The staff were friendly and the food was nicely presented and tasted great. I ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls along with the D1 rice vermicelli noodle combo. The spring rolls were tightly wrapped and paired with a flavorful sauce. Each component of the noodle combo was good on its own, but personally, I’m not a fan of noodles mixed with sauce—I usually prefer soup noodles. I’ll definitely come back to try something different next time!

Went on a Friday at 5p and it was surprisingly empty. Location, as others have mentioned, not the best. Sketchy area and sketchy customers coming and going. Food was bland for my liking but once you add hot sauce it give it a bit of flavor. Thai tea also had no flavor. The boba tasted okay but like it had been sitting for long. Service was great though, didn't feel rushed to order and everything was calm. Very mom and pop. Good for a quick bite and cheap eats. Menu was in Vietnamese and translated to Spanish which I thought was interesting. Many tables inside and plenty of room.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel others should know about my experience here. Before writing this I was checking other reviews and found out the same thing happened 3 months ago. I ordered 3 items for pickup. The total on their website came to about $20.50. When I went to pay, the man at the counter showed me a total of $30 on his calculator. I questioned it and even re-added the items on the same calculator, which still came to $20.50. Then he pressed a “tax” button and claimed it was $29. That didn’t make sense, but I paid anyway. When I got to my car, I realized they had effectively charged me around 40% tax. I called the manager, who admitted the website prices were outdated and said the total should be $24 before tax. Even with 8% tax, it still wouldn’t come close to $29. I went back inside, and they re-did the math together, the correct total came to $26. The manager was apologetic, but the man at the counter rudely opened the cash drawer, handed me $3 back, and signaled for me to leave. To make matters worse, the receipt they gave me had no price breakdown or tax listed—just a total. When I asked for it back, they wrote $26.50 by hand on the back of it. The whole experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. Even if the food were great, I can’t return to a place where the staff tries to overcharge customers and only refunds money when caught. My advice: request them an itemized receipt and double-check the tax on the total price before paying.

Though the stir fry noodle is awesome, the Pho isn’t. I tried to order Rice with Chicken and they said they are out of chicken, like how they are out in middle of a day???

Google
Love this place! They have amazing house fried rice, the best steamed fish with ginger, green onions and this sweet sauce. their pho is pretty good too..their broth is "real" tasting. they also had good spring rolls. their calamari wasnt that great. they are open on holidays, too. they used to give watermelon slices after the meal but I think they are cutting costs which is a shame because their watermelon was always so GOOD...last time we got fortune cookies and my boyfriend made a comment about it..our waitress was very sweet and asked if she could ask the kitchen about giving us oranges or something instead...which they did give us...but I hate it when restaurants cut back on treats like that. It gave them a leg up on the competition. Their services is pretty good too. They are attentive and brisk. for what you get the prices are great. this place is good all around.

Google
I love this place! The owners are so sweet, attentive and respectful. The food tastes amazing! I especially love the beef noodle soup, crab noodle soup with thick round noodles and the meatball noodle soup. They also have freshly squeezed orange juice and banana rolls. So good! I highly recommend you give them more than a few tries. Pricing is great as well.

Google
the pho was good but the mussels we disappointing. the picture in the menu is misleading. it's looks like a lot and all uniform size at least. I got 3 of a good size and 2 tiny ones. I also asked for them without the peanuts. clearly, they didn't listen.

Yelp
The food is soooo good and the prices are very fair. This place also has many vegan and vegetarian options as well. Great service and the staff is always genuinely kind.

Yelp
So I love this quaint cafe. We entered into another world from San Bernardino. My husband had the Vietnamese coffee and he said it was delish. We just had some appetizers as we needed to just grab a snack. The egg rolls were served with a tasty sauce. They were the perfect kind of crispy. I like the tempura shrimp too. We had the desert snack of friend bananas! All of it was served with a happy smile from the owner. We will be back to try the pho!

