Food quality was not good, no flavor I ordered the green chilaqules burnt chips the sauce had no flavor or kick to it, beans were very watery. Price was a little high to 13.00$. No parking either so good luck finding one to park, find another place to eat for Mexican food

You want Mexican home food? This place is it. Order what you think a Mexican mom would make for dinner and not what you order at Taco Bell and you'll have delicious lunch. The service is always great but do plan to take out and enjoy in a nearby park.

Small, simple mom & pop restaurant in Glendale. Fast & friendly service and excellent food! A few chairs for dine-in, but mostly cater to orders to go. We both had the burrito poblano with carnitas and salsa verde. It was the best burrito I’ve ever had. It was filled with pork and enough rice & beans to make it great without overwhelming the carnitas. Topped with melted cheese and served with green & red salsa on the safe. We took ours to go and I added some sour cream on top. Absolutely 💯 delicious!

Superb service I felt like I walked into my tias house. The lady at front was so sweet and welcoming she recommended a lot of choices to choose from. Decided to get the pollo la plancha plate and their jalapeño con queso tamale. Let me tell you so freaking worth strolling around walking around the area and so satisfied the food reminds me of my tias cooking. Wanted something kind of close to hitting home. If you are ever in the area gotta support your local mom and pop shop. Everyone that works here is amazing def recommending this to friends and family be sure to check them out

Underrated Mexican spot hidden in Glendale. My partner n I used to come all the time when we lived near and they still remember us when we come every once in a while. They make it feel like home.

Small restaurant, maybe 4 tables. Really more of an indoor stand then a restaurant. Very little parking near the restaurant, but plenty of parking in the nearby neighborhood. Chile Relleno was ok, not great, and seemed reheated as opposed to fresh made to order. Rice and beans had a curious taste to them. Food served piping hot. Food server was very nice. Soda options come in cans and bottles, no fountain. Chips were delicious.

First time going and that was it. We kept going back for the like 3 days straight lol food taste like home... thanks you to everyone there and the other guests are just so cool. 👌🏽

Love this whole in the wall in Glendale. I've tried their chicken mole which was good, next time I'll try it as an enchilada. Their beans have too much liquid for my taste, but the rice is good. It's a very reasonably priced, and perfect for takeout.

This place is a hidden gem! I love the enchiladas with red sauce. The red sauce is abundant, and soaks the tortillas well...not dry like in other restaurants. On weekends, you can order pozole or menudo, both of which come in a generous portion and have the authentic Mexican flavor.

This place is amazing the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They defiantly work super hard. Got support your local mom and pop shops. So excited to order the pollo a la plancha plato and a side of horchata. To wash it down. Def coming back to get some of their food also ordered their tamales so def can't wait

Best Mexican food in Glendale Blvd. I have been going there since they open the owners Marcos & Argelia very nice & attentive with all customers! The food is delicious and very reasonable prices Saturday & Sunday tamales & menudo which is good to! Try it if around the neighborhood!

If you are looking for a taste of authentic Mexican food for a SUPER affordable price, then I highly recomend this place. I have been coming here for years and it never gets tiring. The service is great, the food tastes amazing and the prices are unbeatable. It is a small restaurant, but the homely feeling it gives is well worth it! Also be prepared to leave in a food coma because I'm not exaggerating when I say the food can super hearty, which makes their prices even better!

What a little gem this place is! Friendly and welcoming staff. All of the traditional Mexican favorites here are of good quality and cooked beautifully. Also one of the few places that serves both a pambazo and a cemita poblana and both are terrific! Very good tamales are available on weekends as well.

This is an amazing little hidden spot that you would definitely miss driving by if you weren't paying attention. The lady who owns the place is such a a sweet lady who always aims to please, everything is cooked fresh right then and there and the flavors are spot on. And the prices are so cheap I feel like I'm stealing from THEM. If you love tacos this is the place to go if you're down the street getting your car serviced. Keep up the good work!!

Small little shop not too far from the heart of Glendale. Got the Enchiladas Verdes and it was very good! Cash only place and it's tough to find parking around so come prepared. Will be back again!

Very popular with the sort of people who don't care about Yelp. I personally held off reviewing it for a couple years because I don't want to show up one day to find a line of hipsters out the door; it's a tiny, tiny place (eight tables?). And I'm not giving it five stars only because I don't want to affect its current overall rating. That said, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Glendale and I'd be sad if it went away. Excellent huevos rancheros -- the sauce is tomato-forward, with a touch of garlic. Quite a respectable chile relleno burrito also. I remember having good enchiladas here once also, but I can't recall if it was the black mole type or the red sauce. The jamaica isn't overly sweet, and the lady brings house-made chips and a dish of salsa when you sit down. What's not to love? The portions are generous and the dishes are -- dare I say it? -- underpriced, so tip generously.

Well, I'm not a family member and I'm not from Glendale. I really enjoyed the food so I decided to leave a review. Came up to this small restaurant because we were driving looking for a place to eat. I got a wet burrito, and my dad got a 'mole rojo con carne de res' (sorry can't translate it). Food was cooked in a timely manner and both dishes were delicious! In case you're wondering, they have an A rating by the food inspectors. We got two dishes and two drinks for $20 so it was cheap. Give it a try, and support the local small business.

Just order cocido soup from Los poblanos and it is DELICIOUS. Nice and hot just the way soup ought to be. Prices are reasonable and the owners are friendly. Highly recommended.

I ordered enchiladas de mole and Chile relleno. Both were delicious!! I will definitely be coming back. So happy to have good Mexican food in glendale. Service was great! Friendly and fast. The waitress gave me a rose for mothers day. That was a beautiful gesture :)

I actually met the owners son at a Kiwanis Scholarship Awards meeting. The owners of this restaurant have a English speaking son who was instrumental in helping his parents get through all the red-tape of getting a retail business in Glendale started. It's hard enough trying to get a business started, yet-alone being Latino and primarily Spanish-speaking without a history of opening a business. I applaud these citizens of the Latino community, and wish them great success. All that I have spoken with say the food is phenomenal. I cannot wait to try this restaurant. Walked in looking for a quick bite to eat, this place is the definition of a hole in the wall. Ordered the huevos con chorizo, huge serving, everything was so flavorful. Both the red and green sauce were tasty, and the green sauce was FRESH.
