"South End is where you’ll find most of Charlotte’s late-night chaos, and this small, trendy bar and club is at the heart of it. There’s nothing spectacular about what it offers—it’s a regular ol‘ bar with regular ol‘ drinks and a subpar DJ—except it’s where you go to see and be seen. For that reason, it’s no surprise that it’s where Jeramey claims to have “bumped into” Sarah Ann. While that could very well be true, Lost & Found couldn’t have been his last stop that night. He was out until 5am, and like everyone who lives in Charlotte, Laura knows there ain’t nothing in this city open past 2am." - tess allen

___t & Found... Fill in the blank, with your own desires. My favorite is Lust and found! This is a hip place has a cool interaction, and it's easy to see or to be seen. You know it's rocking when packed to capacity, but a little wait is definitely worth your time. The staff is very efficient in all aspects, not to mention they're hot and cool. :) Oh yeah, bottle service is available, just ask.

This spot has good vibes, a chill atmosphere, nice decor and a good mix of music. The servers here are all very nice and very attentive. All of the staff made sure we had a wonderful experience for my friend's birthday.

The bar staff were excellent first off. But we were 4 girls going out to brunch for my bday and they had corn hole boards out. We were playing corn hole and drinking and the boards were under rafters. We got 2 bags stuck in the rafters and the staff were sooo rude to us getting them down. We are all travel nurses and i told them hey if you come to the hospital 5 6 7 times dying im going to save u everytime. They acted like getting a bag down was such an inconvenience even though their were about 6 staff just walking around. They werent busy. One was watching netflix and eating chicken and rice. We had had a good day before this and then their rudeness was just unnecessary! If your job on your shirt literally says daycare and your serving alcohol u should expect to get bags down. 0/10 wont be back with that atmosphere

This place is such a cool new addition to Charlotte’s dining and nightlife scene! The layout is super roomy and the atmosphere is fun and positive and empowering. With a snazzy bar, booths with fire pits and then normal high top tables, there’s a lot of variety with seating there. DJ knows whatsup too. Highly recommend to get a drink in Charlotte !!

Google
my favorite club in charlotte. lines can get bad around peak hours so plan accordingly. if you follow their IG you can find all the cute events they plan (I recommend doing this). great for ig pics too if you go early enough and they do open at 5pm if you want to do that. however they don’t start getting busy until around 10pm

Its aight. The music in general was from like 2006-2016. Bar didn't have drinks that were advertised in menu. Music vibe went from jumping around dancing to huging each other and singing Miley Cyrus, huge swings. Luckily, we had Slingshot next door. Vibes were a little better.

Google
New happening place went on a Sunday and they had bottomless mimosas so I find that very attractive for a place to be open on Sunday 7/3/22 Everything was good I was under the assumption that it would be actual brunch food but it is what it is. Service was great wish I could stay on the table a little bit longer.

Updated 2/25/23 I’m standing in VIP as I write this. If DJ Yona is on the track Music is…throwbacks 15-10 years old. Used to hold L&F in high esteem because of the music! (Was the best music in South End till they got comfortable) Unfortunately dropped to heavy mid tier music. (I’m talking Travis porter, Trey Songz, Nicki M, back to back to back TO BACK!) Was it throwback night and I didn’t know it? I digress, The table service is usually very friendly. The laser and lights continue to impress. The VIP section makes zero sense/if you invite someone from the the GA section, they will not let them in the VIP section. We had extra bands for our table; attempted to give them out and a bouncer took them. Disappointed in the security and overall experience. If you’re paying hundreds of dollars for a unique experience- don’t do it here till they treat the customer better and update their Spotify because Yona unfortunately wasn’t it. I’ll return with an update in a year. Update(1/2021) They’ve improved the line situation. If there was a line, it moved at a swift pace. The restrooms can be packed. Bar situation can be occasionally packed, but the side bars generally help out with the overflow. Update(1/2022) Told by security( who was wearing a hoodie) that customers can’t wear a hoodie in the club? It’s 40 degrees out…. And you guys have the massive garage doors open. Update (10/22) We had a fun time with tables. Mostly reasonably priced, nice staff, good DJ, wayy overcrowded dance floor. Also the two hour time windows for earlier tables seem like a very short amount of time. Bar accessibility 3/5 Restroom access 2/5 (after 9pm) Line processing 3/5 Aesthetic and atmosphere 4/5 Music 2/5

