Lotus is a Chinese/Vietnamese Restaurant and shares the same owners and parking lot as the Minh Huong Supermarket. Lotus is a great event center with multiple dining rooms with the ability to rent upstairs space. You can enter from the back if you park in the lot. We found the restaurant to be outdated, not as clean, the food quality and taste was mediocre and the parking was terrible. Glad we had disabled placard but had to wait because someone parked illegally which caused major chaos with 2 other cars trying to maneuver out of the way safely while backing up into the Euclid Ave. We ordered our usual go to items which would determined if we would return. Glazed walnut shrimp ($14.99): The nuts were stale. It was soft and oily. Shrimp lacking crunchy edges. Clay pot fish ($15.99) Lots of fish slices but too much skin because they were end pieces and not filets. Not complaining about the portions. This dish was consistent but they could use a new clay pot. Sweet and sour tamarind fish soup (s $19.99): we thoroughly enjoyed this soup. I would prefer a tad bit more tamarind spice but it was delicious regardless. The small size was enough to feed 4 with left overs. 3 item rice ($12.99): Vietnamese translation on the menu said “broken rice”. It was regular rice. By the look of this dish alone, I lost my appetite. The pork chops were dry, spam was over cooked and the steam egg loaf was not fresh. Combination crispy noodle ($13.99): We loved this dish. Protein included chicken, beef, seafood. Noodles were crispy and not stale. Decent flavor. Overall, very affordable and banquet size portions. I’ll have to pass based on the inconvenient parking, poor execution and lack of flavor. 2.5 stars, rounding to 3 because of the price and generous portions. Inflation in this economy is real but Lotus is able to feed many families with their price point.

Was running late to pick up food and they waited for me to get there before closing. Glad they did because the food was great. Will definitely order from again.

Google
Came here one fine evening on a quest for yummy num-nums. I tried the Chow Mein (beef) and it was quite delicious. The wonton soup was good but needed more spice but that’s just me. Overall the view of the place was nice inside with all the lights and set the decor for the evening quite beautifully. However, I don’t know if this is permanent but the restaurant only wants customers to enter through the back. Through the roof, alley, or even a fire escape. I’ll enter from anywhere to enjoy great food. -Good luck my fellow foodies

Google
Be aware of this restaurant! I ordered the lobster with noodles. Lobster tasted horrible! Before I continue let me inform you the reader that I’m Asian and have eaten a lot of lobster at restaurants and prepare it at home for my family. While on vacation I searched Yelp and Google reviews which both gave this restaurant favorable reviews however, when my group got to the restaurant only one to go customer was waiting for an order - my husband said to me, “honey this place is empty- may be you should find another place to eat”. I should have listened to my husband.

The food is super Tasty. Service is prompt, if a bit brisk. We ordered lobster, honey Walnut shrimp, and garlic pepper shrimp. All delicious. Lobster had plenty of meat. We're going back.

Yelp
Love coming here with our family so we can have a little bit of everything. Our favorites are definitely the salt & pepper shrimp and lobster with noodles. Everything is cooked very well and full of flavors.

Yelp
This is a pretty decent place for Viet food! The food comes out quick and the food is very tasty! I would say most of the dishes tasted very authentic. My favorite was the lobster and ca kho. Lots of parking in the back!

Cathy N.

Yelp
we got the lobster at 19.99/lb and our lobster was 3.5 lbs. we got 1 honey walnut and had to add another because the lobster was no good. On the first bite, the ammonia taste and smell smacked me in the face. i thought it was just me but my boyfriend said the same. the server came over to check on us and we told her that the lobster was no good and she said "why?!"i told her it taste like ammonia and she replied "what? what do u mean? i don't understand " my boyfriend said it taste like chemical. all she said was it must be because it's off season. we ate 3 pieces and at the end she came over to ask if we need a box for the rest of the lobster. of course not!! they did comp or discount. will not be coming back.

