10 Places to Eat Wonderfully Crusted Bagels in the San Francisco Bay Area | Eater SF

"With the opening of the Larkspur location of Loveski Deli in late 2023, bagel fans now have two places — including the original Oxbow Public Market outpost — to try Christopher and Martina Kostow’s bagels. Create a custom bagel sandwich with your choice of bagel and spread, such as the yellow chive and fermented onion schmear, or go with one of the bagel sandwiches, such as the pastrami, egg, and cheese option, which comes with harissa mayo, shallots, and dill, plus melty American cheese. (And while you’re at it, true pros know to add on a side order of mini potato latkes.)" - Dianne de Guzman

April 2025: Been on a bagel 🥯 quest to find the best bagels in town. Stopped by for breakfast and had a sesame bagel with butter and raspberry jam. I was very glad that they toasted the bagel and put the butter and jam on there before serving. Makes such a big difference when the butter 🧈 is melted. I don't understand why some other places don't do that. Everything was delicious. Would definitely come back again. Service was friendly.

We visited here on a Saturday around 2:00, and out of the all options at Oxbow we were glad we went with Loveski. The Oxbow Market was bustling with people and this was the only quick option we had to choose from, the food was absolutely delicious! All of us got the Braised Brisket Sandwich, the brisket wasn’t dry at all and the size of the sandwich was definitely worth the $18 price tag. We also didn’t have to wait long for our sandwiches, so if you’re ever strapped for time in Napa, Loveski is a great option! The atmosphere received 4 stars solely because we visited Oxbow on a busy Saturday afternoon, it’s not ideal.

Google
Honestly I was a bit skeptical about this please being that I’m Jewish and I’m from Brooklyn New York. With that said: The pastrami sandwich was hands down one of the better I’ve had in northern ca. it was super delicious. Had a nice smoke ring. It was juicy and supper flavorful. The one down side is that the sandwich must come with a pickle and the ones that loveski has was the WORST pickle I’ve had in a while. Yall need to step that up. Other than that the place is amazing. I wouldn’t try the bagels because just off of the look I can tell it doesn’t hold MY STANDARDS but then again this is the west coast. After all this spot is a solid and delicious option local here in NAPA CA.

Google
It was a solid bagel. The heirloom tomato slices were super delicious, but it was kind of a rip off. A bagel with cream cheese is $4. If you want tomatoes (with a drizzle of olive oil and pinch of fancy salt) on it, it’s an additional $10. Even for a very nice 1/4 inch slice of heirloom tomato that’s a bit steep. Not good enough to get again. Would probably just get a bagel with cc and then buy a tomato next door and put my own slice on.

The avocado cucumber sandwich was yummy and filling. It took about 15 minutes to make the sandwich. We took it outside to have it while enjoying the sun. Overall a good experience.

Google
I used to eat bagels all the time. My wife and I were Napa for a conference and I had some time on my hand so I popped into the market. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and jam. It was honestly the best bagel I’ve ever had. The bagel was perfectly toasted giving a crunch on the bite but not dry. The jam and butter were a perfect combination and balanced, not too much and not too little. Absolutely delicious.

Google
Great counter-serve “Jew-ish” deli in the market. The food here is really outstanding, with delicious bagels every bit as good as NYC. Everything is delivered quickly by a friendly staff, and the atmosphere is really quite pleasant despite the food hall location. Great place to grab a quick breakfast.

Google
1st time eating here. Got the Tribute as I love Pastrami Sandwiches. Staff was nice, took my order super quick and got my sandwich within minutes. I actually saw the lady put my sandwich together and was happy to see she wasn't adding the super fatty parts. Sandwich was probably top 4 for me, I thought it was a bit pricey for the size, more like a $15 sandwich not $20. Bread was soft, Pastrami was tender and flavorful.

