"Love Language took to its Instagram account to announce that it had closed its doors on Wednesday, January 3 after opening in 2022 in Midtown. Located in the former Bound’ry space, Love Language was a multi-level concept that featured a pizza bar, restaurant, and event space (The Caldwell). Owner Crosby Keltner brought on chef Brad Webb to helm the menu, which focused on smaller, shareable plates influenced by the cooking techniques and styles of Spain, France, Italy, and the South. While the blistered wood-fired pies were favorites, the restaurant was also known for its creative cocktails and artfully presented plates of smoked meats, seasonal vegetables, and desserts." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

Been on my list for a little bit, my husband and I got seated in time for happy hour at the bar. Love the huge half-circle bar, plenty of seating with high tops as well. The happy hour menu is not only a great value but variety as well. We had a pizza off the regular menu and we liked it a lot! Staff was friendly and professional. Can’t wait to return!

The service was excellent. Very cozy atmosphere and great for a date night. The octopus appetizer was perfectly portioned, flavorful, and expertly cooked. I was thrown off by the "odd" pizza ingredients, but the chef knee exactly what they were doing. The lobster blt pizza was phenomenal. They offer a full bar. Valet parking is an option.

My friend and I were able to get a table with a short wait time after an event we attended. The pizza was delicious here! I got the Bianca. Perfect blend of ingredients. Our server was great and kept our glasses filled and checked on us just the right amount. They don't take cash FYI. No biggie! Would definitely dine again if I am ever in the area!

You know that feeling when you just let someone spoil you? That was my experience at Love Language!! From their flamboyant decor that immediately catches your eyes when you walk in, to their attentive and friendly staff, to their decadent dining delights making every bite worthy of savoring, to the fabulous bathroom affirmations, this place was truly a delight! Quality dishes, fresh ingredients, priced reasonable for the level of service. Our waiter had a wonderful sense of humor and was so helpful. I wish all my restaurant experiences could be this delightful and I’m planning my return visit!

A few weeks ago, I had a reservation misunderstanding and shared my disappointment with the restaurant. Love Language was very responsive and went above and beyond to make things right. It is very clear to me that this is a restaurant that cares about their guests and wants to ensure a great experience every time. Not all restaurants care in such a way. We returned last night to try the restaurant again and had phenomenal service from our waiter, David. David was not only extremely attentive but also very knowledgeable about the menu. He turned the meal into a whole experience. If you go to Love Language, I highly recommend requesting David as your waiter! Atmosphere wise, this restaurant is beautiful and has a stone pizza oven that you can watch the pizzas cooking from, depending on your seat, which was a fun touch. There are high-top tables in the front of the restaurant and an additional dining room in the back. Everyone working here is extremely kind and friendly. Food and drink wise, everything was delicious! The cocktails were a big hit and I think the gorgeous food pictures attached to this review speak for themselves. We also got to experience some off-menu food and drink that incorporated seasonal flavors, which was unexpected and fun. We are very glad we came back and that Love Language put in the effort to make our meal special. Thanks, Love Language.

Got to experience the newly opened Love Language. The beautiful space was only upstaged by how incredible the food and drinks were. The tuna carpaccio, beef tartar, and bavette over polenta were the highlights but every dish we tried (and we tried 7 of them) had a unique delicious flavor. The surprise delight is their pepperoni pizza. This is definitely not a pizza joint, given the classy ambience but they nailed it. Would highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Located in the once former Bound'ry  Midtown location, Love Language a restaurant, pizza bar, and event space concept. On the first level, there is a dining room and a dog friendly outdoor patio with tables. The menu offers starters, shareables, and large plates with Italian, Spanish, and French influences, as well as a pizza bar with fresh, made-to-order pies from a wood fire oven. On a recent visit, while waiting for friends, I made a pit stop at the bar which has a nice selction of cocktails. The hostess, staff and bar tenders were very friendly. For dinner, I ordered the blackhawk filet with grilled asparagus and smashed potatoes. Hands down, it was the most flavorful steak I've ever eaten, but it was petite, petite! Most others at the table had the pizza which they said was good. Want to try: arancini, margherita pizza, beef tartare, and brunch.

Love Language is my new go to restaurant. Very cool and hip vibe, upscale and funky but not pretentious. Great visual art and amazing ambiance. Eclectic music, attentive and engaged staff ( some of the best I’ve experienced, delicious food ( crazy exotic flavors) and the pizza is hand fired. I’m a vegetarian and plenty of selections! It’s a must go to place in Nashville. I mean…..who doesn’t want to experience Love Language? ❤️
