This has been my favorite restaurant for a couple years. I love the atmosphere and the food, the waiter is very kind and has the ability to remember our orders without writing anything down which I think is pretty cool. The pictures below are of their "Spicy beef noodle soup" and their "strawberry matcha latte". It's such a chill restaurant and usually isn't busy which I love but they definitely deserve more customers 💗💗💗 btw the bowl of soup is their regular size for $16 and is quite big 🍲

The vegan phò is my favorite and is plenty for two people. The staff are nice and the atmosphere is pretty.

Not only is the food delicious, their customer service is top tier! My husband and I made a take out order (squid appetizer, chicken salad, bahn mi combo, vegetable stir fry). Everything was great, except we did not receive our appetizer (we were already almost home when we realized this). The restaurant had called a couple times, but my phone was on silent so I missed it. They reached out again later, and profusely apologized. I made an arrangement to return to the restaurant to pick up the missing appetizer when I pick up more food later this week :)

Here is a breakdown of my rating, this is me having dinner alone. Food- Pho was delicious not going to knock it 1000/1000! However I ordered a matcha cheesecake and I kid you not they microwave it and brought it out half melted, the crust on the bottom was burnt with a burnt flavor and certain parts of the cheesecake was frozen. I guaranteed they pulled it out the freezer and was trying to defrost it, this would be a 0 stars never ordering it again! Service- I got seated right when I walked in but waited for about 15 minutes while a very slow night there was very loud conversations in the kitchen area with multiple people who maybe worked at the restaurant. The server was 100% sweet and nice but it was very hard to understand him and I had to ask a few times what he was saying other than that he was really nice! The only time I had to communicate was when he ordered and asked if I was ready to pay. They do not check in on you to see if you need anything but you can stop them to ask for things which I liked because I don’t like when a server comes every 5 minutes while trying to feed my face! Lol Atmosphere- it was calm however with it being so open and you can hear people who have loud conversations and not mindful of others but I sat there listening to the table behind me about their child custody issues and then across the way a kid cussing at the dad. So it was not so much peaceful but for sure next time bringing headphones. Lol

I had chicken pho & my wife, who is Vietnamese, had beef pho. Both broths were delicious and aromatic. The chicken was thin sliced and very tasty; the thin beef slices were perfectly cooked in the broth—tender & tasty. My wife says it is the best beef pho she has ever had and I think the chicken pho is outstanding. Wonderful service & delightful ambience add to the fun experience. Highly recommended!

Our server, Kiet, was very friendly and polite🙂, making the service great! We found this restaurant a few years ago and make a point to stop here for some very authentic and tasty Vietnamese cuisine. The food is always fresh and delicious. The occasion of my birthday was this complimentary tasty mango sticky rice dessert.

Had the bun bo hue. The broth was great. It tasted authentic and not a add on dish to the menu. Good portions. The pho broth was also good. Egg roll was tasty, crispy. Is not filled with cheap fillers. Would eat here again

Just had a wonderful dinner with friends at Lotus Vietnamese cuisine. The wonton pork pho was filled with numerous homemade tender wontons. Baby bok choy WAM with the greatest tasting noodles, and there was so much of it! Each of my fellow diners had pho packed with vegetables and chicken or a huge stir fried rice and chicken dish that was so flavorful and aromatic with sesame oil. Delicious! And don't miss the mango cheesecake! I can't wait to go back.

Delicious overload! Can't say good enough about this place. Nice decoration, and the service top notch like 5 stars restaurant. Party 6 or more 18% gratuity added.

The Pho and Noodle dishes were delicious and the space was perfect for groups. We especially appreciated Linh taking such great care of our group.

Early dinner at Lotus last evening. I had a vermicelli bowl (B9 I think) with pork, shrimp and the crispy egg roll, partner had the spicy beef soup. Both were great, nice complement of flavorful and fresh vegetable/herbs. Will definitely be back to try the build your own salad rolls entrees!

Oh how long I've been searching for you since I moved up to Washington. This is the vermicelli dish that I enjoyed so many times when I was living in Oregon City. The marinated pork was very tasty. The egg roll was perfect and vermicelli with peanuts and sauce amazing. The inside is extremely well decorated, a lot nicer than I'd expect at this price point. When I come back I'll see how much it would cost to add extra protein because I could have eaten more. The seating is very comfortable. The service is good and the food's brought out quickly. I'll be coming back and I suggest you try it also!