Yelp
I have had lotus Restaurant on my list for years. Lol we finally made it here today Jan 15th 2025. Employees/staff/owners are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Inside has a lot of tables. Upon walking in it's a seat yourself where you want and menu's are on the tables. We opted for 2 pho combination large bowls $ 11.50 each. Brisket, flank, steak, fatty flank, tripe, tendon, and meatballs. Decent size with an abundance of meat. Broth is clean just wished it had more of a star anise than beef but it was still yummy. Meats were tender and tasty especially the meatballs which are yummy unlike most pho spots the meatballs are not tasty. (Too chewy) but not here the meatballs are tender. We also ordered a beef banh mi but they gave us chicken but it's the same price $5.50 so no big deal. The banh mi was ok not my favorite but still decent especially for the price. Overall a good spot to grab some grub and friendly service!

Yelp
Be careful with your bill. They overcharged me. Then tried to claim they charged me extra because I asked for an extra (empty) bowl and a plastic spoon to feed my kid. You charge $10 for using a bowl and spoon?! It's not like I ordered extra food in it. Pretty ridiculous and I'm pretty sure they incorrectly charge others given they try to avoid giving you an itemized bill. Decent food. I'll intentions.

Yelp
Food was good, I didn't go in but I ordered. I typically go to Fontana for pho but this was the only near by place when I was sick and it was delicious! Will be going here more often

Viviana G P.

Yelp
This is a little idden gen way out in the boonies, but its so worth going in! Their PHO is so well balanced in flavors! We ordered the rare and cooked beef one and a bahn mi grilled chicken sandwich. Everything is made to order and taste delicious.

Yelp
Best Vietnamese food in the area!!! This is the SPOT for a delicious, fresh and filling meal. Don't skip out on the egg rolls and garlic chicken wings for appetizers, they are so good!!! I ended up getting the special vermicelli bowl (dac biet bun) which was so yummy and fresh!! It comes with egg rolls, grilled chicken and grilled pork. The portion and prices are also super good value. Highly recommend if you are looking for a tasty and fresh dish. Some of my friends also got the pho and it was piping hot and delicious as well. You can't go wrong here with anything you order. Service is also quick, friendly and fast. The owners are super sweet and kind to their customers!! I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Yelp
After a long day of snowboarding in Big Bear, we wanted some soup and this was the closest Vietnamese restaurant in the area. It's a pretty busy intersection but it has a small parking lot so you should be OK. We got there around 5:30 and the restaurant was empty, but it felt very homey. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and it felt like I was speaking to my family. They didn't have the Nem Nuong but we ordered the shrimp version instead and it was actually pretty solid! I like the additions of bean sprouts for the crunch. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and the broth was great. It wasn't the traditional BBH broth with the pork blood, pork feet (which I don't like anyway) and meatball. I think they were catering to the demographics of the area. Plus I was hungry so it was soothing to my soul. My gf and two other friends got the Pho. The broth was really good. I honestly wouldn't mind coming back here more often if I'm in the area. It was only $58 for the 4 of us and hot tea. Food was super cheap (maybe because I always think of OC or LA prices) and service was super fast. Thank you Lotus!

Yelp
Best Pho and service in all off San Bernardino. An absolute gem! Middle of heat wave or bitter cold winters this place always hits the spot. Place is owned and operated by the sweetest family. Always super friendly and hospitable.
google avatar

Yelp
I love to order from this spot especially to take home. It's a hole in the wall with some of the nicest people that work there. They have good quality food and the prices compared to other places are great. I love to get the lotus special but tried the soups and they are great too. I definitely recommend this spot if you're looking to save some money and get some good food in return as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Probably one of the best Pho restaurants I have been to in quite a while. It's definitely something to try. They also offer a variety of Vietnamese items like sandwiches and noodle plates. Parking can be a challenge if it's busy as they don't have a very large parking lot. Nice owners and very attentive to anything you may need. Food came out fast AND hot. It was just so delicious. It's definitely a mom and pop type of restaurant where they treat you like they know you. Highly recommend this place!!
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
Service was average for us but it could very well be due to a big language barrier. Food was good. Iced coffee was good, too, but overpriced for the amount of beverage you actually get compared to the ice. It's mostly ice. Their menu looks really promising, lots of pictures, with lots of variety. We had the wonton soup, shrimp noodle soup, sugar cane shrimp paste rolls, and grilled pork banh mi. The sandwich was served on a crusty French roll rather than a baguette, and I believe it was $5.50, which seems fair. It's in a bad part of San Bernardino (Baseline), but it is nice and peaceful inside with lots of seating. Our total was $48 for the food and 2 iced coffees.

