Ok so read carefully! This is a definite must visit & try! The food prep & show is rare! The food is great. The chef 👨‍🍳 is on par and knows his profession. Speak with him and allow him to explain his traditional cooking from his father! Cultural food with a 👍 great taste and experience! Must try the mustard sauce it was a 1st for me & pleasantly surprising!! I would like to know how to make it or @ least buy a bottle! The area can have a lot of car traffic so becare full but we'll worth the minimal risk! It's an experience to share!

Delicious and authentic Nayarit style tacos de cochinito al horno. Nice chunks of delicious pork on a tortilla with a delicious mustard sauce that compliment the tacos very well. They taste just as good as ordering them at the plaza in Acaponeta. Definitely recommend it, and I love how the roasted pig sits on display as the chunks of meat are taken from its delicious body.

A foodie from TikTok brought me to this location (miso hungry) . I also love exploring new places and try them out . I know LA is where it's at.. What stood out to me was the mustard sauce, something different that I never had.. the pork was so tender and the skin was so crunchy and the sauce went with it so well.. It was definitely worth the hour drive.. the owner and his family are very nice and helpful.. come get your tacos de puerquito...

Los Sabrosos al Horno are really some of the very best tacos in Los Angeles, and they are operated by a very warm and caring family. Their menu follows the guideline of doing one thing and doing it well--whole roast lechon tacos, served with mustard based salsas. Tacos are served with the tender roast pork, cabbage, and a piece of delicious roast skin (cuerito). As a family, we would go to visit them at their pop up in Cudahy, and when we had a tragic event, we reached out to them to cater the event. They did an excellent job and were very sensitive and helpful in all regards. They will always hold a special place in our heart.

Hands down the best tacos in Los Angeles (and I'm had MANY). The flavors are so well balanced and they understand how to utilize the whole pig! The slaw...oh the slaw! I promise these tacos will not disappoint! Worth however long the drive is for you to try these on the weekend! Sin duda, los mejores tacos de Los Ángeles (y yo he comido MUCHOS). ¡Los sabores están tan bien equilibrados y saben cómo utilizar todo el cerdo! La ensalada ... ¡oh, la ensalada! ¡Prometo que estos tacos no te decepcionarán! ¡Vale la pena el tiempo que dure el viaje para que los pruebes el fin de semana!

I drove up to Cudahy this weekend to try their suckling pig tacos after seeing them on IG. These tacos are delicious! The meat is so tender and juicy. They top them off with cabbage, onions, a vinegary mustard salsa and delicious crispy pig skin. Very flavorful, tender tacos. I really love the mustard salsa, it compliments the meat nicely and is something unique that I haven't had before with tacos. The crispy pig skin was delicious! Their taco stand is located on Patata street and sits amongst multiple other vendors. They definitely stand out, you will see the delicious roasted pig on the grill.

By far the best Suckling pig tacos in all LA probably the only ones too must stop by and give it a try and it's Patata st not potato FYI guys !