Yelp
Love this place on a Sunday Funday went with my friends during Drake brunch and they offered breakfast and specialty drinks as it related to Drake. I did end up getting a table and we had more fun enjoying the ambience atmosphere on the Sunday afternoon.

Logan P.

Yelp
I lost all respect for Jeremy when I found out he was talking with Sarah Ann until 5 am here. Three stars because the drinks are alcoholic.

Yelp
Lost and Found clubs main appeal is the central location to all the action going on in downtown Charlotte. Every other bar we went to over the 3 days we spent in Charlotte seemed to be within walking distance of this place. They have both an indoor and outdoor section for whatever tickles your fancy. The venue is spacious and properly ventilated, which is a plus if you are going to have folks bumping and grinding. With one large spacious bar in the front with very attentive bartenders who make it there mission to make your drink as fast as possible! There's no cover to get in so that is always going to draw a decent crowd. My boys and I arrived around 9:30pm which was a little earlier than normal but it allowed us to set up shop in the corner to prepare for the nights festivities. The place didn't really get going till about 11:30pm, we blinked and instantly the place was packed with a good demographical mix. The DJ was into the pop and hot 100 music variety in case you all were wondering. My only issue was that in the middle of the dance floor area where people normally eat you have to remove the chairs as the night picks up. It's already hard maneuvering through a crowd of drunk people, and chairs as obstacles don't make it any easier. Had a good time overall with a decent male/female ratio. Would definitely come back here, but more as a pre-game spot then an all nighter!

Della L.

Yelp
Is this spot very trendy and Instagramable? Yes! BUT!!!! It's an experience that's being sold. With that being said... if I order a $14 drink and I receive it in a plastic cup that's UNACCEPTABLE! I then asked the male bartender if he would please transfer my drink into a glass he disgustingly dumped my drink in a glass!!!! That request clearly ruined his day! So needless to say I will never be back!

Tasha F.

Yelp
Stopped in for drinks while we waited for a table at a nearby restaurant for brunch. Nice ambiance. The security was nice while making sure no illegal items made their way in. The bartenders were quick and receptive. Paid $24 for 2 mixed drinks & 2 sodas.

Taylor G.

Yelp
The bouncers are going to seriously hurt someone one day. They use any excuse to "bounce you" from the bar and won't give any verbal warning before physically manhandling you. It's at the bouncers discretion and the owner doesn't care either. There's no reason to put a woman in a headlock.

Kai C.

Yelp
We came in from Detroit, looking for a fun night out and came across this place. Mask mandate has been lifted and the bar was absolutely full for a Sunday night. My best friends and I decided to inquire about the VIP booth since one was available. All you had to do was buy a bottle. The waitress was super nice and attentive. Even the security guard posted up close to us and kept out any unwanted guests. We got a free bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday as well. There was a food truck parked outside. We were able to get tacos and bring them back in to our VIP section. Man, if you can get the VIP, you should.

Trey R.

Yelp
Lost & Found (L&F) has grown as one of the best (dance/day/night) clubs in Charlotte with ONE OF THEE BEST rules, NO COVER EVER! With drinks being so expensive every where for the most part, why would you charge patrons to pay for an open space, not VIP, and then drinks?! Right?! They don't do that and to me, that's a big positive condition that they hold true. The staff at L&F is awesome from the bouncers (door staff) to the bartenders (my guys/gals), DJ's, and even the GUEST (us). They are usually open during the day ALL WEEKEND, yes, all day, and night, of course; and L&F always host events that "pop-off" every time or in Generation Z terms, it slaps! The drinks are I guess normal priced, but it is a club. Oh yeah, they usually have three (3+) plus DJ's during the weekend so you always get a variety of music which is reflected in the vibe. IT DOES GET PACKED so get there early if you care about waiting in lines because the length of the line is as long as the lines at Best Buy during Black Friday (#IYKYK). All in all, Lost and Found is a great establishment with awesome music, wonderful staff, and marvelous drinks. Go if you want to have stunning time. I know I do! :-) Cheers Mate$! O_o || Trey ||

