The Best Places to Dine Outdoors in Denver | Eater Denver

"Some 9,000 square feet of outdoor space ensures everyone (tots and pups included) is welcome here — as does a menu even fussy eaters can’t knock, centered around burgers, salads, and snacks like fried pickles and cheese curds that pair perfectly with a pint of suds from, say, Station 26 or Dry Dock. On Wednesday evenings, live music enhances the chill vibe — and speaking of chill, Rocket Ice Cream is open seasonally for scoops and sundaes just steps away." - Gigi Sukin

Google
Love this place, we host many parties here and great work environments. The hamburgers location, a scale of one to 10 and eight. I would prefer a chocolate burger, but a flavor is very good and excellent size for kids. Atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Will be grateful for outdoor vibes with nature. Lowry location is very chic but modern industrial location.

Google
Mustard flights are awesome! Apricot recommended ⚡️ And burger 🍔 Santa Fe was juicy and balanced. Place so friendly! 💕💕💕

Google
Great place for food and drinks especially when the weather is nice enough to sit out. They do have a few fireplaces for cooler weather though. The Philly cheesesteak is very good as is the Cubano sandwich. Service is very good. Order at the counter and pick up your food when the buzzer they give you goes off. The space is open air with some tables under cover. Parking can be problematic at busy times, but is often available close to the beer garden.

Lowry Beer Garden is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with plenty of outdoor seating perfect for sunny days. Their beer selection is impressive, featuring a wide variety of local and craft brews that cater to every taste. The food is equally outstanding — I highly recommend the burgers and pretzels. The staff is friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. Whether you’re meeting friends or enjoying a casual afternoon, this place delivers every time. It’s one of my favorite spots in Denver and always worth the visit!

This is a great stop befor or after visiting Wings over the Rockies Museum for cold 🍺 beer or beers 🍻 along with some good food highly recommend stopping for both. We'll definitely be making a return trip in tjr near future

Google
Fun place to drink and have a bite! We got the sweet potato fries to munch on before dinner plans and they were so good paired with the chipotle mayo! The Chile Guava cider was delicious as well. The staff are so kind and the atmosphere is unbeatable on a nice sunny day.

Google
Great local spot to enjoy a few cold microbrews combined with tasty pub grub. Worth the visit. Perfect spot to kick back, unwind and chill with friends.

Google
This was a hidden gem of a sandwich spot we used to come by all the time when we had a Wings of the Rockies membership. The cubano and pulled pork are still my faves. Chicken nuggets are freshly made and very well seasoned. My daughter loves the pretzel. I honestly think this is a very well designed and incredibly efficient spot perfect for bigger groups. The beer on tap choices are excellent local spots.

Yelp
Lowry Beer Garden is an awesome place to grab a drink, especially on a warm day. The outdoor seating is perfect--plenty of space, a nice breeze, and a great atmosphere to just hang out and relax. The beer selection is solid, with a good mix of local and classic options. Everything we tried was tasty and super refreshing. It's definitely the kind of place where you can sit back and enjoy a few rounds with friends. We didn't get food this time, but the menu looked really good. We saw some plates coming out, and everything looked delicious--definitely planning to come back and try it. Overall, it's a chill spot with a fun vibe, great drinks, and a perfect setup for a nice day outside. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I'd give Lowry 10 stars if I could!! I've been here several times when visiting the Denver area. The drinks and food are phenomenal, and the servers are always kind and helpful! There is lots of space both indoors and outdoors to eat/drink. I've also been for a private party, and the private event space was so cute and intimate! I'd highly recommend if you're in the Denver area! Dogs are also welcome!

Yelp
Came here late night after dinner and it is a perfect spot to big groups of friends or for smaller dates/get togethers. It is right next to the air and space museum which was very fun to walk around. You go up to the front to get drinks and order food. We went on a Wednesday night, so it was surprisingly busy. The do close at 10pm but that is the perfect amount of time on a weekday. I loved all the outdoor seating and the cute lights that they have surrounding the seating area. I loved coming here and can't wait to come back to experience the food and see it on a crowded weekend!

