Had the best experience today at Love Shack Fancy in Newport Beach! I met Kelsey today and she helped me pick out the cutest ski outfit! She so accommodating and sweet. Perfect customer service. She is doing an amazing job working there and spreading smiles and great customer service. Love this place! I will definitely be coming back. Beautiful location as well.

The quality of the clothing exceeded my expectations, and the variety of styles catered to every taste. What truly stood out was the personalized attention I received from Mary—She went above and beyond to help! A very organized store, such a fun place to shop.

ashley was such a huge help. This store is so so kind and helpful. I desperately needed a table cloth for my wedding that was SOLD OUT and they were able to help me. I can’t say enough great things.

I just had the most absolute best customer service experience from Hannah, one of the sweet girls that works at this Newport Beach location. I’m from Texas and I had called to see if they had the new bow denim jean jacket in stock. She let me know that they didn’t have any available in store but truly went above and beyond by contacting the other store locations for me and sending me pictures of jackets they had available. I was able to find and purchase the cutest one with her over the phone and she made it so easy and even let me include my discount code in the order. I highly recommend Hannah to all the locals that live in the Newport Beach area. She is seriously one of the best and I wish we had more people like her in Texas💗

LOVE LOVE LOVE. LSF Newport Beach is a must. I was shopping for my 30th birthday party dress & the girls were incredibly kind. Ashley, Hannah, & Belle were more than acomodating & did not get annoyed when I needed different sizes or another option. They found my dream dress, and made the experience fun, like shopping with your best friends. I went back another day to find some cute accessories & Kelsie was so helpful & really tied the whole look together.

Staff can be a little friendlier--- they weren't necessarily unfriendly or blatantly rude, but certainly aloof. I can't comment too much on what other reviewers are saying about prejudice, etc. But I did feel they were aloof to me, but warmer to other customers in the store at the time. It could be that they are regulars and I am not (as I don't live in the area)-- hard to confirm, but it did make me feel uncomfortable as an Asian person.

Although I had a bad experience at previous stores from this brand in the past, the woman working here is so nice. The person who helped me that day has dark hair, glasses, and was wearing a long dress. They help me pick out multiple pieces and set up the dressing rooms, which were so cute, and although the store doesn’t have all sizes in stock, they were happy to apply coupon to a send sale. I would really recommend coming here, and make sure at check out to mention the 15% off (check the look book brochure thing on the little tables!!)

Cute clothes but when I went in today at 3:40 and the three girls working there completely ignored me, didn’t welcome me when I walked in or asked if I need help finding anything. I’m Hispanic I don’t know if that had something to do with it. Make me wonder.