Yelp
Located inside of Oxbow Public Market, Loveki's Deli is definitely a nice addition to the selection of restaurants available there! Walk up to the counter to order, and find a seat at one of the tables they have available right in front of the food stall. As a first timer, I thought it was only right that we try one of their classic sandwiches! We got The Tribute that has pastrami on rye, coleslaw, Swiss, and Russian dressing. They give a generous portion of pastrami, which was tender and very tasty! A good mix of freshness and creaminess from the coleslaw and dressing! I enjoyed this one! I really loved their Mini Potato Latkes! I got an order of 5, and they were perfectly crispy and went great with the sour cream and apple sauce. Next time I'm definitely getting the order of 10, and I'm not sharing! Hehe. Wanted to try their bagels as well, so we got an everything bagel with their Miso Vegetable Cream Cheese that I thought sounded interesting! There are chunks of vegetables mixed in the cream cheese, and the miso flavor isn't too strong. If you order this combo as a bagel sandwich, it will also come topped with furikake. Will come back to try some more of their sandwiches and DEFINITELY get some more of those latkes!

Yelp
Loveski's never ceases to amaze me. We always make it a point to stop by while in Napa, and this December was no exception! My husband got to eat a perfect sammie on his birthday this year thanks to Loveski's! He's a pastrami lover and we love that they added a simple pastrami sandwich to their menu (def try the Tradition). Pastrami on rye with a bit of Batampte mustard is the way to go! Simple and satisfying. Thankful for this little deli in Oxbow! Ps. The pickle is now included!

Yelp
Tucked away in the corner of the Oxbow Public Market, a Napa mainstay, is Loveski, a fresh deli addition to the food hall's offerings. By no means are their bagels comparable to those in New York, but while in a pinch, they can do the job and satisfy that craving. My friends ordered the sandwiches while I had the sesame bagel with smoked salmon spread. The smoked salmon was nominal but the cream cheese portion was pretty sizable. My friends' sandwiches, namely the smashed chickpea and the egg salad, looked pretty divine and every dish came with a salty pickle. No, not a slice, but the whole jawn. If you need a carb load before a day of vino indulgence, Loveski is a good option. I'd probably opt for Gott's my next time up though. Cant miss with a classic burger.

Yelp
Hate to say that we weren't super impressed. The service was fast and friendly but the bagels seemed to be stale. My bread was so difficult to bite into that I ended up using my fork to scrape the toppings off and just eating that. Which was really disappointing because the topping really was delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
For those looking for a light bite, I would recommend the Kids hotbagel. Two piggies in a bagel blanket served with mustard. Tasty and satisfying.

Yelp
Checked out Loveski for a quick meal before our weekend Napa adventure. It's located inside an the end of an indoor public market. I ordered the Reuben sandwich whose pastrami and sauerkraut combo is always a killer. It also came with a nice salty scrumptious pickle -- a classic pastrami sandwich side. My only gripe was that the serving size was a tad small for the price-tag, but I also wasn't expecting any cheap deals in downtown Napa. There were a few parties inside, and the service was reasonable. The atmosphere was charming as we sat inside the public market's deli, enjoying our Loveski sandwiches.
google avatar

Christine H.

Yelp
A lot to be thankful for. Their egg, pastrami, and cheese bagel was perfectly toasted and came with great flavors (especially liked the cream cheese spread they used and the onions). I do wish it came with more pastrami. Service was fine. There are a few tables both inside and outside. Prices were a little higher than what I'm used to for bagel sandwiches. The Stumptown French Roast they have available is perfection.

Yelp
Oxbow market is great. Love it there! Coming from Sacramento where we have literally zero Jewish delis, it was amazing finding loveskis! I got the tribute sandwich, 6oz which was great. The pastrami was awesome and the rye was super soft. Very flavorful! My wife got a gluten free bagel pastrami breakfast sandwich which she said was good, but didn't have a whole lot of pastrami. Thankfully, mine had tons so I gave her some, being the loving, caring, generous husband that I am. However, the price was pretty insane. It was over $40 for two sandwiches! I get that it's Napa and it's 2024, but can we stop making sandwiches over $15?! Come on! Pricing aside, it was great getting my Jewish deli fix. Bring one to sac!