Yelp
Great spot, best Vietnamese food ive come across. Good service and you can order ahead if you want. Always in pretty clean condition too only time ive seen different is when its packed on the weekends

Yelp
What is a perfect remedy on a Sunday morning?? Well let me tell you, with a bowl of Lotus pho and a Vietnamese chicken sandwich, you are guaranteed to feel rejuvenated and ready to conquer to world in no time. Despite the location being in a little austere area, the food is great and the owner is oh so kind! If you are ever in the area I encourage you to stop on by (:

Nate F.

Yelp
This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to in North America. I've been to hundreds of places in Canada and in the United States, this one is the best. Crazy cheap prices and all the food is amazing. The only bad part is location as it's nestled in a very sketch area almost as bad as south central. Regardless, it's worth the risk of being robbed and murdered.

Christina A.

Yelp
Easter Sunday and we came to have lunch! So delicious !! 10/10 recommend. Garlic noodles with chicken was my favorite (C1)
google avatar

Crystal O.

Yelp
This place is such a great place to have lunch, the service is always quick and they are very attentive. The food is always amazing and the pricing is very reasonable. Definitely a little hidden gem to go to during the daytime. I say daytime because this is in downtown San Bernardino so you never know in SB. :)

Sharlyn R.

Yelp
Great food and service! Incredible prices. The owner is funny. He likes to joke with his customers.
google avatar

Gage B.

Yelp
Best pho, best service. Fav place in SB hands down. Such an authentic vibe. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Order take out Ordered Pho Chicken was delicious i was getting over a sickness and when I ate this I was feeling like my old self again my god this soup took away everything I had Seriously!! I cant wait to order again See you soon Lotus, Baseline, San Bernardino!!! Happy New Year 2024!!!

Yelp
I ordered the filet minion, lotus fish, papaya salad, and tofu from here. My favorite out of the 4 things I ordered was the papaya salad because I feel like it was the most flavorful. The others were just ok. On the plus side, they gave a lot of rice. Just wanted to say that their customer service is really good and I liked that they took care of me. They even helped carry the food out to my car for me. I am not used to being around this area so it kind of scared me at first because I saw a homeless man staggering with a wife beater and what looked like drips of blood on his wife beater. Overall I'm thankful they cared enough about one of their customers to help me carry out the food to my car.
google avatar

Jay D.

Yelp
Awful food! Their version of Kung Pao chicken was chicken and broccoli! What a joke!
google avatar

Nina N.

Yelp
Amazing chicken pho! You will not be disappointed!!! The herbs and everything about it smells amazing

Yelp

Yelp
I really HATE to give a restaurant a bad review but this place was awful. I first ordered iced tea, and it was so weak, I just decided to drink water instead. My friend and I then ordered spring rolls, figuring that they would be the first thing brought out. Not so, they were actually the last thing we ate during our meal, there. Secondly, the waiter, an older gentleman had about six VERY long stray hairs hanging from his chin, it was disgusting to be quite honest with you. Almost like a ZZ Top beard, yet with only four to six long stray hairs. Finally, I wasn't really in the mood for Pho, and my friend suggested the place, so I ordered Kung Pao Chicken instead. When I got my order, it was basically sweet chicken and broccoli, NOT Kung Pao chicken. I even pointed to the photo of the Kung Pao chicken on their menu, and the waiter told me that lots of restaurants have different versions of Kung Pao chicken. NOT TRUE !! Kung Pao chicken should have a spicy taste to it and the hot peppers included in the dish. I even googled "Kung Pao" chicken and showed him more photos of various Kung Pao chicken dinners. He would not believe me. Sorry to be such a negative review, but it was absolutely horrible. The ONLY thing that was good about the meal was when it was over.