Yelp
Been here multiple times before and always had a great time on the inside with good drinks. Came here to celebrate my 21st birthday. The man checking IDs at the door with the two braids likes to pick and choose when to do his job. Previously let me in at 20 years old for an extra 20$ at the door, but now on my birthday when I chose to celebrate and bring in my birthday at that establishment is was given a run around, made to wait twenty minutes until 12am for my actual birthday and still didn't let me in because I had an 'attitude'. Of course I did, because not you picking and choosing when to actually do your job. I just saw you two weeks ago and you had no problem letting me in if you were making extra profit. But when I'm turning 21 with a very much valid ID, there's an issue. You and your 'head' security, which is not who I asked to speak to, I asked for the manager, are immature and like to play with peoples time. Y'all thought I wasn't gonna say anything about the bs y'all try to pull at the door and you got the right one.

Yelp
Super cute bar in South End. Very instagrammable. We went the first week they were open so they didn't have printed menus yet. Two glasses of wine was $24 so prices are a bit high. They have outdoor seating with fire pits for chilly evenings and a small parking lot in front.

Tanisha W.

Yelp
So this was my first time coming here and it could have been better. My best reviews are for the decor. I love the "Miami Vibe" it gives with the fire pits on the outside and the subtle flower decor on the inside. I also loved the Neon Pink "No Boys Allowed" sign by the womens bathroom. I didn't like the fact they don't serve any type of food and seating is very limited. What was also weird is that someone had 2 dogs there. Now I'm not sure if they were service animals or companions because they were pugs, but it was awkward having dogs in a bar. Unfortunately while we were there they Systems shut down and they couldn't sell drinks. They offered to keep your card, but THAT wasn't happening. We waited another 45 mins or so before we were over the hunger and no drinks...so we decided to go get tacos lol

Gabbi S.

Yelp
Here on a saturday night, by 12 there was barely room to breathe. Packed like sardines in this little club. Lost my car key there. I went back last night to look but could not look on the floor without being trampled by the million people there. Bar didn't have it so I decided i'd just try to call today once they opened. The phone rung once then went to voicemail both times I called. I then tried DMing their instagram and was told they require you to come in person to check for lost items. I live over 30 minutes from this club and do not have access to my car right now obviously considering my key is lost. Am I expected to uber up there just to CHECK whether they have my lost item? Absolutely will not be back.

Yelp
Finally... Get to relax after the hectic holidays schedule.. So since I saw that Lost and Found is having free brunch and doing a Drake takeover on a Sunday around 2pm. I said why not. Got there around 2:45pm and it's packed. **To one of the Yelper who wonder why there were 2 pugs there!* Well, it's a lounge. Open patio so NC state law said they are allow to mingle too. They may want to enjoy some music too!* Couple of cons: 1) The parking lot and surrounding area is limited on parking..It was tooo cold to walk far that day 2) Bar get back and busy.. Soo is you looking for the bartenders to make you some complicates drinks like mine.. a mojitos. May baby Jesus be with you. So you want yours quick. Keep your drinks simple. 3) limited seating. When it's not pack. It's actually a nice place to chill and have a conversation. But Sunday. Umm forget it. Take what you can get Pros: 1) it's very instagram pics worthy. Nice backdrop 2) awesome varies of music 3) some dAys: there's food truck and you can bring it inside. All and all: Everyone who came seem to have a good timee. No trouble and no drama. Day party have a very chill dress code. Wouldn't know what it's like during a SAturday. So if you think you may want to visit Lost and Found. Keep these in mind and have fun.

Neema B.