Yelp
I did a pick up order here @9:30am for s&p wings, house fried rice, egg rolls and ice coffee. I had order from here quite a few times and their food was amazing.... Up until now. I was enjoying the chicken wing until I bite into it a little more and noticed it was quite red in the center. So I said ok maybe it's just this piece. I ate another wing.... And again it was a bit red. Which is scary to me.so I stopped trying to risk it. Now I'm taking a bite from the house fried rice..... it was on the plain side, there was no flavor there. I don't know what happened here... like I said I've ordered here quite a few times. Did they lost their touch?? Or was it too early? I'm so disappointed.

Yelp
The owners of Minh Huong Supermarket opened this restaurant about 7 years ago, but surprisingly this was the first time I knew about it! Recently my brother found out about it from one of his friends. He tried it, loved it, and recommended it when our aunt was in town. Our family dined here last Friday night and we all loved the food! When we arrived, we didn't think much of the restaurant. The exterior wasn't the prettiest. The restaurant was rather empty when we arrived, so we were all questioning my brother's choice. When he arrived, he knew exactly what to order, so he took charge. He ordered the following: 8 lbs of lobsters, cooked 2 ways. One platter was cooked with the wet house special sauce with a bed of noodles underneath. One platter was prepared dry with garlic butter, scallions, and jalapeños. 2 orders of the garlic butter chicken wings Cubed black pepper beef Clams with basil Classic Vietnamese "canh chua" (tamarind soup with catfish, bean sprouts, tomatoes, okras, and other veggies) Sautéed pea sprouts There's an old saying " never judge a book by its cover." This quote is very appropriate for this particular restaurant. We didn't think much of it based on appearance alone, but boy were we wrong! The food was outstanding! Every dish was perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. All of the meats, seafood, and produce came directly from their supermarket that's on the same lot. This is truly a hidden gem! I would go as far as to say that this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in San Diego! The total cost of our dinner was $450 before tax/tip. Not too bad, considering there were 11 of us, and we ate 8 lbs of lobster! They provided a complimentary plate of orange wedges at the end of the meal. Very pleasant service!

Yelp
My family and I came here for a birthday dinner. We usually go to other Chinese/Vietnamese restaurants, but we wanted to try somewhere different and they did not disappoint! Their restaurant is located on the corner of Euclid/Universally Ave. Very narrow streets and can be easily missed. There is parking in the back of the restaurant entering from Euclid Avenue in front of the Vietnamese supermarket Minh Huong and you can enter the restaurant from the back as well. Our family ordered salt and paper crab. This was to die for! I would get this again every time. Basil sautéed clams, the sauce is the bomb, just add rice and I could eat it everyday. Clay pot caramelized catfish, you really cannot go wrong with this. Tom yum soup, best I've ever had. It had the perfect balance of umami, sour, and sweetness. And their shrimp salad, which we almost licked the plate clean. The food came out so quick!!! So so quick! There was only one waiter working at the time, but she was very tentative to everyone in the restaurant so we were patient if we needed anything. Let me tell you, we finished all the food. There were no left overs at all!! This place will definitely be our go to restaurant for family dinners for now on! Can't recommend enough. And their menu has so many options!

