Cute little country bar with live music right in the MGM Grand. Good vibes

Husband just had surgery here in LV. No eating in the facility and waitresses and bartenders are god awful! Husband just wanting take a bite from our togo food from across the way....Called out..... Crazy rules. First time I ever left $0 tip in my life.... And I'm 54.

Google
$56 for 3 drinks after tip and they can’t even offer you free water ($6 for tiny bottle of water). Can MGM be anymore greedy? And $14 for a draft beer? Really? They don’t even put your drinks in a nice glass for how expensive they are. They put in a plastic solo cup. Overpriced mediocre bar! I hate the strip so much now. It’s not worth it!

Google
Unfortunately I can’t give this bar a good rating. Not the employees fault. They are trying. I must say, I’m from Texas first off. Losers bar has bad country music bands. I’ve been here multiple times and the talent is disappointing. The prices for everything are stupid high. The fact that it’s sponsored by Bud Light means there isn’t much more to offer. That in itself is disappointing. I think this place could be a spot for country folk to congregate, but the owners must change 2 things, Bud Light sponsorship and better music talent. This would be a great honky tonk. Employees are great. Everyone try to enjoy if you can.

After reviewing several options for Super Bowl parties, our group decided on Losers. We could not have been happier with our choice. From the amazing bartenders, to the atmosphere, and especially the manager, Jared, everything was exactly what we were looking for in a party. The fact that they capped it at 80 people made it even better. This enabled the bartenders and staff to have a personal experience with all in attendance. The buffet options were plenty, and the drinks were on point. Well worth it!

Google
What a great spot at the MGM Grand. Awesome live music, great country bar atmosphere. The Music City Margarita and the Mango Thango were so good, server was super friendly, very welcoming. Great spot for conversation and cocktails!

Google
Great for country music and sports on TV. For me, beer selection is the same as the casino, and even though the music wasn’t loud, when the room fills up with folks after the workday it is impossible to hear each other. I would not recommend this place for after show debriefing or casual business meetings. It’s just too loud to hear each other. I did not try the food or appetizers, but looks like a regular bar menu.

Google
What kind of an old fashioned comes in a plastic cup full of ice. Tasted terrible and the chairs are rock hard. Guess that's why it's called losers

Yelp
Solid 3-star country bar (with no food) in the MGM Grand that gets +1 for Alex Graham's acoustic set. His set was very good even though the sound quality was not all that (www.alexgrahamusic.com). Margarita on the rocks with salt and Bloody Mary were nothing to write home about at $17 a pop, but I was paying for the music not the drinks so that's okay. Attentive service.

Yelp
Losers Most Wanted is a country bar inside the MGM. We stopped in for a drink. The inside of the bar was huge with a ton of high-top table seating and a large bar. There was a live band on the small stage performing, so that was pretty cool. There was a very extensive cocktail and specialty drink menu and an okay selection of beer on tap. Much to Becky's chagrin, they only offered one hard seltzer and from a can, so she settled for that. No food at all offered at Losers. If you love craft cocktails and country music, this is the spot for you.

Yelp
My friend & I came in here after going to go see David Cooperfield as I'm a Nashville fan & have been here once before. We went right to the bar. It wasn't that busy & there was live music. Not sure who the singer was but he was good. Our bartender was Raul who was nice & attentive. I was bummed to learn that even though their video poker machines will take your MGM player's card they don't comp you for drinks while gambling. Made no sense to me...... Of course we still had a couple of drinks but next time I'd rather just come for the live music & not gamble in here. Thanks for the good service Raul. I'll be back!!

Yelp
Good redneck bar. Love the live music. Beer is reasonable for Vegas. The servers are friendly and actually smile genuinely. The band signed off a bit early.

Yelp
Lacey the server was extremely rude. I ordered a drink and she brought the bill right away and acted like I should leave. my first time here. bad attitude and should probably find another job. never came back to give me an another drink.

