"The Arts Décoratifs Museum promises an enchanted interlude opposite the Louvre gardens. In the kitchen, Benoît Dargère reinvents Mediterranean classics by means of meticulously selected produce. On the terrace or in the elegant dining room, the service is as exquisite as the food (risotto of the day; piccata of milk-fed veal al limone and sage; grilled octopus and aioli). Cosy, refined and delicious." - Michelin Inspector

Lovely breakfast spot! We came here for breakfast and had avocado toasts and smoothies – both were absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The place itself is beautiful and cozy, and it’s clearly popular as many people were arriving while we were there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty and well-prepared breakfast!

Great place! Food is delicious, drinks are great. Its so great in fact we went 3 times in 3 days. This spot has gluten free and dairy free options. Berry pancakes are a must, very good texture and amazing maple syrup. Workers are so nice and have great English, for those who don’t speak french.

Ella was our server and she was amazing!! The food was so good and celiac friendly!! Everything on the menu can be made gluten free and the staff is so amazing. the drinks are also STRONG so definitely worth the money!

Such a cute place to have breakfast. We were a bit early for our reservation but they were still able to sit us. Very friendly staff. My husband ordered the cold brew and avocado toast with eggs. I had the scrambled eggs on toast and bacon with a cappuccino. The cappuccino had a slightly weird taste to it but wasn’t bad.

A Parisian Breakfast Delight! I just had breakfast at a truly charming Parisian café, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The atmosphere was incredibly cute, embodying that classic Parisian charm that makes you feel right at home. The service was exceptionally friendly, adding to the warm and inviting ambiance. As for the food, it was top-notch, with everything being incredibly fresh and delicious. As someone who prioritizes healthy eating while traveling, I particularly appreciated their thoughtful selection of gluten-free and organic options. To top it all off, their oat milk flat white was absolutely delicious. This café is definitely a must-visit if you're looking for a delightful and healthy breakfast stop on your next trip to Paris!

Google
The fish was super nice and crispy, and the sauce the goes with it matches perfectly. The fries are also great, they’re more like wedges. I also had the side green salad and was pleasantly surprised but the light yet tasty dressing and crispy fresh greens. 20/10!

As a Coeliac traveller from Australia, Lou Lou is the best. The GF Chicken Parma was the best I’ve ever had. My wife’s meal also perfect , thanks, highly recommended, so we returned the next day and again is was fantastic thanks.

Google
I loved this place, we found it by just exploring the options nearby while being in the area, I was surprised by the atmosphere and how good the food was. Personnel is just amazing! Everything we picked from the menu was soo tasty, special thanks for a carrot pie, avocado sandwich breakfast and coffee

Yelp
Little aesthetic place here and the food was also really good, but just that it was cold. Club Sandwich - my brother is not usually a fan of club sandwich, but whatever they did here actually was good! He was actually quite impressed by it. Only thing is that it was fairly cold. Chicken Parmesan - Really delicious! Not greasy and the tomato sauce is quite flavorful. Perfect amount of cheese as well. I don't usually have a chicken parmesan because usually greasy and then the tomato sauce just gets too strong for me but actually ENJOYED this one.

Yelp
Great food! I recommend the Buddha bowl, and my kids enjoyed the chick sandwich and the club sandwich as well. Sitting on the sidewalk gives you a delightful, shaded space to be cool and comfortable.

Yelp
FR On visitais ce restaurant parce que j'ai voulu manger des pancakes. Il n y'a pas des pancakes là (merci Google et le site web) et l'autre restaurant que j'avais l'idée originale à visiter, il fermait la cuisine 16h. Cet endroit avait le brunch all day. EN I visited this restaurant because I wanted pancakes. There were no pancakes here (thanks google and the website). I originally wanted to visit another restaurant in the area but their kitchen closed at 4pm. This place offered brunch all day. I ordered the chicken burger. It was nothing special. I ate it but don't really remember it. My girlfriend had the club sandwich but didn't care for the gluten free bread that accompanied it. I tried it and agreed that it took away from the general flavor of the meal. Their signature Loulou lager was good. There was another signature beer on the menu that had some floral notes but it wasn't available. Lastly, I ordered the French toast for dessert. I waited a bit for it and it was burnt when I received it. The vanilla ice cream hid it though. I didn't finish it.

