LT Burger West

This place rocks! Super accommodating to my Celiac disease being sure I am free of cross contamination. They even have gluten free beer that taste like beer before I could no longer have it! From the manager to the servers they are very helpful and polite. A new go to spot not too far from home.

Slow service, mediocre food. Waited almost an hour for two burgers, 15 minutes just to get tap water. Food came and was barely warm. Check came and we were overcharged. Staff was kind but hardly apologetic. Unfortunately, there wasn't a single part of our experience that was positive :/ Understand the industry is hurting for staff but please warn your customers upon seating if they will be expected to wait an hour...especially when they are paying $24 for a burger.

I ordered from here through door dash and door dash was giving me a problem with getting me a dasher. I was waiting for so long so I called the restaurant even though that’s not their issue and I spoke to Amanda and she called door dash to get me someone and she remade all my food before the dasher got there. They went above and beyond to help me, and their burger and chocolate shake was amazing! First time getting from here and I will absolutely be back for more. I’m a local too so it’s great to have a good burger place around! Thanks LT!!!

Sadly, had a frustrating experience here. Don’t recommend. Placed a pickup order in person - ordered the wings and fries. Came with 5 wings instead of 6 as listed. No ranch or blue cheese? Wings were half covered in sauces. Fries were fine. $32 for 5 wings and fries?!! I called to explain that after arriving home I only found 5 wings and was told I’d get a 50% refund, which I never got.

LT burger has really shown lots of improvement since they opened! After reading some of the reviews I agree that the waitstaff needed an upgrade & I’m glad to see it. I ate dinner here this week and the burger was fabulous as always, but this time the atmosphere and waitstaff really blew me away. The new management is exactly what this place needed! I’ll be back LT!

I have been here twice. First time was just bad. Poor service, way too crowded. So I tried it again just to be sure. Once again a long wait to order. I ordered the special burger off the wall where the ingredients were clearly listed on said wall. I had to send the burger back three times to get the burger I actually ordered. My 10 year old said we should go somewhere else. I should have listened to her.

Had a great meal! The Route 27 was excellent. I ordered it medium rare and that’s exactly how it came. The guy who left the negative comment must not work in retail. No matter how much training you do before opening, once the real world experience of a store full of customers hits, there are bound so be a few hiccups. We will be back and we will send all our friends.

Definitely a great and well needed addition to main st. Everyone from the Chef, Stefon, and the manager Amanda are all super nice and accommodating. Quick service, super clean, great beer selection and of course an amazing burger. Can’t wait to go back

WHB now has Sag Harbor's LT Burger also. Located in the center of WHB village the casual sit down take out eatery is in a brand new cool space just built last year. LT drinks and soecials of the day all sounded good but we went with the most popular to start. Grade A turkey burger made on premises and a regular cheddar bacon burger. We tried skinny and waffle fries. Also went for their Grilled Brussel sprouts Lexi and Amanda were super nice and helpful. All around good time here. Glad to have LT in the village.

Visited for lunch on a rainy weekday with some coworkers. We sat in the back near the window overlooking a cove of boats and houses. I absolutely hate including things like this in reviews, but the restaurant was freezing, which really took away from the experience for me. The interior is really bright white and orange, which I'm sure looks even better on a sunny day! They have a prime location right on the main road in Westhampton. The burgers were great, but so big, juicy, and messy that they were impossible to eat without a knife and a fork and even then, you just can't keep it together. Someone in my party ordered the wings and a side of fries while everyone else got burgers. When our food arrived, one burger had a hair in it. They took it back and quickly brought out a new one. Overall, the service was alright - we all had to wait quite a while to get drink refills, which didn't make a lot of sense given how empty the restaurant was on a weekday. Unfortunately, the restaurant being SO cold on a rainy day really put a damper on things for me. For the price, I was hoping for better.

A bit disappointing. The food was ok but the price was not. 2 people for burgers, fries and cokes prepare $50 bucks or so. You're paying hamptons prices for average food. I doubt I'd return here. But overall it's a great grab and go. Just a bit pricy

Wings are awesome!!!!! Prices are expensive. Whatever I knew them going in so it didn't influence my rating but expect to pay a premium price a la carte. People are friendly so had no issues there. However, this is a burger joint. What's the one thing you shouldn't mess up? Burgers!!! What did they mess up on back to back visits? My burger!!!! I order my burger medium rare. Now I'm not super picky about it, I can have it rare and bleeding or medium and pink. But both times medium well/well. I will never eat a burger again here. But still may pop In for some wings for beer

Good burgers... orders coming out weren't to correct patrons.. mix up on fries (regular, sweet potato, waffles) to specific burgers.. mine ordered w/cheese came out minus cheese; corrected after. Chaotic serving, acoustics not great but overall good food if your not in a hurry. LT Management could to do better.