Yelp
Stopped in to listen to the music and was hoping for some food and beer. Unfortunately they do not serve food but I should have looked before I went. No Coors light except in cans. Settled on an Ultra pint for $13. Ouch. That hurt. Music was good. Service was good. Pricing was pretty insane but I guess should be expected for Vegas.
google avatar

Yelp
Cool bar @ the MGM, live music that was good and decently priced drinks, plus lots of TVs playing various sporting events. I didn't try any cocktails, just straight bourbon, but they had a nice selection of which I always like since I get to try new stuff.

Yelp
Came here late to grab a hot dog and a beer. Been here before and got that and it was actually reasonably priced and a decent hot dog. Sat down and scanned the menu. Discovered they were not doing food due to a kitchen remodel. Bummed because I wax hungry but understand updates need to be done. So I went to the food court next door and got a hot dog and brought it back. Me and friends also ordered some beers. Just as I was about to eat the waitress comes up and in a very snarky voice says outside food not allowed. I said I did not know that. She said in that same snarky voice it's on the sign out front. I responded most people do not read every sign when they walk into a place and besides I went there for a dog but kitchen was closed. She snapped I know but you need to leave with the food. So we left and will not be back. That waitress needs a job where she doesn't interact with anyone. Was rude and demeaning. MGM do better in your hiring they represent your company and she does a bad job of that.

Yelp
This bar was located in the hotel we were staying at. Leave it to me to find a country bar! They had a live band that played 10pm to 1am every night. They do have food but we only came for drinks. Good service, there's also a dance floor in front of the band! Had a fun night out !

Yelp
This is the place to go for a quick beer or 3 and listen to live music, it's a country vibe and it's located inside the mgm grand casino right on the corner before you reach the shops. I always make a point to stop in here as I always meet the most interesting people and the costs are alot more fair than that of the lobby bar.

Yelp
My husband and I try to come to Vegas a few times a year and always stay at MGM Grand. Losers is a great venue for live music and atmosphere, even if you're not a full-blown country fan. Our bartender, Andrea, was very attentive and stayed on top of drinks even when it got fairly busy. She was very personable, got our names, and thanked us for coming in. We like the fact that we can enjoy a fun bar atmosphere even during the day (sometimes they open as early as noon, which is great since we're on East Coast time). They don't serve food, but there are plenty of options in the casino. It's a great place to stop in before or after dinner. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Came in with my friends to watch the live band and have a drink but was immediately disappointed with the service. Our waitress was nice but The manager Francesca kept giving us dirty looks and was super rude with the seating arrangements. After yelling at us about where we decided to sit, she stood at the door giving us dirty looks. She was just plain nasty and gives this place a bad look. I wouldn't be surprised if she was racist as well since she was super nice to the white customers. She made our visit super uncomfortable.
google avatar

Yelp
You had me at Bulleit bottle lighting. I had to sit my already tipsy friends in the casino, while I ran back looking for exactly where this was in the MGM. This place is for losers, right? If you enter through near the actual lobby, it's pretty close. If you enter from S Las Vegas Blvd, it's a good distance back from the door. It's worth the stumble. When I herded our group through the door on the weekend George Strait was in town, this place was packed. A couple at a medium sized table smiled and asked us to join us. An incredibly kind gesture and we danced the night away with them. The live band was great. They played a really good mixture of songs, both fast and slow. Service was good. The crowd on the dance floor was even better. Yee haw, we sure had a great time here.

Yelp
Stopped in to catch some live music and watch the hockey game on their giant screen. Everything was fine until we got our bill. Three 22 ounce beers and two drinks were $95. That's at the high end even in Vegas. But the kicker was the $6 they charged for per bottle of water. They only serve water in bottles so it's not like you have to a choice. In 50+ trips to Vegas , it's the first time I've ever paid for water in a casino bar. Wouldn't consider returning.