Yelp
My favorite thing to do when visiting a new city is to see if they have an "Australian brunch" spot. They're always the absolute best -- colorful, fresh, healthy, and delicious. After eating many crepes around Paris, stopping by this cute cafe for breakfast was the right choice... TWO days in a row... and let me tell you - eating at the same place twice on vacation is usually something I'm very against. But this place was that good and really energized us with protein, fruits, and veggies for a long day of walking and exploring. Both days, I got the avocado toast with egg on top and a cold-pressed juice. The dish was huge and came with incredible, thick potato wedges and a salad on the side. I loved the ability to have a bit of everything - protein, greens, carbs, and healthy fats. Yummmmmm, yum. The perfect breakfast. We sat outside under the cute, striped awning and the service was quick. You scan a QR code on the table to pay, so you don't have to wait for service when you're ready to go. It was the perfect traveler's spot and the ideal way to start the day. Thank you, Loulou!

Yelp
Great food and fabulous ambience I definitely would recommend stopping by if you are in this area or Paris. Service was very good, attentive and kind. Just attempts little French, smile and you'll enjoy

Yelp
Good protein packed menu from this place! Loved it! The vibe was also so fun, colorful and the staff was kind

Yelp
This was a cute place. We ate in the outdoor area. The servers were very nice. I had the savory pancakes which were gluten free and came with two fried eggs and two slices of bacon. I'm very grateful that they offer gluten free options as it can be hard to get gluten free in places. Overall, the meal was good and filling.

Rowan M.

Yelp
Gluten Free options were incredible and wait was rather short! Lovely sit down experience as well

Yelp
We decided to grab dinner at LouLou our first night in Paris. It was a very cute little spot with a great patio. We sat down and ordered relatively quickly. We ordered a avocado club sandwich for my wife and a Wills Deli club for me. The food came out quickly and the portion sizes were excellent. Both sandwiches came with fries as well. The pastrami in the Wills club was superb. I'm pretty picky with it and they definitely delivered! My wife said her sandwich was excellent and she would definitely order again. Overall a great cafe to sit and watch the traffic with some wonderful food options.

Yelp
We had an absolutely amazing breakfast at Loulou! This was our first breakfast in Paris and we couldn't have been more impressed. First off the entire place is extremely beautiful. Very impressed with the color schemes and decorations. Next up the espresso and cappuccino were delicious. Service was absolutely spectacular and staff are super kind and pleasant to be with. The Benedict's were so damn good we were full for a good portion of the day to explore Paris. Would highly recommend to visit here!

Yelp
It is one thing to be leisurely about your meal, quite another to have you waiting for a server without greetings or effort. After sitting for fifteen minutes with no service, we left. It is not a nice vibe to see agitated diners waiting to order, for water or to pay. More effort needs to be made for proper staffing or best not to seat people you cannot accommodate.
google avatar

Yelp
Their fresh juices and uniquely hand cut fries were great. The Byron Bay Burger (a chicken sandwich) was ok, but different than the description. It had chicken and avocado as advertised, but it also had a unique tomato sauce, bread and butter pickles, and no discernible miso or coriander red onions. It was still good, just not what I expected. They also added asian coleslaw on the side. I would have preferred all fries, because the coleslaw was not very good. My husband had the Club Avocat and said it was just ok too. We would go back for the juice and fries, but try something else next time.

Yelp
Very cute brunch restaurant with a little bit of a US twist. We got burgers which were very good and some well made lattes as well. One person got the huevos rancheros and was quite disappointed with the meal though.

Yelp
Great little spot. Came after I stumbled upon it on Yelp. I arrived a little after 8 am and thankfully missed the rush of people and grabbed a seat inside. The ambiance of the place is very chic. Staff was attentive and the food was great. Ordered toast with scrambled eggs (which tasted like heaven) and bacon on top. My parents and I all had the same thing and each of us loved it. It also came with a small side salad. Great presentation as well. The outside area provides heating during the cold winter months. Overall the experience was great. I deducted one star because in my opinion the portions were small for the price.

Rachel W.