Yelp
Food was okay, way overpriced. Liked the soda from there, flavors like root beer and ginger ale that were good.
google avatar

Phillip B.

Yelp
This is establishment was very laid back. The food and drink is kind of pricey and I don't like it when gratuity is already added as that takes away my options. A hotdog for $9.00 is definitely pricey for me. The service was nice and the restaurant was clean.

Yelp
Who knew a Beer Garden had such good food! Balsamic Brussel sprouts hit it out of the park. We also enjoyed the fried pickles, so good Not overly battered. We shared the B52 burger and an order of wings. 3 of us shared and went home stuffed. Great beers and margaritas as well! Beautiful Venue.

Yelp
Lowry beer garden is one of my go to spots for quick eats, pregame before our softball game and just to hang out! Often we head over with our bikes and use it as an oasis to refuel. The area has many seats and tables and they also do trivia which is a plus! The beer selection is quite vast and has good variety. Cocktails and other drinks are reasonably priced as well. The food is what you typically expect at a place like his but like the drinks, priced well. I've never had a bad burger here and went with the Santa Fe this time around. The patty is well seasoned the jalapenos, crispy onion, chipotle ranch and bacon all blend well. Our go to cheese curds never fail and the size is good. The sweet potato fries and fried pickles are good and crispy. Overall it's a great watering hole for the Lowry residents and a regular in my rotation!

Yelp
Nice casual open space for some beer (or cocktails) and snacks. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Cost to worth it rating: 3 Opentableable: no reservations, though books events (my niece also had her engagement party here) Return worthiness: yes Highlights: - Beer: they say they are the "premier destination for Colorado Craft Beers" and have a bunch on tap and in cans. - Cocktails: for the non-beer lovers, they have other options. Didn't expect much as a beer focused establishment, but they had a few solid spritz options and the frose was great--not too sweet and very refreshing on a hot day. - Sodas: cool ones outside of the standard large brands with root beer and unique flavors - Happy Hour: $5 drafts and well drinks, and $2 off some apps - Giant pretzel: impressive served in a large pizza box but surprisingly the pretzel was great too--soft and warm. 4 stars - Atmosphere: open air with many picnic tables and order at the counter service - Next to a spot with a giant airplane which is fun for a pic Lowlights: - On a really hot day or in the rain might be tougher to enjoy since there is only the smaller inside area where you order. Enjoyed a few hours in the afternoon here for HH and would return.

Yelp
Run, don't walk to the Lowry Beer Garden. Y'all- this food is amaze balls. I personally can't get away from the Santa Fe burger, but my bf tried the fish and chips... yep! The cheese curds are out of this world. Finish it off with a Frose all day. Patrick and staff will treat you like kings and queens. Go try it, but keep this gem to yourself.
google avatar

Yelp
Such a fun place. You order and seat yourself. They give you a buzzer when your food is ready! We got wings and the French dip sandwich. All was delish finger foods. The wings were pretty spicy but still good. The vibe is super chill and everything is pretty much outdoors. Dogs are welcome!

Yelp
My friends and I had some free time on Sunday, so after brunch, we headed to the beer garden! This location was popping up on my list of things to do, we we decided to grab some drinks and hang out for a bit. Once we arrived, it was easy to find a table for our group and then we went up to order at the counter. I was so glad they offered a flight so that I could try a few local beers. I opted for some of the sweet flavors (cherry, mango and apricot) and then I also went with the mountain time. I like how I got to fill out the order plate and the bartender was just pouring the beers as I wrote them. Super easy! I also really liked how service fees are already included in the bill, I think more places need to start doing this. The workers deserve the tips for the work they do, especially when it get busy! All of the beers I tried were so good! If I had more time to spend, I probably would have ordered another flight to try 4 other flavors Nothing quite like trying a local brewery and this was a good pick!