Yelp
This is a cute Insta-worthy spot! It has Miami vibes with good music and great drinks. The location isn't very big, and there isn't a ton of seating. There is seating on a platform that transforms into a VIP area with bottle service as the night goes on. In the center of the room there are some high tables as well as a bar and of course the DJ. The line here can get very long, no exaggeration. The earlier you arrive, the better. If you show up at 10pm you will wait. You've been warned. The drinks are good and the bar is cute. Pricing is average as far as bars go. I wouldn't say there is anything spectacular about Lost & Found on a typical night, but it's is pretty trendy and popular with the younger generation. On Sunday's they offer a free brunch and a DJ spinning. I hope to make it in on a Sunday soon. Occasionally they have well-known guest DJs here too. Parking in the area is difficult in general, it's probably easier to Uber.

Jasmine P.

Yelp
This place is so much better in the day time. Once it gets dark I just leave. The music is corny. They need better DJs. This place is FILLED with very young people. Which is fine, so do not come if you're 25 and older. Other than that, vibe is pretty chill and copacetic. I feel like once it gets dark it turns into a rave. Which again is fine, if you're 24 and younger. It's perfect for students and larger group of friends to attend.

Megan P.

Yelp
This place is cute. It's a lounge area. Some friends and I went here after brunch. And this place wasn't busy. They have a full bar and they were able to make any drink. They have a drink where they place a smoke bubble on your drink and it pops. It's a nice effect. This place is great for pictures they have many backdrops around the place to take pictures in it cute.

Brian C.

Yelp
Loved the drinks and the music was spot on. PB & Caffeine martini was my favorite drink of the night. We arrived early and it took some time for the crowd to build up, which was perfect for my group. No food at this place but there was a Charlotte Halal Guys food truck nearby that was excellent.

Amanda A.

Yelp
We arrived with a large group of ladies at 10:00. We got through security with no problems. Security was very thorough, there were plenty of staff, there were girls walking around with lights, it would have been more beneficial if they were behind the bar making drinks because the bartenders seemed to get backed up around 11. I would love to have a job carrying around lights but that is not my journey nor my passion. Getting a drink quicker would have been great. The music was great, fun vibe, cute decor. We were having a great time out on the patio when an altercation broke out in the parking lot, male was apprehended. There had been two police officers in the parking lot and im not sure what they were doing except talking to women and smoking their jul pods or vape not sure. At that point they called for backup immediately around 15 officers showed up, some of them looked like they were in middle school, and they definitely escalated the situation and made it worse. Then the helicopter showed up?????? At that point we decided to call an uber and vacate the premise. So if you love cops and violence and just tension for no reason and waiting in long lines for drinks this is the place to be. Cheers.

Ally L.

Yelp
Lost and Found used to be my go to place on a Friday & Saturday night. But recently the BOUNCERS have done things that have made me not want to go back. There is a bouncer always by the entrance checking ID's -- He has two braids and black glasses and he picks and chooses when to let me in.... I recently lost my current ID so i've been using my old expired one because it's all I have ( and no i will not carrying my passport around ) He has denied me twice with the expired ID but has let me in multiple times with it as well. I tried explaining to him that I've been here multiple times and I'm even friends with one of the bouncers. He gives you nothing but attitude and treats you like sh*t. I work non-stop and I don't have time for get a current ID right now and it's fine if he's going to deny me but don't pick and chose when to ... I get all dressed up expecting to be let in and then you turn me away. Also the drinks are pretty expensive so spend wisely :)

Dameion S.

Yelp
Good Vibes ok music good drinks nice spot for pre game before heading out for the night

Victoria M.

Yelp
I love this space SO much. It has the cutest vibe, good music, great bartenders. But, they really out did themselves with making a Bachelor night on Monday's. Bachelor playing on the speakers and showing on all TV's, half priced bottle of wine, they provide chocolates, popcorn, blankets and had candles lit on every table.. legit the best idea and was SO cozy. Mike F. & Phillip made sure every table was comfortable and kept glasses full. Another good thing, they let our dog in and it just felt so homey. LOVE this place.

