We were on our way to another Mexican restaurant when we saw this place so we decided to try it. They have really good food and they make it when u order it so u might have to wait for a little while but it's worth it. They have really good prices for the food and we plan to keep going back because that's how good the food is we are making this place our go-to restaurant for Mexican food. The guy at the counter who took our order was nice and helpful and he even went to ask the cook if he could make the food the way we wanted it before he charged us and not just say yes without knowing if they could.

First time trying, everything was very good especially for being in upland. Hard to find good authentic Mexican food, definitely will be coming back. Tortillas hand made, asada cooked great and salsa that’s not watery. What more can I ask for.

Alright to get this out of the way the restaurant needs AC or else the dining experience is rough. Tuesdays they have 1.50 tacos which is an amazing deal and the aguas frescas are great. The food is unapologetically authentic and delicious. The team is helpful however they need some organization. Will I come back on Tuesday for tacos absolutely. The burritos and Zacatecas style Gordita’s are highly recommended. I recommend calling in your order.

Finally had the opportunity to try Los Paisanos today, and oh wow was it great! I ordered the #62 Puerco en chili verde and it was amazing! The pork was so tender and fell apart so easily, on top of this there were wonderful buttery bites of fat that melted in my mouth. Amazing. The sauce has a deep rich flavor, mild heat and a strong aroma that will leave you antsy to dig in. Cannot wait to come back to try more!

The smell of strong Clorox (or cleaning products) the soup does not taste good. The servers looked too busy even to take your order.

The food is great but this place needs an AC. I was sweating the whole time I was eating. The employees also were sweating. Not even a fan in sight. Ridiculous

I decided to give this place a second chance, my first experience was not too pleasant starting with the workers attitudes. A few months ago i came in for what was supposed to be Birria. The meat was dry, not much flavor. I figured it was a bad day for them. I decided to come back for some menudo. Once again was received with a fkd up attitude, got home to a greasy bowl of menudo with ugly meat, they asked if i wanted grano or pata i said yes but was not given any. Not sure where all the good reviews come from but i would never recommend this place to anyone....

Came in on a Tuesday and had the $1.50 tacos. Asada - solid Cabeza - delicious Buche - good Pastor - OK Also ordered a mulita and two gorditas which were delicious! My son ordered a torta de milanesa which he really liked. We will definitely be back.

Had to make a U-turn to prove that the gorditas were truly, Estilo Zacatecas. Well, they ARE not only authentic tasting, they are absolutely, yummy! I had the Rajas con Queso & Carne Asada Gorditas. Both were tasty, but I preferred the Rajas, my husband the asada. Employers were very attentive & friendly. This place needs more hype! They are legit! Tell your friends & family.

First time customer, I enjoyed every bite of my chicharron Gordita and my carne asada mulitas . The refried beans were tasty and done well, the corn tortillas are freshly made . My overall experience was delightful and the young lady was very attentive . I would definitely return . Give it a try , you won't be disappointed . Taking home a elote tamale :)

This place was great! Been here a couple of times and was a homerun every time. Last time I got chile relleno burrito plate. The burrito very delicious as was the chile and the queso. My wife and I enjoyed the beans and she is very picky with beans. This time we had the sopes, so bomb! As I mentioned the beans are made really well and the masa for the sope was also delicious and had just the right amount crunch and softness. I recommend this spot to any foodies who love mexican food and great service. Support this spot its a hidden gem. Wish I could provide photos but we ate the food as soon as it hit LOL! (Maybe next time)

Super nice. Good food. Give you a red, green, or habanero salsa with food. All 3 were good. Chilaquiles were excellent as was the breakfast burrito. Will come back

It was my first time eating at Los Paisanos Zacatecas. Customer was great!! Very friendly and constantly checking if I need anything. Food was good too. Had a gordita de chicharrón and a chile verde tamale. I will definitely be going back for more Gorditas and try out the rest of their food. Also, enough parking space too.

Food is amazing!!! My coworkers and I work in the complex next to this building and we stop in here occasionally, but last week we both got burritos and I would honestly say one of the best wet burritos I've ever had. Decent prices for the portions, food was prepared quickly, helpful over the phone. Will definitely be coming back more & recommending to others!

Food is amazing here, way better than that Miguel's place up the street. Los Paisanos has authentic Mexican food, big servings, flavorful dishes and the best horchata. Highly recommend you give these guys a try! Favorites are the red enchiladas and the quesadillas! If you dine-in, space is clean and their staff is super friendly, they always check in on us and make sure we have everything we need. Love y'all, great job

Ordered a bean and cheese gordita and an asada one, along with a side of rice and beans and a jamica. The jamica was actually pretty good but the food wasn't. I was expecting the gorditas to be loaded with lettuce/cabbage, crema, and cheese but the bean one had nothing in it and the asada just had tomatoes and and lettuce. The masa wasn't very good and it wasn't crispy either. The rice and beans were very bland. I took the drive thru and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. The place did look clean though and staff wasn't rude but they did almost forget my drink

Stopped in for the first time after driving by many times. Definitely worth it! Bean and cheese Gordita, carne asada taco and the beef flautas plate - everything was fresh and delicious, along with homemade tortillas. The 911 hot sauce is no joke. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

I love their gorditas. They are not crispy because they are not fried. They are the typical Mexican food which is a lot healthier than the Americanized "Mexican" food. I especially love the nopales and the chicharrón ones.
