Lounge by Topgolf

I met with a client earlier who was in town, finished up early and stopped in for a late lunch and a couple drinks. The space and layout was really nice. A big bar area, plenty of tables and outside seating too. Groups and families were dropping in. The food was great. I had the Korean BBQ wings. They had good flavor and worked well with my IPA! The staff was friendly and I was able to catch some sports on the tvs throughout the space. There was a charity event going on outside which was kool, and the energy and vibe was great. Met some kool folks who were just hanging out, as well. Definitely a nice, casual spot to talk business of just catch a game and enjoy the views. Right by the putting green. I didn’t get a chance try the indoor golf bays, but i’ll be back and hit those up on my next visit for sure.👍🏽

Went for the Christmas decor pop up, which is cute but they are not staffed properly for it at all. The sole bartender, who was also our server, had a lot on her plate but very little pep in her step. The “fancy” $15 drink tasted like a vodka cranberry from a college bar. And the food was not that great for the price. Find somewhere else for the Christmas vibes!

Went during Christmas. Decorations were awesome! Christmas cookies and Christmas drinks made the experience quality.

Honestly incredible how poor the experience was. Walked in and it smelled...like poop to be honest. My wife and I instantly looked at each other and clocked the smell. Next we were shown to the bay but left alone without any instructions for a couple minutes. Being our first time there we were instantly confused if we were supposed to do something or if they would be back. On top of all this the games are amateur and poorly designed. Each game either provides no instructions or they start instantly with the instructions off to the side so the first player is rushed to start while also reading the rules. Some games even stopped while every clock on the screen still had time. The games feel like they are out of second or third tier arcade games from the 80s which is fine in some venues but not here in my opinion. The tracking technology was also a huge disappointment. Being TopGolf and especially PGA I expected better technology. I would venture there are many home set-ups that would do better than this. The sensors constantly read a throw going in an entirely different direction or meaningfully off from the obvious place it hit. Fine for golf where the ball is moving so fast you cannot notice but in tic tac toe my wife tried just throwing a ball and it was off to the naked eye. Thought it would be fun given some other immersive experiences we have had but really disappointing. Oh and they don't have putters!?! I even asked and they didn't seem fazed by the question.

Waited over 20 min to be able to order. The bartender out the liquor bottle in her armpit then handled with her hands. Very disgusting. Many bartenders looked at me while I was trying to get attention to order and then went about their own business. Zero quality in the bartending staff. Drink was mediocre at best once I finally received it.

Bar & lounge right in the heart of Frisco PGA Omni area. Friendly and prompt service, reasonable prices and simple tab setup process. We only ordered drinks as we stopped in after eating at a nearby restaurant. Margarita, long island and blackberry lemonade were very good. Would stop by again to try more menu items. The area is gorgeous with tons to explore.

What a fun spot! Not only can you rent a simulator bay with endless game options for all ages but the food …. My goodness the food! We had pizza, sliders and the brisket tacos… excellent is the word that comes to mind! Do yourself a favor and get in there to try this little gem!

We made reservations for a group of 12 for the A&M Notre Dame game. Mia and her team went above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT SERVICE. First, they called us during our round mid-afternoon to confirm our reservations was all set for that evening. When we got there, our waitress was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We asked them to change the audio to the game and they did. At times when we got a little rowdy, instead of being annoyed they seemed to genuinely enjoy that we were having a good time. In terms of service we received at OMNI/PGA this was easily the bright spot of our weekend trip. 10/10 would recommend.

OH. MY. GOSH. The queso fundito is so freaking good. If you want a good starter, I highly recommend it. Now the burger and wings? Not so great but the fries are good at least. We were going to eat at Ryder Cup next door but they changed their menu and took away the pulled pork nachos and yeah, that's the only reason we would go there so we had to try this out. Service was great as we were the only people there. We sat at the bar and watched sports so I would say the ambiance feels like a very upscale sports bar. Great for drinks but ok for food. Also, Burger was just ok. Hubby said he'd rather eat whataburger or in n out burger. This burger is called Smash Burger but it is not an actual smash burger as we were informed by the waiter.

The food was really good and the portions were substantial. Definitely a good idea to share! The service was excellent! Our waitress Blair was so sweet and we never had to ask her twice for anything! She was always right there when we needed her. The indoor virtual golf bays were super fun! More than just golf too (football, baseball and hockey!). We had a large party of 10 and everyone had a blast! Lots of TVs showing football games and plenty of room to just hang out. Will definitely be back!

Made a visit to the PGA resort in Frisco Texas. The entire resort was absolutely amazing. Very well done by the PGA and would consider it to be a must visit destination if you're a golfer. The topgolf lounge was nice. Nothing special on the inside as far as environment is concerned. Not super well lit but that could have been because it was a cloudy day. Renting a bay is easy and it was only $50 an hour which is pretty much the going rate for golf simulator bay rentals. I thought it was a little funny that we were playing a round of golf on the simulator and went to putt and there was no putter in the bag. We asked the server why there was no putter and they said because they were being stolen. Like you don't notice somebody walking out of the restaurant with the putter. We only got drinks when we were there so I really can't comment on the food but I would definitely go back in the future.