Yelp
Joscy was our server! She was hands down the best server in Vegas. She was friendly and prompt. She customized her service to our needs and made us feel so welcomed!! I would come back here just to see her!
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
Come here for a drink, stay for the music. Right at the entrance to The District this bar seems to attract great live music and pretty significant crowds for their Karaoke. No clue what their schedule is on that front and I think the point of these places is more spontaneity than planning. Check it out. Pay attention when you are walking by and stop in if you notice something going on that you like.
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to pass some time, get some drinks, see people make fools of themselves and enjoy the MGM. The best waitress there is Noelle, hands down. Four stars go to her and the other star goes for the bar just because she works there. They have a live run-of-the-mill band playing popular songs. This bar gets packed quick. They got a handful of apps to eat. Drink up!
google avatar

Michael G.

Yelp
Enjoyed spending a little time here listening to some live country music in the afternoon. What surprised with a $22 check for a draft beer and an iced tea.

Yelp
Great hidden gem within the MGM Grand Casino! I've walked by Losers many times on the way to the Arena, and always love the live music they have going and overall vibe, but hadn't stopped in until recently. The band that was playing the night we were there was fantastic and played a great mix of old and new, and slow and fast country songs. It was pretty full on a Saturday night, but not overcrowded and we were able to get seats at the bar without a problem. They have plenty of tables as well. Their pricing is pretty reasonable - honestly inexpensive for the Strip in my opinion. We ordered 2 beers and 2 Jell-O shots (which were 2 for $6!) and our total was $25. I was super excited to be introduced to my potentially new favorite drink - their Kickin' It Coolers are like an adult Capri Sun made by Big Machine Distillery. So fun! The bartenders were great and super attentive while handling a busy night. I can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Jerry K.

Yelp
Looked for a quick bite walking back to my room at the MGM. They had a $5 1/4 pound hot dog with chips for $5. Exactly what I wanted. Beer was pricey.
google avatar

Belinda R.

Yelp
A cool bar with a chill atmosphere. Live music, cocktails and beer with tv's to watch sporting events. Bartenders were quick and friendly.

Lisa W.

Yelp
Music great, cocktails reasonable and good service. However when drinking your cocktail you can't get a glass of water! Had to pay $6 for a bottle. This is a very poor business practice even for Las Vegas not to mention kind of inhumane and health hazard when it's over 100 degrees out. Adults who are trying to drink responsibly are penalized for trying to do the right thing. Is this even legal?
google avatar

Tosha L.

Yelp
Service was good No food options yet They do offer Live music Drink prices were fair

Yelp
A nice sports bar with live music, located in MGM Grand casino. Food and drinks were good. Some more appetizer options could have been good. If you have MGM resort credits, this place is in the list of places to redeem those.

Yelp
So embarrassing. White guy with my black girlfriend. They were nice to me but asked her to leave. She was sober and I wasn't. Racist bar. The security team couldn't figure out what the problem was. They said they pick drunk girls off the floor every night. I said it's because she is black. They agreed. Went to another bar and the bartender said "you guys are fine" I've been doing this for 20 years and you're fine" they attacked her and then the girl attacked me for defending her. Why. Because she was standing there and she got attacked. We left. Walked out and the girl just kept screaming at her. It was sooooo confusing. I'd love management to address this. Ironically, as I wrote this we googled other yelps and others said the same thing. They were racially discriminated against.

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Racist bar. My girlfriend, my husband and myself ordered drinks. Vegas buzzed. Not drunk. They served me and my husband and my girlfriend, black, said they wouldn't serve her. She was standing there chit chatting and she was attacked for no reason. The only difference between all of us was our skin color. Then the manager attacked me for giving my girlfriend a drink as we walked out. We tried to come up with a reason for getting attacked in the bar and the only difference was we were white and she's black and they refused to serve her. Again, this isn't a drunk thing she was targeted and I've never experienced something like that.

