The proprietor, Kong, is a great guy - walked me through what type of device I would want and the pros and cons of each price point. Huge selection and great customer service. I highly recommend.

Literally just got a vape and it stopped working. When I got it they said that they couldn't give receipts with cash purchases. When I tried to pay with a card I was told that their receipt machine was "down." I now realize that these were excuses so I couldn't return/replace the product. I also can't file a claim through the company bc I don't have the receipt.

It’s a vape shop that doesn’t know their own products. Sold me the wrong pods, didn’t realize it until I got home and they refused to exchange or return them when I went back. Go to a store that knows what they’re selling and gives you the product you ask for.

Updated Review: Still friendly service, but really doing a poor job with store upkeep over the past few months. I went in about 5 weeks ago and they were out of the coils/juice that I use. That's fine. But I went back in again a few days ago and they still were out. In fact, the shelves were exactly the same product as before with low inventory. It's not some rare brand that I use either. On top of that, the store is pretty clearly neglected when it comes to cleaning. It's not that it's gross inside, just disheveled and dark/dusty. I'll give them another shot in a few weeks before I fully stop going. Original Review: Ignore reviews about it being a poor environment, my experience was very pleasant. I have no idea about vaping but didn’t feel talked down to when asking questions. Also only place that had the unit I was looking for

I lost my mod. The person at the front was very helpful with me find a new mod and which pod was better. I come here all the time and the customer service is great

visiting from NYC and they have a robust selection and the service was great. The couple is super helpful!

The staff in this store is very knowledgeable. There is also a fair selection of high end e liquid in the store a long with some nice mods. But one thing I didn't like about the store is that there wasn't many samples you can try before you buy the liquid and the price of this place is close to ridiculous. Many of the liquids and lower end items such as plastic tanks and low end drip tips are at least 5-10 bucks more then they should be. Experienced vapers should be fine going in there but new vapers should watch for the prices. You can get way better deals from online store or even other local stores.

I am fairly new to vapor and I am very glad I came here. They patiently answered all of my very dumb questions. They gave me great advice, suggestions and samples. I left with a better vapor set up than I would have had if I tried to put one together on my own. I'm very happy with my experience there and will return again. An excellent store with a great selection.

Honestly the best vapor shop. Awesome array of inexpensive to premium liquids, helpful and chill people, a hangout lounge and vapor bar. The best part a cute and friendly pup who likes to wear people clothes!! Other apps I've been to rush you in and out and expect you to know what you want. The group of hipsters that work this shop help you find the perfect liquid give suggestions and even hang out and vape with you! Lol. Maybe hipsters aren't so bad! What makes this so the best is the people... Example one, I came to the shop once (this time visit) I knew exactly what I wanted picked it out, and paid and had to go. They remembered me and we're genuinely upset I couldn't stay and hang! Lol. Wish I had more time. Two, these different employees helped me find and try liquids for hours until I made up my indecisive mind. My friend got impatient before they did! They also helped my friend get her first vaporizer! It was so cheap! I was so jealous that I got one from somewhere else! Three, my vapor bottle exploded in my purse and they were apologetic and courteous enough to replace it even though it wasn't there fault. Can't find customer care like that! Hope they stay in business! P.s. Space jam - astro is what I decided on. Never looked back! Yum!

Not a bad shop at all, very nice selection of of authentic as well as clone/replica mods. They carry most of the high end premium juices available. Do watch out though, they alway seem to run out of stock or have juices to sample that aren't available to purchase. Their prices are on the higher end of the board, some not too bad, others are just ridiculous. Very friendly and mostly knowledgable staff. Id like to not see food out in the lounge area from employee snacking and loud COD zombie sessions by the employees when I walk in. Overall, very solid shop, this is my go to place when I am in Philly.

5th street location sold me the wrong flavor and complete wrong type of vape juice. I tried to return but the Asian guy denied it. He said since I opened it it's unable to be returned. I said I tried it and the guy sold me the total wrong flavor and strength. He said he can't sell it again. I said well I want to return it because they made a mistake. He denied. Awful customer service. I felt betrayed. Not a real business, just some privileged kids

I have a thing with shops who don't have any other way to sample juice besides dripping. It's douchey, c'mon. Being a vaper who drips doesn't make you elite. That being said, this is the case for this shop. The attendant at the counter was nice enough. My friend got herself a decent starter pen to replace hers and seems happy with it. The atmosphere seems chill enough.

One inch of snow and these idiots closed hours earlier on s weekend night.They are always out of strengths and flavors.They make deals with me,no receipt..I could go on

I had a really great experience at love vape today. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. They made a first timer feel really welcomed and answered all of my questions patiently. Thanks! I'll be back. Ps. They had a huge selection of juices to chose from and a juice bar to taste at. Awesome!

Horrible experience. Went there a total of 4 times. Two times, I bought things I had issues with and they refused to offer a replacement or return. The first time I bought an RDA tank, a rare brand, which burnt the wick and gave a horrible, throat burning taste, and they very rudely refused to fix, exchange, or return it, and I ended up stuck without anything I could use. Fifty dollars down the drain. The second time, I bought 2 batteries for my RX300, and learned I had a marriage issue, and again, was very rudely refused a replacement or exchange, and ended up stuck again without 2 batteries, and thirty dollars down the drain. Both times I had receipts. Eighty dollars I ended up out of, not to mention a deflated ego. I strongly recommend you stay away from this shop unless you want to end up stuck with something you can't use and their pockets fatter than yours.