Yelp
Cute place, slightly disappointed by the food and filtered coffee. (They only serve cold brew in the summer.) The regular brewed coffee tasted very bitter as seems to be the European way. Toast came with no butter. Everything needed a lot of salt. Seems like they're trying to be healthy, which I do like! Nice staff, spoke some English, and they have almond (amande) and oat (avione) milk.

Yelp
A little Aussie-inspired casual restaurant in Paris with a fantastic breakfast & brunch all day menu! Loulou is located just a few minutes southwest of the Notre-Dame Cathedral in the Latin Quarter, and as they say in Paris, "Rive Gauche," which means on the left bank of the river. My husband and I were walking through the neighborhood and I believe the words "Açai Bowl" and "Buddha Bowl" on their chalkboard sign stopped us in our tracks! I'm so glad we stopped, because dining at this "friendly diner" ended up being a wonderful, impromptu highlight on our most recent visit to Paris. We have our favorite cafes in Paris, and now can add Loulou to our list! Delicious highlights: * Buddha Bowl (a big, hearty, tasty vegetarian bowl of goodness) * Avocado Toast & Ses Œufs Pochés (& poached eggs) - beautifully executed! * Golden Milk (steamed almond milk, turmeric, black pepper, coconut oil, and honey - a natural anti-inflammatory drink!) * Beetroot Latte - (steamed almond milk, beet, ginger, honey) They have a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options to please everyone, especially all us health-conscious foodies! Definitely come here for delicious & healthy food, wonderful ambiance, and friendly service! We can't wait until our next visit!

Yelp
I went to this cafe at the end of summer, because after playing the tourist for several hours, let's say that my feet needed some to rest. When I arrived, inside the cafe and the terrace were almost empty and three people were standing at the counter. As no one welcomed me or asked me what I wanted, I took the lead to ask if I could sit down to be served, a waitress told me that I could have a seat wherever I wanted, I chose the terrace. I ordered a latte and I told her that I wanted to keep the menu with me to order something else once I'll be done with my coffee as I had no idea what I wanted at that time. She barely listened to me, brought back the latte and the bill that goes with it. Without a smile, or any explanations... nothing. Let's say that I wasn't impressed with the service, it was almost non-existent for me. I let you draw conclusions from my experience.

Yelp
Cute brunch spot! Really friendly staff but service is slow. We ordered coffee and food and the drinks didn't arrive until we were halfway through our meal. Food was tasty but there were slight issues. The bread for both the avocado toast and the ham and cheese sandwich was ridiculously crunchy and almost painful. The granola in the açaí bowl was also incredibly hard. Portions were small for the price but you're paying for the ambiance. Overall I'd say it's charming and good, but if you're really hungry, I'd go elsewhere.

Taylor C.

Yelp
We went for breakfast and it was excellent! We had Latte, hot chocolate, eggs your way, croissant, paleo banana pancakes and the avocado toast add smoked salmon! The service was excellent and the restaurant is so cute! We truly loved our experience

Yelp
Good service, food, music and ambiance. I ate chicken Cesar salad. It was fresh and delicious. I like it much.

Yelp
We were in France for 10 days and this was our worst treatment of the entire trip. I do not recommend this spot - service was poor and the food was mediocre. Servers wouldn't make eye contact with us, blatantly ignorant and rude. With so many places to explore and try, find somewhere else!
google avatar

Yelp
This was my favorite lunch place in all of Paris! I have a gluten allergy and the food here was phenomenal and allergy-safe. The sandwich, an avocado chicken blt, was fresh, flavorful and SO good. Even the fries were allergy-friendly and they had some great coffee drinks. It doesn't hurt that it was also an adorable cafe with great outdoor seating.

Yelp
What a beautiful place from the outside and inside , gorgeous decor , bright and fresh colors but the service and food was more than lacking .. Took the waiter forever to acknowledge that we were ready to order and once we received our food , eggs were not cooked how we ordered them and we were told "the eggs were prepared an hour prior ", not acceptable, also bacon was barely edible, and potatoes tasted like they too had been cooked an hour prior . Tables way too close together in the inside , no breathing room between patrons . Bathroom area didn't even have separate paper towels for drying your hands .. just one big cloth paper .. gross . Not a pleasant experience
google avatar

Yelp
Aesthetic brunchers rejoice! Loulou's not only looks good, but serves a decent brunch too. Everything from the retro menu, pin striped awnings, and outdoor patio evoke cool Parisian chic. Pleased to find the servers are attentive and ready to take your order. We ordered the avocado chicken club and eggs on toast. Both come in hearty sizes with potatoes and an arugula salad. Good! But not amazing. You came here for the atmosphere! Worth checking out if you're seeking an enjoyable brunch experience.

