Lots of fun, great food and a super chill vibe: hopped in for trivia night on Thursday and it just happened to be an Ale 8 sampling of PawPaw their newest flavor. Our waitress was friendly and recommended a couple of items, which we got and loved! They had a birthday shot with a sparkler and some very nice concoctions.

Karen Newland

Google
Our server, Camille, was absolutely amazing! She brought such fun energy to our table and went above and beyond to make sure my sister's birthday celebration was unforgettable. Friendly, attentive, and full of personality — she truly made the night special!

Google
We had a great Sunday night sunset at the Lost Palm. Drinks were fun and delicious. We found the tacos too spicy to eat, and I was with some people that like some spice. Service was flawless, Margo was attentive and kept us updated when waiting on a bottle to be brought up from somewhere else for a drink we had ordered. She was great managing the upstairs bar amid Karaoke.

Sidney B

Google
Lovely drinks and great small plates! It’s a cool spot that felt like the vibe was getting higher energy as the night went on. My only complaint was that before it got packed, the table behind us was empty so a ton of people were constantly lining up to take photos in the spot. I totally get people want a cute rooftop bar photo, it was just so frequent and such big groups waiting all around our table to take pictures that it killed the vibe a bit. Probably just me being picky and like I said - it was getting much busier around when we left and when that table was filled it ended the line of photos!

Meredith Turk

Google
The vibe of this venue is warm, tropical, comfortable & stylish! Our server was excellent, and tapas was delicious. Cocktails were exceptional! The view of the city is unmatched for a Lexington rooftop bar. The hotel is a dream - rich in color & traditional Kentucky themes. Can't wait to return!

We only had drinks but Brandon, our fabulous server really took care of us! He was friendly and had great conversations with us! The drinks were great as well!

Google
A really fun bar on the roof of the Manchester. The feel of the bar was outstanding, food was good, but they need to work on the staff and the bartending. No issue with the quality of the offerings, but the staff was a bit lost on how to use them

Google
Gorgeous views, great food, and an excellent atmosphere! We had Brandon as a server and he went above and beyond to make it the best experience possible! Will definitely come again soon!

Yelp
SUPER CUTE ROOFTOP. This is where you go with your crew to dress cute, sip on tropical cocktails and take a bunch of pictures. It's giving, Tulum/ Tropical Vaca Vibes. Drinks are $money$ & yummy but you're really just paying for the ambiance. Tbh prices are standard for being on top of a fancy hotel so that goes for the food too. Foods fine, I personally would rather just stumble down a few inches down the street and grab a pizza. I took off a star for the diva at the host stand that told us we needed a reservation to get on this empty roof. I'm in the service industry, I understand. But dude, the place isn't crackin' and we just an a drink and post on IG so we can be on our way. --Thank you for letting us do that.

Yelp
I love all the fun events at Lost Palm! I recently attended trivia and it was a GREAT experience with a variety of questions. The food was amazing and my drinks were STRONG. My favorite was the Pink Pony and the Key Lime martini (can't remember the name... as I said, the drinks were strong!). Love the decor - Miami meets Horse Country and worthy of our own season of White Lotus! Staff was on top of it even when busy, and overall, a great night with friends!

Yelp
Back to Lost Farm, this time with friends. We sat on the rooftop deck. I love the place itself, but there are negatives, at least for me. Super crowded and loud. When the music started you couldn't have a conversation, and the floor actually vibrated. I recommend going weeknights. There's no free parking unless you're lucky enough to get a spot on a side street. Otherwise, it's valet or the lot across the street from the hotel. The lot is relatively small. You pay with QR code according to how long you plan to be there. I got the last parking spot. Just to be safe, I paid $10. for 3-6 hours. I had the cod cakes which came with a nice salad, a good sized appetizer. Waiter was very attentive. Tip --- skip weekends. 73

Yelp
What a hidden gem! This rooftop restaurant is located inside the Manchester hotel. You do not have to be a guest of the hotel and there's a special elevator that takes you straight to the roof. The parking was a little confusing because it was valet only so I'm not sure if that was just for guest or for anyone. And I don't know how much the valet cost. I opted to park across the street and it cost me around $10 for three hours of parking. You'll find a drink menu and light appetizers at this establishment. The appetizer though are pretty hearty and very filling. Beef empanadas are delicious. I tried the pink pony, Drake, and with the hibiscus and tequila. It was very refreshing and delicious. It seems every Thursday night they do trivia and we had a great time.

