I visited the Louis Vuitton store today around 4:30pm with my baby in a stroller and was really disappointed by the experience. The store has a few stairs so I went up to a female employee and asked for help. She looked right at me and said someone will help, then walked away. She easily could have helped, it would not have been difficult, but she just ignored me. I even motioned to the man behind the desk for help, and he ignored me too. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a beautiful white jacket that was about $4,000 but instead I had to carry my stroller with my baby in it up and down the stairs by myself. He is heavy and it was not easy. No one greeted me, no one offered assistance, and no one even acknowledged me. I felt completely judged, maybe because I was wearing sweatpants and pushing a stroller. We just moved to Aspen and I was excited to explore the shops, but this was a really disheartening experience. For a brand that prides itself on luxury, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I came in ready to shop and left feeling invisible. Feel free to check your security cameras. I was there around 4:30pm.

Wow…..what a personal touch. I walked in to purchase a simple Passport Wallet to match my current wallet. They didn’t have it in stock and my sales gal (Samantha Staley) took the time to order and have it delivered in time before leaving Aspen. She also texted me when delivered and went above and beyond to have it personalized. 5 star experience!

I can not rate this store high enough. Jason (from Charleston ) Was so accommodating, not to mention patient with me going back and forth as to what to get. The whole store was welcoming to me and my family (children included), even getting a LV Christmas cookie each on the way out. Thank you Jason for being amazing!

I feel AWFUL this took so long but GEMMA is a GEM. There is no one else you want by your side helping you when you are here shopping. It was my first experience buying a designer handbag all on my own and I was nervous to say the least but VERY excited. Gemma made me feel like family and made my experience the most enjoyable and memorable experience. She was patient with me, showed me all these options of what I might like and I actually ended up going with a suggestion of hers over the bag I thought I was going in for. She is kind and literally deserves a raise! Thank you Gemma!!!!!

My first trip to Aspen. All excited to go the LV store yesterday to get a tag stamped as I like to collect tags wherever I travel. For those that don't collect tags or don't get their LV stamped each location sometimes have a very special stamp that you cannot get anywhere else in the world. I forgot to bring my own tag to get it stamped so I decided to buy a bag that came with a tag just for the Aspen stamp as LV no longer sell the tag on its own. Walked into the LV store the SA Hanna(AK01) clearly saw us coming in and did not greet us. We then continue to walk around the store for 15mins browsing until someone could help us. Hanna(AK01) finally helped us after attending to some kid (looks young around 10 years old). I picked out a limit edition Santa Monica in DE. Hanna (AK01) took out a measuring tape to make sure that the Aspen stamp will fit. I make my purchase and was told to come back in three hours to pick up. We came back within 1.5hrs as there was a downpour. We were told by the manager that we met for the first time that she cannot stamp the tag as the Aspen stamp will not fit on the small tag. We then ask to see other stamps to see what can fit on it and was brush aside as she has a customer so we waited patiently for one more hour. After the hour I had enough and decided to return the bag as we originally came here just to get the stamp and it's not happening. I left very unhappy yesterday but today I got even more furious. Told my friend what happen and she sent me a photo of her small luggage tag with the Aspen stamp on it. It clearly fit and there is no reason they cannot stamp that tag for us. It's now insulting and wasted our time as we have very little time in Aspen. We are leaving Aspen today and clearly can no longer have enough time to get it stamp. All I can say is I have been to many LV store and getting treated like this is unacceptable.

I'm not a savage. I'm not classy. I am a little boujee and I'm a whole lot ratchet. So Louis Vuitton is not normally a place you'd find me. But there I was. Aspen is a funny place for those of us who have to fly commercial. It's beautiful and I love it but what a different world it is. I often say that one of my talents is that I can talk to anyone but Aspen folks may test that statement. If you're reading this, you know what LV is about. You probably also have a friend who has a LV purse. Chances are, that purse is a fake. Why? Because they have purses here that cost $5,000. That's right ladies and gentlemen, a purse costs $5,000. Now I am not one to judge. I love to spend money on cool stuff. But purses, they don't even do anything. However, I can respect the bouje. And bouje it is. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful even though I didn't buy anything. They did have a baller ass fur chair hanging from the ceiling. I considered it but figured it would be hard to get home. Bonus points were awarded because when I walked outside, it started snowing. Awesome.

Horrible. Went to buy an item and they claimed they didn't have it in stock although before I went in I called and asked about inventory. They confirmed they had one. I hang around and see the manager sell it to another "customer" although they claimed to have sold it already. When I confronted them about what just happened it was made clear the item was sold to a friend of theirs who turned around and offered to sell it to me at a much higher price. I have filed a complaint with the company and I recommended you avoid this place!

The staff at this location are definitely the most welcoming and friendly that I have experienced at all Louis Vuitton stores. Made a very lovely shopping experience. I would prefer to come to aspen just to shop at this store because of the hospitality they showed to all of the customers that walked through the door.

This store is so cozy and cute! I visited this store and found a Palm Springs mini (which is always sold out), and other nice item. The staff was great and their uniform was so cute! They may get mistaken for clients because they wore turtle neck sweaters, instead of the usual dress top. I came here to get my luggage tag stamped with the Aspen leaf. I was visiting on vacation and they shipped it to my home in NY instead of me having to pick it up. Beautiful store with wonderful decor.

This is one of my favorite luxury stores in aspen. Not only is Louis Vuitton the best Luxury brand but this particular store has amazing customer service. Every time I go into this store they truly do their best to make sure I have a good experience. Gustavo and Linda are amazing. I'm not sure you could ask for better employees. The store is always clean and everything is perfectly put together. They really go above and beyond their work duties to insure Louis Vuitton quality is evident from the time you step into the store. Keep doing an amazing job Gustavo and Linda. We definitely appreciate all the hard work you guys do on a daily basis. Obviously you get what you pay for, and at this store you get everything. So don't go in looking for a deal.

I had a great experience the ladies there took their time in showing me everything and being really nice, they made me feel comfortable enough to want to spend my money here. She went far and beyond to service my requests and the outcome was even better than expected. She went far and beyond for me and I can certainly attest to the products and service as being superior.
