their flautas with Ranchero sauce, and that is my favorite meal there, hands down! I know a lot of people dislike the price point, but each meal really is enough for 2 people. I recommend this place to everyone!

Google
Quiet, unassuming authentic mexican restaurant very close to the strip with easy parking. Prices are very affordable. My choice plate is shrimp fajitas with a side of sour cream and shredded cheese. NOTE: the drink have that awesome ice like sonic! Chips and salsa are complimentary and the salsa is excellent.

Google

Google
Very nice authentic Mexican restaurant. The restaurant is clean and neat, nothing fancy. I had the ala carte tamale and shredded beef taco. My wife had an enchilada and a taco asado. The items were all very good. The chips and salsa were fresh. The habanero salsa was vey hot. We will eat here again when we visit Las Vegas.

Google
Wow, I'm so glad we found this fantastic restaurant! It's really cute inside - colorful and vibrant. The service is absolutely outstanding - friendly, accommodating, attentive. And the food is delicious! I had an avocado omelette and it came with beans, papas, and red and green bell peppers on the side. They have a good salsa bar too. We felt very welcomed there and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Love this place. It's a must have every time we're in the Vegas area. Chips and salsas is always fresh l, services is always great. We get the beef enchiladas and the cheese enchiladas both with beans and rice. If you're in the area and in search of good Mexican food. Definitely give this spot a try.

Yelp
A friend brought me to this place for dinner. We made it an hour before closing time on a Wednesday night and the place was empty. We received great attention from the staff and food was brought out quickly. I had the carne asada plate which has a specific name, but forgot what it's called. The meat was perfectly grilled. Everything tasted great and fresh. The portions are big so left no room for dessert. The salsa bar is great. My only complaint is the pico de gallo was made with way too many onions and not enough tomatoes that it changes the flavor. Great ambiance and decor for a Mexican restaurant. I will definitely come back again when I'm in town.

Yelp
My literal favorite Mexican food. So authentic it reminds me of home. They're always so kind and it feels cozy inside. Nothing but a wonderful experience every time I visit and the food is so comforting and delicious!

Yelp
We stopped in here for dinner prior to a show at allegiant Stadium after flying into Las Vegas to see Billy Joel and Sting in concert. This is what we found: Ambiance. This was a traditional strip mall-based Mexican restaurant decorated with Mexican fair and pretty standard tables and chairs nothing fancy. Service. We were greeted quickly and sat right away by very nice servers working the restaurant. Looked like it was a family run place apparently have two locations but only one in the Las Vegas downtown area. Drink orders were taken quickly and food. Orders followed shortly after. Food: My wife and I ordered the chicken fajita special basically came with two portions of chicken fajitas two sides and two margaritas for 50 bucks. Neither of the servers understood what this was even though it was listed on their website. they graciously humored us and allowed us to order the special. my sister-in-law got the arroz con Pollo and my brother-in-law got some tacos. They seem to enjoy their food as well.. Price. Considering most dishes in regular Mexican restaurants and nicer area the prices were a tiny bit high. 26 or $27 for one set of fajitas is a bit steep, considering we were in a strip mall and in a luxury area of Las Vegas. Summary: If you happen to be close to the allegiant Stadium or the Orleans casino, it's not a bad place to go however, I think you can find probably some better priced Mexican food with may be a little nicer ambience if you look a little harder and have more time It was good food and service and you won't be disappointed. Keep munching.

Yelp
Pros: Food and service. Cons: Parking can be weird Details: If you want fancy fusion dishes that cost $80 each, this isn't your place. If you want tasty, Mexican restaurant dishes with 100 options to choose from, this is the spot. One of our favorites in Vegas for sure. Probably not health food but delicious and filling. Plus a salsa bar and unlimited chips. The service is always great and the margaritas are delicious. To the parking point, just realize there is a Dutch bros in the parking lot so if you're not careful you can get parked in.

Yelp
We were visiting Vegas for our usual family trip and stumbled upon this place when we were out and about shopping. We ate lunch at a little bit of an odd time so we were the only ones in the restaurant which can be concerning sometimes. But not this time. It felt like a family establishment with traditional Mexican decor. I got the chicken enchilada and chicken taco with rice which was really good. The chips and salsa were also really good. They're located in a little strip mall so there was lots of parking. Service was great and our food came out quickly! I definitely want to go back and try more things on the menu.

Guadalupe C.

Yelp
Food was a disappointment. Beans and rice are the worse I've ever had. The chicken tostada is a joke. I couldn't even see the tostada. Food is overpriced for the quality.I definitely wouldn't eat here again.

Charlotte L.