Had a very positive experience at love capes thanks to micheal....I had lost the mouth tip piece to my 518 rda and while he i formed me that they are custom fit ....he showed me another rda.....the mutation x .....perfect vape very smooth....not too mention a good juice selection kudos to love vape.

Excellent store! The staff here is INCREDIBLE! I'd like to give a special shoutout to Shane who took his time with me, let me try a million juices, gave me a discount, made awesome recommendations, and was so so nice! But all the employees are equally wonderful! And let's talk about ejuice... No one can compete with their selection! I mean, A TON of high end flavors. They also have a great selection of mods, batteries, tips, tanks, etc. They are competitively priced. Shop has just enough room, with a little juice bar and a lounge area. I really love it here, and I highly recommend this place!

I'm an experienced (3+ yrs) older vaper. Living on the outskirts of the city, I'd never been in a bricks and mortar until I stopped in here. I knew prices would be higher than online, and I already have my favorite juices; but being a girly type with no mechanical inclination was holding me back and I was really hoping to get some rl. non you-tube help with coil building. I went there on a weekday afternoon and was happy not to feel completely shunned because of my age..talked to them about buying a kayfun and getting a quick coil building lesson at some future time for my non-vaping husband as he had agreed he would do it for me if I could get someone to show him how once. They were fairly busy but dude there was polite: he told me anyone who worked there could do that and I should come back anytime husband could make it. I took dh in a week later - again on a weekday afternoon. There was no one in the store except the people "working" there and a guy vaping at the bar, but the girl on duty was very busy on her cell phone - never said hello or I'll be with you in a minute or any of the stuff you should do if a customer walks into your store and you can't get with them. 5+ minutes of standing politely waiting later she rolled her eyes and told phone convo person "hang on, someone's here", and without putting the phone down let alone terminating the call she told me that the "only dude we have who can show anyone how to build" (who was on the sofa) was much too sick to be bothered: she then returned to the phone call. We basically had to beg her to go behind the counter and get us an ohm meter, which she stuffed into a western digital hard drive box without the cord and gave to us with no bag. I had to ask for a receipt. I had intended to buy a svoe kayfun lite + from them, even though I could get one for much less online, since I felt they were going to be doing me a favor by showing us the coil build thing..but clearly that would have been more work than she was interested in doing, at least for us. I then walked half a block to EVS where I was able to get the Svoe KFL (for 15 bucks less than love not that it was an issue but hey bonus) and a really good quick coil build demo for hubby. Tbh I got the impression The Builder was recovering from some kind of substance over-use and maybe the chick was a friend filling in and not an actual employee, but if they were the last vape shop on earth I wouldn't go back there for anything. Possibly a different experience than someone under 30 would have had, but if so it's kinda silly since there's tons of older vapers like me now. (and we have the income to buy in b&ms that lots of younger people don't.) My husband is the mildest, mellowest dude on the planet and even he was angry.

Horrible customer service. Will find other vape shops to spend my money at. Came in with my father on August 6th to purchase two vape pens along with coils totaling nearly $200 my father specifically asked if something went wrong with it what do we do (considering I've had an ongoing problem with vape pens) we were told bring it back and they will either repair or replace it. About two weeks later a small part cracked one after another on each vape pen rendering them useless. I bring them back 8/16 (forgetting the receipt so it's understandable that they wouldn't really help much) I was told to come back the next day after three and the guy that repairs them would be in then. Next day (today 8/17) I return with my pens and receipt. There was no attempt to repair my vape pens whatsoever at all.. I was asked multiple times if I had dropped them (I had not) and answered I honestly had not multiple times then was told by the salesman that I hadn't taken care of my pens (granted they were sitting around for a few days not being used until I could make it to take them back in) I found this to be incredibly rude it seemed the salesman did not care about working with me on the fixing of my pens whatsoever at all telling me all he could do was give me the pieces I needed at a barely discounted price. ($60 more) for new pieces on a pen I was told could be fixed or replaced if something went wrong. Clearly this store does not know the value of customer service and me nor anyone I know and associate with will ever step foot in this store again. And I'm sure with this kind of attitude towards customers they will continously lose repeat business.

Not impressed! I went there because I heard that they had some nice mech mods. they did but they were a little on the expensive side (some looked second hand). I could be wrong but i also think they change the prices from customer to customer so do your research before going. I have heard other people say the same thing. They do have a large selection of different juice witch was cool but were out of most. This place has a cool look but i wish the staff were as cool. Not very friendly and kind of made me feel like i was a pest for asking basic questions. I had fun checking it out but probably wont return.

Excellent store -- best in the area. Entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable; they seem to genuinely care about your satisfaction as well as the life change you may be partaking in. Mikey, Holly, Anthony have all been incredibly helpful to me personally while everyone else is just very cordial and personable. They have a very nice selection of pens, mods, drip tips, tanks, and batteries. Also selection of juices that is probably larger than the other stores on South Street. This store introduced me to vaping with a very approachable and knowledgeable staff and even though I had many problems with my very first vape (I returned to the store maybe 4 or 5 times within the first 24 hours of owning it), they were always willing to help me to the point of a solid solution. The vibe of the store itself is excellent as well. Very welcoming atmosphere -- a true "lounge" experience. If you're not buying, it's a fun place to hang out, try new juices, read a magazine. Aesthetically, also the nicest on South Street.
