20 Best Things To Do in St. Martin

"Private nature reserve Loterie Farm is one of the best places on St. Martin to enjoy the island's rich, forested interior. The reserve has its own zip-lining course amidst a canopy of mango and mahogany trees and is the starting point for the trek to the summit of Pic Paradis. For a more relaxing experience, opt for drinks at the location’s "jungle pool" or a snack at the onsite restaurant." - Travel + Leisure Editors

The 18 Best Saint-Martin Restaurants | Eater

"Loterie Farm is a sexy eco-resort where energetic visitors can hop on ziplines or hike in the tropical hills — but most people flaunt their beach bodies by the Jungle Pool. The kidney-shaped water is refreshed by waterfalls, and ringed by mango trees, variegated vines, chaise longues, and cabanas. The extensive drink menu includes rum punch, passionfruit daiquiris, pina coladas, mojitos, margaritas, and fruity zero-proof creations. The resort’s restaurant also makes everything from salads and burgers to platters filled with beef samosas, barbecue riblets, accra (salt cod fritters), crab-spinach dip, and hummus. Don’t be alarmed if you see giant iguanas on the DJ platform or eating fern fronds next to your cabana. They were here first. Admission is 25 euros per person or 8 euros for a cabana. What a great experience. Just few minutes from Grand Case this hidden treasure will leave you breathless. Fun for kids and adults. We only did the pool all day, but it was enough if you wanna just relax. And yes, that screaming child on 7/11/25 was mine, he had wayyyy too much fun...definitely a must see if you come to the island.

We spent the whole day at the pool area of Loterie Farm and it was absolutely divine. It’s a peaceful, relaxing spot truly a hidden paradise. The atmosphere is calm, the food was delicious, and everything is designed to help you unwind. If you’re looking to relax and disconnect, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Food at the restaurant was good. We have booked a cabanitas and stayed for the whole day. The service we received was very good. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the place is not very good, on the pool area the cabanitas are very dirty from the previous people. Our morning was: families and lounge music. Afternoon was: r&b and canabis smokers. The overall place is visually beautiful and probably a must see in the island.

This attraction offers so many different options. You can hike the train for free and enjoy the amazing view at the top of the mountain. Do wear sturdy shoes and not beach flip-flops. You can pay as you go by dining here (reservations on Open Table) - delicious food but a bit weaker on the cocktail’s alcohol concentrations. You can also lounge by the pool for 25 euros/person (see other rates in my photo). Or lastly, you can partake in zip-lining. In any case, this is a fun place to spend an afternoon at!

The music, food and drinks were really good. Everyone was really nice, the pool is a great temperature. The views are so much better in person.

This is our second time here in Sint Maarten 🇸🇽 and we found this beautiful place 🤩 Definitely will be returning. Just absolutely beautiful and tucked away. Great food and wonderful views with optional pools. Awesome photo ops😍

First off let me start by saying this is a beautiful farm in a very lush, well maintained location with several options to stay and play all day in the pool area, bar and restaurant, or adventuring. There is a fee for the use of the grounds depending on your choice of activity. We were excited to try zip-lining but didn’t realize there were two different versions, and the chairlift to the peak wasn’t visible from the starting area. A short informational video for visitors would be helpful. Instead, we opted for the hike to Pic Paradis. Cost was $10/person. It was a rewarding but challenging trek—steep and quite rocky in sections—so proper footwear is essential. There is an alternate route that’s less strenuous, or you can drive most of the way up. Our group was fit and looking for a workout, and we were rewarded with stunning views of the island and the lush, shaded canopy of the trails. A highlight was spotting monkeys on our way down! One critique: While the trail was mostly well-marked, there was no clear signage at the top indicating where to find the Pic Paradis lookout. We and other hikers wandered in different directions before finally locating it. A sign would make a big difference. That said, the lookout was absolutely worth the effort! Breathtaking views of Orient Bay and a refreshing breeze made for a perfect reward. If you plan to hike, be sure to bring water—the round trip is about 2.8 miles, and staying hydrated is a must.

We hiked the trail and every step was worth getting to the top to see the view. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and bring enough water for your hike. They have bamboo walking sticks so make sure to grab one before you begin. Enjoy your adventure!