Yelp
Food and service is very good. Quantity is good for the price. Food is very delicious.. would recommend.

Yelp
Super last min lunch stop. Crazy busy day running around and needed some food. We shared the quesadilla al pastor and YUM! Delicious fresh salsa verde from the salsa bar. Chips and salsa were delish and they have Mexican coke. Our server was so sweet. Definitely worth coming in today and we will come back when on this side of town again.

Yelp
Not busy at all. Which had me worried. Order the #17 which was a chicken taco and a pork tamale. Was excellent and very happy that the taco was chicken breast. This place was great . Glad I stayed!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent place to eat. Great service. Food was hot and delicious. Had the Burrito Ranchero with chicken. Well seasoned and lots to eat. Chips and salsa were nice. Great place and reasonable prices. Mine was $13.99 with rice and beans.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite dine in Mexican restaurants in Las Vegas. Before each meal the server brings out the chips and salsa. The chips are thin and crispy and the salsas are excellent! So far I've tried the enchiladas, tamales, chicken tacos, carne asada burrito, and their beans and rice. Every item I've tried so far was delicious and had a well balanced flavor. The restaurant is always very clean and the staff are always very friendly. Every time I come here I am seated immediately, and served quickly. I honestly think this spot is underrated and deserves more attention. Highly recommended if you like good Mexican food.

Yelp
The chicken tacos were good. I thought they would be soft tortilla but they ended up hard shell. They were still brunch and filling. The service was amazing and the ambiance was nice as well

Yelp
Worst tasting food i have ever had. Absolutely no flavor at all. Service was good, but never coming back.

Yelp
My sister and I have been looking for a Mexican restaurant that reminds us of some of our favorite restaurants from LA. We found it finally in this wonderful restaurant. The food was amazing and the Micheladas were icy cold. Both of us grew up tamale snobs and we agree. The tamales here remind us of home in Santa Fe and the chips & salsa were perfect! Highly recommend!!!
google avatar

Cheryl R.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants I've been to! The chips alone are fantastic! So light and cooked to perfection. One of my favorite spots for sure. Enchiladas are so good. Staff is always friendly. Never had a bad experience here.

Yelp
Food was very tasty, priced well. My strawberry Marquita was great too. Service was fantastic. Was a quiet night probably due to weather. It has been years since we have been there and will be returning. The food actually had flavor, even the rice! I had to take half my meal home as I couldn't eat it all, I don't mind doing this!

Les ..

Yelp
I came here while my car was getting tuned up. Stopped at the liquor store to get a shot of 42 and the old guy behind the counter recommended. I went and inside was what you'd expect from a restaurant in a strip mall. Looks can be deceiving but I went ahead and gave it a try anyways. I wasn't given water upon being sat and never got the servers name. Even a measly IHOP does a great job at the latter 2. The prices were outrageous. A taco, mind you, a taco, was $5. I thought maybe the gods themselves provided the carnitas so I said screw it. Also got the chile relleno and beef enchilada. The relleno was just ok, too much cheese. The enchilada was bland and lacking any sort of flavor and context. Had a margarita that was disgustingly sweet to the point where I teeth hurt from the sugar. The server seemed to have an attitude when I mentioned this but that's not my problem. Fix it and make it right. I'm the one paying, not you. I ordered a shot of tequila for $12 lol. That was probably the best part of everything. It was equivalent to eating don tortaco but inside somehow worse. The server lacked personality and overall I wouldn't recommend. Maybe I'm being bias but also, they charged me an extra $12 on my card when I tipped $5 on my $98 bill. Only $5 cause service was lackluster and food was ass. If you wanna be charged extra and have some shitty south of the border experience, here's your place.

Yelp
Poor service. Food was ok . The salsa was good. Everything was super pricey. Bean burrito with rice and beans 1599

Yelp
Was in town recently on business and stopped in for a late lunch. The restaurant is located in a strip center with parking literally at the front door. I was greeted walking in and told to sit where I like, with the open interior I grabbed a booth on the wall and my server brought a menu, and then returned shortly with chips salsa and a water. After giving the hard menu a once over, I went for my standard bearer, if its available and it was. Chile Verde. The plate is a generous portion of tender pork in a flavorful green tomatillo with refrieds and rice. The rice and beans were okay, the chile verde was very good. Served with a few corn tortillas this is a filling full flavored meal. The eatery offered a fresh pink lemonade, it was a great choice for my work afternoon. 4 Stars a solid little medican restaurant with very good food, professional service and a fair value. 00878

Yelp
Fire food! I missed my Ca food, but this place fixed that. The steak Ranchero is soo good. Good atmosphere & low key. I love this place.