Yelp
Returned here for a 6-course banquet style meal, which for three tables served 30 people. Upon arrival, nothing was set for our reservation besides styrofoam cups filled with crushed ice. Water wasn't provided until an hour in. Throughout the meal, we asked for chopsticks, hoisin sauce, and spoons. Thankfully the food came out quickly but the servers failed to return to our table after the last dish arrived. =ORDERED= *Seafood Tofu Soup: extremely bland and runny. Lacked briny flavor and needed salt. *Stir Fried Pea Leaves: submerged in overly watery and salty sauce. The fried garlic bits were fragrant but there weren't many pieces incorporated. *Vietnamese Salad: my favorite dish since it was flavorful and balanced. Came with an acidic and sweet marinade that went well with the sliced pork belly, celery, lotus root, bell pepper, nuts, onions and shrimp. *Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings: tender meat with crispy skin and batter. The seasoning could have been stronger but this would suit those who prefer a mild wing. *Glazed Walnut Shrimp: walnut were crunchy while the shrimp were soggy from the smothered mayo. The sauce was mayonnaise forward as opposed to honey. Portion was on the smaller side. *Duong Chao Fried Rice: there were random clumps of plain white rice mixed in with the "fried" rice. Had minimal flavor besides the egg. Was primarily rice with no Chinese sausage and shrimp. Considering the strange coloration, I question the quality of rice used. *Lobster with House Sauce: so salty and oily. I enjoyed the noodle thickness but it was bathed in oil. The saltiness detracted from the chewy lobster. In terms of speed, Lotus Garden pumped out a feast in record time. If only the food quality was on par with the quickness. Besides convenience, I wouldn't return for Chinese or Vietnamese cuisine.

Yelp
Came here with my family on a Saturday evening. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Highlight of the night were: Soft Shell Lobster w/ Noodles, Papaya Salad and the Crispy Noodles w/ Seafood. The seafood were fresh and every thing was well seasoned. Would recommend coming here for dinner with a large group.

Yelp
First time here and pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is big and there's two rooms if the front gets too crowded. They have a pretty big menu so the lady was very helpful and gave us suggestions on what to order. We ordered the Vietnamese Hot and Sour Fish Soup, Stir Fried Snow Pea Leaves, Salt and Pepper Pork Chops, and I guess their known for their Garlic Lobster Noodles so we had to try it. Food came out quick and everything was delicious. I'll definitely be back for more dinners.

Yelp
I really wish I can give negative stars. This is exactly why we have yelp to avoid these types of places. Last week we ordered Grubhub from this place and received RAW chicken!!! I wrote a review about it and how we got sick, and posted it here. I login to my yelp today and get a message from the owner, not a message concerned with our heath and if we are ok, or even saying how sorry they are that this happed instead it was a threatening message telling me to take it off or they will sue. I am now writing another review to mention my experience, along with the receipt to prove we had ordered from this restaurant I warn you this owner doesn't care for the quality of the food or the heath of its customers after they eat here, and critics beware of threat!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I do want to state Grubhub gave me a full refund and the customer service rep was actually concerned for our health! Thanks Grub-hub!!!

Yelp
I don't think the server was attempting to win any congeniality awards. She wasn't necessarily rude, but I don't recall her saying much. Oh wait, she did tell me their lobsters are live and minimum 4 pounds when I asked for a small one. So, I passed on the lobster as 4 pounds seemed like a lot for a Monday. The ong choy leaves were tender but I didn't see an option with fermented bean curd on the menu (though, and don't quote me on this, this seems like the kind of place where you could ask for an off the menu dish). The salty fish fried rice looked good; I didn't see any large pieces of fish which can really take over taste wise because of just how salty the fish is. Most bites had the perfect amount of saltiness, but I did encounter two very off-tasting, fishy pieces. The shrimp and walnut dish was too slimy (mayonnaisy) for me. I know that mayonnaise is an ingredient, but I think they went overboard with it here. Overall, I consider this one of the best Chinese restaurants around here. I'd try anything else on their ginormous menu in addition to the ong choy and salty fish fried rice.

Kenneth S.

Yelp
The food is fabulous. The service is good and the ambiance is fine. To me, when it comes to to Vietnamese, the food is most important. Combined with good service, the Lotus Garden will not disappoint you. Afterwards, check out the market and you may find items you'd like to take home.

Denise P.

Yelp
Got the lobster noodles special style. Seasoning was good. Noodles inconsistent like half was fried and the other half was added at the end. Worse is lobster was no fresh. At $30 a pound they try to sell frozen lobster as fresh. Meet was mushy and definitely been frozen. Worst part is we were charged for. 5 lb lobster and from the amount we got it can't be more than 3 lb. Will not be coming back.

Damon H.