Yelp
Decent Vietnamese food. Owners very nice and helpful. I will be back! Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner...

Steven W.

Yelp
Hole in the wall restaurant is an absolute gem. Delicious and cheap. Definitely come check this out. Don't let the surroundings deter you from this bomb pho!

Kayla D.

Yelp
Didn't take pictures of the food because it was gone lol this place is excellent. All the food was great. Veggies were fresh, vermicelli noodles were the perfect texture, and the meat was good quality and seasoned really well. The pho broth was rich and had great flavor. Lots of varieties for drinks, and good service. We will definitely come back.
google avatar

Tyrone P.

Yelp
This place has great pho. Also tried the orange chicken with fried rice and turned out well. Prices are great and the food is flavorful. Restaurant is not in the best neighborhood but definitely worth it. The host/ server is very respectful and tends to all your needs when dining in. The decor on the inside needs to be upgraded but the food is so good you spend your time chowing down instead of looking around the restaurant.
google avatar

Phillip G.

Yelp
Honestly I expected more from a 4.5 Yelp rating. Don't get me wrong the dish I ate was good just not 4.5 good. It was a combo Bun dish. I also ordered a small bowl of Pho broth which was descent but barely warm. I ordered 2 Bah mi sandwiches chicken and grilled pork to go. The sandwich meat on both was quite skimpy and not great quality. The location is not for the squeamish but man up if you want 3 star Vietnamese kwizeen . Side note our server an elderly man was super efficient and friendly.
google avatar

K K.

Yelp
Really good Vietnamese's food! I feel like the best Vietnamese restaurants are in sketchy neighborhoods, so I guess I kinda felt good about that pulling up! Friendly fast service! Pho broth was good, a little salty but with the condiments and lime it was great. I got the rare steak, and it was shaved paper thin and I loved the texture dipped in some hoisin. Vietnamese coffee was really good, like my mom used to get in Oakland. Ordered the egg rolls and I wish they came with lettuce and the traditional compliments, these came with a decent sweet and sour sauce. Overall glad I stopped on my long trip drive through the mountains.
google avatar

La Yenny S.

Yelp
Veggie tofu lo mein is very flavorful and tasty. Go to Asian cuisine in the Dino. The owner is a sweet man. Have always gotten take out and he's sweet enough to deliver to my car. The restaurant has an old school feel that I like and maybe I'll come dine in one day. People know what's good.
google avatar

Kris C.

Yelp
Came here on our way back off the mountain after snowboarding. The location seemed a bit sketchy but this place is good! It seems to be a family owned business and they work hard to provide good food and good service. Most of us had the big bowl of pho with everything. The broth was tasty and there was plenty of meat and condiments. The owner was super friendly and I let him know we will be back after our next trip to go boarding.
google avatar

Jay Q.

Yelp
It's our first time to be here. Food is good, service is great and the ambiance is chill. You can't go wrong in Thai spot.
google avatar

Rudy R.

Yelp
Great food and a genuine hole in the wall find for San Bernardino. Have never left here disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful and seating is open considering it's a small place. Stop on By!!
google avatar

Netia B.

Yelp
I had been meaning to go back here since my last review because that's how good the food is! I no longer live in the area, so it's a bit inconvenient, but it's 100% worth the drive. PSA: please don't go here if you're scared of San Bernardino!!! Don't need people docking this restaurant points bc of the area it's in, it's not deserved (The best food is from the hood tbh). I went here for LNY (Tê't) because I wanted my family to try authentic Vietnamese food for the first time, which they LOVED. The food was so refreshing and filling even with my ~30 min drive back home after I picked up my order. I even was able to have a second helping the next day bc the portion sizes and reheat value shows the quality of the food, I mean come on, I was able to reheat my oysters a whole day after and the flavor didn't diminish or upset my stomach! It's incredible! I didn't get a picture of the 3 lemon sodas and BBQ pork soup, but everything showed/talked about was $104 w/out tip and worth every penny.

