I stopped in to buy myself a gift And when I walked in the store, I immediately felt welcome. The staff was kind and made me feel Important. I ended up working with Joseph Who helped me Pick out the perfect pocket organizer, and even offered to stamp it with my initials, which I truly appreciated. I will be going back to work with him for my next purchase in Aspen. Thank you, LV team!!

There might be a decent selection of bags at this store, but I would be hesitant to spend any sort of money at this location. Came in to look at the Capucines bags, but got no attention from an SA until I touched one on display about 5-10 minutes after getting in the store. Our mistake for assuming that was okay; every other shopper in the store was doing it, but I guess we looked too casual to do so. The male sales attendant barking, “THOSE ARE OUR EXOTICS!!! Don’t touch, the oils will damage them!! Ask if you need help” is not particularly welcoming. I’m not going to beg for attention to buy a bag that costs over $7,000. Every other location I’ve visited has their exotics locked up and for the most part saved for repeat high-spending clientele… I’m glad they made clear that I would not be welcome as a customer regardless of what I am purchasing. The Cherry Creek location is more welcoming, but I’ve had such a cruddy experience with LV sales associates that I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere. If you are considering getting anything LV, would strongly recommend making the trip to Denver or any other location to give your sales commission to someone that won’t treat you like a dog.

On a recent ski holiday I purchased a small limited edition handbag from LV Aspen. The original shopping experience was lovely, however they did not provide a receipt and nor did they email one. After having to take time from skiing to return to the store the customer service was dreadful. The store manager (I presume as she interjected another sales assistant) asked if she could help, went back to another customer, then found me in the system and handed me a printed receipt. When I said I hadn’t received an email from them she went back to the other customer and asked me to write my details on a post it note. I then had to ask for an envelope for the receipt. There was no apology for their errors requiring me to return to the store, I was treated as though I was a nuisance. 24 hours later, I still haven’t received an email. After recently shopping at Burberry in Vegas and Ralph Lauren in LA on our US holiday all I can say is the LV customer service at Aspen is sub standard.

For the 2nd year in a row, I have left this particular store FUMING at the way the same sales lady treated us! Last year I went ahead with the purchase, yesterday we figured out what we wanted, left the store and simply purchased everything online because I REFUSED to let her get any part of the sale/commission after the demeaning way she spoke to and treated us. After reading some of the other reviews, seems it wasn’t just us she has treated this way.

British accent & glasses lady was extremely rude and seems clueless. We went in today around 4:45 pm and asked about Murakami pieces - stared at us like we were speaking a foreign language. Was also clueless on future Murakami drops & such. Then, I was looking at key pouches/wallets and she brings 2 card holders and explains how she uses them and loves them. Didn’t even give them to me to look at, just held them in her hands with no eye contact, then ran off with another client without saying anything. Overall not a welcoming experience at all with her.

Very unpleasant sales associate. I was there with my daughter, who was looking at key pouches. SA was not making eye contact, totally ignored if I said something. She opened a slg drawer, I noticed mini pochette in the drawer, and asked if it was a mini pochette there. She said no and closed the drawer. When she opened it again, I asked to see it. She gave it to me, and walked away with another client. After this, we left the store. She was wearing glasses and had british accent. Not a good representation of the brand. Very off-putting.

Again called in a favor and Louise came in for a private shopping excursion. I love Louis Vuitton but I like California better. Don't get me wrong I definitely appreciate him coming in & service was great but it was blah. Selection I already a lot of it but I didn't leave empty handed I shopped for my squad & they appreciated everything. Value means nothing when the people you surround yourself with don't judge you for your faults, your imperfections, respect your boundaries, love you No matter what & stir you in the right direction

I visited the Louis Vuitton store today around 4:30pm with my baby in a stroller and was really disappointed by the experience. The store has a few stairs so I went up to a female employee and asked for help. She looked right at me and said someone will help, then walked away. She easily could have helped, it would not have been difficult, but she just ignored me. I even motioned to the man behind the desk for help, and he ignored me too. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a beautiful white jacket that was about $4,000 but instead I had to carry my stroller with my baby in it up and down the stairs by myself. He is heavy and it was not easy. No one greeted me, no one offered assistance, and no one even acknowledged me. I felt completely judged, maybe because I was wearing sweatpants and pushing a stroller. We just moved to Aspen and I was excited to explore the shops, but this was a really disheartening experience. For a brand that prides itself on luxury, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I came in ready to shop and left feeling invisible. Feel free to check your security cameras. I was there around 4:30pm.