Yelp
The place is super cute and the decor is lovely. However, our waiter never expressed any emotion. It looked like he did not want to be there. Our food was pretty good not the best. I ordered the faux filet with "special fabulous sauce" and it was interesting. I asked for it medium and it came out pretty rare. My boyfriend got the bacon cheeseburger and it was super greasy he couldn't even finish it all! We opted for just water to drink with this meal because we were so dehydrated. We finished the bottle, and my boyfriend was ignored 3 times trying to ask for some more water. Unacceptable. We shouldn't have to ask to get more water. Additionally, my boyfriend tried to go to the bathroom, but he said there was piss all over the floor he couldn't even get to the urinal. GROSS. I found that shocking for how cute the place was. The place is cuter and "instagram worthy", but the food and service is below average. I wouldn't waste your time here.

Yelp
THE best avocado toast EVER! I have been dreaming about it since we left Paris! Cute tables and chairs and atmosphere! I was on cloud nine but my husband, who had the eggs and bacon breakfast, thought his breakfast was mediocre. Cute little place that I (not really the hubby) would be more than happy to return to!
google avatar

Alexia F.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! I had it with cold brew. Complimentary jar of water for the table as well. They also have complimentary water for the table. Relaxed atmosphere with great service. My waiter spoke English and helped me out when I insisted I wanted to practice my French... even though I still know nothing! Would recommend.
google avatar

Justin V.

Yelp
Home. This is a place I would go out of my way, WAY out of my way to return to. Service was the best we've experienced in weeks, friendly, personable, helpful, and upbeat. Ambiance was right on ~ inviting and lively. The food was delicious. We ordered a third meal as well as dessert because the first two meals were so on point. This restaurant would do well anywhere, but stands out in sea of French restaurants trying so hard...what they try for this gem does almost effortlessly.
google avatar

Katie W.

Yelp
Food if delicious and service was efficient yet very friendly! Glad they are open all day do we can come back
google avatar

Jeana B.

Yelp
They could tell right away that we didn't speak French and were quick to accommodate. Our waitress was extremely kind! I didn't get a chance to catch her name and the waiter that assisted was a gentlemen. I ordered the gluten free club sandwich and my husband the burger. They had menus that were in French and English. Everything was delicious and we wish we found it sooner on our trip! Thank you for having us! :)
google avatar

Fred B.

Yelp
Great place. We had lunch - fish & chips was outstanding. A huge piece of fish, some of the best hand cut chips I've ever had, and an amazing creme fresh lemon chive dipping sauce. Friendly service. Good prices.
google avatar

Yelp
Friendly and fast service. Delicious food. Needed something other then the typical French breakfast. It was so good!!!!!! Great atmosphere. Thanks Yelpers, so glad we found this place. Yum.
google avatar

Zelin Z.

Yelp
The food is good but the waiting time is too long. I ordered avocado toast and waited for 50 minutes. I had to go and before I leave the food is not served. People that ordered later than me had almost finished.
google avatar

MARISOL D.

Yelp
This is my second time in Paris and Loulou's is a must!! The atmosphere is super relaxed everyone is super nice and attentive. The food is exquisite I get the fish & chips and for dessert the pain perdu is a 100% must!! It's a piece of heaven to die for on earth I eat here at least 3 times on my trip

Ravi S.

Yelp
My favourite restaurant I tried during my Paris trip! Delicious food, lots of options regardless of your budget, and amazing service staff. Very safe for someone with celiac as they have a dedicated fryer and many gluten-free options that are clearly labelled. I will definitely come back here if I ever visit Paris again.

Yelp
LOVED IT!!! So cute and trendy We got : Avalado toast -- yumm Bread pudding- really good Eggs - delicious Accai bowl - my favorite Croissant - perfection We got here early so we missed the rush but as we where finishing a line formed outside. The service was great, and ambiance it very chill and trendy cute. I would recommend it!