Yelp
Great food taste just like from home true Mexican restaurant!! and service was great too it was just a little lonely when I was there but the music helped! Totally recommend!!
google avatar

Tiffiny K.

Yelp
Nothing bad here. Nothing overwhelmingly exciting. Good service (nothing super friendly but efficient. Good food (beans were not good, chips were great) A little pricey tbh. $3.99 for a sprite?! Yikes! Accessibility: No arms on the chairs so that's nice for wider folks and those with limited mobility. The Mexican place across the street said over an hour wait time at 5pm on a Tuesday so we went here and I'm glad we did. Good little pit stop to fill our bellies on the way back home to Vegas.
google avatar

Bert M.

Yelp
Nice cozy place with great service. It's away from the strip, no super busy or expensive. Food was quality and the chips were delicious!!
google avatar

Yelp
Servers were so nice! The atmosphere is colorful and authentic and fun. My chile verde was great. Will definitely stop in on my next trip to Vegas

Ken H.

Yelp
I went for a late lunch. Most of the lunch crowd must have left because the place was nearly empty. I usually rate Mexican restaurants by their Carnitas. I ordered a side Carnitas taco along with my combination plate. Unfortunately, the Carnitas was definitely "pre made" & tasted like it was cooked well in advance. It was cold & would have been better if it was warmed on the flat top grill or even the microwave. My combination plate was only slightly better. I will still be searching for an authentic Mexican restaurant.

Joe C.

Yelp
Food was average at best, presentation was outstanding, prices were overpriced, service as good considering we were the only patrons there.
google avatar

Amber Z.

Yelp
I met a coworker for lunch at this location. It was the first time for both of us. I got the lunch special, and they ordered off the menu. The chips and salsa were some of the best I have ever had. The staff was quick and efficient, Ensured that all our needs were met and the food was served hot and fresh. The atmosphere was quiet, and conversation flowed easily

Yelp
The best Mexican food I've had in a very long time. The service is excellent and friendly.

Yelp
I stopped here for a late dinner and 8pm. Nicely decorated place. The host was polite and greeted me when I walked in. The server was the complete opposite. No smile or warm welcome. They had walked by three times and on the fourth time around I had to let them now I was ready to order. I ordered the mixed fajita plate. It consisted of chicken and steak with a side of rice and beans. It came out sizzling as the typical fajitas would except it was overcooked. The chicken and steak were charred and dry. I was never checked in on and to make it worse.. THE SERVER CHARGED THEMSELVES AN ADDITIONAL GENEROUS UNDESERVING TIP. The bill came out to $30 with tax. Gave a tip of $5 and later noticed the final bill posted on the account as $40.

Yelp
Younger shorter waiter @ 12:noon Sun. 06/30/24 should mind his bizness . Mis-spoke and rather disrespectful . Had a special needs student w/ me who asked for a separate check for just a Dr.Pepper. She's autistic and wanted her own check to save as a souvenir. So the waiter proceeded to try and embarrass me and admonish me my proclaiming. " Oh so youre gonna make her pay for her own soda ??? just ignorant. He should have minded his business and said " sure! No problem. I still left $8.00 as a tip. And would have left more if he had not put his big foot in his mouth.....ps. Also food was not warm.....

Yelp
I have visited this restaurant in the past and always have had a pleasurable experience food and waitress. But my last visit in April 2024 was a disappointment. My family and I had been waited on by a tall old man. Must be the owner of the joint. Was kind of rude when he brought my order out.. i had ordered my usual a chorizo breakfast burrito. When he brought it out to me, it had melted cheese on top and at that moment I question why was there melted cheese on my dry burrito? Very rudely he responded that I never told him I did not want cheese. How was I supposed to know He was going to add cheese when he never asked and it wasn't the first time me ordering a breakfast burrito. He did not offer to exchange my order so I just took off the cheese. Secondly, my husband requested decaf coffee, but because the old man didn't want to make a fresh pot of decaf coffee just one Customer he lied and said he was out of decaf coffee. I know it was a lie because we were there the day before, and the waitress had made a fresh pot of decaf coffee just for my husband. Didn't like the service from the old man. Food was alright. Just don't count on getting a fresh cup of decaf if you ho for breakfast around 10am!

Yelp
Just a strip mall place, nothing fancy outside or inside but clean and comfortable. We were greeted right inside the door and told to sit wherever we wanted. They came quickly with chips and an above average salsa. They took our drink order- 2 blended margaritas. They came fast and were very tasty. I ordered a #5, a pork tamale and my hubby got chicken enchiladas. Food came out fast and was nice and hot. We both thought our dishes were very good and the rice and beans were fine too. I thought the prices for these dishes was a few dollars too high, but at least the food was above average in taste. The margaritas were $9 each....pretty par for the course nowadays. We would recommend this restaurant definitely!

