"An exciting new entry into Houston’s cocktail scene just called it quits over the weekend. Montrose patio bar Lotti Dotti announced that Friday would be its last day in business. The bar opened in June 2019, serving up colorful carafe-sized drinks, frozen cocktails, and punch bowls along with food like cheeseburgers and charcuterie from former Presidio and Pax Americana chef Adam Dorris. Lotti Dotti boasted tons of outdoor space, moving into the former home of Brooklyn Athletic Club." - Adele Chapin

"Lotti Dotti, a fun new Montrose patio bar boasting plenty of summery drinks, has officially opened its doors. The bar, originally scheduled for an April arrival, announced its June 15 debut at 601 Richmond Avenue on social media over the weekend, and its arrival comes just in time for those scorching summer days. As Eater reported previously, the bar took over the space formerly occupied by the Brooklyn Athletic Club, and will serve up booze from two different outdoor bars. Expect a bounty of frozen cocktails, punch bowls, and carafe-sized drinks, along with a food menu from former Presidio and Pax Americana chef Adam Dorris. Cocktails like margaritas mixed with sotol, blue curacao, and Tajin, are on the menu, along with a bright green libation called the 'Slime in the Ice Machine,' a frozen drink made with tequila, matcha, Brazilian spirit cachaca, and matcha. A bounty of bottled beers will be on offer, along with a list of biodynamic, organic, and natural wines. As far as the food is concerned, Dorris will oversee a menu packed with housemade charcuterie (that’s paired with cheese from Houston Dairymaids) and a towering cheeseburger that will only set diners back $8. During its 'soft opening,' Lotti Dotti was open until 2 a.m. Stay tuned for official operating hours." - Amy McCarthy

Awesome patio bar, a bunch of space to host events and people, outdoor and inside bar. The food my friends have had they loved. Tried the slime in the ice machine, Texas hammer and more. All the cocktails were amazing and they had something for everyone to try. I will definitely be back for more!!! Also an amazing playlist!

Tried this patio bar after reading about it opening. I probably should have understood more of a patio than bar. Not fond of sitting outside in Houston heat, but the fans helped but outdoor AC and/or misters would have improved my countenance. The staff is very friendly and helpful in drink selection and food selection. The wings were not bad, got the lemon pepper wet, they say spicy, but not spicy at all, has a decent mild buffalo lemon pepper sauce. The loaded French fries were good with a really creamy cheese sauce. Got the Montrose mule which was good and another of my group got this drink which was set on fire - so good he got 2. Overall not bad just be prepared for outside seating, but the staff is excellent and the eats are not bad.

Friendly staff, great menu that doesn't feel like typical bar food, and plenty of patio space. Complimentary parking available and there were great fans on the front patio. Drink pictured is Garden Party.