Yelp
Amazing drinks and probably the best fries I've ever had. Super cute sweaters and super nice waitress would definitely go again!!

Yelp
Great breakfast and lunch cafe in the Latin Quarter. Just a short walk to Notre Dame du Paris. The scrambled eggs were the best I had in Paris, perfectly soft and buttery. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I did not have a chance to review the lunch or dinner menus but I suspect they would have been well priced and well executed.

Dan R.

Yelp
Found my favorite breakfast place in this section of Paris! They offer "mug of filter coffee" which is something I always struggle to find in France. Many excellent breakfast options. I had the avocado toast with poached egg. Excellent and fast service. Online checkout with Apple Pay made it easy and quick.
google avatar

Sherry F.

Yelp
We were staying in the area & we stumbled upon this place. We were hungry but was also in a rush. The interior is rustic/industrial, very cool space. We ordered cappuccinos & croissants. The barista was very friendly & drew swans on our cappuccinos, clever. Cappuccinos were delicious & the croissants were freshly baked & amazing. So happy I was able to stop by & grabbed a quick breakfast. Next time I'll have to come back and stay a bit longer & try other dishes. cool space!
google avatar

Courtney F.

Yelp
Very neat place that we hit on our walk to ile de cite. Quick service for France. The food was okay but the service was quick and friendly. The people inside were even friendlier. This place has communal dining so make sure you are comfortable with this if you are not from Paris. I ordered the civiche. It was a bit watery for my taste. The flavors of cilantro were nice. Most people, like my husband, ordered burgers. The burger was great and unique. Had a nice taste to it. The fries were good but pricey to order a la carte. I ended with a hot chocolate. Although fancy in presentation, it did not compare to the thick hot chocolates that I have come to find and love within other parts of Paris.
google avatar

Jeanett N.

Yelp
This was such a cute place my husband and I only had a few days in Paris , we decided to come to this place. It was good we both had fish and chips but it was a small portion. But won't complain coming from Texas I guess we are use to bigger portions. Overall had a great experience everyone was friendly.
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
Decided to go here for dinner on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad we did. We both ordered a burger and fries - one with a GF bun and one without. I had the GF burger and you couldn't even tell it was different so I had to double check. Bae also loved his regular burger and he is an avid burger lover. We also got dessert which was a brownie/fudge type bar with whipped cream and we were pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. Topped the meal off with some mint infused leaves and two big smiles! If we ever go back to Paris, we will definitely be eating here again.

Yelp
Escaping the Latin Quarter heading to the Metro mid afternoon amid the throngs of tourists, which we were as well, the kids decided there and then they needed a bathroom break. One thing I've learned about Paris so far is that there's a dearth of publicly available restrooms. A wholly lame reason to stop into a cafe, their need to offload coincided with my desire for a drink, and LouLou was generously accommodating to both requirements. The waiter was gracious, entertained our elementary attempts speaking French, quick service. Didn't eat, but worth mentioning their happy hour drink specials. Something in the way of their take on a mojito was €4... a tasty bargain. I'm stingy with 5 star ratings. Everything I experienced during our brief stop there was superb, I just don't know what a 5 Star Paris cafe is to me yet.
google avatar

B A.

Yelp
Awesome place for brunch! The outdoor vibe is great and it is just steps from Notre Dame. Try the Big Breakfast Bacon!
google avatar

Jimmy Z.

Yelp
This was another really chill spot where people were speaking English. It is weird but because my French is like 3rd grade level, after a week in Paris, I found myself just wanting to talk to people in English without having to dance around my child level of French but at the same time, if I am in France, I am going to speak French to not be a jerk...nevertheless, it is nice to find a spot with people speaking English primarily. The food and atmosphere here are spot on French diner. The whole place has the vibe, decor, and food nailed for a relaxing meal. I really liked this place and I will go back any time I am in Paris.

Hey C.

Yelp
Great for traveling with kids. They speak English have fish and chips and burgers as well as French food for the adults. Quick friendly service and near Hermès for desserts. Good for first day or two when everyone is jetlagged