Lotus Vietnamese Cuisine is fantastic! We always order the pho soup, and it's always delicious. The pork and veggie sandwich is absolute perfection! I love the beautiful vibe inside the restaurant, making it a great dining experience. The service is amazing too--always friendly and attentive. This place is a definite favorite!

A top choice. I honey cannot report on the salad rolls because we always order the mushroom Fries and they are amazing! W of these days we will try them. My husband and daughter report that this is their favorite pho and the vermicelli bowl is unbelievable. The service has also always been top notch.

We came here to check out the food the day before yesterday. The service was outstanding and very courteous. And the food was every bit of amazing!! Definitely worth a repeat!! Come check them out, great music and a peaceful atmosphere.

Found this place close to our house, and after reading reviews, we decided to give it a shot! The ambiance as you walk in is pretty cool. So many lanterns hanging from the ceiling and lotus flowers painted on the walls. Very inviting. There was only one employee working the floor, so it took a few minutes to be seated because she was taking orders from seated guests as well. The kitchen staff did help bring out food when it was ready, so that was nice. All our food came out hot. We ended up ordering the shrimp salad rolls, chicken lettuce wraps, salt and pepper squid, and tofu drunken noodles. The shrimp salad rolls were just ok. They weren't wrapped tightly and just fell apart, making them difficult to eat as ordered. We've had better elsewhere (Nom Nom is our favorite). The rest of the food was delicious! The chicken lettuce wraps were so good! The sauce was addictive. The tofu in the drunken noodles was crispy on the outside, which we absolutely loved. The salt and pepper squid was so tender and the breading light. Overall, the atmosphere was lovely and food delicious. We'll definitely be back to try other options. Highly recommend.

Wow. How did this place get over 4 stars. Everything was Lacking flavor. The wings were soggy and off tasting. The noodles were not good and the platter was tasteless. Will not return.

Food was good! Service was great for it being the end of the day when we went. The calamari was pretty bouncy and stir fried well. The onions were stir fried and they used fresh cracked pepper which was great! The bun bo hue I wasn't too impressed with, it was on the sweeter side and less of the spicy rich flavor. But it was okay. Lots of greens given to put in. The ambiance of the place was nice. Not too boisterous. There's parking available.

The salt and pepper squid was delicious. They used crack pepper and properly sautéed the onions. The bowl of pho was standard and the pricing is great. For 16 dollars I got what I think is a typical bowl of pho nowadays and for 23 dollars you can get the larger size which is probably what most places charge for a normal size. Would recommend!

After passing many times, finally had to give it a try. It was very quiet & peaceful in there which was nice. We started off with the papaya salad, which was really refreshing. The drsssing was different than what i was used to, but still really good. I got the meatball pho as I do at every other Vietnamese place because I like to compare. There were lots of meatballs, which was nice. It was really tasty. I don't remember the exact name of what my bf got, but it was a platter of things. Everything was tasty, he enjoyed it. Of course when you sit down, they have a little card at your table advertising the desserts. Well the words "homemade" green tea ice cream caught my eye. It was really good, strong matcha taste. It was a little icy though, like maybe it was it freezer for a bit. Service was great & our food came really quick. Will have to come back & try more.

The amount and taste of food and drink for their prices are great. It was my first time there with my mother and brother. They have been wanting me to go with them for some time because of the friendly and quick service on top of the family-friendly ambience. Cam on for a worthwhile experience!

Beautiful and clean space... a hidden gem with delicious Vietnamese fare. Surprisingly, it was practically empty on a Sunday after church... Not sure why.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch here yesterday! The food was delicious. I got the tofu banh mi (a personal favorite of mine). It came with tasty mushroom fries which had a fantastic sriracha dipping sauce, which I also used on the sandwich to add a little kick. My companion got a vermicelli bowl which looked really good too. Service was friendly and efficient, and the interior was decorated with paper lanterns in a variety of colors and shapes: eclectic and beautiful! I would return here if I'm in the area again.

1. We ordered a regular pho with yellow noodles and he gave us regular noodles. We returned it and he gave us another one with no utensils. We asked for utensils sols and gave us an unwashed spoon. We ordered a Thai tea and he forgot. Food wasn't great either I ordered a maple chicken and the chicken came out like it was sitting on the table for hours before serving it.

Food was amazing! The pho is beyond delicious. Friendly and fast service, I've never had a wrong order but they would take care of it if I did. The restaurant is clean and quiet, you can actually have a nice conversation while you eat.

