LoveShackFancy is NOT customer-service oriented. Recently Stanley collaborated with LSF and I went to the store and purchased over $400 worth of merchandise. I was the only person in the store at the time and paid for my items, received my receipt which said if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days. One of the items was not needed, so I went to the store to return it, which they refused to do because they said they do not accept returns of Stanley items. They admitted there was no signage in the store stating this, nor did the sales associate say anything, but they said they are working on getting the signage up. The sales person mentioned that she has been having to break this news to MANY people. LSF will not honor the policy as it is stated on their receipt and will only direct people to their website where they state it does state Stanley items are "final purchase." When the customer is NOT on their website and is purchasing from their brick and mortar store, this does not apply as the website never came into play. Shame on LSF for not valuing their customers, even after recognizing their own mistake. They were more concerned with getting rid of any Stanley merchandise as at the time of sale, their sales associates said they could not wait to get rid of all of it because it was a pain having it in the store. SHAME ON YOU, LoveShackFancy!!!