Yelp
Drinks, ambiance, and service was amazing!! Even the valet was super sweet. There wasn't a single thing on the menu I didn't like.

Yelp
Fun food choices, small plates/sharable. Friendly staff. Great views and atmosphere. Excellent views of the city. Fantastic cocktails.
google avatar

Lydia C.

Yelp
Really fun rooftop bar with lots of neat decor (the ultimate tiki bar vibes with the rattan and colors). Cocktails were absolutely amazing, they have a lot of unique flavors and drinks. Food was pretty solid, but the vegan options were not the greatest when they got colder. Service was great, it does get VERY loud on event nights.

Yelp
Severe disappointment. Don't even try to go here without a reservation because apparently you need one to sit down ANYWHERE. Coffee table? Reserved. High top? Reserved. Standing? Yelled at to sit down. The hostess was an atrocious mess telling me that my open table reservation would MAYBE work? I asked her why it wouldn't and she just kept telling me to try? What does that mean? This place is just trying to keep people out. At $15 a drink or more you think you'd prioritize customer service. We went to the distillery district instead. Avoid!! Spend money elsewhere!!

Yelp
Romantic, fun tropical vibe. Drink menu might be on the fruity side, but do know they serve regular drinks as well. Food menu is very limited but the few things we had were quite good. I was sorry they were out of the jerk chicken lollipops cause I really wanted to try them. Two of shared the Crab Dip with Plantain Chips, the Papas Fritas, the Cubano and Tres Leches cake. All were really good! Wise to make reservations! We chose to sit inside, but went outside for sunset and another drink. Service was terrific. Very much enjoyed our time at this rooftop bar of the gorgeous Manchester Hotel.

Yelp
It was very good! What a beautiful view and the vibe was posh yet relaxed. They sat us at a little two top on the corner of the balcony but it was super wobbly so they later moved us to one of the little cabana lounger things along the side of the balcony. The food was deeeeeelish!! We got the lamb tostados, shrimp empanadas, mushroom tacos, and guacamole. Everything was so good. The sauces were fantastic; so much flavor in the hot sauces and they weren't afraid to make them spicy. The shrimp empanadas were fantastic, perfectly baked crusts. The mushroom tacos were very surprising. We tried them because they sounded interesting. You could taste the wood smoke in the mushrooms. The cocktails were fantastic. Delicious, refreshing, and fun. Great experience, will definitely be going back soon!
google avatar

Dawn G.

Yelp
This is a cute little rooftop restaurant. There is an outdoor patio but there is also indoor seating. The empanadas were yummy. The drinks were strong and flavorful. It started drizzling while we were on the rooftop but our server was so nice we were able to move to the cabana. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and the drinks.

Cleo J.

Yelp
Great Atmosphere and Ambience. Food needs improving. Hostess had problems with seating. This restaurant probably should not have been participating in restaurant week. One and Done

Andrea C.

Yelp
The venue is very chic, I had gone in the past and wasn't huge about the menu, but this time around they switched it up and I really enjoyed dinner, I ordered the arepas and they where delish.
google avatar

Drew G.

Yelp
The atmosphere was absolutely amazing! I feel like we are on vacation and we live here. The rooftop is incredible and we loved plants everywhere. We had cocktails which were super expensive ($18 each) and we loved the Jerk Chicken Lollipops! Can't wait to come back. They even had a giant portable tv that they brought out for college football.
google avatar

Elliott F.

Yelp
Hands down the best rooftop bar experience available in Lexington. It's like being in a different state, and not simply just having an open air bar patio. Drinks were top notch, service was quick and efficient for such a busy Friday night, and had a blast. I greatly look forward to trying out the ground floor Granddam for the full experience. No wonder they're doing so well!

Yelp
I went to the Lost Palm for my first time last evening and it did not disappoint! I live in Chicago but went to school at UK and have heard great things about Lost Palm but never got to go until now. When we got off the elevator, we were greeted by beautiful colors and friendly staff. We did not have a reservation but were told we could grab a drink at the bar and sit at an open table on the patio (until a reservation needed it). This honestly worked perfectly for us as all we wanted was a quick drink and that was all. I ordered the Blinkers On and my friend opted for the Baby Bird (non-alcoholic) and both of us raved about our drinks. Not only were they tasty, but also very cute too! I cannot write this review without noting how absolutely awesome the staff is - they are energetic, so kind and welcoming, and truly so much fun to interact with. I cannot recommend Lost Palm enough to anyone looking for pre-dinner drinks or some fun apps and drinks with girlfriends or for a date night! Thank you, Lost Palm, for an absolutely fantastic first experience - I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Lex!