Yelp
Living in NY has me spoilt for bagels, never looking for a bagel outside of NY. However on our recent trip to Napa, I was craving carbs to line up for all the wine tasting ahead. This place didn't disappoint, we got the everything bagel with yellow onion spread and poppy seed with herb spread. Both incredible. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick breakfast spot.

Yelp
We were looking for a quick bit and found this little deli inside the Oxbow Market in Napa. We had a Tuna Salad & a Egg Salad Sandwich on Toasted Sourdough Rolls, Both of the sandwiches tasted great with good flavors.

Yelp
Loveski is our go-to at Oxbow. We get a very heart turkey or Ruben or chickpea (vegan) sandwich and sides of their homemade pickle! It a very delicious sandwich all hours of the day! The potato latkes are also divine! The young lady behind the counter is extremely kind and refilled our iced tea and afforded us sauces and silverware. The sweet sandwich maker had all smiles and packed a hefty sandwich. Great counter vibes and seat yourself on the table. Would come back in a heartbeat! Also you need to get the Matzah ball soup. It'll make you feel better instantly! Prices are fair being in Napa - Oxbow. Lots of lot parking, though weekends are busy! L'chaim!

Yelp
Full disclosure, this review is based solely on a chocolate chip cookie. I had just wrapped lunch with my friends at Oxbow and while walking around I realized I was really craving something sweet. I'd seen some good cookies earlier in the day and that just sounded like it would hit the spot. Enter Loveski. After surveying the land for the ideal cookie candidate I ended up here and much to my chagrin right as I was approaching the counter another woman walked up and she had a TON of questions. Part of why I'm giving them five stars is because the gal working handled this difficult customer with so much more grace than I think I would have had the energy for. When it was my turn, and she realized I just needed a cookie, she was so kind and gushed that they are really delicious. Well, she was right. It was exactly what I needed, soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and chock full of flavor. I savored every bite as we walked around downtown shopping.

Yelp
We tried Loveski for the first time today. We ordered the TURKEY & CHEDDAR, which consisted of, oatmeal porridge bread, greens from their farm, cheddar, charoset, and mayo. The bread was very soggy by the time we got it home. Other than the soggy texture, the bread seemed quality. I didn't have my glasses so I didn't realize the sandwich had charoset, which contains a ton of raisins, among other flavors I disliked. The turkey and cheese were okay. I would not order this one again. The pickle needed more pickling as it tasted more like a cucumber that was hardly pickled.

Yelp
Love ski Jewish Deli is a delightful gem for anyone seeking an authentic Jewish culinary experience. The highlight of my visit was their matzo ball soup, which was nothing short of exceptional. The broth was rich and flavorful, brimming with a comforting depth that speaks to hours of careful simmering. The matzo balls themselves were perfectly crafted--light, fluffy, and with just the right amount of firmness to hold together without falling apart. Each spoonful was a nostalgic reminder of traditional home cooking. The ambiance of the deli is warm and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share the stories behind their dishes. If you're looking for a place that offers both delicious food and a heartfelt connection to Jewish culinary traditions, Levski Jewish Deli is a must-visit. Their matzo ball soup alone is worth the trip, and the rest of their menu promises to be just as delightful.
google avatar

Yelp
A must-visit if you are at Oxbow Market! We heard a lot of good things and it did not disappoint. I think this may be the best bagels we've tried in Napa! We stopped here for breakfast, ordering the bagels: Plain w. Butter & Sesame Seed bagel w. Smoked Salmon Schmear. Both bagels are nicely sized and super flavorful with the texture being dense on the outer rimmings while maintaining a nice fluff inside. I really like the schmear as it had a good amount of salmon chunks and the spread itself was not too salty; they also slathered a nice ratio of spread and bread. If we're ever in the town again we would love to come back and try other items as they have a lot of sandwich and side options as well that seem tasty (we're eyeing the Latkes)
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
Is it overpriced for what it is? IMO yes. Is it good? Yes. The lady working the register was so friendly and helpful. I ordered the salmon bagel, requested for gluten free bagel and dairy free cream cheese spread. Thankfully they have GF and DF for those of us who need it. She even asked if I was celiac or if I'm just gluten intolerant to make sure I was making a safe choice. Thoughtful! Despite it being GF/ DF it was a good bagel and spread. It didn't taste "weird" the way some DF/GF subs can be. The Rory's Bakehouse cookies are huge and perfect. She's a local baker with her own business. Also the entire graphic design/general design of this place is so fun. Reminds me of the retro TWA terminal at JFK airport in NYC! My only complaint: I did try to order this same sandwich online but there was no option for GF bagel or dairy free spread online. Which was a small inconvenience. Can you get bagels for cheaper? Absolutely. This is a cute experience tho, if vibe is a factor for you. I personally will be coming back.
google avatar