Yelp
Online, their menu states that the Crab Meat and Fish Maw soup is priced at $18.99 for a large size order. But when I called the restaurant to place an order, the lady over the phone said they don't have 18.99 for a large sized soup. The lady had told me that they only have the large size for $29.99 to feed three to four people. This is a very small amount of soup (Starbucks Grande Size Cup for reference). I ended up paying $32 for this small size of soup. This is not enough soup to feed three to four people. Very disappointing!

Khamphone K.

Yelp
I don't live far from this restaurant. My friend and I decided to give it a try. We were both craving pho; decided to order it. The pho had no flavors and their customer service is not pleasant. I will not return again.

Ryoji K.

Yelp
Good service. Clean and pleasant environment. Good food. The server was very nice and gave us ample of time an1d room. Did not feel rushed a bit.

Ann N.

Yelp
Every time I was thinking of an authentic Vietnamese/Chinese food place to eat, I have always ended up here at Lotus Garden. Food is good, clean place and friendly staff. Their salt and pepper shrimp is soooo good, a must have each time.

Anne P.

Yelp
Lotus has the best lobster in town! A dish worth ordering if you ever go there. Customer service is typical for a small venue, just meh. The taste and flavor of the lobster is outta this world:)

Tina K.

Yelp
This was a nice family oriented restaurant. We enjoyed the food and the customer service was really good too. We ordered the shrimp fried rice, Chinese broccoli, salt and pepper calamari and the house lobster. The Chinese broccoli is a little bitter but tasty. The neat thing is they bring your lobster out alive for you to see before they cook. That was cool. The kids loved it. The food is well seasoned and good priced. We had great portion of leftovers to take home. They have really good drinks. We ordered the tea, lemonade and boba. They were soooo good! Our only critique is the service was a little slower and the restaurant could be a bit cleaner. But we enjoyed the food so much so we will return.

Tim W.

Yelp
This place has an odd odor that sort of ruined my appetite from the moment I walked in, but I still gave it a shot. Food is just OK, nothing special that makes me want to come back. The Dim Sum was not good, the smell makes me think this place isn't sanitary. Pho is legit though

Luyen V.

Yelp
I ordered salt and pepper pork chop not salt and pepper bones chop where the meat. This is second time I order here first time I came to pick up they gave my other away but didn't check until I got home when back double check ur order the pork chop are good when they have the order correctly or with meat

J B.

Yelp
Hands down, one of my kids and my favorite restaurants. Great food! our favorites so far are the pork chop meal and also the orange chicken. I read a few negative reviews here and have no idea why those people would say bad things. The ladys who work here are the nicest people ive met working a restaurant.

Lori N.

Yelp
This is officially our go-to spot for Family style Chinese dinner. All these other restaurants take too long and their portions are wack. Lotus Garden is fast, generous, and still tasty! High recommendation for family style Chinese dinner!

Wendy B.

Yelp
Very good food. Nice service The fried rice is best I've had Can't wait to go back.

Oni K.

Yelp
Food here is amazing! They're quick with the service and gave me recommendations in what to try. The portions are huge and budget friendly, I come here every other weekend with friends and family. I highly recommend the Pho even to go!

Kevin B.

Yelp
My go to spot for fresh spring rolls and crispy noodles!

Lisabelle L.

