I've been shopping at Lost & Found for five years now. It all started with a photo of Steven Yeun in GQ magazine, wearing the infamous pair of Alden Indys. Curious about how to get them, I did a quick Google search and discovered that the only Canadian stockist was this store. What started with one pair of Aldens quickly turned into picking up another. Then came a pair of Vibergs. Soon after, I discovered the store’s carefully curated brand list. My favorite? The Real McCoy’s. What I really love about the shop is its ethos. The focus isn’t on trends, but on timeless, classic pieces that stand the test of time—and last a lifetime. Whether it’s a pair of shell cordovan boots that develop a beautiful patina, a leather jacket that molds to the contours of your body, raw denim that fades and creases with character, or a well-constructed pair of trousers using production methods from a bygone era—everything I’ve picked up here is just as amazing on Day 1 as it is years later. Although I’ve never walked into the store in person—all my shopping has been done online—it’s still one of the most personalized retail experiences I’ve ever had. The owner, Jonathan, personally responds to all email inquiries, including any sizing questions I’ve had. He’ll even send additional photos to show exact colorways or special-order items if needed. Packages arrive with handwritten notes, adding a thoughtful touch. And on the rare occasion something doesn’t work out due to fit or style, the return process is completely hassle-free. He’s always happy to take something back if you’re not satisfied. The store’s philosophy of “Let’s Be Pals” couldn’t be more accurate. Every time I shop here, I feel more like a returning friend than just a customer.

I buy all my new clothes here — it’s my go-to spot. The quality is always top-notch, and the value matches it. The staff are super helpful and make shopping easy. Prices might feel a little high at first, but everything they sell is built to last, so it’s absolutely worth it

I ordered some men’s Nike Air Max Plus bleached Aqua 2.0 (DM0032-102). I live in Aus and they’re not released here yet, so I was a little nervous ordering online, but glad I did. The shipping was very prompt and came a week early. The shoes are in great condition and also received a nice written note from Lee. Great store I would recommend checking them out 💯💯

Not sure why the workers here ignore everyone in the store. I only saw one employee acknowledge a customer and it was only because she was telling him he needed to put his drink on a coaster if he wanted to be in the store. Based on other feedback here I think the employees could use some customer service training.

Came in looking for new summer clothes. The selection was okay but the service wasn’t very good. Erin pulled a few shirts for me but was very distracted on his phone.

I purchased a shirt from their store. I was hot so i asked the tall asian male worker wearing black if i could change into the shirt in their change room after purchase. He gave me a look and said no. He didn’t tell me why, or sorry, just “no”. I felt unwelcome. I don’t wish anyone else to feel belittled by him.

First experience was in-store about one year ago. Fung helped fit me for my first Aldens (great call on the Shell Cordovan). Knew then I’d be purchasing again. Being from Winnipeg, online it was. Have purchased another pair of Aldens and about a half dozen or so Gitman shirts over the course of the past few months. The online experience has been easy and, most importantly, extremely consistent. A big thank you to Jonathan for: A) Helping me get an order shipped and delivered to me this week before I travelled for work. B) Having a beautiful store with a really unparalleled selection of menswear. Have a day or two planned around a work trip to Toronto again in September. Very excited to head to the store again. Until then, more online purchases to come. A special thank you to the crew at their Shipping Dept! Very prompt, FedEx shipping (a big factor in their consistency), and thoughtful handwritten notes to boot. Appreciate you all!

Ive bought online and maybe I should have just stuck to that. I've tried shopping three times in person and have gotten zero customer service. If you have 4 staff members and two customers maybe pay attention to them instead of taking among yourselves. I was interested in a pair of CDG Junya W jeans and you think that by asking to try them on it was like asking for the world . Basically I felt ignored and tried them on to be polite. One doesn't need to be waited on hand and foot BUT saying hello or if you see a customer looking over items at least make yourself available. I like the brands they carry but I'll just buy them from Standard and Strange in NYC as they offer better customer service .

This is far and away the best men's clothing store I have ever dealt with. They have a wonderfully curated selection of items for sale and their customer service is top notch. So far I have only dealt with them online, but the service I received from Jonathan was absolutely amazing. I was having trouble deciding between several items, but Jonathan asked me a few questions and was able to help me decide. When the stuff arrived, he was totally right. I am so happy to have received his advice. From now on, I only want to shop at Lost and Found. Thank you so much, I can't wait to place my next order. Update: I was in Toronto for a wedding and had some time to go visit them in person. They are in a great location, the store is well organized, and the staff is friendly and passionate about fashion. I had a great conversation about the brands they stock and why they choose them, which only further reinforced my opinion that this is the best men's store in Canada. But the best part was this: I bought a sweater (among other things) and was about to pay for it when I noticed a thread coming loose. To my amazement, their team was able to repair the garment while I waited. Not only do they stock the best clothing, they also provide excellent support. The sweater has been great ever since and survived several trips through the wash. Thanks for the perfect repair job! Next time please teach me how to do that :)

I have to say...by far....the best customer service I've ever received!!! Period! I placed an order online for pickup and the lovely lady not only knew who I was when I called, but when I went to pick it up, along with the product, I was given a personalized card!!! Nobody does that these days! Nobody! Guess y'all got a customer 4 Life!!! Merci!!!

Certainly the best menswear store in Toronto and one of the best in North America. An amazing selection of well known and lesser known brands, with the best people and atmosphere. National Athletic Goods FTW!

Awesome store with several brands than can not be found anywhere else. Equally awesome is the staff, especially John and Chris. Would highly recommend this store if you are looking for high quality streetwear, especially gear that every Tom, Dick and Harry isn't wearing.

a great store away from hipster central. you get the well known brands and some not so well known which in my opinion is better. who the hell wants to wear something that others are wearing as well? the prices are right on point too. i saw a jacket that was like $50 cheaper than this upscale store in the yorkville area. a very relaxed atmosphere, no pushy sales staff. lost and found tries very hard to stock up on good and lesser known brands that no one has. support entrepreneurship people!!! check this joint out.

superb customer service and fair pricing. called store to inquire about viberg collab, they explained the sizing and shoe details in depth. shipping was super fast to the states, emails to staff answered in timely manner. called the store again to thank them and they remembered me. staff very friendly and knowledgeable about products. a excellent shopping experience.
