Los Parados is listed in the Michelin guide. I’ve been a fan for years, and today I went back after a long time. Here’s my opinion. The tortilla soup and cecina tacos were DELICIOUS. The salsas are quite innovative. However, the chicken breast tacos were very average, and the al pastor tacos were terrible—very tough and chewy. It’s a shame, as they used to be my favorites. The service has also declined a lot, and I found it to be quite poor.

Great food, fast service, reasonable prices. If you're looking for home cooked Mexican classics, this is the place for you. I mean, their menus are imprinted into the tables! Enough said!

Unfortunately for them, they didn't have water nor soap in the bathrooms that day, but the worse is that they didn't seem to mind when I asked for soap. (after solving that issue with a lot of alcohol gel) I asked for Pastor with cheese and the tortillas were below all the meat. I don't know how they expected me to reach them. I had to order extra tortillas. The food is just OK. Nothing special about this place

Generally good tacos, many options. A bit overpriced on some items , including drinks. Worth a visit though, try the campechano tacos or volcanes de bistec.