Yelp
We come here for steak pho and spring rolls. Super tasty little gem in San Bernardino. Service is great and everything tastes fresh.
google avatar

Victoria B.

Yelp
Favorite Pho spot in San Bernardino. I've been going here for a decade and the quality has not changed.
google avatar

Linda N.

Yelp
Everything was delicious and service was great. There's a banana dessert that was very tasty.
google avatar

Imee F.

Yelp
Pho = is so good here. It tastes like -homemade-recipe been in the family for years-so they know what they're doing- type of pho. Grilled pork spring roll = also very good. Warm, simple but flavorful. Everyone who works here is so nice. I always feel like I'm visiting a friend's house. Can't wait to try the other items on the menu.

Na C.

Yelp
Hidden little gem for Asian food :) owners are very nice people and friendly. Got my pho bowl and they don't skimp. Yummy
google avatar

Lisa B.

Yelp
My son wanted Chinese food. This was the closest to his school. The food as super tasty and fresh. I got D 1 and it had a little bit of everything- beef, chicken, noodles, veggies, egg rolls and shrimp! Son got orange chicken with Chow mein also super good! Service as good...will definitely be back
google avatar

Brenda L.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Owner also helps out the homeless. Fantastic guy. Definitely coming back again. Good service.

Cat K.

Yelp
This place is absolutely wonderful! This place quickly become a regular go to spot, it's not only got good prices but the food is sooo good, never had a bad meal there. The service is great, also always so nice! I tend to go for the same thing every time and to give you a hint at how often I go here. I don't even have to say anything and he already knows what I want!
google avatar

Phoenix C.

Yelp
I go here very often with my family, it's to the point where all we don't even need the menus anymore and we know what we want. The waiter knows as well, he just looks at us and goes "Same thing?" And we nod. He's super nice and a joy to talk to when there isn't a language barrier. But even then he's still very charming always saying. "Hello my friend!" Whenever we walk in. The food is just as good, cheap and consistent with a good portion size. The Pho is a stand out, for the price it's perfect. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are tender, and the meat is always on point. I prefer mine with all the fixings(Sriracha, Hoisin, Basil, Lemon, and Sprouts) and it never disappoints, the interior is certainly quaint and I appreciate the lack of music and the fact the TV is placed high up in the corner so it isn't intruding on the meal. The location may be a little sketchy but it is San Bernardino and it's worth it for food this good at the price it's at. For 3 people we rarely walk out of there spending more than $45 tops it's genuinely impressive.
google avatar

Kimberly S.

Yelp
Their pho is delicious! Food comes out quickly and i always get seated quickly. Nice little restaurant just not in the greater area.
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
This spot is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area! This business is ran by a humble Vietnamese couple that treats all their guests like family. I would recommend this spot for shaken beef, pho, and chicken wings. The shaken beef is typically served on a sizzling plate if eaten at the restaurant which calls for an exciting experience. The pho definitely hits the spot no matter what time of day. Lastly, the chicken wings are to die for. They are crunchy and savory and make you want to come back for more. If you are in the area, definitely come to this spot!

Tony K.

Yelp
Food was good, we received it very fast and enjoyed it. We hope to come back again sopn
google avatar

Jme K.

Yelp
I ordered the well done steak and addded shrimp to the PHo. It was to go and was delicious: the only thing was the amount of meat I got was very minimal. It was only 4 shrimps in there but other than that it was so good. I also ordered 4 eggroles which came with lettuce and were so tasty. I didn't get to get a picture because we ate it so fast. I will be going back today lol. The price came to about $24 for everything which was not bad at all. A edit I came back with pictures! I went again!
