Mr. Tsering is the most rude and arrogant tourism owner I have ever met. He committed us rooms and later stop picking the calls and cut the calls repeatedly endless times He is extremely rude in speaking and people like him defames entire tourism hospitality business of Ladakh..

The owner, Mr. Tsering really doesn't know how to talk to b2b companies. Really arrogant. Every business will negotiate on price but when we did that he became really rude and even after agreeing on his quote he didn't give us the rooms that were promised. He stopped picking our calls and replying to our msgs. All the travel companies please beware when you think of dealing with this camp.