Frank Lloyd W.

Yelp
INSANELY overpriced tuna melt sandwich. Absolutely not worth it. Crazytown. Really not worth it at all. Sad and ridiculous.
google avatar

Estee N.

Yelp
a favorite stop of ours when we are in Napa - we love the pastrami. we usually get the basic pastrami on rye with the special Batempte mustard. I'm craving it right now just writing this review. can't wait to go back!!

Yelp
Nothing quite makes your day start with a smile like a bagel, schmear, lox, onions, and tomato. That right there is my childhood. That right there is my livelihood. I found this place by accident when I was visiting Napa for a wine weekend with some friends. It was such a happy accident because as a Jew, seeing representation, even if it is just Jew-ish, is always pleasant. The service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful (I love sitting at a bar, schmoozing, and eating & drinking), and the food was delicious. Pretty reasonably priced too for Napa. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends, and I will be back to enjoy another wonderful start to my day.
google avatar

Lee W.

Yelp
I found this quite by accident when I was going for some sales calls in Napa. I am a huge fan of Jewish deli's which are rapidly disappearing. I was very excited to try Loveski's. During my visit I had the brisket sandwich with the matzo ball soup. High praise for the brisket, tender and delicious, just how I remembered it. The matzo ball soup was not quite up to my standards. It was good, but did not taste like what I am used to. All in all a great place and I will definitely be back to try some of their other delicacies. A great find in the heart of wine country.
google avatar

Shahram M.

Yelp
Awesome joint to grab lunch in Marin county. Their pita wraps and salads are refreshing and of high quality ingredients. They runs you about $20 but given the location and the quality of foods, it is well worth it. I have the lamb salad and the flavors are authentic. The side roasted potatoes in juices are unbelievable
google avatar

Katrina L.

Yelp
I really liked the bagel I got. It's super light and fresh! The cashier was super kind. I would definitely recommend coming here for a bagel if you're in this area!
google avatar

Cecilia M.

Yelp
This deli with the cutest branding is located right inside the Oxbow Public Market, by one of the doors. It's got a cute deli counter bar and bar seating, and also more foodcourt style seating nearby. Service was fast and helpful. We got the Smashed Avocado Bagel and it was great! Perfectly seasoned and good ratio of topping to bagel. Would try other items from the menu!
google avatar

Sarah W.

Yelp
Very tasty salmon bagel sandwich with a good amount of capers. We ordered online and it was ready right on time and ready to pickup at the counter. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Also they have gluten free bagels! Woohoo! Cons? There wasn't a ton of smoked salmon on the bagel and it was $18 before tax and tip... My wallet says "ouch."
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
Took a tour of the Marketplace. Some really good looking food places. Decided on The Tradition Pastrami sandwich. The rye bread was excellent. The pastrami is cut thick and piled on. Very moist with great flavor. Staff is friendly.
google avatar

Kristen N.

Yelp
Always an interesting sandwich! grabbed a couple of sandwiches. The Rubin I did sub for turkey as I don't eat red meat...that was a mistake the sandwich was super hot in terms of just getting made but the flora or s just were not there...the bread was really hard (and cut the inside of my mouth) and really did not have the much flavor...and the trilogy I think was the other sandwich name...looked good...but hey for $18-22 for a sandwich...it should be better than ok... FYI your inside of Oxbow, there is no "table service" and it's kind of loud as your kind of grabbing and either taking your lunch to go out eating in the more communal environment of Oxbow... just as an fyi.
google avatar

Jared S.

