Great food but definitely bad service! Not once did they check on our table, we never got out appetizer. Manager came to ask if we were missing something and he just decided to cancel on his own. Such a shame that its great food but the service was just the worst we have encountered. Waitress didnt bother with us at all, no refills, no NADA!!!

Ordered the flauta plate through Uber. The portion was great & they gave plenty of salsas to dress up the flautas. The flautas & tomato sauce were under seasoned but the green salsa was delicious! I’m not usually a fan of restaurant refried beans but they were delicious, definitely fried in Manteca de puerco (como debe de ser!). The rice was also very good. Overall would order again.

Food was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are very good for the amount of food you get. It was alot of food.

**First timer review** I read some reviews about rude waitresses and cold food, I didn’t get that I’m my experience. Could of just been one of those days. Previously I said the Hamburger Inn 2 had the best burger in the lower valley, I now will change that to here. The flavors were fantastic, the others have been pretty bland compared to a Los Toreados burger. Other than that everything we ordered was bought out on time hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was attentive. Great experience, definitely will be returning.

So good!! Our servers bday was today and at the end of our dinner she brought all three of us a little box each with chocolates! She was so sweet I wish we caught her name. If you ever come here pleaseeeee get the aguachiles! They were so tasty! We will be back!

Went with a big party. Was served pretty fast. Service was woderful. We got the parillada for 4. Was very little meat and topped with a lot of tomatoes. Looked like it was meant for 2 people. But willing to try again just based on great customer service.

Because it's Lent season I ordered the filete de pescado al modo ajo. It came with Spanish rice and a green salad. It was preceded lentil soup. This meal came to an end with a small serving of capirotada. I washed it all down with a Pacífico beer. Overall it was a great meal experience. Noteworthy, there was a steady stream of customers coming in to dine or pick-up their take out order.

Service while cordial but lacking attention . I was never asked if the meal was alright and never offered a coffee nor drink refill. The pozole was tasteless, lacking seasoning.

Taking a break from this place for awhile! The food is just getting worse and the prices of course have increased! Ordered menudo on Saturday and had the worst stomach ache after eating it! I usually get it from the Zaragoza location, but decided on the Alameda one. The menudo was very greasy, had onion skin, and bay leaves! What the hell? Last month they raised the price of the menudo by a dollar, now this month another dollar. 10 dollars for a jumbo container that counts as 2 servings in a regular sized bowl, see my featured photo above. And the large is one serving and that's 9 dollars. Well I came again today to try the chicken green enchiladas and gross! Dry, flavorless, no cheese, and I asked for chicken, they put shredded beef! My friend like his lunch special which comes with a big bowl of soup of chicken or beef, and he got the chille relleno, rice, and beans. Pretty sad that they only give you one chile relleno. He also ordered over priced pancakes, 3 for 7 bucks! Might as well have gone to McDonalds and spend less. The servers here insist on speaking Spanish, even though you speak English to them. Like quit faking it, you speak both!

Two stars only because the food was good. Other than that service was bad. It was not a busy afternoon. As we walked in we were not greated or told to take a seat anywhere. We assumed and sat down. Waiters greeted others that came in maybe they were regulars. And then our food was served seperated instead of all together. Waiters chit chatting not paying attention to the tables, food being put out to serve and to close the tab took about 10min.

Horrific service on 12/29/2018. Went at night around 7:50. The place had a few people but not overly busy. Got orders taken and never saw the waitress again to check up in. Ordered an appetizer and meal but didn't see the appetizer until 8:32 and not properly cooked with ice cold plates. I cancelled the order and refused to pay for the untouched appetizer which was cold and not prepared properly for a "Mexican Food" restaurant. The kitchen was in chaos while we sat there. Unsure about tickets and expediting orders. We noticed that people around us had been there prior to us and they were barely being served by 8:30 and noted that our food hadn't even been readied. We left around 8:40 disgusted by the poor service. No one even said sorry or explained the issues. All of them seemed confused and completely had to right to be cooking food for anyone with how cold ours showed up. Makes me worry that they aren't within standards and we're cutting corners that night. Won't ever eat here again, which is unfortunate because it was a favorite of my father 4 years back and quality was always good. This place has fallen hard.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was told our order would be delivered in 30 minutes.... waited an hour just to get a call from them stating they were out of half the food I ordered AN HOUR AGO!!!! Terrible service.

Ordered delivery and nothing was edible. My "queso" was a solid mass of watery cheese in a styrofoam cup.

I was visiting El Paso for work and someone recommended this place to me. I was in a huge rush and even though the waitress couldn't communicate with me too well (since I didn't speak Spanish), she was very nice. I only had time for a $2.99 chicken burrito, but it was pretty awesome! The tortilla was hot and soft and not dry at all. The meat was tender and tasty. It wasn't huge but tasted great. I knew if I had more time to stay and eat more, it would be just as good.

Love this place. It has great authentic Mexican recipes. Never disappoints and they deliver.

Got delivery from here and my family and I were not disappointed! I had the flautas and my hubby got the green chicken enchiladas. I even ordered Agua Fresca and they delivered it straight to my door. This will be one of our go to places for takeout/ delivery

I'm a picky eater so I asked for a torta de carne asada with only the meat nothing else but they put guacamole. It was fine and I returned it when I got it back it still had guacamole. So returned it once again and it came with wrong meat. Also my friend asked for her food and some tacos. We never got the tacos. And they don't have carne de lengua. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered from urban spoon and the tacos had pieces of cardboard in them. It was too gross to take a picture of.

Good priced. Attentive staff. Food didnt take long and it was good. I would eat here again. The prices arent too high.

So close to home, and just recently tried this place. Salsa and chips were good! Salsa was the right amount of spice. I had the tacos sucios. Very tasty! The baked potato was a bit undercooked though. Other than that the food was delicious! The little soup they give before your meal was tastey too. I will definitely go back. Service is awesome too!

Customers beware there is an additional 5 dollar fee on all deliveries from one week to the next no clear explanation as to why. Also, i live less than one mile from the so called restaurant. I know fuel costs are up but are u serious ? Next

Really close to my house, but one of the greatest Mexican restaurants in El Paso. I have never been disappointed. However, if I have one critique, it is that their salsa is so hot it can put most people off. Fortunately, the hotter the better for me.
