To fellow sleepy travelers, AVOID this location like the plague! They have every single parking spot marked either employee parking or 1 hour limit parking. They will knock on your window to tell you to leave and they will have your vehicle towed.

Worst loves in the US and I’ve seen em all. They don’t even say welcome to loves when you walk in. Just cold goofy stares . Bathrooms a nasty 🤢 like cleaned every few days. You can’t sleep here if you’re in a car either I sat in a box truck for a few house and saw rent a cop loves workers beat on people windows like they owned the land They don’t need business at all Go to the Sheetz on the right there awesome. Good food, clean bathrooms. The pilot is a no go also but u can tell from the parking lot

If someone is going to spend the night here with their car, truck, or some other transport that parks where cars come at 5:00 AM, and inadequate staff, without proper badges, bangs on the car like they're in the last moments of their life and starts yelling at you that you can't park here, for such actions I want to say that I'm a customer of this network. Well, these are the gas stations that need to be put on the blacklist because they wake up people who bring them food and everything else to the station. In case you don't go to that parking lot with this attitude, you don't need to give them earnings. Once again, in fact, in all the states, it's in this network of gas stations that there are not so many such inadequate ones, mainly in this network, it's normal that people can spend the night, so this review is not about the entire network, but about this gas station that I went to with all my strength, what happened in the shower and to go to sleep, and now I have to go at 5:00 in the morning and slept only for an hour and a half to look for another parking lot. In this world there's already a lot of negativity; gas station staff just adds to it.

Loves what can I say it's Loves. Gas price nice $2.58 even better with the 10 cent off if you have the Loves app. Service always great and they greet you when you come in. Bathrooms at this location fairly clean was some paper towels on floor. Sinks was clean but water was everywhere on top people rushing washing their hands. The main store was clean there food was stocked hot dogs sausages and the other items prices fair. Took some pics take a look.

Spacious enough to pull your camper around. RV dump service was $10. Dump area was clean with a water spigot for flushing tanks. There was enough room to get my 26’ trailer right next to the dump connection. When exiting the parking lot, it’s easier to make a right and head towards the back of the truck stop where you have enough room to make a u-turn to get back on the highway. Staff was very friendly. I would use this place again if in the area. Oh yeah, they have a little fenced in dog park that is fine for a quick stop. They also have a propane fill station. I didn’t use that service.

Google
I really appreciate Love's Travel Stop. I drive often from South Carolina to Texas and always look for a Love's because you can always find a clean bathroom, good snacks, and, with the app, less expensive gas. Thanks for your commitment to travelers

Fun, fast, clean, and friendly. What else can you say. Good crew, good practices. Very useful truck stop. In some cases a load and time saver for minor to medium equipment issues.

Yelp
I came in to pay for my gas in cash, all was well until I realized that there was no gas coming out of the pump. I went back inside to ask the older cashier lady who helped me what was happening. She then proceeded to check the register, etc She had put my gas on the wrong pump. She then said she was going to talk to her manager, Tim, I think his name is. She came out and said there was nothing they could do, and in order for me to get gas, I would have to repay. She said that I said pump 3 to her and that I was in a hurry when I came in; she was blaming me for her mistake. I then asked to speak to the manager, Tim, because no way I was going to pay another 20 when I already did. He came out, and I explained that I said pump 5, and she put it in pump 3. Why should I repay when your cashier made the mistake? Right off the bat, he came off as very rude and mean. He then proceeded to call me a liar and said Who would I believe, a stranger (me) or a person who does this every day (the older cashier), That's when I started to get upset because He was speaking to me very crazy manner. After speaking to him and seeing it was going to get me nowhere, I said, Let's ask the other cashier who was up there when I was paying, He goes up to his other cashier, a younger lady, very sweet, and asks her, "What pump number did she say?". The younger cashier then says to him, Pump 5, she said Pump 5. He then says, "Write her up," and that was the end of it. Yes, at the end of it, I got my gas and didn't have to repay, but I got no sorry after the way I was spoken to, and I don't know, I was expecting more after being called a liar and having the older cashier who helped me lie on me to the manager to save her own ass. Thank god that the younger cashier was there and said I was telling the truth, but the manager and that older cashier lady were so beyond mean, rude, and unhelpful.

Yelp
This was a good rest area to stop in to get some food and much needed rest for the night from a long day of traveling. There were many supplies the store has that make it good for travelers on the road like snacks, winter gear for the cold weather that is fast approaching and other little knick knacks. Plus there are two tood restaurants in the travel center, Cheaters which is a chicken joint and a McDonald's which is the same anywhere you go. The only down side of this particular truck stop was the women's bathroom. It was a mess with paper towels on the floor covering up a big wet spot and toilet paper bits on the floor in some of the stalls. But there are showers available if you sign up for one on the app which I have not done yet but I will soon on my next trip.