Yelp
Super fun place for a girls night out for a drink or two. My friend and I went and we made reservations for the two of us for some cocktails. We got sat outside which was nice, but we were directly next to the DJ who was playing good music but we didn't want it blasting in our ears while we were trying to have a conversation with each other. The drinks are out of the world expensive, BUT they are good, just way too pricey for the amount you get. We didn't get any food because two drinks each plus tip we spent about $40 each- which is a little insane. There's no free parking anywhere just be aware of that- not an issue but just something to be aware of. Our waitress seemed super stressed and disappeared on us for quite some time while tending to bigger groups which is not her fault by any means- she was so cute and very sweet. Overall, it was a fun experience, but I don't think I'll be coming back any time soon.

Christine H.

Yelp
Not our cup of tea. This place had (in my opinion) expensive, not tasty drinks. The vibe is cute and very calm though. Lots of ladies enjoying drinks after work. We opted to not get food based on the options. The staff was polite.

Yelp
SUCH A BUMMER. I should have read reviews so I would have been prepared to have a hassle about seating. We arrived at 4pm AND WERE THE ONLY PATRONS THERE. And yet, with a reservation, the very smug, very young hostess tried to seat us next to the bathroom rather than at any other table. We asked for another table and she said she would have to ask someone. I think this happened because we might not be the target demographic as we are in our late 50s. We noticed this repeat over the next hour with other people who looked our age. Each of those patrons ignored her and sat where they wanted as did we eventually. As for the menu, our server made many excuses for it's limitations (why?) but we knew what to expect and didn't plan to order food. I ordered the best Mai Tai I've ever had- just perfect; superb. So good I had 2. One friend ordered a Negroni UP but it arrived on the rocks. The server didn't know what potato vodka they had (apparently none!) though she did catch the Negroni on the rocks- after it was delivered- and had it properly re-made. The most egregious service error was when one of our party ordered "trust your bartender, go off menu" and they brought him a drink STRAIGHT FROM THE MENU. WHAT?! Obviously he wanted something else. The server admitted she chose a menu drink for him. It was bizarre. The place is nice, the patio is lovely. It's just the people that make it so we'll not go back. And weirdly, it never got too busy during the couple hours we were there- mostly people our age (you know, the people that can afford multiple $18 drinks). When we left, we noticed the lobby bar in the Manchester was packed- probably because they all heard how irritating (and ageist) the Lost Palm is. Cool matches though.

Yelp
Called an hour before our reservation to cancel because of weather and they offered us "stand up" or sit on a couch downstairs (we are a little past Charlie Browns). Zoey the manager was exceptionally condescending and rude. This place won't last due to the staff.

Ben S.

Yelp
We walked in just randomly to finally check the place out now that the hype has kinda dropped for the hotel opening. Had a couple drinks, got a couple plates and had a fun time sitting outside on the gigantic rooftop area. The place is really cool looking, a very solid vibe for what it's going for with the 60s Florida race-track set up, and the small bits also complimented. We did the Cubano - which was solid and the chicken lollipops, which were quite spicy but not bad at all. Drinks were decent overall as well. Service was good, it was slow enough that we got a lot of attention and our waitress was chill. For a hotel bar, it's solid and something Lexington certainly is lacking.

Yelp
We made a reservation here for inside and once we got there promptly ordered. It took about an hour to get our food. Our waitress came over and said they "thought they ran out of the chicken for the tacos but found some and are now making it fresh for us" But we also ordered chips and queso that had not come out yet which makes us think our order wasn't put in. Then after we finally get our food we are eating for about 30 minutes and our waitress comes back and said "hey guys there is a 15 top coming in would you guys care to be moved outside?" We specifically booked inside for a reason. We moved to be nice and she just never brought our food from the previous table to our new one. We just wanted to leave at that point but it still took an additional 25 minutes for us to get the bill. We still tipped 20%. I was REALLY excited about going to lost palm I've been looking forward to it for a while. Safe to say I don't think I'll be back because I can't support the way they treat their customers.

Yelp
This place is so cute. It definitely feels like a visit to Florida. From the plates to the glassware to the decor, it's adorable. Service was quick and friendly. We didn't have a reservation and they kind of made us feel awkward about that. So I recommend making a reservation. The drink menu is tropical and fun. The food selection is limited but it all looked good. But it's all pricey $16-18 for a cocktail and food was like $16-22 for small plates. It's definitely a cocktail bar and not a full on restaurant.
google avatar

Courtney J.