The ambiance was good, not super loud, you can play golf or hit a ball inside. I received a good service, it was pretty quick. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and we got seated right away. I think they have a really good tasting guacamole and Chips! I tried banh Mi and it was okay. They do have a good French fries. Food selection is not that much also. We ordered chicken wings (buffalo and Korean bb, both are a bit spicy for me). The best part about it if it's not a very hot day is , you can go outside and watch a show in the big yard as well as rent a golf club to put. I would go back there for the venue for sure :)

Food: we had the sliders, pizza, and the brisket tacos ... all were outstanding!!!!! Service: the team was on it!! We wanted for nothing as they were one step ahead, Makenzie rocked! Ambiance: The simulators are awesome as they have SO many options for all ages! We went from golf to zombie dodgeball to baseball to football to tic tac toe ... the team showed us fun variations and made the whole experience so enjoyable!

We love love love this place...but they just can't seem to get the AC figured out. We've been 4 times since last August. Our first time there, it was incredibly hot and uncomfortable but we figured it was bc they were fairly new and still figuring things out. The two times after that were ok bc it was during the spring with cooler temps. Today we went back and it was truly unpleasant! The games, the food, the drinks, and the service are SO GOOD but we cannot come back until you guys figure the AC situation out. We pay $75/hour just to rent the bay and then food and drinks on top of that. Please figure it out because we really want to come back but not if it's going to be this uncomfortable.

Wow ok no just no! The place was the service was terrible. People working there act as if they had to be there. We had drinks nothing special crown and coke next to no ice because it melted before it got to us. We were wanting a snack and got boneless buffalo wings. They had a bad flavor bad aftertaste. We told our server he didn't care nor did management. The place was dirty and hot. Pick anyplace else big let down!

Awesome outdoor hitting bay by TopGolf/Toptracer. There are only 6 bays so be sure to get here early on nice weather days. Nevertheless, the service was great and the trash can nachos are , highly recommend!

Definitely NOT ADA compliant. The restaurant and bar itself, is good, but they need to fix the towel dispenser situation in the bathroom!!

I am pretty shocked! The waiter was super polite, and the bartender was polite, too. I had the Smash Burger with fries, that sauce was phenomenal with the burger. I love the lighting in there. I loved those suites where you can play games. I would recommend, especially with the headquarters of PGA Golf!

2 margaritas (singles) and a Miller Lite $52? Getting a little out of hand these days

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE- bartender was great, she steered me away from the overpriced Brat which she stated was the size of a hotdog buried in in bun. I got the smash burger-good and value was there. I was absolutely blown away by the call tequila price. El Mayor, retail all day at Total wine is $28, a shot at the bar was $40...I should have asked, terrible to gouge the locals and people who look for business dinners like me. I asked on several other "call shots" and honestly, I could have had them cheaper in several clubs around. Nope, many other choices, but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy to expensive to drink there.

We were really hoping this would be a fun place to hang and brought some out of town friends with us to try it out, but we had a really poor experience Saturday evening. We paid for an hour in the simulation bay, but the lady explaining how to use it started our timer before she even started explaining how to use it, so we lost about 10 mins just listening to her very slow explanations and asking questions. Then the simulator kept freezing when we'd switch between games, so we lost time there too. The games were not very responsive and more frustrating than fun. It's just not clear how to play some of the games or what equipment to use. And many of the games show replays of what you just did which also wastes time. $75 for an hour (which actually amounted to about 35 mins of actual play time) is just far too expensive for what it is. Topgolf needs to re-evaluate this set up because it's definitely not up to the same standard as their main golf facilities.

Unfortunate experience at the Lounge over at the PGA today. Things are obviously busier than normal at the District today, but we arrived at 3.30PM and were told we could be sat in 35 min. After an hour, we started checking in pretty regularly and were told we were #1 on the list. 30 min later, we're still waiting. People are just hanging out at their tables while their kids play, obviously after their check's been paid and no one's turning tables. We live across the street at Windsong Ranch and want to love this place, but looks like we'll be driving down to Legacy West a lot more.

Food was really good! Service was great, too! Wasn't crowded and got right in. Plenty of space for everyone. Would be a cool spot to reserve with a group of people to hang out.

Excellent service at the bar after a round on the par 3 course. Collin and Victor behind the bar are excellent! Ask for a smoked pineapple mezcal margarita, you won't be disappointed! We will surely be back.

Stopped in on a rainy day. Plenty of wait staff here. Glad there are more options close with good drinks. Nice view of the course too.

Walked in to see how long wait was. It was over 2 hours and there were tons of open seats. We asked if we could just go sit at the bar instead and she said the bar was not open seating. Mind you there was not a single person at the bar... Not sure what the problem was but she also wasn't very friendly.

Great place to escape the heat and have some fun!!! Lots of game options other than golf our kids enjoyed it. Food was delicious and wonderful service!

Food was great, the atmosphere was nice, and they had some awesome games for the kids to play. I wish I could remember waiters name but he was probably one of the best waiters we have had the pleasure to meet. There was 15 of us and they were able to accommodate easily. We had kids from 10 months old to 10 years old with us. It was a good time.

Great fun to be hard at Lounge by Top Golf. Good food and cool atmosphere. Bailee, our server was fantastic! Will definitely be back!