For the very first time, my husband said this is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. He is not kidding! The shaking beef tastes good and tender. I offered spicy noodle beef and fried egg-rolls - all yummy! Dessert: fried banana and coconut ice cream was okay (could be improved). Regardless, we're happy to finally found a decent Vietnamese restaurant in PNW. Good service and nice ambiance. We'll be back!

Went for lunch on a weekend. Not crowded at all. Ordered the spicy beef stew (F3), pho dac biet house beef (P1), and chicken satay. Chicken satay flavors were ok, I am more used to using ground meet for the satay rather than meat strips, but still decent when paired with the peanut sauce. I had the beef stew which was decent as well, though occasionally the spicy peppers sent me into a bit of a coughing fit. Friend who had the pho also liked her dish overall. Decent Vietnamese place in the area, perfect for a rainy day.

Everything was awesome! Love their pho! Beautifully decorated. Can't wait to come back.

My SIL and I wanted to try something different for our weekly lunch. We decided on Vietnamese which we know nothing about. We chose Lotus in Hazel Dell. Upon entering the decor was welcoming and kind of calming. We informed the owner? that we were unfamiliar with this type of food. She was friendly. The menu was huge but good descriptions and sometimes pictures of the food. I can honestly say there were many dishes that looked good. I decided on House Combination Fried Rice with shrimp, chinese sausage, and chicken with various veggies. This dish had far more flavor than fried rice I have had before. It was a very large portion. I absolutely loved it. The only complaint I would have is the egg was overcooked. My sil ordered Beef Pineapple. Again a large portion. She loved it. A true test for us is if we would order the same thing again. The answer is absolutely yes but there are so many other dishes to chose from and we want to try others. We also tried the fried mushroom sticks. They were good but might not order again. A suggestion I would have is to have a specialized lunch menu. We definitely will be back. We had the Wonton stew and it was like magic. The noodles were perfect and the meat and wontons were perfection as well. I love this place and we will definitely come back for more. If you are looking for anything to eat, GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Service was prompt and patient as we look through the menu. The restraunt was pleasantly decorated and the food fresh, hot and flavorful.

Pleasantly surprised. The pho beef broth was perfect for me- light, clear and fresh - not overly spiced with seasoning, like other pho restaurants that I have been to. The chicken and green papaya salads were both fresh and well-made. Green papaya salad included shrimp. Portions were generous and good value. My kids enjoyed the wonton soup, which was packed with baby bok choy. Also enjoyed the Taro boba beverage. We asked for NO PEANUTS due to severe allergy - and had no problem! The menu also included Thai dishes, such as Pad Thai and curries. Restaurant was clean, quiet, spacious and had pleasant decor. Service was quick, polite and attentive. Nothing fancy, very basic. But, a great place for a family meal. Happy to have this Vietnamese restaurant option in Vancouver.

Excellent selection of menu items and the flavor was incredible. Plus can't beat prices and friendly service. I have decided this is going to be my new go to Vietnamese spot.

Place is bomb ! Came in for pho but would rebind curry , pad Thai and all the apps ! Solid 10 out of 10!

I usually do not go to places 30min before close - for multiple reasons. Tonight I decided that I needed Phó... When I tell you this is the best Phó I have ever had I am not fibbing! The kind lady at the stand took our order super quickly and answered our questions. We did not get to eat there, but the place is very inviting and next time I will be eating there. If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food... Look no further, go to Lotus Vietnamese Cuisine! Sorry for the no photos... It was so good I forgot!

food is great the service is terrible. When they first opened they had great service now you have to get your own to go containers. They do not check on you always have to ask it you need water. Most of the servers just stand around talking

This place is legit. Been 3x and each time lovely Togo service and super calming ambiance. Next time going to bring my friends in.

Stumbled across this gem on a road trip (Portland to Seattle) - Delicious food, great service and cute restaurant. Also, very fast for lunch.

My husband and I had dinner here. We ordered the Bun Bo Hue and Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio. The service was okay. The foods on the other hand need improvements. The Bun Bo Hue didn't taste authentic. It was too spicy and the spicy taste is all chili pepper and really no other flavor. The portion was small, it was mostly broth. The beef was overcooked. The tendons were chewy. The Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio portion was also small. The meat wasn't good at all. The price was expensive for the food portion and quality. I wouldn't go back there.

Food was just ok. Service was good. The place was filthy. Please take a little pride in your property. Your customers will appreciate it.