Yelp
The ahi tuna was - wasn't a fan of my drink at all, but can't remember what it was called. You're more here for the atmosphere than anything.

Shawn M.

Yelp
Rooftop bar with limited food. Mostly appetizers. Drinks were tasty, but in my opinion, overpriced for the serving sizes. Service staff was attentive and friendly.
google avatar

Kristin W.

Yelp
Lovely cocktails and vibe! Can't wait to return and try the appetizers. Friendly staff.
google avatar

Bailey D.

Yelp
We love the vibes here. If you're a tequila/mezcal fan like myself, they have a beautiful variety of cocktails for you! It's been easier for us to make a reservation when we want to go. Bonus: the incredible monkey wallpaper in the restrooms.
google avatar

Nicki H.

Yelp
Such a fun and unique rooftop spot to come grab some drinks and apps with friends! Servers and hostesses are all so kind and helpful in picking something off of the menu. Make sure to grab a reservation to ensure you can get a table, because this has been a popular packed spot since opening! If you're getting drinks, make sure to try the Flamingo Sketches or the Buy the Race! Both so delicious! Definitely check this spot out!

Yelp
My reaction to Lost Palm was listen to the reviews. The vibes and aesthetics of the bar were absolutely great there's no doubt about it. The decorations, lighting, table wear all of it is beautiful. I would recommend if you're into a vibey bar but outside the aesthetics I wouldn't be back. The food was good but nowhere near worth the price. The drinks were too sweet and priced at $15-$18 it's not what I was expecting. When we got there it was decently busy but quickly cleared out and yet the service was spotty. I looked up all the pricing up before hand so I knew what I would be paying for but expected it to be better quality and service. If this was in a bigger city with a more prominent bar scene I would understand the pricing but for Lexington it was a bit high. So if you're going for the looks and don't care about the prices then I would say go and experience it, but otherwise I would pass.

George L.

Yelp
The service was horrible, we waited to sit had a reservation we were not allowed to sit outside however the following party asked to be seated outside with an indoor reservation and they were allowed to go outside. Asked for an espresso martini they said I had to go downstairs to get it myself. They couldn't get it cause they are to busy. The appetizers took over 45 minutes ended up cancelling it. Unsure why service is so bad it was a bar only thing being serviced was drinks mainly. The ambiance was ok very loud inside no music for a Miami theme place would expect the music to fit. The tequila cocktail I ordered was not great. Not my favorite place in Lexington

Yelp
New rooftop lounge with lots of kinks to work out. For starters, we called ahead and let them know that we just wanted to have a cocktail at the bar. They reassured there would not be a need for a reservation. We arrived and the person checking us in told us it was an hour wait even if we wanted to just stand at the bar because they were "overwhelmed". After waiting an hour and 20 minutes in the main lounge downstairs, I checked back in with the hostess who obviously had forgotten to notify us when it was time for our reservation. She immediately sent us upstairs after being reminded by me checking back in . When we finally got upstairs they were not overwhelmed with many open tables. There was a high employee to guest ratio in addition but there was so much chatter among the employees we had trouble hearing ourselves. I ordered a drink and they informed me they no longer had that drink... since we had had to wait so long they no longer had the ingredients for the drink. If you're thinking about going here, maybe give it a few months. The drinks were not that great. hopefully with time they will get the bartenders trained up and work out all the kinks.

Valerie V.

Yelp
All in all listen to the review. Came home with the leftovers and 20 minutes later decided to open up my box. This is what I saw. The am since is okay but from the chairs that have everyone a hunched back, to the salmonella served on the side (yes salmonella), your better off making your dinner at home. Lexington has disappointed yet again.

Michael P.

Yelp
We were the only reservation, and were given the table by the restroom... not the city view... The restaurant was practically empty and reminded me of a Disney theme park. The waiters were in matching pink polos and khakis. Would not recommend. Overpriced for the amount of food you received.

Zak L.

Yelp
Where to start. First, parking is very limited. The lot across the street seems to change rates (it was a basketball night) and we were forced to pay 11 bucks for 12 hours (to visit a cocktail bar). The drinks themselves were more sugar water than booze (and at a NYC price point). The chicken lollipops, which we got comped, came out cold - turns out they just "warm it up" and don't actually make dishes to order. On top of it all, the music was ridiculous... the so-called DJ (at 8 pm!) was just blasting the Men in Black theme song for no apparent reason. And a cocktail napkin (we weren't given real ones for the food) disintegrated on me and stained my shirt black. Honestly, avoid the hassle and just go to Ona.