Yelp
Great atmosphere ,wonderful service and servers Cool group of people hang out with, Check them out when in Vegas,
google avatar

Jeff S.

Yelp
Came here to see a band, then left to have dinner. When we returned to see his second set, the Server became nasty and had the nerve to accuse us of not leaving a gratuity. In fact, greater than 20% was left. Too bad we can't take it back...
google avatar

Yelp
We had THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVER, Joelle, when we were at Losers over the past weekend. We were lucky enough to snag a few tables (our friends had gotten married earlier in the day) and a lot of the guests came to Losers afterwards. Joelle helped us grab these tables, provided great service all night (even with us guests making a mess of splitting checks), and was just a great person in general. All of us couldn't believe the remarkable service our group received (considering she had tons of other customers to serve too!). I think this is the only time where I made it a point to remember someone's name to write a review - that's how good she was!
google avatar

Wayne G.

Yelp
During my last visit to Vegas I felt like a Loser, so we went to Losers. Upon arrival our group was hanging out at MGM playing some games then another person was going to meet with us. I didn't have a definite place to meet so I chose a bar. The closest point of interest was Losers and I am glad to have chosen this place. We sat inside and hung out for several rounds of drinks while waiting for the friend to arrive and enjoyed the live performance that was going on at the time. The waitress was very nice, friendly and attentive to our group. Granted there were not many people in the bar area at the time but our experience which was short lived was very pleasant. Parking: MGM grand parking lot VERDICT: Rinse and repeat
google avatar

Duke M.

Yelp
Andrea is great, been to a lot of bars and hate having to get the bartenders attention for the next drink. Andrea is attentive and will consistently check in on you even when it's busy. Best bar experience because of the bartender
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
Visited during covid. They are doing everything they can to stay open. The rules are clearly stated on a sign by the door, where you wait for a table. There is no bar seating available, only tables. You cannot stand at your table. Tables can only have six people max. Each patron must order something to eat. Wear your mask at all times except when eating and drinking. I can't believe they had live music! It was a one man band with his rendition of popular country music songs but it was fantastic. We waited about 30 minutes for a table on a Saturday night. Service was spot on. They figured out a way to stay open by offering food, making them more of a restaurant or lounge instead of a bar. They have many low ticket items such as $2 box of popcorn, $6 frosted rice krispy treat, etc., so even if you just came from dinner, it won't be expensive to come here and get snacks. Heck, you can even take your snacks to go! They have this iconic drink- the flashback. It's a Capri sun with a shot of vodka in it. At first, I didn't see how they could do that. Then I saw the little cowboy boot sticker, where they had made the hole to pour the shot in, and covered it up. Perfect! I'd consider this place cheap, for Vegas. The snacks are cheap, the Capri sun drink was only $7 and most cocktails are reasonably priced. Their menu is available online or via QR code using the coaster on the table. Fun place, would definitely recommend. Only qualm- bathrooms are not here. You have to leave and go through the hotel around the corner. It's kinda far.

Yelp
Great music! Takes me back to Nashville! Drinks are weak but the ambiance and the music make up for it!

Destinie Z.

Yelp
WE LOVED IT HERE! Happened to be staying at MGM and wandered into this bar around 11pm looking to stay close to our room and have a few drinks after dinner. We ended up staying here until closing at 2 or 3am which is unheard of for my fiance and I. What kept us here for so many hours and the whole trip was the cheap drinks, awesome bartenders and the live singers JC Andersen and Justin Dukes. Super talented artists and extremely down to earth, friendly guys. We hope to come back once shelter in place is lifted to get drunk and listen to some country music with good people again.

Ale L.

Yelp
Music was good but beer was warm and limited food menu. Nachos were less than mediocre, tap beer overpriced and on the warmer side and service and waiter attitude was meh. With so many choices in Vegas spend your money elsewhere. Will not recommend.
google avatar

Charlene G.