Yelp
Fun! So easy to order food and beer. Great for a large group because you order at the counter. Burger, fried pickles, and onion rings were yummy!

Yelp
Lowry beer garden is quite nice in terms of food beer and venue. They had a great selection of beers. There was tons of outdoor seating, which was fabulous for the weather. The menu was expensive as well. Got a thai salad, which was fresh and light and delicious with a great cake to the spice. The burger was phenomenal, juicy and soft bun. The fries were one of the best I've ever had. They had tons of mustard such as honey, mustard, apricot mustard and chipotle, mustard, and they were all phenomenal. definitely recommend the spot would be back.

Yelp
This place is jumping! Located next door to the Air and Space Museum (Go see the X-Wing!), Lowery Beer Garden reminds me of some beer gardens in Europe. It's a spacious location, with the dining hall located inside. The night we decided to go, the afternoon rain also decided to show up. But that was okay. The beer was good and my favorite food item was the Salmon BLT. It was loaded with flavor and you could tell they used good salmon. Lowry Beer Garden is good for couples, families, and groups. But be prepared to share tables with others. It's something not as familiar to Americans than other cultures. I really don't mind sharing tables, but the group next to us was playing Uno and they were so loud, it prevented us from hearing parts of the conversation. That just means they had no manners. Pets are welcomed and so are kids. Please make sure that if either one piddles, you clean it up. Oh, did I mention Rocket Ice Cream is located just outside of the beer garden? If you have a sweet tooth, you can get your fix here.

Yelp
Denver is resplendent with oodles of Breweries, Pubs, and Beer Gardens. What makes Lowry Beer Garden so great, especially in the spring summer, are their outdoor seating sections. Bring your canines friends as they are very welcome...so much so that they have paper bowls for water. Food is pretty good...they have a very big menu for everyone. The beers we had were pretty mediocre....In general I think most CO beers are not great....sorry. But on a warm night order a nice light IPA and chillax. Great location....tons of parking
google avatar

Jessica V.

Yelp
My husband and I love this brewery. Not only is the beer good but the food is tasty! Both the beer and food menu are extensive. I had a hard time picking what I wanted. I do like that you order up at the bar and they give you a pager to let you know once your food is ready. It's open seating but there are a lot of big picnic tables and people are friendly enough to share tables. Big plus is the rocket ice cream shop!
google avatar

Joshua D.

Yelp
Excellent service Great seating options, including quite a bit of shade outdoors Price could be a little friendlier but they aren't hurting for business Food is always tasty, albeit a bit messy depending on which item you choose
google avatar

Jonathan X.

Yelp
Great beer selection. Loved the hot dog with Coloradan toppings. Pretzel came with a delicious cheese dip. Cheese curds were only ok. Lots of seating outdoors great for a warm sunny day. Parking right outside. No tipping because 20% is automatically included.

Lanette G.

Yelp
Great food. We enjoyed the happy hour specials. Everyone was friendly It was located close to wings over the Rockies. They had a fire that we sat by which was warm on a chilly day and added a lovely ambiance
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
Always a hit! Don't be fooled though, they have way more than beer! Cocktails, food and a great vibe! A great beer selection and I'm obsessed with their Buttermilk Nuggets with their house-made buffalo sauce! Their burgers are to die for! Service is quick, during most times **pro tip, you can order beer where the taps are vs the food line**

Isabel S.

Yelp
The staff is seriously the best!! Hard to find a place where staff actually cares for their customers. So friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place a million times over
google avatar

Florence V.

Yelp
If we are ever looking to meet up with friends or grab a cadual dinner, Lowry Beer Garden is always in our top 3!! The burgers are always so delicious and they always have at least 4 of my favorite beers on tap. Their cocktails are also really delicious so you can't go wrong. We really like the space too because it's so open and even in the winter, you can stay warm sitting next to a heater. Dogs are allowed outside and if it's busy, you can share a table with other patrons.