Yelp
First time here and it was super last minute. There's back entrance and parking, but also front entrance. Back parking is shared with the Vietnamese market. Wasn't super busy. Just us and another table. We all shared one server, but she was quick and her service was friendly. Restaurant is clean and there's a bar, but serves mostly beer and wine. Not much decorations but still clean and modern. We ordered salt and pepper calamari and Doritos chicken wings as appetizers, wonton and egg noodle soup, catfish in claypot, and pork in peking sauce. It all came with rice. Salt and Pepper Calamari: a little bit on the salty side, but a good amount of flavor. Has a hint of heat plus they are topped with fried green onions and chili slices. Not too much heat to where you need water, but enough to know it's there. It came with sriracha mayo for dip. Very crispy and it wasn't heavy with oil so it's a good appetizer when you're super hungry. I would recommend this app and get it again. Doritos Chicken Wings: I thought these were chicken wings with crushed Dorito chips, but nope. They are sprinkled with some kind of spices that has chili and salt in it. Slightly sweet. Reminds me of Mexican Tajin seasoning. Fried nicely and crispy. Comes in 6 pieces. I would recommend this just to try as it was something different for me. I probably wouldn't get it again just because I have had better wings. Wonton Egg Noodle: not much flavor in the broth. Tasted more like chicken broth with charsiu pork and the egg noodle. The noodle was a bit hard and I preferred it to be a bit softer or cooked a bit longer. I don't believe the noodles were even quickly cooked as the soup came out and it was just warm. I believe the broth was hot until it was added to the cold, fresh noodles. The wontons were ok. Not too much flavor, but also not bland. I liked the charsiu pork the most because it actually had flavor, bur I also had better charsiu elsewhere. Overall, taste was just ok. Wouldn't order again and wouldn't recommend. Catfish Claypot: portions seems smaller than what I expected. About 4 small fillets of catfish in a soy sauce base glaze with lots of black pepper. Slightly sweet. Veru good flavor, but I think there's too much soy sauce abd black pepper. Could have used white pepper or ginger slices, but whatever. It was very good. There's also some chili peppers, but it wasn't spicy at all. However, for the price, I felt it wasn't worth it. Portions were very small and not worth $13.99 so I wouldn't get it again nor recommend it. Pork in Peking Sauce: this was my favorite dish although I felt like it was Peking sauce, but orange sauce. Regardless, it was delicious. Thin slices of pork with a crunchy carmalized coating cooked in, what Im guessing is, an orange sauce with soy sauce or hoisin sauce and onions. I would recommend this and order this again. Very saucey so it's perfect with rice. Rice is served in one dish. Had leftovers so we packed it to go. Had a good experience here and would come back again. Lots of menu options, but I felt like there wasn't really anything that stood out.

Heather L.

Yelp
I've had this food 3 times, once inside the restaurant and twice to go. I ordered the same thing each time and sadly the quality just isn't there when your not dining in. The salt and pepper calamari was AMAZING inside but when i got it Togo it was like chewing a tire. The salt and pepper pork chop was delicious all in all if you want This place go in and sit dont grub hub

Emilissa H.

Yelp
Kim was real nice and very attentive - she always had a smile on her face. She was very accommodating to modify our food since my mom can only eat soft food. The claypot catfish was soft, sweet and had a very umami flavor. The fried shrimp was crispy and the lobster/noodles were still tender and flavorful. We left full and very satisfied. We'll be back again to try the other dishes!!

Lauren R.

Yelp
I ordered egg rolls and combination crispy noodles. The crispy noodle dish is the best meal I've had in a while! Meat and veggies were great! I will be ordering from Lotus Garden again!

Phuong H.

Yelp
To be honest I never really had an interest in trying this place out but I'm glad I did! This restaurant is great for family meals & large parties. I ordered: SEAFOOD HOT POT- This hot pot is good but I felt like it needed a little something extra to make it stand out more. There was loads of vegetables & seafood, the salmon was amazzzzzing. The actual broth itself was a little plain but after adding some other sauces and having my mom work her magic it wasn't too bad. All in all, their hot pot is good but they need a bit of extra flavoring. LOBSTER- The star of the show! This lobster is pretty expensive, $75 expensive lol. It's great for large parties & when everyone splits it, it makes it not too bad. There was A LOT of meat on every piece of lobster so if you're not getting ripped off or anything. CUSTOMER SERVICE- The two women helping out my family and I were very accommodating. It's kind of rare to find accommodating workers in super Asian restaurants like this haha so I appreciated it!

Vicky T.

