I visited on 09/28 for a complimentary day pass after touring with Jovany in July. This was one of the best spa days I’ve ever had. The facility is immaculate. The class selection is first-class. I started the day with power plate with Rachel. There were only two of us, so it was semi-private. After that, there was spin class with Claire, followed by a private yoga session with Bailey. In between that, Marco, the spa director from Rome, filled me in on all of the spa offerings. The restaurant is great. The zero gravity chairs you could spend the whole day in, alone. The recovery center is gorgeous and so clean. I can’t wait to join.

Hailey is Amazing!! First she is drop dead gorgeous! Hailey is so kind and welcoming, she took the time to answer all my detailed questions and I am so impressed. Please value her and make sure she knows she is appreciated on a daily basis it’s hard to find great people and you guys got lucky with her.

This space is absolutely amazing! It is a hidden gem in El Segundo. Walking in I was amazed how large it was and how much it had to offer. It truly is a 360 health and wellness experience. We came here for a work retreat. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Special shout outs to Sally, Merideth, and Megan. We were well taken care of and can’t wait to return!

I absolutely love getting facials here, and highly recommend giving it a try. Linda is incredible, my skin always feels refreshed and glowing afterward, and her treatments even help with my sinuses, which is such a huge bonus if you struggle with allergies. Plus, I really enjoy using the amenities afterward, like the cold plunge, sauna, and gym. It's definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Nothing but exceptional. The atmosphere, amenities, equipment, employees, etc. everything is top notch. I fractured my foot a week into becoming a member and the team could not have been more accommodating with recovery, pointing me toward different therapies and helping me work through the injury. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Wow, amazing! Love.Life is the best Holistic Health center I could imagine. Truly revolutionary in considering all of the elements of one's health. If you care about your health, including mental, physical, and diet, then this is the place to go!

Love.life is an innovative health and wellness center that is so ahead of its time it is hard to describe. Is it a doctor’s office? A spa? A gym? A healthy-eating cafe? A rec center? The answer is all of the above. I recently joined and honestly, I wish I could spend all day there every day. The pickleball courts alone are worth the visit!

This is quite literally my home away from home! Everything you can think of and imagine in the health and wellness space for optimal living and longevity, you can find it all here plus great food, people, equipment and overall vibes :)

I had the pleasure of visiting Love, Life at 740 Pacific Coast Hwy in El Segundo, in the plaza with Petsmart, etc. They are having 15% off spa services for the month of February. (Valentines Day gift) I had a facial by a wonderful technitian named Zaade. I can't say enough about how much I loved her. I had the detox facial but they have many different ones. It is deceiving from outside as it is much larger inside. Gym, Spa, Ice Baths, Steam Rooms, Infrared room, etc. Worth a look. In the front to the left is a Cafe that offers salads, wraps, etc.

My daughter worked for Whole Foods when it was under John Mackey, so when his restaurant Love Life Nourished opened we went for lunch and enjoyed it. Unfortunately it closed, so when we saw Love Life and notice they have a café we went inside and one of the ladies at the front desk gave us a run down of the services. Both me and my daughter enjoyed our lunch and before heading back to the Bay Area, I had 80 minute massage with Andrea that was very good. On my way back to the front desk I noticed they even had a Pilates reformer studio, but only available to members. If I lived in LA, I would join. Hopefully, they will open up a Bay Area location.

A full service wellness center with 1st class EVERYTHING!!! You walk in and there is an amazing cafe open to the public serving a full range menu. You have to see it to believe! Also a full spectrum of smoothies. You can relax here and work while you eat. The workout facilities are on the level and higher than the Olympic Training Center or The UFC Performance Institute! Full service concierge medical care with doctors on staff available 24/7 (when you implement this membership option) Dedicated workout rooms for a variety of classes including Pilates (with an amazing reformer room), yoga etc... private training available, cry-therapy, hyperbaric chambers, massage therapy, red bed... Then for the spa area... 6 cold plunges of different temperatures, 8 infrared personal saunas, steam room, huge dry sauna amazing locker room! Topped off by the most friendly staff... One word... GO!!!!!!

Love.Life El Segundo Soft Opening Review (7/28) I recently had the pleasure of visiting the soft opening of Love.Life in El Segundo, and I must say, it was an impressive experience! This full-service wellness center offers a comprehensive range of services, including workout facilities, recovery treatments, medical services, and a spa. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jovany, the sales advisor, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment, facilities, and services offered. His expertise and enthusiasm made the tour both informative and enjoyable. Jovany's insights into the state-of-the-art equipment and the variety of wellness options available were particularly impressive. The facilities at Love.Life are top-notch, arguably even better than Equinox, which is saying a lot. The workout area is spacious and well-equipped with the latest machines and free weights. The recovery and spa areas are serene and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a rigorous workout. Overall, Love.Life in El Segundo is shaping up to be a premier destination for holistic health and wellness. If you're looking for a place that combines fitness, recovery, and medical services under one roof, this is definitely worth checking out. I can't wait to see how it evolves once it's fully operational on August 10!

Love.Life is a beautiful, well-thought-out facility. The staff is excellent, and the teachers are top-notch--I've especially enjoyed wall yoga, breath work, and reformer pilates. The recovery features like a steam room, saunas, and cold plunges, are clean and aesthetically calming. The variety of offerings, state-of-the-art gym, and healthy cafe add extra motivation to go to the club consistently and keep getting healthier.

This place is spectacular. Very unique, super brand new everything. Holistic wellness club for your body and mind which I will be joining. I feel so comfortable and welcoming here. This place is saved and there is no bad energy. All the corners in this place are rounded, so square corners. I truly feel calm and relaxed when I'm here

First and foremost, this place is incredible. Love Life embodies the essence of health and wellness. They've meticulously thought of almost everything to ensure your optimal well-being. Levi provided us with an exceptional customer experience. His knowledge, passion, and genuine nature were evident in every interaction. He didn't resort to hard-selling; instead, he presented facts and information. Honestly, the facility itself sells its benefits. If you want to heal your whole self this is the place to do it.

I went online to book a Dexa scan bone density body composition test, approximately 3 days before my appointment I was informed I needed a Dr referral to do bone density. I told them to forget the bone density and I'd just go ahead with the body composition test. I was informed they would "request" a refund for the bone density portion (which I'm still waiting for) it does not specify anywhere when booking that a dr referral is needed.(at least not at the time I booked, hopefully it gets fixed) I did the body composition test which was super fast and easy, but I left completely perplexed with the printout results I was given. The person who did my test just basically read off the numbers on the paper unable to explain what any of it means. I'm confused and disappointed with this whole thing. I would not get another Dexa composition test done here again unfortunately. Feel like I wasted my money since I have questions and am left to try to google what any of the numbers/ratios/ percentages and acronyms mean.

Wonderful staff and a great environment! They're a new business, and are already very integrated into the community, which I love. I'm working with the cafe to utilize their private room for events, and they have been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I love what they represent, and am so happy to have them as a resource.