Food was good. But the server forgot our pot stickers. I asked for no cilantro for my pho because it truly ruins meals for me. But I got cilantro and spent over 5 minutes picking it out. Sketchy location. Probably won't go back. But that's based on my experience. Again, the food was great but the service was meh. And now we know!

This place is amazing. First, They designed their restaurant to resemble Hoi An in Vietnam and killed it. Aesthetically, this place is beautiful and really enjoyed the calmness and mild environment. But! We are here for the food... let me tell you it did not disappoint! My wife (who is Vietnamese) and I are very picky when it comes to good, authentic Vietnamese cuisine and they blew our expectations out of the water. The Vietnamese coffee was phenomenal. From their white noodle salad, to their beef fried rice. It was absolutely delicious. The meat was amazing with zero chewiness, the presentation was rad and the service was outstanding. We are going to try and make this a once a week thing for our family. You will enjoy it if you like Vietnamese food!

Another one of those restaurants that you need to come back to. The ambience is formal but you don't need to dress up. Looks very high end where you can take out of town visitors. The food meets my palates standard for Vietnamese food. The service was quick but we did not come at a busy time.

Service by lady was not good and was acting very weird, TOOK A PICTURE OF ME AND MY UNDER AGE SISTER!!! Once we were in our car. And said it was for her "personal collection." food is good but service is very weird

The best vegan pho I've ever had. The flavor is so good! There were shiitake mushrooms, baby corn, carrot, cabbage, broccoli, and A Lot of green onion. I love green onion, so if you don't maybe you can ask them not to add it. Amazing service. The ambiance is the best I've experienced! I'm definitely going back for a date night. I also want to try their smoothies! Real fruit :) I would add boba. Great place for a date night. It feels like you're not in Vancouver, WA. A nice get away. Comfortable seating. Clean restroom. My partner enjoyed his drunken noodle, he said there was less sauce than a Thai drunken noodle. Which makes sense because this is a Vietnamese restaurant. He enjoyed the shrimp tempura batter also :) I don't like shrimp, so take his word :) I can't wait to go back.

Ordered delivery and I understand sometimes the product differs as opposed to dining in, but for what I paid, I expected the same quality. 1.) I wanted extra protein, so I added shrimp to the chicken pho at a whopping $6.00 extra. This gave me FOUR shrimp. That's it. And to top it off it still had tails and shells on them so I had to remove those before I could even put them in the soup. 2.) It wasn't even hot. At all. Now maybe that's on the delivery driver but I've had Pho delivered before and it's been plenty hot. I had to stick it in the microwave. 3.) The broth had zero flavor. I usually "doctor" it up with hot chili sauce and sriracha which adds to the flavor, but I tried it before and it was bland. 4.) I got ONE jalapeño slice and the other was the "heel" end, which I couldn't even use. 5.) And this onion! (See photo.) Did they forget to cut it? Pretty pathetic considering it clearly has glowing reviews.

if you can overlook poor service and good food, then Lotus Vietnamese cuisine is a good place to go. The food is always great and that's the only reason i go back. the service is extremely poor. they don't refill water, they don't check that everything is good and i had to get up and get my own to-go container for my soup since the server was too busy wandering the restaurant and never acknowledged our table. P.S. don't ask for them to split the bill. that seems to be a thorn in their side.

I'm not impressed with my recent visit. The food was okay, nothing special but the service was terrible. I'm not sure if we came on an off night but we won't be returning.

I just went back again and tried new items, again WOW, just incredible work be their Master eChefs....truely gourmet Thai/Vietnamese cuisine at its best! And the place is STUNNING inside, kudos to whoever did the decor. Oh yes, this blew me away......They have 10 different kinds of Fried Rice. I love fried rice, always order it at Asian places and this stuff is the best ever, no kidding!

We came here to try the updated restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor. The music wasn't too loud and the place looked very clean. The updated booths were a nice surprise as well. And the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were seated right away. The menu was easy to follow and the choices were impressive. I've seen the reviews on price, and in all honesty, you get what you pay for at this restaurant. I had the P2 build your own pho. I got the brisket. Small. Not super. I was hungry, but not that hungry. My fiancé got the Tom yum soup. To say we were impressed is an understatement. The pho broth is one of the best I've had and the Tom yum was very good as well. We will be coming back as we are excited to try other dishes on the menu.

The food was amazing, some of the best Vietnamese food I've had. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was calm and quiet. I'll definitely be back especially with such great prices for the serving sizes.
