Always worth a visit! The menu changes regularly.. Friendly staff and exquisite food!

We have had the pleasure of dining at the Löwen, a fine dining Swiss restaurant, multiple times, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations. Each time we visit, we are struck by the elegant, sophisticated atmosphere and the mouthwatering aromas wafting from the kitchen. The menu is always filled with a wide variety of delicious and expertly prepared dishes, and we have a hard time deciding what to order because everything always sounds so amazing. We have tried a variety of dishes, including mushroom soup, fresh salad, and an impeccable "Schmorbraten", and have never been disappointed. The service is always impeccable - the staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and go above and beyond to make our dining experience truly special. The prices are in line with what one would expect from a fine dining establishment, but we feel that the quality of the food and service more than justifies the cost. Overall, we highly recommend the Löwen to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable dining experience. We can't wait to return and try more of the delicious dishes on offer.

Very nice place offering sophisticated cuisine in a classy environment. Dishes are well presented and excellent, with sufficient diversity to make everyone happy. The wine list is well balanced. The service is discrete and efficient. If you plan to sit outside, all the tables in the quiet courtyard are in the shade of chestnut trees. Definitely a very good traditional place for gourmets, just don't expect the ambiance or the buzz of a more trendy restaurant.

Absolutely fabulous in every aspect. Fine dining in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Small dining room, so be sure to make advanced reservations.

Top quality food and very nice team working there! Can only recommend the place, as the food is really outstanding at a good price, plus it has great atmosphere too, a huge beautiful garden! Reservations are needed, so please book, if you're visiting! 🙏 They also speak English on top of the standard 3 of Switzerland, so even those can visit, who haven't mastered the local languages just yet. Enjoy!

Food was as good as you can expect from a restaurant rated by Gault Milleau. The wine they proposed was a perfect pairing to our menu. Unfortunately the portions (we had a menu with four courses) were simply way too small.