The burgers were good but we were confused when we asked for a drink and were told there were two drinks to choose from. That was odd but that was fine. The service was not good. Our waiter seemed annoyed and mumbled. It was an awkward experience but the food is tasty.

Walked in at 8:30. Sat at the bar. There were 4 other people at the bar. 5 people working/standing behind the bar. We sat for about 5 minutes and not one acknowledged our existence. Got up to leave and not one of them even acknowledged that.

The setting is fun and well designed, staff was professional, however the food is so utterly disgusting. Such low effort of preparation and care, I think they use poor, low quality ingredients, the beef was packed so tightly it was dry burger. Wings were garbage with sauce poured on not even cooked properly or tossed with sauce . Fries were both undercooked and cold . And the price was the final insult . I think they need to reevaluate their menu .

What a trauma Ordered two burgers on line Didn't clear Hit it again Paid twice Called up and they said they never got the order Told them what I wanted and went to get it They called to assure me they never got the order on line I said I was down the street Picked up my two burgers and they insisted I pay again A hundred fifty bucks for two burgers I showed the Manager that the visa had already paid twice With a tip She insisted I pay again This time I was not tipping again on my $75 burgers She told me I must have ordered from their other store I assured her I didn't And politely requested she contact them She gave me a card and told me to call them At this point I did get frustrated and loud You mean I have to clear up your computer mistake? I paid a third time and left with my two cold burgers Yes There were some French fries The burger Medium well Was uncooked Well she told me I was getting rude I can tell you I told her I was going to write this After I choked down my raw seventy five dollar burger I called the bank and they assured me I would only pay once Well I don't think Ii will ever go back As a matter of fact I think I will warn future patrons That there is a better burger at Salt and loft down the street This is too much effort and aggravation for a burger Go back to France

We went to the soft opening and was greeted by a very friendly hostess. The menu looked great with all different choices of hamburger toppings. Choose waffle fries. The shakes were great! The owner was there and he made sure everything was progressing with our food. I reduced my review because the hamburger was overly salted. I'll try again hoping this was an aberration. Larry

Amazing food and service! Everything had great flavors. The ambiance is nice as well. I definitely recommend this place

LT burger is a great place to eat an amazing cheeseburger while watching a football game. The architecture and general layout of the restaurant is comfortable and well thought out. The burgers are simply amazing. I've had the Kale salad, milkshakes and sweet potato fries and they are exceptional as well. All of the staff are extremely friendly and provide the best service of any restaurant in the Hamptons.

McDonald's is better and half the price. They were short staffed and the weren't friendly unless you brought your dog!

Horrible, incompetent service and a general lack of interest in their customers, but no problem charging top dollar. Only a matter of time before they close down.

We were just strolling Main Street in Westhampton and came across LT Burger decided to try it it is definitely one of the best burgers I've had in a long time more important we ordered it medium rare and that's how it was cooked be sure to order the deluxe combos because it's the best bang for your buck next time we are going to try the deluxe with the milkshake

Decent food but so overpriced it's actually hard to enjoy it because all you can think about is how badly you just got raked for a burger and some string fries. Kale salad with chicken was good until we got to the part of the chicken that was pink and undercooked. Waitress/Hostess told us right off that they were short staffed and food would be coming out slow. Translate that to lower your expectations I guess. $70 for this meal was ridiculous. We didn't have a shake but saw a couple that went out with other orders. $18.00 and the cup looked no larger than 12 oz. overall not worth the price.

Tried this new place in Westhampton a d while the food quality was good, and service was OK, it was wildly overpriced. We got 2 Standard burgers and one LT Burger, 3 fries, 2 shakes and a Diet Coke - for a whopping $90!! Prices were posted so it's not a bait and switch but value for money is LOW! Won't be back

Great food and pleasant service. Vanilla shake was tasty. Burgers are great. Kids meal came with some good surprises: pez and a gummy burger.

MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE, RUDE, NASTY, AND SHOULD BE FIRED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant when there are better restaurants in the area compared to this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE. We were the first ones to be in the restaurant and people that came in after us were served and waited on before anyone came over to us. We were waiting patiently however, it took 30 minutes for us to even get attention (after we managed to actually talk to someone) although we were the first family in there. They tried to say that they had a small staff, but they were taking other peoples orders who came in 5-15 minutes after us. It was so bad that a couple arrived after we got into the restaurant and left because they weren't being waited on either before we did. Had to finally walk out because the manager was rude when we finally brought it to her attention. It should also be noted that we may have RECEIVED HORRIBLE SERVICE because two of my family members were the ONLY DARK SKINNED people in the restaurant while everyone who waited on us was of pale skin tone. Makes me wonder if race was a factor in deciding which customers to serve first, considering they were taking orders from everyone else and giving them drinks before we got any service.