Donald M.

Yelp
I had the menudo, ground beef enchilada alacart and a shrimp cocktail. The food was good for Las Vegas standards but I noticed the bill to be expensive even with two margaritas. 32.99 for a shrimp cocktail!!!!!!! I was sooooo annoyed. The shrimp were overcooked, not enough avocado and it was $32.99 Never coming back here again.
google avatar

Julie G.

Yelp
Food, Services, Dinks Outstanding!!! I was a bit hesitant because it was a bit empty in a Friday night but I'm REALLY Glad we stood and ate!! Will be back when I have some extra $$$ because the bill was Shocking!!!

Yelp
Awesome hole-in-the-walk Mexican restaurant with generous portions and quality ingredients, albeit on the pricier side. Great service as well! We loved the garlic shrimp with pineapple and would love to come back to try more of their menu.

Yelp
Wow, finally a place with good Mexican food in Vegas!!! I had given up trying to find a great restaurant like the ones we have in Cali but this food is amazing, so much flavor! They have a salsa bar with many kinds of salsa and the best pickled carrots I've ever eaten. The way they cook the meat for the fillings is so flavorful and you can taste the taste of lard in the beans and they fry their food in it just like a real Mexican restaurant should. This hidden gem is the real deal and the service is wonderful too.
google avatar

Carly J.

Yelp
We were the only people in there at first. Weird for a 6pm on a Saturday but the food was nothing short of amazing. A great hole in the wall type of Mexican food. Can't beat $13-$15 a plate for good food! Food came out pretty fast. Was very good. We will be back.

Yelp
Food is great!! With one Exception: The cook needs to improve his STEAK cooking skills. Service was great! Ambience is casual and very nice. *** See photo description caption below ***

Yelp
This place just can't disappoint!!! Wow every meal was on point delicious and the service couldn't have been any better. Luz was our waitress and she didn't skip a beat - she is incredible.

Yelp
We initially had plans to try out another restaurant to find out they had over an hour wait and they did not allow reservations. We decided to try this place I found on Yelp, of course:) Boy am I glad we did. I started with a peach and melon margarita for my birthday lunch and this is how margs should taste! Huge, nice and sweet but strong! I had the 2 enchiladas with green sauce and rice, my boyfriend a mixed taco plate... both were delicious!! Amazing flavor and spice. ( sorry I forgot to snap pics, the drink kicked in and we were hangry) Great service as well. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our table. Best part I got to reunite with a high school friend over this meal. I wish this little gem of a restaurant, located in a small strip mall, was closer. I'd go here just to sip the margs even lol

Yelp
Amazing hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff, great service, delicious food and wide selection of yummy drinks.

Yelp
The food has absolutely no flavor! Service was okay. The ambiance was awkwardly quiet. I would not recommend this place.

Yelp
I heard a couple of friends talking about this place. I decided to check it it. I've driven by it many times and really hadn't noticed it. It's in a strip mall off Decatur. My friend had said the salsa & chips were worth the drive. She was right. The flavor of the salsa was good, fresh, not hot, but very flavorful. I didn't inquire if they have a hotter salsa cuz I like mild. The menu is very nice sized. I ordered the Zerapes two flour Shell tortillas with fajita meat inside, you can choose beef or chicken. I chose the chicken. It came with one red sauce covered one & a green sauce. Both sauces were excellent. The flavor was absolutely wonderful. The refried beans were a bit chunkier then I like and just a tad bland, but by no means did it distract from the meal. The wait staff was very nice, super courteous and seemed to work well as a team. It was early on a Saturday evening, the place wasn't crowded so getting a table was easy. I will definitely be going back again & recommending it to my friends.

Jasmine M.

Yelp
First time trying this restaurant- Asked for a shrimp quesadilla & she said they can't do that. I was so shocked, I thought she was kidding. She then called someone to ask permission? That was strange. Especially because then they started to nickel & dime and she said they would charge extra for everything. No thanks. Disappointed in the customer service experience. Your staff shouldn't have to call you when you're not around, to have the autonomy to make easy decisions like that. I decided to take my business to another restaurant down the street.

Yelp
We happen to come across this restaurant on Yelp. The food was amazing very good flavoring the tomatillo sauce was so amazingly good must try. Servers were very nice welcoming and attentive which we enjoyed the only thing that we can say is took really long time to get our foods so don't expect to order and get your food you have to wait but is worth the wait.