Yelp
Love me some Loveski! We don't have a Jewish deli in Sacramento, so sometimes we make the trek to Napa for some pastrami! We love the location- Oxbow Market is the best. While I do prefer the environment of traditional Jewish delis, Loveski mastered a casual/ counter version. Service is amazing. Nicest staff. Only reason Loveki is getting 4 out of 5 stars is they are a little pricey.
google avatar

Courtney O.

Yelp
I'm always a sucker for a good Jewish deli. The hardest part is always what to pick off the menu- between the matzo ball soup and reuben sandwich, I was torn, but the smoked salmon bagel was calling me, so that's what I went with. I got it on an everything bagel and it was delicious. The smoked salmon was excellent. They didn't skimp on anything. There is a lot of ample seating right in front of the deli, which makes it easy to grab a spot to eat your delicious food!
google avatar

Ricca Cathrina E.

Yelp
Upon arrival in Napa we had a quick snack and enjoyed our corned beef and another sandwich (forgot). Both were delicious. The place was super clean, organized and service was fast. Most importantly the staff members were so pleasant. I will definitely be back to support this place and try other items in the menu when in town.
google avatar

Irene Y.

Yelp
We absolutely LOVE Loveski's and have been going there since they opened. We welcomed their recent menu addition of the egg salad and tuna salad sandwiches with delight. However, each Thursday (that is when we go) these get made more and more poorly. Today, the egg whites for the egg salad were not sufficiently chopped and the bagel toasties, that should have been evenly spread, were clumped together (see photo) which made for an unacceptable sandwich. As for the tuna salad, clumping occurred as well and the lettuce was not properly placed. (see photo). We really hope that someone at Loveski's reteaches their cooks/chefs how to make a proper sandwich. And as apology would be okay too. :)
google avatar

Garfield K.

Yelp
Came to eat on a saturday evening and ordered the miso braised brisket. Pro tip: do not order the miso braised brisket. I want to like the place, but the food was pricey and on the same tier as cafeteria food. The meat tasted like cardboard, and the mashed potato from a bag. The soup was ok, but salty like it's from a can of chicken stock. Perhaps the options are better, but overall I highly do not recommend this spot.
google avatar

Claire S.

Yelp
I was not expecting to love this bagel as much as I did, but wow! Everything was delicious. I was tempted to order the turkey sandwich to go; on my next visit, that's exactly what I'll do. We were there early on a Sunday morning, so there was no line, and the food came out pretty quickly. Great spot for a casual breakfast!

M Z.

Yelp
I went to this location for the first time today. The young lady greeted me immediately and we talked about the menu. I ordered a Half pound of brisket and a quarter pound of pastrami and some bagels. The pastrami was sliced thick, a little fatty but the tast and texture was good. The brisket was not at all what I expected. The slices of brisket were very thinly sliced and the texture as chewy, as if it came out of a microwave or boiled, not for me. The bagels were very good.
google avatar

Katherine H.

Yelp
The avocado and cucumber specialty bagel on an everything was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Total hangover cure and so fresh and delicious. We had to come back for two breakfasts it was so good. Heirloom tomato bagel on salt was amazing as well. Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved being able to eat out on the patio of the oxbow in the morning. Five stars! Would come back to Napa just for another avocado cucumber bagel!
google avatar

Jocelyn L.

Yelp
This is my favorite place to get an everything bagel. I am a connoisseur of everything bagels and this bagel has the perfect amount of seasoning and when you toast it.. zoo wee mama!! Service is great as I only ever order half dozen and have yet to sit and dine. The interior of the place is very cute. But, it's located in the oxbow so expect to circle around the parking lot.
google avatar

Theresa S.