Yelp
No thanks. Never again. This is a nice place for beers and bar food. Casual and comfortable with info and outdoor seating. The location next to the air and space museum is great. My only gripes are the 20% service charge for walking up to order the food and beer, picking up the food and throwing away my own trash! So maybe it's my "tip fatigue " but what exactly is the 20% charge for when the service is the same as fast food? It's not like the food was all that spectacular or gourmet. Matter of fact I have had better food (quality and portions) at fast casual places (Panera, BJ brewery, etc). The staff is behind the counter and really just standing there pouring from the taps and taking your money including the 20% fee:-( Bottom line: lost beer garden is tying to take advantage of the well heeled Denver customers who are being forced to just pay the extra fee! No thanks!

Yelp
My wife and I hit the Air and Space Museum next door and when we do, we stop here for a meal. We love the amazing open seating that is all outdoors. The menu is amazing and the selection of beers is incredible. The food comes out fast and is well prepared and extremely good. I had the garden burger and it was excellent. My wife and I shared a pretzel with cheese and it was also amazing. We met another girl at the museum and invited her to lunch with us and she enjoyed her meal as well. The place is clean and well organized. The beepers to come get your food is efficient and easy to navigate. The only reason I gave this review four stars instead of five is the price. 75 dollars for three burgers, fries and a pretzel is borderline lunacy. This is a once a year tradition for us as we could never adore to eat here more often. Still, it's a fun place and the food is very good. Just pricey.
google avatar

Yelp
I find it very inhospitable to add a "hospitality fee", without informing the customer. They must rely on tourism for their business. What a shady business practice.

Ava B.

Yelp
This place will not let you past the entrance if you have a vertical ID card, but it will allow children to enter and run around patrons trying to enjoy a beer. Where is the line drawn?? I can be 25 with an out-of-state vertical ID and not be let in, but I can see a 6-year-old's birthday party going on inside. No bar, brewery, club, dispensary, or 21+ venue/event had ever declined my vertical ID until I tried visiting Lowry Beer Garden. Do not give this place your business. They are clearly unfriendly to any non-Coloradans with their ID policy. As a heads up, Green Valley Ranch Beer Garden is with the same company. They have the same policy in place as well. Regardless of the ID policy, what sane adult wants to deal with a bunch of kids running around and parents turning a blind eye when simply trying to enjoy a beer?? Check out Breckenridge Brewery in Littleton, Milieu Fermentation in Aurora, or Station 26 Brewing Company in Denver before you think about coming here.

Yelp
Fish sandwich I ordered was very good. The burger my date had was one to definitely try out. Onion rings were amazing. Also, tried the fried pickles. Everything was nice , got a fresh. Tap water Price was too high for the quality though and were charged a $7 and some change for a food service.

Yelp
I'm sitting on the patio and I wish I would have asked the bartender her name because she was so sweet! I am trying to socialize my reactive dog and the bartender went out of her way to walk my drink out to me without me even asking. I think she could just tell that I was nervous to leave my dog ,scared alone on the patio. She made an AWESOME basil Paloma for me and gave me some nice words of encouragement. It's hard to navigate scenarios with a previously abused dog and just her words alone made me feel so much better! I'm a bartender downtown and never end up getting great service but today I did from the female bartender 11:30 am tuesday 5/21/2024 thanks SO much, miss! Music great ! Very chill atmosphere!

Yelp
Trish was amazing! My aunts and I arrived after the lunch rush so it wasn't too busy. The menu is a bit overwhelming so Trish answered our questions and offered a paper menu. From the time it took to place our order and receive our food was about 10-12 minutes. My aunt and I had burgers while my other aunt had fish ().

Yelp
I can't get enough of this place! The vibe, the beer, the food, soooo goooood!! I've had the fish and chips, the burgers, the beer brat Coloradan style, the dirty queso! Seriously can't go wrong here! It's a little piece of heaven in Lowry. I love the open seating concept similar to a brasserie. They sometimes have live music as well. Great place to bring your doggos, and good for groups, couples or solo! Rocket Ice Cream is right by it so you can get a little sweet somethin' after your meal, if you so choose. All around great place to hang out and eat! Cheers!

