LOS TACOS No.1

I just stopped by to grab some food and didn’t expect much, but I’m hooked! The food is amazing. I ordered 2 Tacos- grilled chicken and grilled steak. The steak is absolutely delicious. Probably the best grilled steak taco I’ve ever had in NYC. The chicken was not bad too. I also tried Horchata for the first time and I kinda like it. It had some cooling effects when I drink it, the taste was similar to cold soy milk to me but smoother and lighter. I can’t wait to come back again!

This place offers fantastic comfort food that keeps you coming back for more. They have standing counters for those who want to eat in, which can be a bit dangerous because you might find yourself repeatedly ordering more. The Mexican Coke and Fanta are particularly delicious and worth trying. There's a great energy here, with fast and efficient staff. The manager also makes rounds to ensure everyone is having a good experience, adding a nice personal touch to the service.

The food was delicious, even though I got someone else's food. The couple after me took my food, and I ended up with theirs. I originally ordered the chicken and cactus tacos on flour tortillas, but I got the steak and pork tacos on corn. Even though I really wanted to try the 5 enjoyed the ones I ended up with. I'm sure I could have said something, but it was a bit chaotic atmosphere. You place your order, pay, and then give a ticket to one of the guys standing behind the counter who then makes your food. They were very busy and then they have tables you can eat at, but they are standing room only. Everyone was very friendly and the service was quick.

These tacos were absolutely delicious and the line went surprisingly quickly. I got one pulled pork and one chicken taco and tried both the corn and the flour tortilla, and they were delicious. The price is quite worth the tacos. Do note that there is not really seating in this location, but instead more so standing tables With just enough room for 2 plates across each other

yes i got too much sauce but it was super good like that🤣 everyone was very friendly and the chefs in the kitchen looked hectic/fun. hands down the best tacos n quesadillas!! its always super busy all the time, we tried going for the times square location last night it was the longest queue ever

Crazy overpriced; especially the soda. A bottle of soda that normally costs $2. They charge you $5. That's insane. A decent restaurant where you can sit down and eat doesn't charge that much. The agua frescas are $5 and they are hot and barely any taste. The tacos are good; both flour or corn tortillas. The salsa takes the crown. The taste, and the degree of spices are well balanced. Overall; I would recommend this place but you can do really good tacos for less money. Especially the soda. That was the biggest disappointment.

This is the first review I’ve written that I believe truly exceeds a 5 star rating. THIS is Mexican food. I’m originally from California, recently moved to Massachusetts and one thing they don’t know how to get right is Mexican food. I can confidently say this place has exceeded any Mexican food in California, including my Abuelita’s (which I would never say to her). Their Adobada tacos are the real star of the show—perfectly marinated, tender, beautifully cut off the spit. And don’t get me started on the tortillas, they have to be homeade. If you want the best experience, don’t whitefy it by getting a flour tortilla, corn is where it’s at, especially here. And make your taco contodo when they ask (everything on it), they crafted each choice beautifully, make the most out of this delicious experience. Last thing—get an horchata while you’re at it, even that is authentic. Their system is so seamless so that even if there is a long line, you won’t have to worry about a long wait. The constant rotation of people going in and out means you won’t have trouble finding a counter to visit heaven at. Okay I’ll stop rambling now so you can take my advice and experience the magic for yourself.

I mean the brand stuck to the plan. The tacos are delicious. Best tacos in the city. The place has somewhat of a line but it's worth the wait. The soda prices are OUTRAGEOUS so I just stick with the tacos. Two pork tacos come up to $11 with tax. As expected. Delicious.
