"The American chef at this new spot in the 11th used to work at another restaurant in Paris, where she single-handedly created a queue during brunch for crispy rice bowls. She returned to the states to open in before doing another 180 and opening this spot last spring. Here, the evolving menu of her now-trademark California cuisine is served in a more buttoned-up but still casual-cool atmosphere. Expect punchy, seasonal, and earthy dishes like trout with kumquats and black olives, and crispy rice with dried fruits and turmeric. Magnificent meal, we came looking for a light and fresh small plates dinner and weren't expecting an experience as impressive as we got. Beautiful place and cutlery, superb skin contact bottle wisely advised by our host who knew everything about her trade making us very at home. I feel it has been pretty long since I had food that was that original and good in Paris, even though it could look otherwise by some normal-looking ingredients: We had a radicchio with a green sauce full of surprises, cucumber salad, tomatoes salad, fish crudo and another one snacked : it was an experience wittily managed from the look to the end taste on the palate. Definitely eager to come back

This has become one of my favorite places in Paris! It’s always a treat and a joy to sit here. Everything is fresh and seemingly simply but always with amazing twists, interesting flavor combinations that invite you into new ways of thinking about the pleasure of eating and sharing food. I love the concept of sharing everything, although it is not mandatory. The staff is always very kind and knowledgeable. Its a relaxed atmosphere. I also like the music selection.

We had a lovely Mother’s Day lunch here. Service was great, very attentive and they even made a dish that’s normally only available at dinner for us exceptionally during the lunch. We appreciated this detail! Great Flavors and beautiful tableware 😉 Look forward to going back.

We discovered this restaurant through their Instagram and gave it a try. The chef/owner Mailea greeted us at the door and showed us to our table. She and her staff were wonderful and explained the menu. We made our selections, ordered wine and settled in for a wonderful dinner. The dishes were so good we felt that we were cheating ourselves by not ordering more, so we did. It wasn’t from still being hungry, just the fear of missing out on another delicious creation. I highly recommend this restaurant. We can’t wait to try the other location in Nashville, TN U.S.A.

Amazing. The tasting menu was fantastic, nice variety and flavors, all built around a sort of Mexican theme. Great wine selection and service. Also loved the open kitchen. We‘ll come back for sure!

I was looking for a place to take local Parisian friends for dinner on a busy Friday. We sampled almost everything on the menu and loved it all. Service was a bit slow, but the sheer deliciousness of everything made it worth the wait. The owner was most apologetic about the tardiness of the kitchen and very graciously comp'd our desserts. My local pals declared it all wonderful and want to make it one of their go-to restos in the 11th.