Yelp
Excellent customer service. The food was solid, but nothing unique. The bagels look like they're made and baked fresh on site. It was $16.00 for a smoked salmon breakfast bagel sandwich, which is a bit pricey. However, I understand that small businesses need to pay their workers fairly. Overall, it was a good experience.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a review of the bagels themselves, sans the trimmings. I've been on a search for many years around the bay area for an east coast bagel. Loveski's bagels win. For me they are the perfect ratio of soft chewy innards with crusty exterior when toasted. They got the density just right, they are not oversized airy and fluffy bagels. These are proper bagels, similar to what you would get at Zabars. Visitors to Napa should know how rare it is to find bagels like this in the bay area. So many bay area bagel makers create artisanal/ creative bagels, and that's great if that's what you want. But for me a toasted poppy with a little butter and a coffee is the goal. Like you'd get at a corner deli in NYC, but better surroundings and friendly service. But note the Oxbow is not a corner deli, and you will pay more for the charming and curated downtown destination. And that makes sense. The line on a Saturday morning was quick. A nice young man at the register helped me and I was in and out. This will be our go to on weekends. Mazel :)
google avatar

Tommy T.

Yelp
I'm always looking for a good deli and when I'm around this area for work, I have stopped by this spot for a pastrami sandwich. Consistent, and served with a pickle, this sandwich is a tasty, kinda pricey, straightforward sandwich. Meat, slaw, cheese on rye. The pastrami is very buttery and really makes the sandwich. This spot is also known for its Jewish dishes and bagels. Everything is on the higher dollar end but certain things they offer can't be found in the area so give them a shot if you're nearby.
google avatar

Eric L.

Yelp
What a disappointment. Michelin credentials (the former chef at three-star Meadowwood) don't make the bagels at this Jew-ish deli all that special. They're drier, without the fluffiness I crave. It's a counter in a food hall, and while it's not bad, prices are high for what really is average. Just go to Boichik in Berkeley...
google avatar

Mark C.

Yelp
I guess it isn't your traditional Jewish deli but I thought the flavors were really good. We got the brisket sandwich which is large enough to share between two people. It's in a food hall so it's a casual setting and has counter seating.
google avatar

Darren M.

Yelp
Jewish deli in the Oxbow Napa. I've only had the egg salad sandwich, which is excellent. Egg salad on Rye with Bagel crisps. So good I went back a second time. Haven't tried anything else, but menu looks good. In an open air setting with a counter to eat. I will return.

Yelp
Stopped by Oxbow market for lunch on the way back to SF from a weekend in Napa. I went to Charter Oak the night before for dinner and was so blown away, I decided to try Christopher Kostow's other restaurant -- Loveski's. I knew going in that this place was going to be a pricey given the chef acclaim, so I definitely understand the sticker shock some people might have. That being said, I genuinely thought the sandwich and the matzo ball soup we had were worth it. For the sandwich, we tried the tribute, which is their classic pastrami on rye with coleslaw, swiss cheese, and russian dressing. They actually loaded up on quite a bit of meat and it was sooo tender and well spiced, definitely very top tier pastrami. The matzo ball soup looked really simple but it packed a ton of flavor and was super home-y and delicous. This will definitely be one of my go to spots the next time I decide to drop by Oxbow market!

Yelp
Located in the corner of the Oxbow market in Napa, this place specializes in bagels and other things you could nosh on like potato latkes. I ordered an everything (seeded) bagel with lox spread, a side order of potato latkes, and a fresh squeezed orange juice. I was hoping the bagel would be chillier, but it was good, and I liked the topping. I've had a few everything bagels in my day and it tasted a little different here. The potato latkes were delicious and served with sour cream and chives. They were very crispy and in perfect small hockey puck shapes. I'm a big fan of hash browns so I enjoyed these a lot. When you walk in through the front of the Oxbow market, this place is probably the first thing you will see. Ordering was super easy as you walk up to a register and order and wait for your food to be ready. There's table, counter, and high counter seating in the area, but either they share it with a food place across the way, or I sat where I wasn't supposed to (the other place wasn't open yet so it didn't matter at the time). I actually wanted to go to a bakery around the corner, but I woke up early on New Year's day having spent the night on my buddy's couch from our New Year's celebrations the night before. I think this was the only place open at the time and it opened earlier than the other places within the market. What I'm also trying to say here is that the scheduling could've been wonky this day because it was technically a holiday. It felt a little on the pricey side, but the food was good, and I enjoyed my meal. I probably would go back.

