Nice staff, super clean, discreet and offer a good variety of lingerie brands: elegant, playful and casual, in all sizes, from XS to Queen!! . I love the fact the toys are by sections, it makes it easier to browse and find what you are looking for. From a couple toys section to a costume section! Another thing that caught my eye was the excellent selection of oils and candles to use for massages and take care of your skin. I 💯 recommend it. 💝

Truck drivers not welcome Up date... As to the (owners) response they are full of it I was bt and on the side of the building not blocking anything and was asked to leave before even getting out of my truck

It was my first time going in this store and it was a pleasant experience and they were very ready to help me of I needed anything now I plan on going into the one on interstate drive for my next purchase/purchases and am looking forward to it

Price on clothing was good. My girl found a skirt for 4 dollars. I mean for 4 dollars. It was something you would pay 25 for gladly. So the selection was larger than I'd expect and me and her have been to more than our fair share of fun shops

This is now my favorite adult store. I travel a lot for work. I stopped here to get items for my wife and I. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, fair pricing, quality products, and welcoming staff. I will from now on only come here even if it is a bit out of my way. They always remember me and are full of great info and suggestions when I am unsure. Thank you Love Shack!

Great atmosphere - relaxed no pressure - shopping environment. The store is well organized, making it easy to browse and find what I was looking for. The selection is great, and the staff is very helpful, and make you feel comfortable shopping. Good prices, very competitive, and and what's even greater is that it is are a locally own business. Management has done an excellent job!

Awesome customer service. Meryl the sales clerk, helped me find everything I needed and without any judgements. I was a bit nervous to enter alone as a Female, but once inside I was greeted kindly and was able to see that this location is a safe place for anyone to shop comfortably. They have an aggressive safety policy in place to protect their customers privacy, as well as keeping the entire store very brightly illuminated . They even have sections geared towards the different needs of each individual. I was able to shop in the lingerie section without any issues. I felt very safe and would recommend this location to any of my friends!

I've been here twice. My first visit I was helped by a woman and the second time by a man. Both were extremely rude and not helpful. Made accusations about my age because I look young. And got an attitude with my boyfriend when he was asking the man about the lady who served us the first time. He got super defensive and apparently they are dating. And was very rude about keeping the front door shut. Never going back again. Take your business elsewhere. They have basic products with a mark up price.

I was here a couple of years ago with a friend. We went inside, browser for awhile. While we were looking at lingerie, my friend bumped into a display. She profusely apologized and righted the display. We were never carded or offered assistance, and on top of that, as we were leaving, the sales associate warned us to NEVER return, because we had stolen something. Neither of us had stolen anything. We were very confused and asked what she meant, offered to empty our purses for her, but she yelled at us that she wasn't interested; she wanted us out. So, we left. I called a few minutes later and asked to leave my phone number for the manager, but she apparently knew it was me because she told me no, that I was wasting my time. I hope this place is out of business, or that that bitch at least doesn't work there anymore.

I was nervous about going in, but the staff people there were professional and courteous. They helped me with all my questions and I felt at ease in just moments after going in. I've returned Again since. I love them, they really seem to care. I'll return soon. Thank you for your support and kindness!