Erika F.

Yelp
I went to Lost & Found on a Saturday night and it was packed (and free). I was initially surprised at how relaxed the security was. They did not check me at all - I suspect this may change in the future. I parked across the street, so it was free for me. The venue is a good size, decor is more on the feminine side, and the drinks were basic. The bartenders were pretty light-handed. I appreciated the mini bar they had by the entrance to avoid having to tackle the main bar. This place would be great to host private events like art shows, gala, etc. There was a mix crowd and the music was.... not my forte. The DJ played EDM all night. That really killed the vibe for me. I'm not sure if that DJ is there every Saturday night or just that day I went. So if you're looking for hip hop, danceable music, beware you may not get it here.

Lena R.

Yelp
If you want to go just for the aesthetic it's definitely a gorgeous place, but it's got a lot of room for improvement. First off, it's a pretty small place without much seating, a lot of standing by the bar or the few tables already being crowded, so expect to stand. They do have an outdoor fire pit area, but I went on a rainy day, so the crowd wasn't making use of it. You can't make any requests at the DJ booth which isn't a deal breaker, but it would be nice to hear some variety. I bought 2 cocktails, one for me and one for my friend, which came out to $22, so the drinks are a bit more expensive than most places around here, but I could excuse that if they were actually strong, they did taste good, but I can drink juice anywhere without paying $11 for a glass. Also you have to pay for parking, which isn't uncommon in Charlotte, just keep that in mind when you visit. On the positive end, security and staff were extremely nice and helpful and again the place has a nice theme.

Saint M.

Yelp
Wonderful place. Beautiful staff and good music. Safe environment. Would definitely recommend

Sandra V.

Yelp
Worst customer service ever. I have given this place a chance time and time again and every time I have gotten disrespected either by being ignored or I'm treated like a drunk person when it's not even the case. The last straw was when I asked the bouncer, after having been waiting in line for 35 minutes, how much longer the wait was and if I could speak to a manger or owner who had already told us he was getting us in. As soon as me and my friends stepped out of the line to go to another place the bouncer let like 12 people inside, after telling us that is was going to be a while longer because they needed to let the VIP's in first. The bouncers working there belittle customers and for what? Honestly keep your crappy service and poor quality drinks y'all are not worth the anger and disrespect you give out. What's crazy is that they were "following guidelines" because they had two cops standing outside their facility.

Diamond G.

Yelp
This establishment obviously doesn't like black people. A white bar tender (who was off the clock apparently) told security that I pushed her down. Not only did 6 security guards come find me in the women's bathroom BUT they told me that because SHE (a white girl) said it, it happened, even though I told all of them I did not know her and I had to leave. I'll never visit this establishment again and if you're of color and/or don't work here, I wouldn't either. First and last time.

Nikki T.

Yelp
This is the worst bar I've ever been to in my life. The whole staff is rude, I would not recommend wasting your time

Ariel D.

Yelp
Awesome place! Great staff and the djs are all very talented. Also they are Lgbtq+ friendly. It's important for the lgbtq+ community to feel safe and be able to have fun out in charlotte. Lost & Found is intentionally one of those places and this doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you!

Cory W.

Yelp
When I heard a new nightlife spot had opened I was very excited as we've desperately needed more variety in that department for a while now. So as I do with everything I did a little research on this place, checking out pics and drink menus before I dared to tackle Southend on a Friday. The drink menu sounded very promising but all the instagrammy pictures left me still wondering what this place was about. I arrived later than I wanted and was faced with a line.. no big deal, it was relatively painless aside from the group of bro's behind me literally yelling their conversation for no good reason. The girl at the door was smiley and friendly but the space...you can tell the designer had one mission in mind when creating this place: "GET GIRLS TO TAKE SELFIES HERE" and while that's great for getting the word out it does ZERO for creating a good vibe. This "lounge" was filled to the brim with people just standing trying to look cool. The light from all the TVs and the neons around the place lit it up like a Christmas tree. Not a good look for a club like atmosphere. They had a DJ but the music (to me) was awful. No one seemed to be dancing either. It should be noted too that they do not serve their cocktails after 9/10 on weekends so I never got to try one of the drinks I was looking forward to. I will likely check this place out one more time on a weekday but as far as weekends go, unless they get a good DJ in, count me out.