If you're going to have items on your menu, please make sure it's decent. First of all, the cashier didn't know anything about the foods I asked about on the menu, and then goes ahead and tells me that "people say it's good." Well, that was utter bs because it was the worst brisket I've ever had. And the matzoh ball soup? Saltiest soup I've ever had.

Yelp
I frequent Oxbow quite a bit so I'm so spoiled with great oysters, burgers, coffee, beer and cupcakes. When I saw Loveski (Jewish deli) being opened up I wasn't quite sure what to expect. My experience with bagels is pretty much ranges from Costco to Panera LOL. I have to say I actually like this place a lot. I sampled the following: The Tradition: Pastrami on rye with thousand island dressing. Sounds pretty standard but I loved their execution. The rye was toasted so it provided a nice crunch to the ultra thin sliced pastrami. The creamy and tangy dressing brought it all together. Nicely done. Loveski Reuben: Thiis was my favorite as I am a huge corned beef fan. The corned beef was flavorful but not overly salty. I like the kimchi as a cabbage too it brought a nice pickled crunch to the sandwich. I only had a few bites, but I know this will be my sandwich of choice. I will probably ask them to toast the bread in the future. Salmon with Yeast Bagel (with parm): I only had one bite of this one. The bagel had nice crunch but soft inside. The salmon was Smokey soft goodness. But the cream cheese was super good. It was super flavorful and I really wanted to have more but didn't want to eat my wife's whole bagel. I will have to try it another time. Cheesy Loveski Fries: OMG. This is a must if you are down for cheesy fries. The white cheese sauce was crazy good. It was so creamy that it was easy to spread around to all the fries. It never got hard for as long as it was at our table. Which wasn't long LOL. Overall this place is a winner. I'm glad Loveski opened up to add more variety to an already great market place to sample many types of food. I will be back for more!

Yelp
Cute spot at the end of the indoor market. Feels kinda deli like with the counter service too. My wife and I split the reuben as we weren't super hungry but it was surprisingly filling and one of the best reubens I think I've had. Elevating it with the gochujang mustard both immediately attracted me to the sandwich but even more so it was so totally unique and I've never heard of such a thing. It was incredible. It added a little sweetness and balanced the spice in the mustard. The beef was super thinly sliced and incredibly delicious. Unbelievably good sandwich; would travel just for this sandwich.

Yelp
Awesome food. Gluten free options both for bagel and sandwiches. Had the pastrami egg and cheese came out great. Always love their potato latkes.

Yelp
Loveski is a Jew-ish deli. The "ish" is significant. Like tradition-ish. For example the pastrami on rye has all the vital ingredients (pastrami, mustard, big pickle on the side) you would find in a traditional NYC deli but the meat is cut into thick, juicy slices (not thinly sliced like and not piled so high that it has to be propped up with a wooden stake. Not a fan of rye bread (who but the starving is?), I got their Tradition ($21) sandwich but untraditionally, on their signature oatmeal bread which, unlike your normal rye, is moist and soft all the way through. You can eat the crust and enjoy it!

Yelp
We try Loveski at the Oxbow Market based on a recommendation of a Napa local. It's definitely lives up to the Jew-ish deli tagline. While it offers some traditional favorites, there are also some riffs that are fun. I had the Rueben and the loaded fries on my visit. The Rueben was delish and a great portion. The loaded fries were AH-MAZE-ING!!! The counter is sleek and modern. You can also eat in one of the shared dining spaces at the Market or outside. Loveski is pricey ($56 for two sandwiches and the fries), but the food was great and the portions were a nice size. Bottom line--I'd definitely go back.