Yelp
When I want my lobster and noodle fix, I always come here and it's always on point! Love their calamari and wings too!

Brook K.

Yelp
Just had dinner with family. Food were delicious and prices are very reasonable. Lobster noodle and salt and pepper crabs are so yummy and flavorful. Will definitely be back again.

Sivan L.

Yelp
Ordered a lobster feast for our wedding anniversary. Lobster was delicious! Bbq pork fried rice, glazed walnut shrimp and Chinese broccoli were also tasty. Friendly service with appetizing food to match! We love supporting small businesses.

KC C.

Yelp
Terrible service moody waitress. ........food was ok.................................

Tony H.

Yelp
One of the best lobster house specials in town of San Diego. WaL Nut shrimp was pretty good .

Jeanie P.

Yelp
Came here with my bf, HE RECOMMENDS them. Apparently he comes here every other day after work. We had the salt and pepper shrimp (very good) and Dorito calamari. I do NOT like the doritos calamari, its a different taste and its like a sour like flavor. We ordered a soup with fish and pineapples and that was good, better then what I had at other Vietnamese places. Also he ordered some stir fry noodles that was ok in flavor. Service was good, they were very nice and maybe this place wasn't my cup of tea or maybe the menu was too overwhelming with options I didn't pick the right items. Possibly will be back to try other food items.

Dung N.

Yelp
My friend and I like to eat two dinners, but had bad luck that day! Both places we planned on trying were closed or ran out of food. I had to find a place nearby that had something Asian and soupy for her. She liked the name of this restaurant, so we decided to check this eatery out. There's parking in the back and we were surprised how spacious and clean this restaurant is. They even have Halloween decor up, which was cool. We both ordered the wonton rice noodle soup, but mine had the ha cao one instead. We weren't sure what the difference was, and our sever couldn't tell us either LOL. At first, they brought out the egg noodle soup, so they had to remake mine. My friend's soup seemed like it was sitting out for a while because it was warm and the noodles were expanding. She asked for more broth to dilute her soup. We both thought the soup was okay, but it was inexpensive. Two of the bowls were the same price as the burger we just had LOL. I saw other people ordering lobster and it looked amazing. I'm not sure if I would come back for anything else though. Service was also very slow and it wasn't even that busy. It seemed like they were trying their best and apologized for the back of the house...

Mai H.

Yelp
My friends and I came around 8:45 on a Wednesday night because Pho Hoa was already closed and I was in the mood for some soup. Our party of 4 ordered: 1) Fried chicken wings: decent. 2) Thai hot pot: broth was good, especially during cold weather. 3) Lobster noodles with ginger sauce (2.5 lbs): good; however, may contain a little too much MSG because water had never tasted so good until following this meal. I would also suggest more green onions being added. The lobster meat was tender! Their menu is quite extensive. Mainly Chinese food but they even serve Pho & some Thai items such a papaya salad- which I was hesitant to order, but probably will next time. Much to choose from, I will be back!

Mia L.

Yelp
11.4.17 It's definitely hard to find food that I can get from SGV here in San Diego. When I heard they had lobster garlic noodles at this place it was on. Came here twice and both experience was similar. First time we got a medium lobster and it was done dry style seasoning. Salt n pepper, fried-ish. There was sauce on the bottom of the plate however with noodles. The sauce was too salty for me but everyone else loved it. I wish it was more on the garlic noodle side than salty. The lobster was perfect. It wasn't dry at all and cook perfectly. They did show us the lobster live before they cooked it. Among the lobster we order black bean clams, stir fried on choy veggies, beef luc luc and other things that wasn't my focus. Lol. Soup is always a good starter. Egg drop soup. The food reminded me of sgv, everything tasted like how I would imagine, greasy, salty, and definitely not a place I go to often but I miss a place like this. Definitely a 4 stars cause it's my comfort food. Second experience was pretty much the same except we got two order of lobsters and a ton of food but everything was too salty. I definitely loaded up on rice to keep up. Would be nice next time to tell them less salt or less sauce, not sure if they can. Other than that great meal to me.