Fred G.

Yelp
Great place to hangout outside! Good beer selection and the food was great! Had the burger and it was on point

Yelp
A great place, with great beer, food, ice cream AND service! What more could you ask for? A wonderful summer spot... currently wishing for summer to come faster so I can enjoy a cold beer and some ice cream!!

Yelp
The food is great, all four of us had snacks but they was filling and good It was only service was when ordering but they was very helpful and nice. Reminded me of beer gardens in Germany. Very relaxing.

Yelp
I couldn't have asked for a better experience after touching down in Denver for the first time in a decade. I met up with three other girlfriends, luggage in tow, for manis around the corner, followed by eats and drinks at Lowry Beer Garden. It was one of the hottest recorded days in June for Denver, but it was nothing that a few rounds of margaritas couldn't fix. We weren't expecting to find such a robust menu of salads and apps. In the end, our spread included the ahi tuna salad, mediterranean salad, fries, cheese curds, and a giant pretzel, margaritas, rosé, beer - all the things. Now, was it the best salad and sides of my life? No, but the offerings of healthy-ish options mixed with some fried snacks and a full drink menu + laid back patio vibe are what won me over. And that pretzel was damn good. Things to note: :: Counter service :: "Gratuity" is included :: Dog-friendly :: Plenty of parking Things to improve :: Get rid of the single use plastic (cutlery and straws)

Yelp
I came in for my first time. Plenty of parking available. Plenty of outside seating. I waited in line for about 5-10 minutes. When I was the next person in line, I waited for the young woman with two buns on her head to call me to the register. She did not look at me or make a gesture that she was ready. The woman behind me in line, stepped around me and went to the register. I informed her that I was next and that she cut in front of me. She replied that she thought I was not ready. I stated that I was ready, while at the register. I waited for her to now finish for us to put in our order. When the woman ordering was finished, I waited for the female cashier to look at me and say she was ready. The cashier never made eye contact or indicated that she was ready. Another person began to go around me impatiently. I then stepped in front of her and said we were next. I stated to the cashier, that she never let us know that she was ready at the register. And that she didn't even look at us. At this point, she took a different route than apologetic. The cashier sternly said, what's your order? And gave the impression that she could care less about the way she neglected us multiple times. At this point, I stepped aside and asked to speak with the manager. It took about 10 minutes to get ahold of the manager. At this point, my wife wanted to go to another location for dinner. I spoke with Manager Mark about the experience I just had with his cashier. Mark was professional and responded appropriately. Mark offered to pay for our meals. I stated that my wife already wanted to go somewhere else on this evening. Mark handed me a business card for a free beer, which is useless because I don't drink alcohol. Still, he conducted himself professionally and respectably. The cashiers are the face of the restaurant. It can be a difficult job. The unapologetic reaction after stating the lack of recognition is sad to see. I don't think we will be coming back in the future. We went to Torchy's and had a 5 star experience immediately following. Time to go write that review now.

Yelp
Not as described dry and au jus was incredible salt bomb! This is what I ordered: Colorado Braised Beef $13 Braised beef, caramelized onion, horseradish crème, Swiss cheese on a French roll with a side of au jus. Mine had no onions or horseradish creme. It was just a pile of meat with this incredibly salty jus that seemed more like straight soy sauce. I ordered a side of fries and the longest fry was probably 2 inches long and most in the half inch range. Maybe since my order was to go they figured they would give me the leftover fries? I will not be going back and if you do order this sandwich check before you even leave the counter. Sorely disappointed for sure.

Yelp
I like the Lowry Beer Garden. I go at least once a summer for the past 12 years. But, it's cafeteria style and they put a 20% surcharge on my bill for "service". I am a generous tipper when someone brings me food and drinks, but not at a place where there is only bussers. Won't be back.
google avatar

Darren L.