My husband and I stopped in the Aspen location on Wednesday, September 3. There were two employees working and both treated us with sincere kindness, attention, answered questions and offered the right amount of service while we browsed. They did not treat us differently as we were just looking and did not make a purchase. They were engaging and welcoming, which is much appreciated. Purchase from this location when you can, via in person or online!

I'm not a savage. I'm not classy. I am a little boujee and I'm a whole lot ratchet. So Louis Vuitton is not normally a place you'd find me. But there I was. Aspen is a funny place for those of us who have to fly commercial. It's beautiful and I love it but what a different world it is. I often say that one of my talents is that I can talk to anyone but Aspen folks may test that statement. If you're reading this, you know what LV is about. You probably also have a friend who has a LV purse. Chances are, that purse is a fake. Why? Because they have purses here that cost $5,000. That's right ladies and gentlemen, a purse costs $5,000. Now I am not one to judge. I love to spend money on cool stuff. But purses, they don't even do anything. However, I can respect the bouje. And bouje it is. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful even though I didn't buy anything. They did have a baller ass fur chair hanging from the ceiling. I considered it but figured it would be hard to get home. Bonus points were awarded because when I walked outside, it started snowing. Awesome.

I can not rate this store high enough. Jason (from Charleston ) Was so accommodating, not to mention patient with me going back and forth as to what to get. The whole store was welcoming to me and my family (children included), even getting a LV Christmas cookie each on the way out. Thank you Jason for being amazing!

Horrible. Went to buy an item and they claimed they didn't have it in stock although before I went in I called and asked about inventory. They confirmed they had one. I hang around and see the manager sell it to another "customer" although they claimed to have sold it already. When I confronted them about what just happened it was made clear the item was sold to a friend of theirs who turned around and offered to sell it to me at a much higher price. I have filed a complaint with the company and I recommended you avoid this place!

The staff at this location are definitely the most welcoming and friendly that I have experienced at all Louis Vuitton stores. Made a very lovely shopping experience. I would prefer to come to aspen just to shop at this store because of the hospitality they showed to all of the customers that walked through the door.

This store is so cozy and cute! I visited this store and found a Palm Springs mini (which is always sold out), and other nice item. The staff was great and their uniform was so cute! They may get mistaken for clients because they wore turtle neck sweaters, instead of the usual dress top. I came here to get my luggage tag stamped with the Aspen leaf. I was visiting on vacation and they shipped it to my home in NY instead of me having to pick it up. Beautiful store with wonderful decor.

This is one of my favorite luxury stores in aspen. Not only is Louis Vuitton the best Luxury brand but this particular store has amazing customer service. Every time I go into this store they truly do their best to make sure I have a good experience. Gustavo and Linda are amazing. I'm not sure you could ask for better employees. The store is always clean and everything is perfectly put together. They really go above and beyond their work duties to insure Louis Vuitton quality is evident from the time you step into the store. Keep doing an amazing job Gustavo and Linda. We definitely appreciate all the hard work you guys do on a daily basis. Obviously you get what you pay for, and at this store you get everything. So don't go in looking for a deal.

Went in to see the speedy and came out with the speedy and the aspen neverfull. I had a great experience the ladies there took their time in showing me everything and being really nice, they made me feel comfortable enough to want to spend my money here. She went far and beyond to service my requests and the outcome was even better than expected. She went far and beyond for me and I can certainly attest to the products and service as being superior.