Cicely G.

Yelp
I went to Lost and Found with three friends on New Year's day. We enjoyed ourselves while we were there. The music and drinks were good! I tipped $10 but the tip amount was increased to $20. For that reason, I do not recommend.

Sasha P.

Yelp
Was looking to get a table last minute for a group of friends and they were very quick to respond! The staff is very friendly and accommodating!

Cory L.

Yelp
Shady scary place. I've been in Charlotte for 20 years and I've never felt so threatened at any establishment as I did here. I tried to call and speak with the owner about an incident this weekend but you can't seem to get in touch with anyone who's actually "In charge" Someone did answer the phone..didn't sound very coherent (they said "yeah hey who's this") I asked to speak to the owner..and then they hung up. PS I have it recorded. Good luck. Seems like a very young crazy crowd running this place. I will never ever be back and will advise all my people in Charlotte and surrounding area to steer clear.

Daniel H.

Yelp
Very nice and trendy (eclectic) place located on the south side of Charlotte. Interesting and vibrant decor, beautiful bar area, table-seating and an outside patio area with flame tables and heaters to make those chilly nights bearable. Quite the young crowd here --- we stopped in for a drink before dinner at the establishment across the street and I (we) were definitely the far end of the age scale for patrons. Prices are average (three drinks for $28) for the venue-type and area. Very comfortable seating. Makes me wish I was a Millennial of Gen-Y. LOL. I'd come back, find a nice quiet corner so as not to unsettle the younger crowd and enjoy the evening.

Destine M.

Yelp
Security fought us for asking for a sound request, DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Police didn't don anything as well...

Mila H.

Yelp
Really cute bar in South End. If you want a chill night and to catch up with friends and have a tasty creation by the mixologist arrive before 9p. If it's a night out and you want to mix and mingle and wear that cute new pair of heels or dress, come after 10p. Definitely worth a visit! like many Charlotte venues it's inviting and crosses many age groups and demographics, which is cool . I enjoyed the Flower Child cocktail served chill by cool bartender, Mike.

Jasmine W.

Yelp
I waited a couple of months to go to Lost and Found since I've always heard about it being crazy packed and I'm not a fan of lines. I attended one Sunday after brunch with some friends and the vibe was good. It was pretty packed but we still were able to get drinks pretty fast and find somewhere to post up. The area is not that large and had the weather not been so good I wouldn't have stayed long but it's definitely worth checking out on a nice day!

Courtney B.

Yelp
Came for a girls night. No website and very hard to get someone in the hmmmm the phone. Ended up asking a question via google and got someone to begin email correspondence...kind of annoying when just trying to make a table reservation. The space is really visually appealing and geared towards females. It turns into a clubby atmosphere after 9:30pm. The whole "table minimum" thing is kind of annoying bc unless you have a big group then it would be stupid to pay for that ESPECIALLY since they have no food menu to help you meet it. I was informed that they allow you to bring food or DoorDash etc. food to your table (however that won't help you meet that hefty table minimum...We were told that the large tables have a $750 min and the small tables have a $350 min) All in all, I'd definitely visit again but I'd have try and round up a large group to make it all make sense.

Antonia L.

Yelp
I went here on a Saturday night with friends and I am so impressed with the look of the place and the service! I order A cocktail called "not so bland" and it was STRONG! Definitely got the buzz I needed from that cocktail! I wouldn't recommend more than 2 of those or you'll be Out (drunk)

JH M.

Yelp
this place is the worst in all charlotte, its just a group of people who make you wait outside with the excuse that it is at the capacity limit, when people keep passing it is reservations, in the end it is not a place that needs a reservation , once inside the service is the worst, it is not worth waiting to enter this place, it is rubbish, once inside the service is mediocre and nobody has fun, they only boast of reserved tables. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT TO HAVE FUN IN CHARLOTTE!!!

