This Love’s location #281is an absolute disaster. There are four mechanics standing around and none of them seem to know what they’re doing. There were only two trucks, and yet they take forever. One truck barely got a joke of a repair, and the other one—after hours—they can’t even remove a tire. I’ve been here since 10 in the morning, and now it’s 4 in the afternoon. The tall mechanic with the beard is the laziest of them all, just smoking and walking around doing nothing. The other one, the skinny short blond guy, is just as useless—they can’t even handle basic work. There are many drivers waiting, losing time and money.Don’t fall for it. If you’re looking for slowness, lack of interest, and endless waiting, this is the place. If you value your time, avoid this mechanical circus at all costs.I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy. and I put my timer end he take 2 hour end 13 minutes just for one simple tire.

GOT SCAMMED HERE VERY Poor Customer Service – Be Careful drivers I called this Love’s location in advance from Dallas (approximately 45 miles away) to confirm availability and pricing for the Garmin OTR 820. I was clearly told the price was $599, and the in-store display also showed $599. After arriving at the store, I was charged $699.99 instead. When I raised the issue and explained that I drove specifically based on the quoted and displayed price, the employee assisting me refused to honor the price, refund the $100 difference, or process a return. The customer service representative I spoke with was not the store manager. She appeared to be a floor employee (blonde/gray hair) and handled the situation in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. I was repeatedly redirected to phone numbers that led to unrelated automated systems, dropped calls, or no resolution. This experience was misleading and a significant waste of time. Pricing accuracy and proper customer handling need improvement at this location If they don’t return my $100 money back I will do a follow up with our bank 🏦 I do have the receipt and picture of the price they were offering it for

If I could give this loves truck 50 negative Stars I would. Another driver smashed the front of my semi pulling out onto the highway on the entrance side to 35 North tore up my whole front end of truck. Will they show video nope and that was out of court order and police report. Will they talk to the insurance company which they said it was not my fault and it was the other drivers nope they don't want to get involved legally. So if you bring your truck to this loves and you get hit you are so screwed. And a message to loves I'm going to be the most embarrassing person you've ever dealt with and you're going to be sorry you started it. Reply to address concerns and saying sorry .... Obviously you are not sorry and you do not respect your customers or truck drivers whatsoever. To jeopardize a driver's livelihood over not wanting to get involved after they said they would talk to the insurance company it's pathetic

Absolute trash. Management is a joke. First shift manager told me I could park in a certain spot since I was bobtail then second shift came in and banged on my door with something and left marks on my door I woke up and she told me in the most rudest disrespectful way to move this truck or she’s going to get me towed. I tried explaining to her that the first shift manager told me that I could park here and if anybody says anything to let them know, Angela said that I could whether I should’ve been parked there or not you still don’t bang on someone’s door the way second shift manager did completely disrespectful very trashy, personality, and threatening me with towing my truck first of all lady go clean the bathroom bathrooms that everybody else is complaining about and don’t worry about where im parked. Maybe upper management should have a talk with their disrespectful employees about how to knock on someone’s door. Not all of us are company drivers so be careful whose door you bang on like that again.

This is my 2nd Review of Loves...I have seen such good customer service here in the daytime hours. Today, I was served by Angel and he was wonderful. I was checking out and he told me about another drink I could get for FREE, a Monster Dreamsicle. Side note: It was delicious! Angel really took care of me today, and he was kind, polite and hospitable.

Bathrooms were disgusting. All 5-6 workers were either on a smoke break or at the register talking amongst each-other other. I seen a few ppl ask about shower times & from what it looked like they were told to just wait. When I got there it was a 15-30 min wait; after about 45 mins I realized no one was going back there to clean any of the showers!!! When I first requested for one, it was around 2:50pm maybe 3pm. Now with it being 3:57pm I’m forced to continue my route & hope I can get a shower later tonight. This love's should be more considerate for truckers OTR. To make matters worse, as we’re all waiting for showers; A woman screamed over the intercom that showers are finally being cleaned after 1hr+ went by whilst having a line of 4-6 ppl waiting; & said “Anyone caught walking the hallway’s is not allowed to get a shower”. Not only was this rude & unprofessional; out of all the love’s I’ve been to this is the worst one.

Alexus is a life saver. My daughter accidentally left her purse yesterday and didn't realize it until we were in Norman, Oklahoma. Alexus found it and hid it for her in the office area and said she would be working today. We just drove back and got it. There are still good people in the world! The subway sandwiches are good too!

This place is starting to be a joke get put on the list in the 11 am but don't get into the bay until 5pm so your day will be gone just waiting because you don't know when you going to get call. Second its only 2 mechanics trying to do everything they need at least 4 people's a day to handle the work load. 3rd of all it seems like everytime I come to get a PM on the truck the price changes I get the same full PM everytime. Not a fan of this kind of interaction with this Love's

I've never been in here before. I stopped in to use the Restroom. They are so clean. Love' s has a Subway Sandwich Shop and Showers inside? I'm not sure how the showering process works but, I hope they clean the shower after every use? You can stop here for a Sub Sandwich and a shower! I think, they should be called Subs and Showers. Lol. TGIF, yelp family!