Yelp
I ended up here coming and going because it's convenient and the gas is super cheap. Located immediately off the highway, it is easy to get to and easy to get out of. The gas pump area is well covered and the pumps are far enough apart. They have squeegees (some on long sticks and some on short) and the auto pumps area has both gasoline and diesel. Inside, a full selection of snacks and drinks. Hot stuff, cold drinks, sweet and salty snacks. Bathrooms were very clean, considering the constant traffic in and out. Yelp
Hardly any truck parking, its too much of a hassle to get in and out especially when it comes to fuel

Yelp
This Love's Travel Stop, store #507, is located just off I-85 exit 71 (Peeler Road) in Salisbury, North Carolina, about halfway between Charlotte and the Piedmont Triad (High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem). There's a gas station, convenience store, McDonald's, Chester's Chicken, and truck stop so there's more going on here than your typical gas station. Because of all it has to offer, I think this is one of the better options if you need to make a pit stop on I-85 between Charlotte and the Triad. The gas station has 8 lanes with 16 pumps. The convenience store is sort of a meld between a traditional convenience store and a country store. You'll find different self-serve coffee options, cappuccino, tea, and a roller grill with hot dogs, sausages, and more plus a toppings bar. You'll also find random gifts and souvenirs, toys, even electronics and accessories, and "As Seen on TV" merchandise. Kind of random. The two restaurants, McDonald's and Chester's Chicken (fried chicken), have dining rooms so you can sit down, relax, and enjoy your meal/refreshments. The entire property was pretty busy during our visit on a Sunday around 4:20pm. The men's restroom was relatively spacious and clean enough.

Yelp
This location is not bad. They have a large gassing area with a lot of pumps for passenger cars as well as a separate area for tractor trailers and large trucks. The store has a lot of regular convenience store things as well as some unique gift items. It's a really big store. They have a McDonalds attached and also sell a limited amount of hot foods within the store. The place is pretty clean...even the restrooms.

Yelp
Waiting for moving truck, I have a CDL fully qualified and the manager says you can't wait here, so I will no longer buy fuel at loves truckstops.

Yelp
It has everything you're looking for while on the road. The bathrooms and showers are clean and you'll be in and out in a jiffy as they say.

Yelp
Stopped for gas and the dog park. Pumps are spacious for our 30' Class A with Jeep road to get into. Getting out of the parking lot was a different story. It's a divided road and you can't turn left to get back on 85 S which meant we had to unhook the jeep and turn the RV around and rebook the Jeep. The dog park was a joke. It's torn up weed barrier with mulch over it in spots. No one picks up their dogs crap because there are no bags. I had to walk back over to the RV and get bags to clean up after my two large dogs. Watch where you step! Ugh!

Yelp
The inside of the building was so hot and humid that I was sweating before I even started the shower. Ended up taking a cold shower just to try to keep the humidity level from getting even worse (it didn't work). Brought the issue to the manager but that was so much wasted breath. Bought a shirt earlier in the day as I was out of clean shirts and was currently doing laundry. Unfortunately, it was a little too small but they refuse to give exchanges or refunds. All in all, the customer service here left a lot to be desired. Next time, I'll go to the Pilot across the street.

Yelp
This is a normal truck stop but the women's restrooms were EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Stopped in on a Saturday and it was busy but not crowded and overall, pretty clean. Again, take note of the super clean and well stocked bathroom- this alone is a reason to stop here.

Yelp
Restrooms clean, cramped parking lot. Fuel islands satisfactory. Personnel pleasant.

Yelp
I am traveling across country and 6 Love's gas station have broken pumps. Also, RV pumps don't work half the time. What is up with that?

Ms. W.

Yelp
Drove out the way to have a super single pin hole plugged. Arrived at approx 1115 checked in, had 2 semi trucks in front of me, called me at approx 1415 ready, waited until 1625 have nothing fixed. Chianne assisted first then a young man removed tire after waiting an hr to do so, advised over 35-45 minutes later could not be patched due to location of hole and type of patches they use are not flexible like the curve of the tire edge, I went into Loves store and purchased the tire plug kit $11.99 plus tax and had to pull out park at Pilot to do it myself. Only reason gave 2 stars because of kind service and no charge for looking for the long nail. Please start training and coordinating faster efficient effective get the job done customer service. Keep smiling because you got that part!

Yelp
Not bad for a travel stop and certainly above average for Love's! I'm grateful when one of these places is exactly where you want it to be. They have a huge selection - great prices and sometimes really great staff!

Yelp
Clean store and restrooms. Drive through McDonald's and a walk-in Checkers. Large store. Gas and parking for cars and trucks. They also sell propane. Solid option if you need a pit stop in the area.

Yelp
Stopping in here was literally a life saver! Not only was the bathroom I used immaculately clean and spacious, the staff went above and beyond to assist me in getting a life threatening contaminant off my child. (I had picked her up from a play date where a child had had peanut butter and I didn't know). They helped me get my child's arms and legs scrubbed down so that she was not in contact with the peanut butter any longer and the manager went and stood with my vehicle harboring a 6 year old who was eating chicken from the drive through and a sleeping baby so that I could take care of my 4 year old and not leave them alone. They were wonderful. After cleaning my child up and dosing her with Benadryl, while walking her to my truck I saw some pretty cool stuff in the store that on another day I'll probably go back to look at. I'm a local and I have never been in there before now, but I will be using that gas station more often now that I know what kind of service is provided. Thank you whole heartedly.

Yelp
Stopped here earlier in the day for coffee heading down to see the eclipse. On the way back had to stop there again due to being extremely sick to my stomach. I bought a ginger ale and a pack of alka seltzer in effort to help my stomach. I asked if i could get a small size coffee cup to dissolve the alka seltzer in, I had a gallon of water in my car I just needed a small cup. And the skinny blonde bitch at the register tried charging me for the cup. I was dumb founded, I was paying more than 10 times what she was trying to charge for an EMPTY foam cup. I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and this is the most disgusting treatment I've ever encountered. After telling skinny blonde to go screw herself and how ignorant she was, I left the store to find my mother talking to Amber, another store employee. I explained to my mom how they were trying to charge me for a small empty cup and Amber offered to go get me one, she brought me a large cup full of water. She is a sterling example of what good customer service is and the skinny blonde who's name I didn't bother asking for needs a serious dose of training on how to treat people like human beings.