Erika P.

Yelp
11.99 a pound lobster! With a variety of sauces of your choice. Simply irresistible.... And boy was it delicious. The lobster was fresh. We chose the ginger sauce recommended by our waiter. Who was super helpful and nice. For an appetizer we had calamari. Perfectly cooked and seasoned just the way calamari should be. LOVED IT! Only improvement I suggest for the place is fresher rice. It did seem a little on the dry crispy side. I recommended the place to my mom, and she went yesterday. My mom loved it so much she told me I had to put in an excellent review, and had to personally thank Carla for being the most attentive waiter she's met. She says it's her new favorite restaurant.

Yelp
After dining at this establishment for going on 4 years,I'm am of a mindset to share this very Negative Experience with Yelp businesses so any and all may steer far away from the Racial Biasness due to my Interacial Relationship with my Wife of Vietnamese decent (wow)!! It all began when our family went there to dine, the MLB World Series was on, no Television (3) we're turned on,I merely asked the Hostess was it possible to watch the game? She brought me a remote to operate the TV, for several minutes, I along with the boys attempted to turn it on, what transpired next was the tip of the iceberg, the reason why will astound you, FOLKS!! NO BATTERIES... Upon notifying the staff,I was told in fact there was batteries inside...In the past, several incidences resurfaced, food to go was less as opposed to eating there, things were missing that we're paid for once we arrived home...By trying to insult my intelligence, to be made a laughing stock, then expect me to suffer ridicule, then spend my Money there was what created the outcome...I politely got up, politely told the staff I don't wish to eat here EVER AGAIN, then left before my faith could be challenged because the last thing I needed was to not demonstrate utilizing the ability to know God always prevails... Always left a Tip, set positive examples on the daily for the boys, yet Satan demonstrates many forms...that said, Read this, evaluate for yourself, then take anything positive from TONIGHTS encounter,I'm a forgiving person, this ordeal included,I Never intend to go where I'm not welcomed FOLKS! THIS MEANS 1ST and Foremost, LOTUS GARDEN!!!!!

Yelp
Ordered here for 2 reasons: - free delivery - had Thai and Vietnamese selection They food came promptly after 45 minutes, as stated on our Yelp app. The bill was ~$30 for seafood fried rice, pad Thai, and a bowl of pho. Docked the first star because I've never seen my best friend NOT finish an order of pad Thai. Docked the second star because the food could be better. We ordered at around 9pm, so we understand that the selection is limited. Overall, a decent place. I'm not nixing this place altogether, but it's not my top choice for Thai or Vietnamese.

Yelp
The food here is good. Very flavorful, which I like. Their lobster is on point. The server is very friendly. Would definitely come back again.

Yelp
They gave us salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper, egg rolls, and seafood Choi mein. The calamari was over cooked and the chicken was raw. They were so focused on the New Years up stairs but not on the food that was made. I wish they focused on that more. Especially since we tipped well.

Yelp
I went there with my wife and friend today. We've never been there and we didn't have much experience of Chinese food. We order many dishes and told the Waitress we don't eat beef and pork, we don't know weather she understood English or not. We also order Shrimp fried rice no beef and pork and Egg roll. But when food came there was a pork on rice and pork egg rolls. We called her and asked why did you guys add pork? Her replied was that's how it comes in every Chinese restaurant. If this is how it comes she had to inform us before. Other food was great. And she didn't even apologize for her mistake, she was blaming us. Very very RUDE LADY. LADY WITH RED HOODIE. whole time she was on the phone talking with somebody. No Good customer Service at all. We also work at Restaurants we know how important it is to treat well to our customers. We want them to come again and again. Never gonna go this place again.

Yelp
Food is fresh. Never had a complaint. Nice size portions. When ordering delivery, it's still nice and hot. Everything is in its own package. I get really full. You won't go wrong ordering from Lotus Garden.