As a paying customer I'm very upset of two of your store managers Jennifer the manager of Subway which is lazy not a clean person at all yes we seen you put the same veggies back up after the Flies landed on it the cookie holder flying festive and the way you talk to your employees in front of customers it's a four Outlook as a management Danielle top of the line most unprofessional manager ever the way that you yell and cuss at your crew laundry soap clean that mouth out I don't know who in a right mind gave you a manager position FYI the customers and the truck drivers what keep you getting paid the way you talk about your truckers and the way you treat them very unprofession als sooner or later that store is going to lose a lot of good people a lot of drivers won't come around anymore they will find other places to get their fuel since your corporate's favorite the next time I hope I have my video camera rolling and you cussing at your employees for your screaming behind the office door at your employees no human being should be treated like that from you or Jennifer I Rachel a minus 10 / under another 10 for a service poor people skills out of all just poor my children should not have to walk in the store and hear something the words that you say as other people children shouldn't have to hear the words come out of your mouth but the next time I hold my video camera is rolling I won't going to broadcast y'all on social media maybe love will step up and do something about y'all

Bless Mrs. Yolonda inside subway! She's amazing and her light shines soooooo bright! Not only did she provide excellent customer services her kindness will be forever remembered!

Stay away from this loves!! Small parking lot, rude cashiers, and the mechanics are slow and have no sense of urgency. 6 hours just to replace a tire!

I am giving this review only because there is only one person who is getting the jobs done on here ( Daniel). This dude is smart and sharp and gets the job done in a professional way while others are sponge and lazy. I hope Daniels gets promotion to have the authority to make this place even better. As far as Love's Travel Stops go, this one was...not my favorite. It's a bit dingy and run down, and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. But if you need a quick stop for gas, snacks, & a bathroom, it does fit the bill.

Excellent gas station and truck stop. Bathrooms are clean as well as the store. The convenience store has pretty much everything that you could want. Their fountain drinks have the best flavors and a good consistency of CO2 and syrup. Prices are reasonable. This is a great station to stop at on your travels.

I usually "love" loves. However if you can go elsewhere do so. I know when having to park your truck there isn't many options and finding parking is very difficult. This ones not it. Not maintained well at all. Especially the showers. My shower...number four. The water was either extremely hot or cold. The handle is falling off to adjust the water. Kept having to switch it between cold and hot and jump out before it burned me. What normally would've been a 15 minute shower took me two times longer and was not enjoyable between getting froze and burned. Everything is lacking at this place. Except the staff. TIP: Check your shower before settling in. My might end up in a frustrating shower situation if not. I would go with 1 star for the place but staff bumps up the stars.

If I could give this a negative star I would. We stopped here for a break and shower at 4:30 am. There are 3 workers in the store, my husband asks one at the counter for another towel and wash rag and he tells him to look for the guy back in the shower area. The guy is nowhere to be seen, my husband even called for help. So he goes back to the clerk who tells my husband he's in the rest room. So my husband find him and this guy acts like his world just ended because he had to help us. When that was over, the shower had no water pressure and when there was hot water we couldn't use it. Needless to say, I won't shower here again. I can't say we won't be back, because my husband drives for a living and uses Loves to fuel and such. But this needs to be addressed.

Staff is great place is super dirty tho needs a major deep cleaning and update, toilets in the men's room are loose water in shower is 2 options ice cold and insanely hot this is also a super small loves in the truck parking as well

I would just fill your tank and go. Paying at the pump is the option I recommend because when you pay inside it takes entirely too long. There's a subway inside which I've never had because I can't eat prepared food from a gas station. I would buy chips because it's prepackaged from the manufacturer but I don't know how the food is. For all I know this subway may be the best one of the entire chain. If you want a snack though there is a very small variety. The gas here is typically cheaper than the 7 eleven across the highway but if you want to get something to munch on I'd recommend the 7 eleven. Get your gas here but get snacks at 7 eleven. There's amenities for truck drivers here but I'm not sure what. But I always see lots of 18 wheelers so it must be a good pit stop for them.

Half of the pumps do not work. The one to sit out work are not marked as such. You have to play Russian roulette to find a pump that works. Be prepared for frustration in exchange for pretty cheap gas prices.

The general manager at the shop is amazing. I had issues with my lights and wiring issues . They actually took the took the time to actually care and help.

I work right behind this location so I frequent it a lot. Employees are very friendly. Bathrooms are clean and they have a decent selection. Pumps are usually pretty full. They have a subway in the gas station and seats available if you'd like to stay and eat.

Average gas prices, tired grungy bathrooms, good coffee and drink selection, bad subway and a friendly staff pretty much sums this place up. If you're a trucker the place is kinda small and lacking amenities.

Had a flat and pulled into Love's to air it up. One of the workers at the truck center had me pull around to the truck area in back. He put the spare on and got me on my way. Would not take any money, but I slipped him a tip anyway.