Yelp
It's chill, with its decent location directly diagonally - on the corner from the cirque theater - Loser's has an interesting vibe. If you don't want to go inside, you can easily sit on the outdoor portion of the bar. *No happy hour found here, but if you're local draft beers are only $5 a glass. Edgar, our bartender was chill. He allow us to sample a few beers before we decided from Jamo shots to draft beers because of the local discount; it's only $5 a glass of beer. There's like music, acoustic from 6-8! Come check it out!
google avatar

Dalton W.

Yelp
Thanks to Esme I had an amazing experience. Chill environment and good personable bartenders! I will be coming back.

Juan J.

Yelp
Will never return, waitress discriminating based on race even knowing we ordered buckets of drinks and picks on our table for having a paper bag sealed of food while the other tables eating in front of her. If you are busting one bust all tables equally.
google avatar

Heather P.

Yelp
Stopped by this place on the way back to our room and they had a couple of guys signing and they were amazing. Great songs and good singers. Had an adult type of a Capri sun and another drink and they were yummy. Total chill and fun vibe.
google avatar

Ryan G.

Yelp
Some of these reviews are cracking me up about the bartenders. Obviously a lot of people that made bad decisions in Vegas and some of them seem to be taking it out on the hospitality workers! Angel and JoJo are awesome. Literally stay at MGM and go to this bar at night just because of them! Ive bartended and bounced in bars for a long time. People are rude and disrespectful as customers all the time and expect you to bend over backwards for them. If you want the fine dining experience, plenty of places in Vegas to get that. Losers is about music, drinks, dancing, and a good time. Angel and JoJo definitely deliver that. I tell all my friends to go there when they are in town because it's a bar with atmosphere!
google avatar

Tom H.

Yelp
Came here looking for country music on the strip and I get Bob Denver .... FML...should of went to Stoneys

Justine G.

Yelp
Andrea was our bartender for two nights and she was amazing! She was extremely friendly, attentive and just a great bartender! Thank you Andrea for assisting in our Vegas fun!
google avatar

Patricia C.

Yelp
Rude bartender!!!! I could not believe the way she talked to a paying customer. Needless to say she was not tipped and I am a good tipper

Lauren M.

Yelp
Losers is a great spot for good music and times when you're in MGM! Loud enough to have a vibe and jam out but also great for getting together with great friends! Shoutout to Andrea who served me and my group! She was so great in handling our large orders and getting them out fast and she was SO FRICKEN NICE! Would totally come back again!
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
The extremely rude server told me you have to buy water at this place. Sat here and drank for 3 hours before I asked and they won't give you a water? That's a disgrace to MGM. I've never been told that at any bar at any MGM property before. Unbelievable!
google avatar

Cesar G.

Yelp
Massive fail of social distancing. Everyone walked in without masks, got seated, and served. 6 max per party? "Okay!"

John P.

Yelp
At first I went to check out the place out. I heard there would be live music. Saw an amazing band called Wildrose. The singer and guitarist was insanely handsome and talented. I heard they'd be playing regularly. Always brought my friends to see them. They were by far the most talented band we caught at that establishment. But management mentioned that the talent buyers fired them for not living in Nashville? Even though the lead singer worked in Nashville for many years ? They took a local gig away from a hard working local musicians just to outsource it to some lame cookie cutter out of town acts? Me and my friends will never be going to this place again. What a rancid decision to make. The talent buyers should be fired and the local music scene should be back in action. Words getting around about this place and it's NOT a good look.
google avatar

sunen g.

Yelp
HeRe on Christmas Day . 10 people here want to watch the lakers and clippers game. Ask to run the commentary but the manager refused and p Keep on playing country music.empty bar and no one wants to listen to that but the manager don't budge. What kind of business strategy is that? Please be flexible.

Yelp
$37 for a 32 oz Coors Light and single Jameson neat. Unless it's on the company dime, hard pass. And even then, pass.