Yelp
Food is good but small portions and over priced especially with their new ridiculous 20% for the staff..?!! Part of owning a business is paying your people, not passing it on to your customers. Getting beer or food at window is not service, it's the price of doing business. I play hockey down the street and several teams go over and have beers after but we will be finding a new spot because 20% on beer is greedy. Ambiance is not good because employees are still not happy.
google avatar

Dan W.

Yelp
Burger was great!!! Also the hand cut fries are good. One thing that they had that we both loved was the ranch dressing... I know that's a strange thing to call out, but it was good (especially with the fries and the little chicken nuggets). My wife also said the salad was good. There were a few other things on the menu we want to try so we will have to come back! PS- They have beer in here too.

Yelp
I will continue to say nothing but great things about the Lowry Beer Garden! I have been there several times but most recently with a large group of coworkers. We were able to get a couple tables without too much hassle and no one had to wait very long for food or drinks despite it being a Friday night and the place being packed! I had a couple of their signature Blueberry Breeze cocktails and they were delicious! Hats off to the bartenders as the quality and flavor of the drinks were identical even when ordered a couple hours apart. I did not get a chance to try any beers this time around but I know form previous experience that they have a great selection. Had their fried cheese curds and sweet potato fries and those were delicious. I've tried their burgers before and those are to die for too. This was my first time taking my puppy to the beer garden with me. The guy checking IDs and handing out wristbands at the door let me know I couldn't take my puppy to the counter but failed to tell me I wasn't allowed to sit inside with her either. After we'd been sitting inside for about an hour, one of the guys from behind the counter came over and rather abruptly told me we needed to move outside as no dogs were allowed in the "pavilion" area. Luckily my coworkers didn't mind moving out into the sprinkling rain outdoors and we were still able to find some large tables underneath a tree and some tents. Overall I'll definitely be back and I will probably bring my puppy back as well.

Joe S.

Yelp
This place is terrible. I've been here many of times only because it's the closest thing to the nearby golf course. It's one of these places that hasn't got over the COVID tax of thinking we as consumers owe the staff something more. I'm paying $17 for a drink because of some auto 20%service charge. F U. Your food sucks and just a place for parents to bring their kids to run around. The B1 bomber next door needs to drop a bomb on this place.

Yelp
I attended the grand opening here in 2012 and was a pimp for the Lowry Beer Garden afterward, directing everyone I knew to visit the coolest spot in the neighborhood. Times change and I started spending less time here, but no place that occasionally pours Pliny the Elder can ever be ruled out completely, right? Maybe not. Our visit this week was my first since Covid hit in 2020. What's changed? The place has expanded, with additional outdoor seating and some rearrangement inside. Great! What's not great? Service has taken a nosedive. I approached the counter with "Hi, how are you?" The response? "Do you have a tab open?" She spoke in a surly manner, looking annoyed. She stared at me, not returning the greeting. Hardly welcoming! There's now an 20% fee added to dine-in orders, including drinks. I sighed. We were already here and were ravenous, so I agreed to stay. Otherwise, this is a non-starter for our family. A "service included" model should improve service, as well. Here's what we ordered. Menu price (actual pretax cost): $12 ($14.40) Station 12 chicken sandwich: Solid but not worth the price sans fries (additional $5.40) $9 ($10.80) Cheese curds: Delicious, but not twice as good as Culver's. $8 ($9.60) Kid's chicken nuggets: Above par and came with fries and drink--the best value for us. $8 ($9.60) Tulip of Pliny the Elder: This beer is beyond reproach, but cheaper elsewhere. Fountain drink and tax pushed $50 for not very much food. 1.5 stars

Yelp
This is the "go-to place" for after work apparently. The property is huge and plenty of indoor and outdoor space but everything was full when I arrived at 5 pm on a Friday. The host is very particular when you arrive on where you can sit. I'm sure they do this so they can handle large groups. Lots of picnic tables and some high tops scattered around the property. This was my first time here and took me a few minutes to figure out that you order inside. The big sign gave it away (BEER HERE and FOOD HERE). They have 16 beers on tap which is small selection for a beer garden but they offer can/bottles to add to menu of list of available beers. All the beers on tap were from local Colorado breweries and some I've never heard of (i.e., Eddyline Brewery). One of their taps had a cider option. Food looks amazing and will be back for dinner/lunch.