Matt M.

Yelp
Owner got mad bc I said the dj wasn't good while standing at the bar. And threatened to kick me out? Laughable! So I left bc why pay business to that type of establishment... but How insecure are you as a owner and a person if you want to kick people out who don't dance to music that your dj plays? Grateful for options and opinions. Will never support this establishment again. If you are a new comer, make sure you do everything Simon says and dance to every song played or the dj and owner will take it personal.

Mary M.

Yelp
Lost is always a great time. The chill daytime vibe is amazing with their dog-friendly patio and beautiful decor. The lively nighttime vibe is such a fun place to celebrate a birthday or just listen to some of the best local DJs and drink with friends. Whether you show up in sweatpants or your best dress and heels, you will feel invited and welcome at Lost. Super pumped for the owner Orlando to expand his expertise and talent with the opening of his new club, Broken Promises.

Yelp
Charlotte Nightlife has so many little gems!!! Lost and Found may just be my new favorite spot. The drinks were amazing and the severs were really nice. Grab some friends and head over to sit out on the patio by the fire pits. The atmosphere is fun and enjoyable!!

Yelp
Cute and modern spot. Bartenders were nice and the decor is very chíc. Perfect place to meet the girls to hangout for a good drink, or to watch The Bachelor (they go all out for that)

Yelp
Worst place to hang out. Bouncers told my wife to crash and die. Kick my boy out bc he said your pant is to low. It's funny that he's the only person with red hair. Some dude wearing a tank top. Why he didn't say nothing? I was so shock. Never been treated like this before.

Yelp
This place just sucks. Overpriced, isn't that cool, and also doesn't allow women to bring pepper spray within their purse - for no reason at all, they claims it's the"law" - but there's no law for that. I guess maybe they enjoy women being there with no protection. Stay away

Yelp
Charlotte was in dire need of a place like this! It's fun and has an amazing aesthetic. During the day it's laid back and beautiful and at night the Djs play dance music. My one complaint is I wish it was bigger but I bet in time they could be! Cheers to Bethany for the decor and wonderful staff as well.

Yelp
Paid to get in. (No Cover btw). Bartender swiped my card 10 minutes in. If you're going out make sure it's debit those cute tenders wild out here.

Yelp
Visited this place with a group of 11 around 3pm with no reservations. It was referred by a waiter at Ink N Ivery. We had a blast! It's a covered outdoor bar. The bartender was really nice and gave is free shots for by birthday. We did spend a lot of money with 11 ppl. Still Very Courteous!. It got a little crowded at night but there are bars, restaurants and bowling around the corner across the street and down the block. So you have options. Regarding Covid: staff wears mask. They aren't really strict regarding wearing masks. Ppl kept their distance for the most part (we went before it got crowded tho) just be responsible for yourself and know when to leave if it gets crowded ‍

Yelp
I'm a bartender and knows who sits at my bar, who has been served, and when new customers arrive. The service here SUCKS. There were three bartenders that night, and it was a slow evening. Not a single bartender greeted me. One girl with brown wavy hair kept walking by me so I said what's up to her. She looked shocked and a bit dumbfounded that I, the potential customer, greeted her. Lmfao! I told her I was checking in on her to make sure she was ok. She walked away confused. To the owner- I'm sure your bartenders do not hold the power on picking and choosing who to serve and whose $$$ to take. Do train your bartenders on what great customer service is, and what it looks and feels like. And to that bartender- respect, a good attitude, and common decency in your role as a bartender will serve the lounge you work at and the public a little better. I won't rid this place due to this bad experience, but I know crappy bartenders when I experience them. And this is based on the three bartenders on this slow night- I'm sure there are better bartenders out of the whole crew, or at least one for sure (someone I know and who referred me to the lounge). But all three of them sucked this one night- pretty tragic for a first impression.
