I love this store. The presentation is very clean and they have a lot items available. Your able to also purchase items online and obtain curbside service. The sales clerk are very kind and knowledgeable. They don't make you feel uncomfortable. Jasmine in particular is always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to customer service. They also have a loyalty program that could benefit repeat customers. I purchased an item that presented to be defective when I got home. (It wouldn't charge.) I was able to bring the defective item back and exchange it for another item. The exchange went smoothly.

Went here the other week to buy a negligee for my friend who was getting married. I wasn't sure what size to get, so I asked the sales associate if I could just buy two different sizes and then return the one that didn't fit. She said no problem. I came back yesterday to return the negligee that didn't work out and the manager told me that there are no returns, only exchanges. She was super rude to me and had zero customer service skills. She is definitely in the wrong business, and obviously has also done a horrible job training her associates. Now I have $50 to spend there and I don't even want to go back and patronize this place. I knew I should have just gone to Victoria's Secret. P.S. I tried to return the item last week and the door was locked, in the middle of the day during business hours. The Fed Ex guy was also there trying to deliver something. I went to Trader Joe's and then came back 45 minutes later and it was still locked. Not very professional.

Yes Natalie was awesome and the selection was just as strong. Although it was black Friday and I was extremely disappointed having to pay 100% and I even had to pay tax. I walk out of here crying, but it still got what I wanted. How do you recommend this place just expect to spend some money five stars to lovers for the quality and for the cool staff here they tried but they couldn't do something to be in there. It comes up above above. Looks at the client a bit better and says you know what we break them off for Christmas and get some free gifts. Call me and do that cause I'm looking forward to It.

This is to check hopefully nothing's wrong, it's 11:48p and I've been by twice and the lights are on but the door is locked, and nobody's answering the phone or responded to knocking. If your hours are diff than what's posted, can you please update them? Or can you do a wellness check on your staff? I'm hoping this review prompts one!

They have a decent selection of items for everyone. The associates were friendly and helpful. My only issue was the odor in the carpet. I noticed it immediately upon entering the business. It's old and grey and either needs to be shampooed every couple of months to keep the store smelling fresh or needs to be replaced. It makes the store smell ancient. This is supposed to be an alluring and welcoming environment. The scent does not match the theme of the business. There is nothing sensual or attractive about the air in there. Perhaps a couple of plug-in's, or burning some scented oil that customers can smell and purchase could do more to draw customers to different areas of the store. This is a small change that would make a big difference.

So don't get me wrong Great set of staff but I purchased something and I left the store I was still in my car so I called the store to see if I can return a item, but in customer service retail when you making a purchase they let you know all items on sale is not refundable and now I'm stuck with some brand new items I'm not going to wear because I wasn't told about the return policy and when they say it's on the receipt no you are supposed to verbally say it..... this will my last time spending money there and I always go there it was one of my favorite stores..... I will inform all my friends I No longer rock with this store..... I will continue to go to Hollywood to PLEASURE CHEST..... thank you and have a pleasant day

The staff is top notch amazing and they have a great knowledge to give you advice when looking for things. The store is always stocked with different items to try and there's always a sale going on. The environment is definitely a smooth and chill vibe. Best shop in LA

This is one of the better beginner sex stores I've been too. If you're finally learning more abt sex and leaving the vanilla life this is the store to go too. The workers here are nice and always willing to answer your questions. They also carry higher quality toys than other A Touch Of Romance stores. The lingerie selection here is also good. Unbelievable that the most popular lingerie store in the states no longer carry thigh-high hosiery... Apparently as the Victoria Secret salesgirl told me, people were returning used hosiery and so, VS discontinued. Makes no sense to me... maybe VS could have changed their policy for no-return on hosiery or something. Anyways, the VS salesgirl recommend I go across the street to A Touch of Romance, and I'm so glad I found this place! The hosiery selection were sexy! And the sales woman was so helpful and patient with all my questions. Plus they have ongoing buy 2, get 1 free - score! I did forget to use my Yelp check-in discount... as well as ask to sign up for points. Making a call next, as soon as I post this review.

I've been to another Touch of Romance location in the valley, back in the day. I will say the same for this location - I love the customer service they provide there. I understand a lot of people might be fearful to go to sex shops, but it's 2017 (as I write this). If it makes you uncomfortable, I say go in anyway to challenge yourself. The staff here are not only helpful, but are very knowledgeable about the products and more than willing to answer any questions you might have. It's always fun to treat yourself and/or your partner(s) as well :)

I purchased something in the amount of $29.58 from this merchant on Sunday and tried to return it on Monday, unopened. The merchant refused the return, saying that their policy was no returns/store credit only. The basis of my complaint is that there are no signs posted anywhere in the store - - on the doors, walls, or counters--or on the receipt concerning this supposed policy, and no one verbally advised me of any such policy at the time of my purchase. When I pointed out the above to management today they acknowledged that I was correct, but still stood behind their 'policy'. I feel that this is an unfair and deceptive trade practice.

This place is fantastic. The people are very helpful and you can find what you're looking for at reasonable prices. They are open long hours and have a great selection of lingerie as well as toys for him and her. They make sure you're comfortable and find everything you are looking good.

They're so chill and nice here, let my friend try on these harnesses to make sure they fit her neck, they aren't awkward and the selection is pretty cool I'd say, there are things at a lower price point if that's where you're at! My partner even ended up ordering something online from them and it came so quickly! Definitely check them out, totally recommend

I bought a 20 dollar vibrator that's honestly only worth 50 cents. I initially can't here to buy a charger cord to the vibrator I already purchased From amazon considering I was out of town . They claim to not Have any which was ridiculous. I rather buy a charger for that prices vs a new overpriced vibrator. The cashier never checked to make sure it worked. Pretty cool store for last minute lingerie and accessories. I've been stopping by this place quite a lot lately. They have a huge selection of lingerie, hoisery and some costumes & shoes. The great thing is you can exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Although I rarely return anything I buy here but it's good to know the option to do so. The staff there is very helpful and very friendly. The other half of the store is dedicated to men :-) lol....