Yelp
I went here on a gorgeous day for a friend's birthday. It was a decent experience. The best thing about this place is the layout and the Beer Garden itself. I wasn't overly impressed with the prices and the service. I ordered a queso and chips with no Chorizo. It was good, but I didn't think anything else looked worth getting. You have to order at the counter and they also include a tip in your total. This is at the counter and for the bar. It isn't a place I would go again for anything outside of the ambiance alone.

Yelp
Fun place to be. Food is only ok. Beer tasted average. Easy to find parking. This place there are many patio heaters and indoor is still ventilated. Great place to meet friends. I go there at 4pm but It was full indoors! Outside is too cold for me. We ordered 1. Burger with bacon and avocado $10 yum! 5/5 Salmon BLT 3.5/5 Lack of a sauce. I added my honey 2. mustard dressing then it tasted slightly better 3. Beer batter onion rings. 1/5 Skip. Half the batter fell off in my ketchup cup and cannot be eaten. 4. Side salad. Large portion! Only $5!

6/28/24- The visit started out bad. They have the restaurant access closest to the handicap parking blocked off. Disabled people have to go all the way around. This makes them having handicap parking useless and is a form of discrimination. They as we were placing our order at the counter we also found out that they charge and automatic service fee. They charge a fee for no service. The guest places the order at the counter, then the guest has to pick up their own food, then they have to buss their own tables because they don't have enough bussing staff. There is no table service so they are falsely charging you. The owners will say that it is to pay their staff, but that is not the customer's responsibility. If the owners cannot pay their workers then they should not be in business. I have seen the owners leave that excuse to others that have complained. The owners do not care about the guests and rip you off instead of taking a cut to their profits to pay their employees. I will be reporting this to the city. This should be illegal and they should be forced to post this near the entrance. This place discrimates and falsely charges you. Do not go here. We only stuck around because we were on a time crunch for a doctor appointment across the street. The food was mediocre at best. The hot dogs were over charged $2-3 per dog when compared to other similar places. Just avoid or boycot this place until they change, or I hope the city goes after them and shuts them down for the discrimination and false charges for services you don't get.

Yelp
Loved this spot! Went here on my first trip to Colorado and will definitely try to come back. I had the Thai noodle salad which was amazing. Great flavor with a little bit of heat. The French fries were to die for! Such a great beer garden!

Yelp
My wife and I decided to try this place since we were in the area. I can tell you the food was good but talk about eating somewhere where the ambiance is that of a cafeteria. Service is self serve, you get your own everything but the food. This instance they put it all on one tray. I ordered a burger that only came in a sleeve and My wife got a Cubano sandwich. Hers came in a cardboard mini tray. I had nothing to set my burger on in between bites so my wife was nice enough to ask for an extra cardboard tray (just big enough to hold a burger or sandwich). If you want Ketchup you have to pump it into a tiny tiny little paper cup barely giving you about a teaspoons worth of Ketchup. Then the seating is public bench style and you can end up elbow to elbow with a complete stranger or better yet their obnoxious kids climbing on everything. I have to admit the food was decent for a burger, Cubano, sweet potato fries and onion rings. We had fountain drinks. The price came out to over $50 for two people and no alcohol. WTH I thought! That is expensive for what you get. So not worth it.

Yelp
Great vibe. Nice outdoor seating. Dog friendly. Lots of seats with shade. Fantastic beer selection. Loved the frozen margarita too. Burgers were filling with fresh ingredients. Cheese curd and roasted Brussels sprouts were amazing! Would recommend!