Yelp
Gorgeous interior design. Great rum selection. Excellent service. Sim to come here when it's less busy.

Megan L.

Yelp
Drinks were wonderful and the vibes were on point! Can't wait to go on a sunny day to enjoy the roof top!

Th T.

Yelp
We made a reservation for dinner at the rooftop restaurant because we had heard about the attractive theme -- and because it was our wedding anniversary. Our parking choices consisted of a pay-lot across a busy rush-hour highway, or valet parking. We chose the latter, though we only stayed a short time. We can't comment on the food. After leaving our car with the valet, we were greeted for dinner by a very casually under-dressed, inexperienced young woman. She awkwardly escorted us to an elevator that was out-of-order, but we eventually reached the nicely decorated rooftop bar and restaurant, though the volume of the music was simply intolerable. We were offered seating outdoors, but the volume of the recorded music was equally loud -- which we mentioned as inconvenient for (expensive) dining and conversation. No effort was made to accommodate us -- not even the slightest pretence of courtesy was extended. We've enjoyed all kinds of eateries -- street food to fine dining -- in major cities throughout the world -- but in this case, both waitstaff and customers were sadly reduced to literally shouting at one another in order to be heard, and this wasn't how we intended to celebrate our anniversary. The employees were either completely disinterested in the situation, or perhaps helpless to change it -- so we just left.

Yelp
The vibe is exactly what you need for a cute girls night out, date night or solo relaxation with a good drink, views and music!

Lyn C.

Yelp
I have given the lost palm 2 tries in the last 3 weeks and I just can't justify it. Just as the other reviews state - the service is awful; the hostess tries to explain the concept of 'reservations' to me as I glanced into a nearly empty restaurant... Really weird and borderline weaponized incompetence. I gave the lost palm one more try, and they closed my bill out for $10 more than what I was charged for cocktails and agreed to for a tip. What a rip off. Customer beware.

Bella M.

Yelp
The place was beautifully decorated but the service was horrible!! The food was not great either. We ordered drinks immediately when we sat down. We ordered food after. By the time our food came, we had still not gotten our drinks. The waitress never addressed the drinks and we had to ask and after that they still took another 15 minutes after we had already been waiting for 45 minutes. We asked for a manger and told him the situation and he just made excuses for them being "understaffed" and didn't apologize either. We asked for them to be taken off the bill, which they did but the server never acknowledged the situation nor did the manager apologize. I have been a server for many years as were the people I was with and we were all shocked by the way they acted.

Stephen O.

Yelp
The food was great! The atmosphere And view were really nice as well. The staff was friendly, and the bar tenders were really chill. I will be going back again.

Molly C.

Yelp
both times I went to lost palm were disappointing. The first time, when we told the hostess that we didn't have a reservation, she told us that there were no open seats at the bar and asked if we still wanted to go. I said yes and when we got up there all the bar seats were open. The next time we did have a reservation but the wait staff still treated us like we weren't supposed to be there. I asked for a table outside and they told me they would let me know- hours later I had asked them a few more times and each time was met with a "I'll let you know" (there were multiple open tables outside). I was so excited to try this place but I left feeling sad

Yelp
Good place to have a drink, terrible place to eat. Some staff need work on treating guests. It took 25 minutes before I had to approach a server for someone to come to our table. That server was friendly, and stepped in because she couldn't find our server either. She brought us drinks and apologized for the wait. Ten minutes later, when my wife and I were ready to order food, we still had not seen our waitress so we asked the host if she knows who our waitress is. The host (short dark haired woman) came back absolutely rude as hell. Told us that our server has been here already (not true) and acted like we were stupid for even asking her that question in the first place. When our server finally came over she was not friendly, but we ordered food, which was not very good. Both kinds of chips (plantain and other chips) taste like they've been sitting out for two weeks, terribly stale. The shrimp ceviche and tuna poke were unimpressive. I think it's a good place to have a drink, enjoy the sunset before a night elsewhere. Just make sure you eat before going.

Ruth J.

Yelp
The decor and atmosphere are amazing. Cocktails and Cubano sandwich were delicious. Fabulous to have a hotel and restaurant with a beautiful rooftop bar.
